중.저온형 고체 산화물 연료전지의 공기극 물질로 사용되는 Pr0.3Sr0.7CoxMn(1-x)O3 (x=0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1)에 관한 연구 (Study of Pr0.3Sr0.7CoxMn(1-x)O3 as the Cathode Materials for Intermediate Temperature SOFC)

  • The decrease of polarization resistance in cathode is the key point for operating at intermediate temperature SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell). In this study, the influence of Co substitution in B-site at complex perovskite on the electronic conductivity of PSCM ($Pr_{0.3}Sr_{0.7}Co_xMn_{(1-x)}$) was investigated. The PSCM series exhibits excellent MIEC (mixed ionic electronic conductor) properties. The ASR (area specific resistance) of PSCM3773 was $0.174{\Omega}{\cdot}cm^2\;at\;700^{\circ}C$. The activation energy of PSCM3773 was also lower than other compositions of PSCM. The TEC(thermal expansion coefficient) was decreased by addition of Mn. The ASR values were increased gradually during the thermal cycling test of PSCM37773 due to the delamination between electrolyte and cathode materials. The delamination was caused by the difference of TEC.

Pr-첨가 ZnO 바리스터의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Properties of Pr-doped ZnO Varistors)

  • ZnO varistors containing 5.0 at% Co3O4 and Pr6O11, ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 at%, were sintered at 130$0^{\circ}C$ and 135$0^{\circ}C$. The I-V characteristics and nonlinear coefficients of the specimens were investigated with respect to Pr addition and sintering temperature. In general the specimens sintered at 130$0^{\circ}C$ showed better varistor characteristic than those fired at 135$0^{\circ}C$, which seemed to be related with the liquid phase formation during sintering. The barrier heights obtained from C-V relations, 0.29-1.36 eV, were different from those acquired using resistivity-temperature plots measured at low voltage per grain boundary. Therefore the estimation of potential barrier heights using C-V relations is better suited for the specimens prepared in this study. The carrier densities obtained using C-V relations were ~1018 cm-3.

Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Dy 산화물계 바리스터 세라믹스의 전기적 안정성 (Electrical Stability of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Dy Oxides-based Varistor Ceramics)

  • Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Dy 산화물계로 구성된 바리스터 세라믹스의 전기적 안정성을 몇 가지 DC 가속열화 스트레스 조건하에서 0.0∼2.0 mol% Dy$_2$O$_3$ 첨가량의 변화에 따라 조사하였다. 바리스터 세라믹스의 밀도는 Dy$_2$O$_3$ 첨가량이 0.5 mol%까지 증가하였으며, 보다 많이 첨가하면 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 밀도는 전도경로와 밀접한 관계로 인해서 안정성에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Dy$_2$O$_3$ 첨가는 바리스터 세라믹스의 비직선 지수를 45 이상, 누설전류를 대략 1.0 $\mu$A 이하로 비직선성을 크게 개선시켰다. DC 스트레스 조건 0.95 V$_{1mA}$/15$0^{\circ}C$/24 h에서 안정성을 조사한 결과, 0.5 mol% 첨가시 상대적으로 가장 높은 안정성을 나타내었다. 전압-전류특성에 있어서 바리스터 전압, 비직선 지수, 누설전류의 변화율은 각각 -0.9%, -14.4%, +483.3%이었으며, 유전특성에 있어서 비유전율 및 손실계수의 변화는 각각 +7.1%, +315.4%이었다. 그 외의 바리스터 세라믹스는 낮은 밀도 때문에 열폭주 현상을 나타내는 매우 불안정한 특성을 나타내었다.다.

Influence of Dy Doping on Electrical Properties and dc Aging Behaviors of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr System

  • The electrical properties and dc aging behavior for specified stress state of system, which is composed of quaternary Zn-Pr-Co-Cr, were investigated for different $Dy_2O_3$ addition doping level. As $Dy_2O_3$ doping level increased, the density decreased in the range of 5.51-4.90 $g/cm^3$, reaching maximum at 0.5 mol% and the average ZnO grain size decreased in the range of 17.7-6.0 ${\mu}m$. The incorporation of $Dy_2O_3$ significantly improved the non-ohmic properties, above 30 in non-ohmic coefficient, compared with that of undoped samples. The samples with the best performance of non-ohmic properties were obtained for $Dy_2O_3$ doping level of 1.0 mol%, with 49 in non-ohmic coefficient and 2.6 ${\mu}A/cm^2$ in leakage current. The samples with the highest stability were obtained for $Dy_2O_3$ doping level of 0.5 mol%.

