도요타 생산방식(TPS)의 이론과 실제 (A Theoretical Study on the Toyota Production System and Practical Example)

  • 도요타 자동차는 2005년도 결산 보고서에서 영업이익은 6년 연속, 순이익은 4년 연속 사상 최고치를 경신한 것으로 나타났다. 순이익은 전년도 보다 11% 증가한 1조 3000억 엔(약 11조 500억 원)에 달하는 것으로 보고 있다. 최고의 이익을 계속 갱신하면서 세계의 주목을 받고 있는 도요타 자동차는 낭비제거와 개선(改善)을 골자로 하는 생산방식의 강점을 보유하고 있다. 도요타 생산방식의 기본 사상은 낭비를 철저히 제거하여 생산성을 향상시킴으로 부가가치를 통한 이익을 창출하는 것으로, 이를 뒷받침 해주는 것이 "Just-in time" 과 " 사람 인(人)변의 자동화(自動化)라는 두 가지 기둥이다. 최근 한국의 제조기업 뿐만 아니라 서비스업종까지 도요타 생산 시스템을 재조명하여 자사에 적용하기 위한 많은 시도가 이어지고 있다. 도요타 생산방식의 이론의 고찰을 통하여 도요타 생산방식을 재정립하고, 실제로 도요타 생산방식이 적용되어진 사례연구를 통하여 우리의 기업환경에 적합하도록 활용할 수 있는지를 검토하고 연구 발전시켜야 한다.

조선후기 풍속화에 나타난 치마.저고리에 관한 연구 (A Study on Chima and Jeogori for Women appeared in Genre Pciture of Late Chosun Dynasty)

  • The major findings of basic women wear in genre painting were ; 1. Due to the influence of Shill-Hak (practical science) philosophy, Jeogori became shorter and a tighter fit came to be the norm. 2,. The shortening of the Jeogori influenced a longer Chima with a wider span providing comfort in movement or at work. The end of the skirt was often held by one hand to the waist adding to comfort. This was called the Go-dul-chima(Lifted Chima). 3. Because the Geo-dul-chima exposed a portion of one underwear at the bottom of the dress this influenced the "irnamentation' of underpants and underskits. 4. Collars or lapels came in the form of Dang-ko, Kal, Mok-pan and Ban-Mokpan. Among there Dang-ko style collars were the most common which allows us to conclude that this was the most popular. 5. The most commonly used colors for Jeogori were white (39.8%) and jade(18.3%) . The most commonly used colors for CHima were deep blue(34.4%) and jade(20.4%) . The lower Chima used the darkercolors to give stability to the overall costume. 6. Clothing had the function of differentiating the classes. Only the Yang-ban were allowed to wear the Samhijang Jeogori and the Gob-Chima(double layered Chima) and the knotting of the Chima to the left. But the painting show that these rules were not adhered to in the strictest manner. With the bases of these types of chima and Jeogori can look at the characteristical beauty of the ordinary women during the late Cho-sun dynasty. First is the beauty which comes from mystery of those parts of body which can not be seen. A sense of subtle and sensual beauty as well as that coming from the enlargement of reduction of the upper body, narrow waist and abundant lower body parts creating an ideal silhouette of sexual charm. An expression of emotion through clothing by those who lived during those times.

대순사상의 궁극적 실재론 연구 - 인격성과 이법성의 변증법적 지양과 종합을 중심으로 - (Ultimate Realism of Daesoon Thought)

  • The aim of this study is to determine the property of Daesoon thought in theory of God. The difference with precedent research is that this study catch the point in which theism as theology conflicts ontology as philosophy. It is elusive without philosophical analysis to detect this point for reasons of religious expression on scriptures. To find this point is beginning of academic communication at religious position. So I tried to draw boundary between theology and philosophy in Daesoon thought so as to apprehend Daesoon thought treats the contradiction of that. The contradiction is found that hierarchy between Sangje and taegeuk reverses on Daesoon thought. Fundamentally two substance can't be arranged to ontology but only one can be. It seems that Daesoon thought has got antinomy. However superiority of Daesoon thought is appeared at this point. The antinomy is just the process to absolute truth of Tao. That is a progressive system of thought in both religious and philosophical aspect. Finally, the result of this study can be organized with five items. First is to get new direction to study of Daesoon thought to catch the clash between theology and ontology. Second is that Daesoon thought can communicate the mainstream philosophy like Hegel's while the argumentation makes progress with Hegel's thought. Third is that Daesoon thought has originality in ontology of tao, mugeuk, tageuk as compared with neo-Confucianism. Forth is that theology of Daesoon thought has the possibility to peace among religions. Fifth is that Daesoon thought transcends religion and philosophy to absolute truth. Particularly, the noteworthy item is about peace among religions as theme of religious practice as the needs of times. The conflict of religion is very serious impact to historic future. So Daesoon thought suggests that all the religions harmonize with each other in universality and respect each other in distinctiveness. It makes it possible to aims for world peace beyond theory to practical orientation on religious creed. In history of philosophy the dialetic of Hegel is the very adequate to explain that principle. Hegel argued that human mind can reach to the absolute knowledge at 『Phänomenologie des Geistes』. He elucidates the process that mind attain the absolute knowledge through movement of negation at 『Phänomenologie des Geistes』. The dialetics leads all the process of mind to finality of the absolute spirit.

