Estimation of Economic Value of the Film Industry in the National Economy (영화산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • The film industry is a high value-added industry, boosts the self-esteem of the people as a measure of a country's culture industry, and is one of the strategic industries to be fostered. However, the film industry is struggling due to the lack of national consensus on the importance and value of the film industry. Therefore, in order to resolve this issue, the study used the film Input-Output Table of year 2009 of korea to analyze how much the film industry contributes to the national economy. The results shows that film industry induce 82,838.7 billion won of national production, especially the film industry(the sector of film product & distribution and film screenings) shows that production inducement coefficient is 2.324(2.240, 2.478), Index of the power of dispersion is 1.163(1.121, 1.240), index of the sensitivity of dispersion is 0.825(0.825, 0.501), value-added coefficient is 0.884(0.479, 0.547), income inducement coefficient is 0.454(0.211, 0.236), tax inducement coefficient is 0.110(0.090, 0.146) and employment inducement coefficient is 0.017(0.014, 0.022).

Antioxidant Activity of the Ethanol Extract from Cooking Drips of Thunnus thynnus by Gamma Irradiation (참치 자숙액의 항산화 활성에 감마선 조사가 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of a gamma irradiation on the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract from cooking drips of Thunnus thynnus (ECT). The electron donating ability against 1,1-diphenyl- 2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH), authentic hydroxyl radical scavenging activity by Ultra Weak Luminescence Analyzer, oxidative protection factors by Racimat method, ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), and ${\beta}$-carotene bleaching activity were measured as indices of antioxidant activity. All of the results shown that irradiation increased the antioxidant activity of ECT. These results suggested that ECT could be used as an antioxidative component in food and gamma irradiation could enhance these antioxidative properties.

Effect of Clinical Nurses's Basic Psychological Need, Self-Leadership and Job Stress on Nursing Performance (임상간호사의 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스가 간호업무 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was done to identify variables predicting of nursing performance with basic psychological need, self-leadership and job stress in clinical nurses. The participants were 160 clinical nurses, located in P city and D province in korea. Data were collected from Feb to March, 2016 by questionnaire survey. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 18.0 program with independent t-test and analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. This study shows positive correlations between nursing performance and basic psychological needs(r=.59, p<.001), autonomy(r=.31, p<.001), competency(r=.68, p<.001), relatedness(r=.48, p<.001), self-leadership(r=.58, p<.001), job stress(r=.19, p<.05). Basic psychological needs(${\beta}$=.43), self-leadership(${\beta}$=.33), job stress(${\beta}$=.21) have a 47.3%(Adj $R^2$ .473) explanatory power for the nursing performance in clinical nurses. This study confirmed that basic psychological needs, self-leadership and job stress were identified to improve nursing performance. Therefore we should develop programs in order to increase basic psychological needs and self-leadership.

Study of antioxidant activities of extracts from Metaplexis japonica leaf and stem (박주가리(Metaplexis japonica Makino) 잎과 줄기 추출물의 항산화 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant activity of Metaplexis japonica by using hot-water and ethanol extracts of its leaf and stem. Yields of hot-water and ethanol extracts of M. japonica leaf were high at 6.89 and 6.23%, respectively. The polyphenol and flavonoid contents in ethanol extracts of M. japonica leaf (ALEE) were high (86.96 and 60.73 mg/g, respectively). The electron-donating ability of all M. japonica extracts increased with an increase in extract concentration, with the highest electron-donating ability of 36.20~68.19% shown by hot-water extracts of M. japonica leaf (ALWE). The superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activities of ALWE and ALEE increased with an increase in extract concentration. The nitrite-scavenging ability of the extracts was the highest at pH 1.2 and that of ALWE was higher than that of ALEE. The reducing power of $62.5{\mu}g/mL$ ALEE was 0.09 and that of $1,000{\mu}g/mL$ was 0.44. The inhibitory effect of an ethanol extract of M. japonica stem (ASEE) on tyrosinase was 13.81% at a concentration of $62.5{\mu}g/mL$ and that of $1,000{\mu}g/mL$ ALEE was 57.04%.

Influence of the addition of aronia powder on the quality and antioxidant activity of muffins (아로니아 분말 첨가가 머핀의 품질 및 항산화능에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of muffins prepared with different amounts (0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%) of aronia powder. The moisture content was higher in the groups that contained aronia powder than in the control muffin. The specific volume of the muffins was lowest in the group with 15% aronia powder added. The lightness and yellowness values decreased, while the redness values increased with increasing amounts of the aronia powder. The hardness of the control group was lower than that of the 10% and 15% treatment groups. The consumer acceptance test revealed no significant differences in the taste and texture of the muffin samples, but the overall acceptability scores were lowest for the muffins with 15% aronia powder added. The substitution of wheat flour for the aronia powder yielded muffins with a higher polyphenol content and total flavonoid content. The antioxidant activity measured via the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging activity, metal chelating effect, and reducing power increased as the concentration of the aronia powder increased. The results showed that up to 10% aronia powder can be incorporated into muffins to meet the sensory quality and functional needs of consumers.

