간호 학생의 지역사회간호 실습 경험에 대한 유형 분석 -Q방법론적 접근- (A Q-Methodological Study on the Community Nursing Practice of Nursing Students)

  • This study measures the subjectivity of nursing students' experience in community fields through community nursing practice. The purpose of this study is as follows: 1) to find out typologies based on opinions and attitudes toward community nursing practice. 2) to describe the characteristic of each type. 3) to provide alternative strategies for solving community nursing practice problems. A Q-Methodological method was used for that purpose. As a research method, Q-statements were collected through indepth interviews and review of the current literature. For this study 34 Q-statements were selected. 24 nursing students were subjects for the research. The 24 nursing students sorted 34 Q-statements using the principle of Forced Normal Distribution. The principle of Forced Normal Distribution, which has nine scales to measure individual opinions, was called, a Q- Factor Analysis by using a PC Quanl Program to supply the material. According to the results of this study, there were three categories of opinion concerning community nursing practice. The first type is the realistic problem-oriented approach: the second type is the self-responsibility or pursuit of life meaning approach: the third type is the group approach for problem solving. As a result, we need to develop and revise a more realistic way of community nursing practice for nursing students. Finally, the result of this study will provide to the educational program alternative strategies for community nursing practice for nursing students.

초등학교 6학년 때 바느질실습 수업 경험에 대한 중학생의 인식과 요구 (Middle School Students' Perceptions and Needs about the Experience of Sewing Practice Class in 6th Grade at Elementary School)

  • 본 연구는 중학교 1, 2학년 남녀 학생 205명을 대상으로 초등학교 6학년 때 경험한 바느질실습 수업에 대한 인식과 현재의 요구를 알아보고, 중학교 바느질실습 수업 개선을 위한 정보를 수집하거나 시사점을 도출하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 실습내용이나 교수 학습 방법에 대한 만족도는 중간값(3.00)보다 약간 높게 나타났다. 수업 평가의 하위 영역 중 참여도가 평균이 가장 높았고 그 다음으로는 흥미도, 난이도, 필요도, 중요도, 활용도 순이었으며 모두 성별에 따른 유의한 차이를 보여 여학생이 남학생보다 바느질실습 수업을 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 가정교사는 이를 염두에 두고 수업을 설계하거나 성별에 따른 인식 차이의 원인이나 요구를 파악해야 한다. 둘째, 학생들의 바느질실습 수업 평가에 성별, 실습내용, 교수 학습 방법 등이 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 가정교사는 성별이나 학년에 상관없이 실습내용에 대한 학생들의 만족도를 높이기 위해 학생들이 실습내용을 자유롭게 선정하도록 할 필요가 있다. 다양한 실습내용으로 실습하기 위해서는 학생 중심 활동이나 모둠 중심 활동이 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로 학생들은 생활용품과 장식품을 만들거나 자신이 만들고 싶은 것을 자유롭게 만들기를 희망하였다. 구상한 것을 자유롭게 만들거나 모둠 활동을 통해 모둠 작품을 만드는 새로운 교수 학습 방법에 대한 학생들의 요구는 중간값보다 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 조사한 요구나 도출한 시사점을 가정교사가 수업을 설계하는데 반영한다면 바느질실습 수업에 대한 학생들의 인식이 긍정적으로 변화될 것이다.

The Design Cycle(TDC) 방법을 활용한 패션디자인 실습모형 개발 연구 -뎀나 바잘리아의 디자인 방법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Fashion Design Practice Model Applying the Methodology of the Design Cycle -Focused on Demna Gvasalia's Design Method-)

  • This study investigated the design practice model based on the creative fashion designer's methodology in fashion education. 'The Design Cycle' was the criterion used to analyze the design method of Demna Gvasalia who is one of the outstanding contemporary designers. After that, this study's practice model was then developed and experimented to verify its effectiveness in design practice as based on Gvasalia's method where ready-to-wear products were firstly dissembled then re-constructed with new designs created based on re-constructed results. To test its effectiveness, a student oriented design workshop was held to extract design results through the practice model; in addition, the students also conducted a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the method. According to the self-evaluation result, the participants generally accept the design efficiency through the distinctive process. An evaluation by three fashion experts was also conducted. Experts assessed that the model is recommendable for seniors having knowledges on 'Construction', it is appropriate to deal with the trickled-down copying trend that could promote student interest and generate separate results according to different visions. Therefore, it could be accepted that the applicability of this study's practice model was confirmed.