  • Practical science means open and objective attitude as a new scholarly tone which gets out of Confucianism tradition and its closeness. It is concerned about practical aspect and its thought prevailed from the mid-16th century to the mid-19th century in feudal system. It is, also, the attitude seeking truth based on the facts, which is removed from the falsehood in politics, economics and social life. It is regarded as a social revolution which governs tile country economically and is utilized to stabilize and enrich a human living life. The new academic tradition appeared in the process of development of modernization proclaimed it to be utilized in modern-oriented independency. Modern historians have greatly studied the knowledge of early philosophy, while Korean oriental medicine has developed, basing on the cultivation of the mind, virtue, and benevolence through Han Bak-Keun(who showed much interest in realistic, economic and social system) and Jung Yak-Youg(who compiled all available data into one book). From Ko-Ryo dynasty to the mid-Yi dynasty Korean oriental medicine scholars struggled to develop oriental medicine in an attitude searching truth based on the facts. Among them Huh Jun's achievements and the content of his writings suggest any things with a view of practical science. These are neglected by most scholars so far, but I have surveyed as follows : 1) the revolution in oriental medical science system 2) the standardization of pharmacy appliance 3) the popularization of medicine supplies 4) cooperation of industry and academy in medical science field From the above I concluded as follows : practical science in Korean medical science began from Ko-Ryo dynasty and compiled in Ku Am Huh Jun in the period of King Sun-Jo of Li dynasty. With this repect, the pioneer in practical science in Korea is Ku Am Huh Jun. To search tile pioneer in practical science rightly we should study the history of Korean medical science.

알프레드 히치콕 영화에 대한 들뢰즈 사유의 이론적 재고찰 (Theoretical Re-inquiry on Gilles Deleuze's Thought about Alfred Hitchcock's Film)

  • 본고는 영화와 관련된 개념과 이론에 대한 들뢰즈의 사유를 바탕으로 히치콕 영화를 이론적으로 재고찰했다. 이를 통해 영화가 사회과학과 예술학의 학문적 분파로서는 물론 철학으로서의 학문적 의의도 가질 수 있음을 논증하고자 했다. 연구결과에 의하면, 들뢰즈는 히치콕이 지각, 행동, 감화-이미지를 틀 지우고 변형시킬 수 있는 정신-이미지를 영화에 활용함으로써 인물과 인물, 인물과 사건, 사건과 사건 사이의 추상적이고 자연적인 관계를 포함해 그 관계가 전개되는 방식도 이미지로 대상화했음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 들뢰즈는 히치콕 영화를 통해 정신-이미지가 영화의 의미를 전환시키고, 영화적 본질 또는 정신적 관계항으로서의 카메라가 이미지를 특정 형식으로 틀 지우는 동시에 그 이미지에 침투해 변형시킨다는 점을 강조하고 있었다. 본고는 들뢰즈의 영화에 대한 사유를 영화이론에 일반화하는데 적지 않은 문제가 있음을 논의의 한계로 제한하고 있지만, 영화와 철학의 관계에 대한 실천적 논의를 위한 이론적 성찰의 계기로서 새로운 연구문제를 탐색하는데 의의를 두고 있다.

사상의학(四象醫學) 장부이론(臟腑理論)의 특징(特徵)에 대(對)한 고찰(考察) (A Study on the Theory of JangBu(臟腑) in Sasang Constitutional Medicine)

  • After studying the theory of JangBu(臟腑), that is a physiology of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, in Sasang Constitutional Medicine, the author could draw a conclusion as these. 1. The basic thought of Sasang Constitutional Medicine is emphatic on the human beings itself unlike the idea of traditional Oriental Medicine, that accentuate the universe.(The traditional Oriental Medicine has a concept that the human beings follows the order of universe, but Sasang Constitutional Medicine has a different idea that human beings has the free will to the universe and newly comprehend the relationships between human beings and universe.) 2. Like the preceding, the theory of JangBu(臟腑), the physiology of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, is based on the autonomic mechanisms of human body itself. 3. The medical philosophy of Sasang Constitutional Medicine is Sasang(四象), that is Sa(事), Sim(心), Sin(身) and Mul(物). This Sasang is a classification of universe include human beings.(Sa(事) is event, Sim(心) is mind, Sin(身) is body, and Mul(物) is things. these four elements express the universe and human.) 4. The JangBu(臟腑) theory of Sasang Constitutional Medicine regard mind condition as important. The mind condition is divided into two factors. The one is Seong(性) the other is Jeong(情). The Seong(性) is an attitude toward the world, and the Jeong(情) is response to the stimulation from the world. 5. By the actions of Seong(性) and Jeong(情), the human body has different JangBu(臟腑) function, so the human body can be grouped in four constitutions. 6. Because of emphasis on mind condition, the Sasang JangBu(臟腑) theory has activism of human beings itself. 7. This activismor practical philosophy of Sasang JangBu(臟腑) theory, that is a physiology of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, gave birth to ethics or morality in Medical philosophy, that the human practice of ethics or morality bring a health and well being of human body.

