In recent years, equipment and network standards have been increasing in both number and complexity. Two standards that will soon be introduced to KOREA are the HV standards for assessing distorting and fluctuating loads, IEC 61000-3-6. Utility engineers, being under increasing time constraints, are turning more and more to software to quickly solve problems. This paper describes the methodology used to implement the above standards in Microsoft Excel in order to assist utility engineers to readily apply these standards in practical situations.

This study aimed to investigate the Bobos style which represents new upper class in the information age and has influence on fashion world, and present the marketing strategy for that. As a result, Bobos' buying behavior of fashion goods and marketing strategy for that were as follows. The first, Bobos fashion style and their characteristics of buying behavior were 1. the pursuit of luxury and high quality 2. the pursuit of blending taste and of the traditional bourgeois and the bohemians 3. the pursuit of utility and practical thing 4. the pursuit of self expression and sense 5. the pursuit of natural and antique taste 6. pursuit of cultural and artistic aspect. The second, marketing strategy for Bobos' buying behavior of fashion goods were as follows. 1. Blending of the traditional prestige and freedom should be reflected on fashion goods. 2. The utility and natural style of fashion goods are needed. 3. The non-conspicous self expression and artisticㆍcultural taste should be reflected on fashion goods.

열교환망 합성은 에너지 회수와 절감 측면에서 상당히 중요한 문제이다. 최적 열교환망 합성 구조를 얻기 위해 multiple utility를 사용하여 유틸리티 소비를 최소화하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 공정 stream들간의 실제적인 합성은 수행하지 않고 목표값 설정에 중점을 두었다. 본 연구에서 제안한 이론을 근거로 하여 개발된 프로그램을 기존의 주정생산공정의 증류공정에 적용하여 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

The purposes of this study were to develope some techniques which can be used in the landscape simulation process using PC based computer grahics. As a result, a couple of utilities were programmed in AutoLISP language. The one(DSLINE.LSP) is to digitize 2-dimensional structuer forms in the interactive mode considering error handling, and the other one (IMPOST.LSP) is for superimposing and visualizing the digitized plan data to 3-dimension solids & surfaces referring to topographic elevations of meshes in digital terrain model. By applying utilities to present site, the followings may be described. 1) The utility DSLINE.LSP for digitizing simplified building structure form were proved to be easy to input data of polygons including orthogonal edges by handling user coordinates system and checking invalid intersection and default colsing. 2) IMPOST.LSP utility for superimposing and visualizing tool were proved to be more complicated and speedy in calculating process compared with a practical application of modeling tool before rendering process in landscape simulation of built environment on topographic relief, on specially mesospace level of assessment.

Recent recovery of the Korean economy drives a rapid increase in utility consumption and requires more stable utility supply and maintenance. However, power location security hardship, reinforcement of international environmental regulation and a huge cost of power plant construction have increased the burden laid on the stable supply. In addition, an efficient and flexible load management is required more than any era since an increment of the rate of increase in cooling load is expected. Therefore, according as the necessity of direct load control for cooling load during the summer in Korea was on the rise, direct load control systems by Internet communication method are constructed at five commercial buildings. Based on practical load control, this study proposes various application modes and communication methods prior to extension diffusion of direct load control hereafter.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 지역사회 이동성을 측정하는 평가도구인 한국어판 생활공간 평가(Korean Version of the Life Space Assessment; K-LSA)의 임상적 유용성 및 사용성을 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 작업치료사와 물리치료사 60명을 대상으로 K-LSA의 임상적 유용성 및 사용성 검증에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 임상적 유용성에 관한 객관식 문항 및 사용성에 관한 객관식과 주관식 문항을 포함하였다. 객관식 자료 분석은 빈도 분석 및 기술 통계로 처리하였고, 사용성에 대한 주관식 문항은 항목별로 공통적인 요소를 모아 분류하여 분석하였다. 결과 : K-LSA의 임상적 유용성에 긍정적 표현인 '보통(3점)'과 '그렇다(4점)'와 '매우 그렇다'로 응답한 비율이 95~100%이었고, 문항 별 점수 분포가 3.6~4.0점으로 나타났다. 또한 K-LSA의 사용성에 대한 질문에 긍정적 표현인 '보통'과 '쉽다'와 '매우 쉽다'로만 응답한 비율은 88.3~100%이었고, 문항 별 점수 분포가 3.6~4.0점으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 사용성에 대한 개방형 질문에서 생활공간 범위 3과 4에서 기준의 모호함이 언급되었다. 결론 : K-LSA는 국내 보건의료 분야에서 지역사회 이동성을 측정하는 평가도구로 임상적으로 유용하며, 사용이 용이한 도구이다. 따라서 치료사들이 노인의 사회 참여를 증진시키고, 지역사회 이동을 위한 중재 목표를 세우고, 교육하는데 기초자료로 LSA를 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, regulation on carbon emissions has been strengthened according to the new climate change convention (COP21) held in Paris, and then Korea has decided to reduce CO2 emissions by 37% until 2030. As one of countermeasures, the government has energetically performed demonstration projects of island micro-grid including solar power, wind power and energy storage system. However, in order to smoothly introduce island micro-grid, it is a critical issue to carry out the economic evaluation for power utility aspect and independent power producer aspect. Therefore, this paper proposes economic evaluation algorithms of island micro-grid which are based on the present worth method, considering cost and benefit factors in the aspect of both sides. Firstly, in case of power utility this paper proposes algorithm to estimate a period of return on investment according to the introduction capacity of distributed generators replacing diesel generator. And also, in case of independent power producer, this paper proposes evaluation algorithm to estimate weighting factor of SMP and benefit rate based on break-even point related with cost and benefit. From a case study result on real island micro-grid model, it is confirmed that proposed algorithms are useful and practical for the economic evaluation of island micro-grid.

Purposes: The objectives of this study present the direction of the criteria for the separately reimbursement of therapeutic medical device. Methodology: We summarized experts' opinion using Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). 48 experts were gathered from Medical Insurance Review Nurses Association, medical device industry, academy and association, Medical Device Expert Evaluation Committee. Descriptive statistics, consistency index, content validity ratio were analyzed. Findings: Clinical utility, patient safety, infection control, cost-homogeneity, cost-effectiveness showed high feasibility and importance, but market contribution and functional utility showed low feasibility and importance in a relative sense. The results of functional utility differed between clinical and non-clinical experts. Measurability was low across the whole area. Among the criteria for the separately reimbursement of therapeutic medical device. Patient safety/infection control and clinical utility showed the highest relative importance values, analyzed using AHP. Practical Implications: Patient safety and infection control are needed to be considered as one of Value Assessment Criteria. It is important to find out how to improve the measurability of therapeutic medical device.

Checklist method is rapid and comprehensive to evaluate in practice. Check items are commonly rated by subjective utility function; i.e., evaluator's significant judgment. Since human judgment includes fuzziness (vagueness) inherently in spite of its significance, fuzzy set theory is useful in this case. The paper illustrates a evaluation method using fuzzy checklist where check items are rated as fuzzy numbers. Pairwise comparison data is used to determine the weights of check items, since it has comparative advantage for human's fuzzy judgment. Sample of BASIC program is provided for microcomputer. When uncertainty is due to subjectivity or imprecision of data, this method can be applied to practical problems widely.