간호학 실습교육에 대한 국내 연구현황 분석 (An Analysis of Research on Nursing Practice Education in Korea)

  • Purpose: This study was done to propose the developmental direction of study related to nursing practice education by grasping the trend of study in fundamental and clinical practice. Method: A total of 48 research articles which were published on nursing practice education in Korea from 2002 to 2009 were analyzed with structured analysis forms. Result: Most research was related to clinical practice (n=40). A high percentage of non-experimental research design was related to fundamental practice (75%) and clinical practice (65%). Qualitative research was only used in clinical practice (n=8). Nursing students were predominantly selected as an object of research in fundamental practice (n=6) and clinical practice (n=32). In addition, many of the areas in clinical practice were a general clinical setting without any classification of the specific area. The concepts of research in fundamental practice were related to competency in basic nursing skill and most concepts of research in clinical practice were associated with satisfaction, stress, experience, critical thinking and problem solving ability of the nursing student. Conclusion: There's something to be desired in nursing research related to instructor methods, teaching-learning methods and nursing education programs. Therefore, more specific and continuous research focused on these topics to improve clinical nursing competence of the nursing student is needed.

간호관리실습 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A study on clinical evaluation method of nursing student in nursing management practice)

  • The main purpose of this study were; to determine the reliability and validity of evaluation tool administered to the nursing student in nursing management practice,;to identify the effective evaluation method of nursing student in nursing management practice. The subjects were 46 senior nursing students at Department of Nursing, College of Medicine, Seoul National University in 1983. The evaluation tool was analyzed according to evaluation method; self-evaluation. and head nurse evaluation. Also individual item of evaluation tool was analyzed by item analysis in order to determine the evaluation area, and appropriateness of the test item used. A Summary of the results is as follows; 1. The reliability and validity of evaluation tool were relatively high both in self-evaluation and head nurse evaluation. 2. In comparison of mean scores, there is no significant difference between head nurse evaluation and self-evaluation. 3. The nursing management activities which have the correlation of self-evaluation and head nurse evaluation were in the activity of interpersonal relation, independent activity and implementing nursing process. In general nursing practice and unit management activity, there was no correlation of self-evaluation and head nurse evaluation.

분만 간호에 대한 시뮬레이션 실습교육과 병원 분만실 실습교육의 효과 (Effects of Clinical Practice and Simulation-Based Practice for Obstetrical Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of clinical practice and simulation-based practice for obstetrical nursing in terms of self-efficacy, practice satisfaction, and practice stress. Methods: A non-equivalent control group post test design was used. The participants were 171 junior nursing students, 103 in the experimental group, and 68 in the control group. Simulation-based practice consisted of nursing assessment during labor, nursing assessment and intervention for normal and high risk mother, nursing education for mother and family during labor, and open lab. The experimental group participated in simulation-based practice for two days and the control group participated in clinical practice at delivery room for two weeks. Results: The experimental group showed higher level of self-efficacy (p= .043), practice satisfaction (p<.001) and practice stress (p=.003) compared to the control group. Conclusion: Simulation-based practice is an effective learning method for obstetrical nursing and can be used as the alternative for clinical practice. However, stress management strategies are needed for simulation-based practice.