Capacitively Coupled Dry Etching of GaAs in BCl3/N2 Discharges at Low Vacuum Pressure (저진공 축전 결합형 BCl3/N2 플라즈마를 이용한 GaAs의 건식 식각)

  • This study investigates GaAs dry etching in capacitively coupled $BCl_3/N_2$ plasma at a low vacuum pressure (>100 mTorr). The applied etch process parameters were a RIE chuck power ranging from $100{\sim}200W$ on the electrodes and a $N_2$ composition ranging from $0{\sim}100%$ in $BCl_3/N_2$ plasma mixtures. After the etch process, the etch rates, RMS roughness and etch selectivity of the GaAs over a photoresist was investigated. Surface profilometry and field emission-scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the etch characteristics of the GaAs substrate. It was found that the highest etch rate of GaAs was $0.4{\mu}m/min$ at a 20 % $N_2$ composition in $BCl_3/N_2$ (i.e., 16 sccm $BCl_3/4$ sccm $N_2$). It was also noted that the etch rate of GaAs was $0.22{\mu}m/min$ at 20 sccm $BCl_3$ (100 % $BCl_3$). Therefore, there was a clear catalytic effect of $N_2$ during the $BCl_3/N_2$ plasma etching process. The RMS roughness of GaAs after etching was very low (${\sim}3nm$) when the percentage of $N_2$ was 20 %. However, the surface roughness became rougher with higher percentages of $N_2$.

Technique of Heat Transfer Augmentation in Impinging Air Jet System (충돌공기(衝突空氣) 분류계(噴流系)에서의 전열촉진기술(傳熱促進技術)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the enhancement of heat transfer without additional external power in the case of rectangular impingement air jet vertically on the flat heating surface. The technique used in the present study was placement of square rod bundles as a turbulence promoter in front of the heat transfer surface. The results obtained through this study were summerized as follws. High heat transfer enhancement was achieved by inserting rods in front of the heating flat plate. According to visulaization, it was examined because of flow acceleration and separation and disturbance of boundary layer. The smaller clerance between rod and heating plate was, the larger heat transfer effect became at each H/B. Arverage Nusselt number reached maximum at H/B=10 and the local augmentation rate of heat transfer became maximum at H/B=2. The maximum average heat transfer enhancement rate increase about 43% for the case of X/B=2 and C=1mm, compared to a flat plate without rods. The correlating equation of average Nusselt number and Reynolds number was obatined. As follws : ${\overline{Nu}}_0=1.249Re^{0.465}(C/A)^{-0.033}(H/B)^{0.013}$.

Radical Scavenging Activities of Phellinus pini (상황버섯(Phellinus pini)의 라디칼 소거작용)

  • The concentration of phenolics in Phellinus pini (CY001) extracts, expressed as mg of GAEs per g of P. pini fractions, and the EtOAc fraction (436.5 mg GAEs/g) of P. pini had a higher phenolic content than other fractions. Several biochemical assays were used to screen antioxidant properties such as reducing power, 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging capacity, NBT/XO superoxide system and inhibition of DCF/AAPH peroxyl radicals. Among the six mushroom extracts, the EtOAc fraction from P. pini (CY001) showed the most potent DPPH radical, superoxide radical, and peroxyl radical scavenging activities, with $IC_{50}$ values of $11.49\;{\mu}g/ml$, $8.32\;{\mu}g/ml$, and $1.91\;{\mu}g/ml$, respectively. The EtOAc fraction of P. pini (CY001) significantly inhibited enzymatic lipid peroxidation and effectively attenuated LPS-induced NO production of RAW 264.7 cells without cytotoxicity. We also found that the EtOAc fraction had a significant hepato-protectant effect on tacrine-induced cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells. These findings suggest that P. pini (CY001) may have potential as a natural antioxidant, which contains compound(s) with radical scavenging activity.

Relation of Self Leadership and Empowerment and Organization Innovation Action in Private Security Guard (민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self leadership and empowerment and organization innovation action in private security guard. This study established private security guards who is being located in Seoul, 2011 and work in the private security company by population. Using purposive sampling method, 293 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were performed. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which shows the reliability of the questionnaire came out to be over .831. The conclusion is following. First, private security guard's self leadership affects to empowerment. That is, influence and semanticity are enlarged as action center strategy, natural compensation strategy is attained well. Also, capacity, self decision power is enlarged as constructive thinking strategy, natural compensation strategy is attained well. Second, private security guard's self leadership affects to organization innovation action. In other words, innovation action is increased as action center strategy is attained well. Also, organization's innovation result is enlarged as constructive thinking strategy, action center strategy, natural compensation strategy are attained well. Third, private security guard's empowerment affects on organization innovation action. That is, innovation action, innovation result appears high in case of influence, semanticity is enlarged. Fourth, private security guard's self leadership exerts direction indirect effect in empowerment and organization innovation action. Thus, empowerment is an important variable that mediate self leadership and organization innovation action.

Factors Affecting the Popularity of Video Clip: The Case of Naver TV (영상클립의 인기요인에 대한 실증 연구: 네이버 TV를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed Naver TV users' pattern of video clip watching, and analyzed the factors affecting the popularity of Naver TV's video clip. We selected 572 individual video clips that were ranked 50th in Naver TV rankings from September 10th to September 24th in 2017. We classified video clip's characteristics into several factors, including the number of likes, the number of subscriber, genre, video clip's types, and star appearances. We indexed the popularity of video clip, which implies the degree of popularity for each video clip. The results showed that the number of likes for video clips and the number of subscribers for each video clip were positively related to the popularity of video clip. Video clip's genre, video clip's type and star power positively affected the popularity of video clip. The effect of extras genre on the popularity of video clip was the lowest, followed by entertainment, music, and drama genre. but the difference among entertainment, music and drama genre was not statistically significant. Web-only video and non-broadcast video positively affected the popularity of video clip. Finally, the popularity of video clip was higher when stars appeared in the video clip.
