The purpose of this paper is to review the major issues of between electronic trade and Ubiquitous computing. The rapidly developed environment by ubiquitous computing make the paradigm form e-trade to u-trade. This Article suggests an a-trade performance framework based on both field and literatures surveys. We propose some research subjects as well as practical implications for improving the performance of global c-trade under ubiquitous.

A seeder monitoring system was developed to remove the uneasiness of mis-sowing that drop operations efficiency at sowing-work and to make reliable and stable work. The objectives of this study are to investigate that the system developed is applicable to sowing soybean seeds and scattering fertilizer and to evaluate performance of the system developed through the indoor test and the indoor test and the field test before it is propelled to put the system developed to practical use.

Metal oxide surge arrester were developed in the late 1970s, and were immediately adopted as significant breakthrough in over voltage protection of power system. Work was continued throughout the world on the design, development and application of metal oxide surge arrester. This paper describes the evaluating test and results of practical use for analyzing the performance of gapless metal oxide surge arresters under various type test.

Base Isolation system is an effective design strategy that provides a practical substitute for the seismic design of bridge. In this study, the dynamic tests was performed on HDB (Hysteretic Damping Bearing) and Dynapot. Then, the dynamic analysis was carried out for a bridge using the experimental results to estimate the seismic performance of bearings. Analysis for bridge was performed for four types of earthquake loadings. The result of dynamic test and theoretical analysis indicate that the performance of HDB and Dynapot is appropriate for the earthquake loading.

The performance analysis of water systems is very important to urban disaster mitigation. It will benefit the task of preparedness and emergency response through a more practical and more quantitative approach. In this research work, an overview of hydraulics of water system has been provided. A methodology for such implementation based on scenario simulation and hydraulic analysis has been developed. The water system of Taipei Water Department was selected as a test bed for case study. Its serviceability following a major earthquake around Taipei metropolitan area has been quantified.

This paper presents an efficient design method to realize an associative memory with BSB neural networks by means of the parametrization of the solution space and searching for the optimal solution using an evolution program. In particular, the performance index based on DOA analysis in this paper may make and associative memory implementation to reach on the level of practical success.

This paper presents theoretical and practical details about the design, implementation, and performance of a series resonant dc-to-dc converter using planar magnetics. Results of sinusoidal analysis are used to predict the voltage gain and conversion efficiency. The performance of a prototype converter is presented including the efficiency measurement and theoretical loss breakdown.

For Wi-Fi and IoT wireless systems, high-capacity wireless communication technology is being applied using MIMO OFDM. Because of virtu0al subcarriers in the practical MIMO OFDM system, the pilot subcarriers cannot be spaced equally. Thus, it is difficult to obtain a good mean square error (MSE) performance of the channel estimate. This paper proposes applicable methods and the newly discovered locations of pilot subcarriers in four transmitted antennas resulting in a good MSE performance with proposed optimization algorithms.

예산의 성과계획서는 예산과 성과를 연계하고 성과 중심적인 정책 수행을 위하여 도입되었다. 본 연구는 성과지표가 사업부서별로 어떻게 계획되고 달성되는지 알아보기 위하여 제주특별자치도의 2020년도 농업 분야 예산의 성과계획서를 대상으로 성과지표의 적정성에 대해 검토하였다. 분석결과 정책사업과 목표 간 낮은 연계성, 성과지표에 대한 가중치와 목표치에 대한 근거 불명확, 성과지표의 낮은 도전성 등의 문제점이 있었으며, 다수의 성과지표가 실적 중심의 산출지표였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서는 도전적인 성과지표와 인센티브를 통한 실질적인 성과지표 구축이 필요하다.

While many previous studies have emphasized that technological and learning capabilities have an important impact on internationalization, however, there have been few attempts to directly identify the mediating role of innovative performance in the relationship between them. Therefore, we tested the relationships among two organizational capabilities such as technological capability and learning capability, innovative performance and internationalization. Specifically, we explored the impact of two organizational capabilities on innovative performance and the mediating role of innovative performance on internationalization. We tested hypotheses based on 206 survey data of Gwangju and Jeonnam provinces' small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The empirical results showed that both technological capability and learning capability had a significantly positive (+) effect on SMEs' innovation performance, and both technological capability and learning capability had a significantly positive (+) effect on internationalization performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the innovation performance is not only related to the relationship between technological capability and internationalization performance but also acts as a partial mediation role in the relationship between the learning capability and internationalization performance. Based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications were provided, and the limitations of this study and future research directions were also discussed.