(Pr, Co, Cr, La)-doped ZnO 바리스터의 전기적 특성에 미치는 소결온도효과 (Effects Sintering Temperature on Electrical Properties of (Pr, Co, Cr, La)-doped ZnO Varistors)

  • The microstructure, electrical properties, and its stability of (Pr, Co, Cr, La)-doped ZnO varistors were investigated at different sintering temperatures in the range of $1230{\sim}1300^{\circ}C$. As the sintering temperature increased, the sintered density increased from 5.50 to $5.77g/cm^3$, the varistor voltage decreased from 777.9 to 108.0 V/mm, the nonlinear coefficient decreased from 77.0 to 7.1, and the leakage current increased from $0.4{\mu}A\;to\;50.6{\mu}A$. On the other hand, the donor concentration increased from $0.90{\times}10^{18}\;to\;2.59{\times}10^{18}/cm^3$ and the barrier height decreased from 1.89 to 0.69 eV with increasing temperature. The stability of nonlinear electrical properties was obtained from sintering temperature of $1260^{\circ}C$. The varistors sintered at $1260^{\circ}C$ marked the high electrical stability, with $%{\Delta}V_{1mA}=+1.9%,\;%{\Delta}a=10.6%,\;and\;%{\Delta}I_L=+20%$ for DC accelerated aging stress state of $0.95V_{1mA}/150^{\circ}C/24h$.

경기 일부지역 대학생의 섬유소 섭취 행동단계에 따른 영양소 섭취상태 비교 (Comparison of Nutrient Intakes Regarding Stages of Change in Dietary Fiber Increasing for College Students in Kyunggi-Do)

  • This study was conducted to compare nutrient intakes regarding stages of change in dietary fiber increasing behavior. Subjects were consisted of healthy 383 college students (2S0 females and 133 males) in Kyunggi-Do. Stages of change classified by an algorithm based on 6 items were designed each subjects into one of the 5 stages: precontemplation (PC), contemplation (CO), preparation (PR), action (AC), maintenance (MA). Nutrient intakes were assessed by 24-hr recall method. Regarding the S stages of changes, PR stage comprised the largest group $(39.4\%)$, followed by AC $(33.7\%)$, MA$(14.6\%)$, PC$(7.6\%)$, CO$(34.7\%)$. Female were more belong to either AC or MA. The higher stage of change in dietary fiber increasing behavior, the higher self-efficacy. In all male and female, there were no differences in energy, protein, monounsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and cholesterol intakes across the 5 stages. But, fiber, postassuim (K), vitamin A and vitamin C intakes of AC or MA were higer than those of PC, CO and PR $Energy\%$ from fat of $PR(25.4\~26.5\%)$ was higher than $20\%$, and those of AC and MA was lower than the other groups. Dietary P/S and ${\varepsilon}6/{\varepsilon}$ 3 ratios of AC and MA were similar to the recommended ratio. Female of PR had the most total saturated fat and palmitic acid and those of MA had the least. Male of PR had the least $\alpha-LNA\;({\varepsilon}3)$ and total ${\varepsilon}3$ fatty acids and those of MA had the most. In male and female in AC or MA, fiber and K intakes from breakfast, dinner and snack and vitamin C intakes from all meals were higher than those of the other stages. These results of our study confirm differences in stages of change in fiber intake in terms of nutritional status. To have lower $energy\%$ from fat, higher intakes of K, fiber and vitamins, desirable ratio of dietary fatty acids, it needs consistent nutritional education leading to the AC or MA of fiber increasing behavior.

Clamping Voltage Characteristics and Accelerated Aging Behavior of CoCrTb-doped Zn/Pr-based Varistors with Sintering Temperature

  • The clamping voltage characteristics and accelerated aging behavior of CoCrTb-doped Zn/Pr-based varistors were investigated for different sintering temperatures. The best clamping voltage characteristics were obtained for the varistors sintered at $1330^{\circ}C$, with a clamping voltage ratio (K) of 1.63 at a surge current of 5 A and 1.75 at a surge current of 10 A. The varistors sintered at $1330^{\circ}C$ exhibited the highest stability, with -0.1% in $%{\Delta}E_{1\;mA}$, -0.2% in $%{\Delta}{\alpha}$, and +15.5% in $%{\Delta}J_L$ for E-J characteristics under a stress state of 0.90 $E_{1\;mA/120^{\circ}C$ /24 h. Furthermore, it exhibited $%{\Delta}{\varepsilon}_{APP}$' of -0.7% and $%{\Delta}tan{\delta}$ of +5.7% for dielectric characteristics under the same stress state.

