The purpose of this study is to examine the introduction and its application of objectives management system in practical case, This study attempts to describe, (1) the relationships between the objectives management and budget management (2) analyzed the introduced organization and applicable system for the performance of objectives. Concepts of objectives, as this study is adjusted as follows; i) Objectives must be operational. They must be capable of being converted into specific targets and specific assignments. Therefore, objectives are the basis for work and assignments; they determine the structure of the business, the key activities which must be discharged, and, above all, the allocation of people to tasks. ii) Setting objectives for investment requires also objectives for the structure, basic policies, jobs, and directions of the business itself. They are not selling objectives; They are genuine marketing objectives, and as such have to be built into the way the business itself is set up, directed, structured, and run.

많은 Buyer들이 품질의 기본조건으로 요구하는 완제품 Burn-in 시간은 실제 필요 이상으로 긴 시간일 수 있으며 생산자 입장에서 Cost, Delivery, Capacity 등의 제약으로 이행하기 어려운 경우가 종종 있다. 본 연구는 생산자에게 실무적으로 적용이 용이하고 Buyer에게 설득력있는 최적 Burn-in 시간 근거를 제시할 수 있도록, 구간개념과 Curve Fitting 방법을 적용하여 최적 Burn-in 시간을 추정하고 시간대별 Reliability를 산출 비교해 봄으로서 생산자 입장에서 Burn-in 시간을 결정하고 Reliability 추정 Model을 결정해 갈 수 있도록 하였다. 향후 제시된 Burn-in 시간의 최적여부는 Field Data로부터 검증되어야 할 것이다.

현재, 국내 건설업에서 공정과 공사비 정보를 통합관리할 수 있는 공정${\cdot}$공사비 통합관리시스템(EVMS)의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 일정규모 이상의 대형건설공사에 적용될 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 EVNS의 효율성 증진을 위한 공사분류체계(WBS)를 연계하는 방법론을 제안하고 있으며, 또한 실무활용성을 극대화하기 위해 방법론 기초한 웹기반 공정${\cdot}$공사비 통합관리시스템의 시안을 구축하였다.

An overall review of the structural behaviors of ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) elements subjected to various loading conditions needs to be conducted to prevent duplicate research and to promote its practical applications. Thus, in this study, the behavior of various UHPFRC structures under different loading conditions, such as flexure, shear, torsion, and high-rate loads (impacts and blasts), were synthetically reviewed. In addition, the bond performance between UHPFRC and reinforcements, which is fundamental information for the structural performance of reinforced concrete structures, was investigated. The most widely used international recommendations for structural design with UHPFRC throughout the world (AFGC-SETRA and JSCE) were specifically introduced in terms of material models and flexural and shear design. Lastly, examples of practical applications of UHPFRC for both architectural and civil structures were examined.

It is hoped that this paper may be a contribution to the solution of further problems arising from the gap between theory and practice. The practical cases in the application of PERT.CPM in Korea was investigated and studied. And the results are presented. These examinations of the actual cases led to a conclusion that in order to apply effectively PERT.CPM and to diminish the gap between the planning and actuality, emphasis must be given to the second factors rather than the first one shown on the network diagram, in the course of the control of the work. These second factors are PERT Status Analysis Report, PERT Emergency and PERT Count Down etc. They are the best methods that can eliminate difficult elements on the critical path, by making the maximum use of slack time.

Folk Remedies symbolize the medical art of the common people, and contain their special emotion and colloquial expressions. They are medical treatments in which the medical history and the tradition and the soul of a people are incorporated. They are handed down in various ways. This study introduces some of folk remedies. For example, powder of tigers' bones heals neuralgia. Rice wine brewing up with ginger is effective in a cold. Water boiling with safflower does good in neuralgia. Pasting herba houttuyniae takes effect in skin disease. To Decoct and drink old hardy orange is effective in urticaria. Water boiling with fructus corni alleviates a fever. Camellia oil or rhizoma cnidii or iris is used for the extermination of vermin and the antiseptic. In the end, the practical application of these remedies to the resources of industry and education will be discussed.

Water-soluble, chiral conducting, poly(diphenylamine) (PDPA) nanocomposites were synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization of diphenylamine in the presence of poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) as a template and camphor sulphonic acid (CSA) as the chiral inductor, Composites were formed as stable aqueous dispersions under different experimental conditions, such as DPA to PAA molar ratios, PAA molecular weight, etc. Circular dichroism(CD) spectra of the composites indicated the induction of chirality to PDPA. Compared to simple chiral PANI, the PDPA/PAA/CSA nanocomposites showed a different Cotton effect. The appearance of a CD band in the composite was complimentary to the bisignate, exciton-coupled band in the UV-Visible spectrum. FTIR spectra indicated the intimate mixing of PDPA and PAA.

본 연구는 실용적인 적용을 위한 기본적인 스트럿-타이 모델의 사용방법에 대해 논의한다. 스트럿- 타이 모델의 구성은 평형 조건식에 기초한 하중 경로를 그리는 것으로 시작한다. active sytems, vector active systems, 그리고 section active systems를 포함한 구조 시스템의 이해는 가능한 스트럿 -타이 모델을 위한 적절한 시스템을 선택할 수 있도록 한다. 간단한 원형 fan은 집중하중에서부터 분포하중까지 하중 경로를 표시할 수 있다. 스트럿의 강도는 인장 타이와 유효 압축 강도가 만나는 절점영역의 형태에 따라 결정된다. 스트럿의 유효 압축강도는 주로 transevers 변형률에 의해 영향을 끼치는 것으로 가정한다.

건설공사에서 콘크리트의 조기강도 확보를 통한 거푸집 탈형시기의 결정은 공기단축 및 경제성 측면에서 중요한 기술이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실용적인 콘크리트 재료와 소요의 압축강도 기준을 만족하는 조강 콘크리트 배합을 개발한 후 현장 적용함으로써 실용화를 목표로 콘크리트의 조기강도발현기술을 개발하고자 한다.

This paper focuses on development of a fashion design education course that will foster the talent and aesthetic consciousness of fashion design student. The writer reached the content of the designing ideas to practical applications as the defined scope of fashion design education. For designing idea in practical application : matching ideas, contrasting ideas, formative combinations and revisionism were used. For design ideas, the ideas developed by 飯塚弘子, 万江入重子, 香川達子 were used in revision. To detail the content of design education, fashion magazines, portfolios, photographs and related fashion design educational materials were used. 1. Matching ideas : it proposes such identical expression into costume by making a research of developing material, application form and color extraction from design sources. 2. Contrasting ideas : it proposes such opposite expression into costume by making a research of opposite to image, form, position and purpose from some object. 3. Formative combinations : it proposes such new expression into costume by combining a detail of costume with the other object. 4. Revisionism : it proposes such modified expression into costume by making a research of deletion, change, addition and conversion in costume.