모성간호학 실습교육의 현황 - 4년제 간호대학(학과)를 중심으로 - (Current Status of Clinical Practice Education in Maternity Nursing in Korea - four-year course nursing schools centered -)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to provide data for improvement in clinical practice education through analyzing the status of clinical practice education in maternity nursing in four year course nursing schools in Korea. Method: Analyzed subjects were 43 schools out of 53 four year course nursing schools in Korea. Result: Credits in theory and clinical practice are on the decline. The relationship between goals and areas of clinical practice was not sufficient. The department was not efficient in meeting the demands between theory and practice. The number of students in a group according to clinical areas were thoughtfully assigned, and clinical practice was performed based on real situations. Instructors for clinical practice used practice lecturers, part-time lecturers, preceptors, and assistant instructors including faculty. Methods of practice education and evaluation were varied. Conclusion: A suitable philosophy and goals of clinical practice education maternity nursing should be established at this point in time. Furthermore, a study should be performed to analyze the relationship between goals and contents of clinical practice for maternity nursing. In addition, a standardized tool should be developed to evaluate clinical practice.

일 대학 간호학생의 임상실습 교육에 대한 자기효능감, 자기주도성 및 임상실습 만족도와의 관계 (Relationship of Self Efficacy, Self-Directedness and Practice Satisfaction to Clinical Practice Education in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship of self efficacy, self-directedness and practice satisfaction to clinical practice for nursing students. Method: The participants were 122 nursing students in clinical practice. They responded to questionnaires that included measures of self efficacy, self-directedness and clinical practice satisfaction. Results: The average self efficacy score was 3.70, self-directedness, 3.66 and clinical practice satisfaction, 3.44. Self efficacy showed a significant difference according to gender with men having higher scores (t=-2.82, p= .005). Clinical practice satisfaction showed a significant difference according to motivation for nursing (F=3.86, p= .011), and location of clinical practice (F=3.73, p= .006). Self efficacy had a significant positive correlation to self-directedness (r= .755, p< .001) and clinical practice satisfaction (r= .379, p< .001). Self-directedness had a significant correlation with clinical practice satisfaction (r= .412, p< .001). Conclusion: After clinical practice, self efficacy, self-directedness and clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students were relative higher. Self efficacy, self-directedness were affected by clinical practice satisfaction.

A systemic review of literature in clinical practice research for nursing students

  • This study is an attempted content analysis study to analyze recent studies on clinical practice of nursing college students to identify problems with clinical practice and provide evidence for desirable clinical practice. For data collection, a total of 14 papers published in academic journals between 2017 and 2021 were selected. The analysis method was performed according to the systematic review reporting guidelines presented by Cochrane Collaboration and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) group. As a result of the analysis, two themes, Four sub-themes, and seventeen concepts were derived, and the clinical practice study of nursing college students showed the necessity of standardized clinical practice protocol regulations for nursing college students and respect for patient human rights. Based on the above research results, it is proposed to prepare a nursing and clinical practice protocol that can clearly present the role of nursing college students during clinical practice.

간호학생의 대상자 교육후 교육경험 만족도, 실습만족도 및 자기효능감 정도 (The Relationships between Patient Education Experience, Satisfaction with Clinical Nursing Practice and Self-Efficacy in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 일개 대학의 간호학생을 대상으로 모성간호학 실습시 대상자에게 제공한 교육경험의 만족도, 실습만족도 및 자기효능감과의 관계를 분석하여, 실습의 질 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 간호학생들은 대상자 교육시 문제점으로는 대상자와의 접근, 교육시간 확보의 어려움 및 자신감 부족 등 이었다. 교육실시후 교육경험만족도는 3.84점, 임상실습만족도 4.00점, 자아효능감 2.68점으로 나왔다. 일반적 특성에 따른 대상자 교육경험의 만족도는 교육방법과 실습시기, 이론교육의 만족도에 따라, 임상실습만족도는 실습자의 태도, 실습만족도, 실습장소에 따라, 자아효능감은 성적, 이론교육의 만족도, 교육장소에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나왔다. 따라서 모성간호학 실습의 어려움과 한계를 극복하기 위해 병원관계자와 긴밀한 협력관계 유지하고, 간호학생의 요구를 반영한 교육방법과 실습지도 방안을 다각적으로 모색할 필요가 있다.