  • The electrical procerties and stability of ZnO-Pr$_{6}$O$_{11}$-CoO-Cr$_2$O$_3$-Er$_2$O$_3$ (ZPCCE) based varistors were investigated in the Er$_2$O$_3$content range of 0.0 to 4.0 mol%. ZPCCE ceramics containing 2.0 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$ exhibited the highest density of 5.74 g/㎤ corresponding to 99.3% of theoretical density. The varistors with 0.5 mol% and 2.0 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$exhibited a relatively satisfying nonlinearity, which the nonlinear exponent is 40.50 and 47.15, respectively and the leakage current is 2.66 $mutextrm{A}$, respectively. Under more severe d.c. stress, such as (0.80 V$_{1mA}$/9$0^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.85 V$_{1mA}$115$^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.90 V$_{1mA}$12$0^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.95 V$_{1mA}$1$25^{\circ}C$12h), they showed a very excellent stability, which the variation rate of the variator voltage is -0.89% and -0.15%, the variation rate of the nonlinear coefficient is -4.67% and -3.56%, and the variation rate of leakage current is -6.02% and -19.56%, respectively. It is surely bellived that ZnO-0.5 mol% Pr$_{6}$O$_{11}$-1.0 mol% CoO-0.5 mol% Cr$_2$O$_3$-x mol% Er$_2$O$_3$(x=0.5, 2.0) based varistors will be greatly contributed to develop the advanced Pr$_{6}$O$_{11}$-based ZnO varistors in future.uture. future.uture.

Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Y 산화물계 바리스터의 써지 스트레스에 대한 전기적 안정성에 소결시간의 영향 (Effect of Sintering lime on Electrical Stability against Surge Stress of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Y Oxide-based Varistors)

  • The electrical stability against surge stress of varistors, which are composed of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Y oxide system, were investigated at different sintering times. As sintering time increases, the varistor voltage and nonlinear exponent decreased in the range of $279.6\~179.1$ and $52.5\~24.9$, respectively. On the contrary, the leakage current and dielectric dissipation factor increased in the range of $1.2\~9.8\;{\mu}A$ and 0.0461\~0.0651 with increase of sintering time. For all varistors, the variation rates of V-I characteristic parameters against surge stress were more strongly affected in order of varistor voltage ${\rightarrow}nonlnear$ $exponent{\rightarrow}leakage$ current. On the whole, the electrical stability against surge stress increased with increasing sintering time. Conclusively, it is assumed that the varistors sintered for 2 h exhibited comparatively good characteristics, in view of overall characteristics.

  • The electrical properties of varistors consisting of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Er oxides were investigated in the Er$_2$O$_3$content range of 0.0 to 2.0 mol%. the varistors without Er$_2$O$_3$ exhibited a relatively low nonlinearity, which was 14.24 in the nonlinear exponent and 21.47 $\mu$A in the leakage current. However, the varistors with Er$_2$O$_3$ sintered at 1335$^{\circ}C$ for 1h exhibited very high nonlinear exponent of 70, in particular, reaching a maximum value of 78.05 in 2.0 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$, and those sintered at 1335$^{\circ}C$ for 2h exhibited the nonlinear exponent close to 50, in particular, reaching a maximum value of52.76 in 0.5 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$. The others except for 0.5 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$-added varistors exhibited very high instability resulting in a thermal runaway within a short time, even a weak DC stress. Increasing soaking time decreased the nonlinearity, but increased the stability. The varistors containing 0.5mol% Er$_2$O$_3$ sintered for 2h exhibited excellent stability, in which the variation rate of the varistor voltage and nonlinear exponent was -1.70% and -7.15%, respectively, under more severe DC stress such as (0.80 V$_{1mA}$/9$0^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.85 V$_{1mA}$/115$^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.90 V$_{1mA}$/12$0^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.95 V$_{1mA}$/1$25^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.95 V$_{1mA}$/15$0^{\circ}C$/12h).TEX>/12h).