중국신문학과 니체철학 - 곽말약(郭沫若)과 모순(茅盾)의 니체사상 수용을 중심으로 (The Modern Chinese Literature and Philosophy of Nietzsche: Focusing Acceptance of the Nietzsche's Philosophy on Guo Mo Ruo and Mao Dun)

  • Nietzsche in the early 20th century, many Western thought came to China pushed the time, who want to reform the Chinese young intellectuals was a great welcome. Around 5.4 times writers representing China Journalism Guo Mo ruo Mao Dun and social needs of the times according to the spirit, according to their ideology, no tubes and four optional understand Nietzsche. Was acceptable, in the process, Nietzsche was transformed hem into various forms. In this paper, two Guo Mo ruo Mao Dun accept Nietzsche as Nietzsche socreated their own awards and also looked at these similarities and difference. Nietzsche Guo Mo ruo the remnants of the old feudal ideas and traditions were to break down and accept only select perspective. Nietzsche's self-discovery and individual liberty, and against the reality and accept the terms of loan 5.4 seconds, an ideal Nietzsche award was created. However Guo Mo ruo particular aspect of the acceptance of Nietzsche, whereas Nietzsche regarded as an extreme pessimist history, and his extreme caution and idealistic form of individualism was often criticized. Mao Dun the core ideas of Nietzsche 'Superman' and 'will power' noted. 5.4 All time view of life, a new morality must re-evaluate the need for a practical, based on the old tradition of Nietzsche completely against the spirit of rebellion was to have especially appreciated. But this was different Mao Dun Nietzsche and moral beliefs. What is the old morality Nietzsche corrupt, bourgeois morality and ethics, and was negative for democracy and freedom, Mao Dun dark realities facing the old Chinese feudal and traditional idea ofrevolution as a democrat were negative for. Guo Mo ruo Mao Dun optional for Nietzsche's acceptance was 5.4 times that contemporary needs can be met.

  • 최근 국내에서도 지식경영과 관련한 연구와 실례가 다수 발표되고 있다. 그러나 지식경영의 이론적 배경을 완전히 이해하지 못한다면, 이를 지식창출(Knowledge creation)을 지원하는 경영도구(Managerial application)로 이해하기 보다는 정보를 관리하는 또 다른 방법으로 오인하기 쉽다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식경영이 최근 주요 경영도구로 회자되고 있는 배경을 당대의 경영환경 및 과학철학(Philosophy of Science)을 중심으로 살펴본다. 이후 데이터(Data) 및 정보(Information)와 비교되는 지식의 특성을 고려하여 이를 창출하거나 이의 흐름(Flow)을 활성화(Facilitating)하기 위한 여러 가지 방안 중 연성정보시스템 방법론(Soft Systems Methodology)을 고찰해 본다. 연성정보시스템 방법이 건설경영(Construction Management)관련 대학교육과 실무에 어떻게 접목될 수 있는지에 관한 논의로 결론을 맺는다.

윤리적 소비의 개념 및 실태에 대한 고찰 (Study on the Concept and Practice of Ethical Consumption)

  • Nowadays, ethical consumers are increasing and they consider social values such as worker's human rights, environment and animal's welfare as key criteria in purchasing products. This study focused on the academic and practical research of ethical consumption, in which the needs and interests are now growing globally. This study addressed the concept, trend and practices of ethical consumption as well as seeking methods to support and promote ethical consumption. It examined the concept and types of ethical consumption from the perspective of the philosophy on ethical consumption. Ethical consumption was defined as a behavior that intended to improve the environment and the welfare of people and animals by purchasing products produced according to sound ethical principles and avoiding products that are made through the exploitation or the damage of people, animals and the environment. It also dealt with the practices of ethical consumption such as the fair trade movement, Clean Clothes Campaign, boycott, local food movement, animal's welfare movement. In conclusion, I suggested that consumers, companies, governments, and NGOs should make an effort to promote ethical consumption.

수학적 개념의 유형과 효과적인 개념학습 - 벡터이론을 중심으로 (Patterns of mathematical concepts and effective concept learning - around theory of vectors)

  • 본 논문에서는 수학적 개념을 어떻게 가르쳐야 할 것인가를 고려한다. 특히 개념학습에 있어서 수학적 직관에 의해 개념이해, 계산기능, 응용의 3가지 요소를 균형적이고 통합적으로 달성하는 것을 목표로 삼는다. 이를 치한 방안으로 수학적 개념을 3종류의 수리철학인 직관주의, 논리주의, 형식주의에 의거하여 직관적 개념, 논리적 개념, 형식적 개념의 3가지 유형으로 분류한다. 또한 벡터이론의 중요한 9가지 개념을 통하여 유형의 차이에 대해 실제적인 고찰을 한다. 이로부터 벡터이론의 효과적인 개념학습을 위해서 요구되는 학습의 순서와 강조점을 제안한다.
