기후조건 및 실부하패턴을 고려한 태양광 시스템 최적 운전기법 (Photovoltaic System Operation Optimal Technique Considering Climate Condition and Residential Loads Pattern)

  • Based on the detailed analysis of output characteristics of PV array and residential load usage pattern, a design method to calculate optimal battery capacity for stand-alone PV generation systems is proposed. And also, according to power flow Actual irradiation and temperature data are analyzed to compose a PV array simulator and also six representative home appliances are electrically modeled for load simulator, along with 24hours usage pattern. The surplus and insufficient power can be calculated from the proposed simulation platform, so that selection of an optimal battery capacity can be possible. The theoretical analysis and design process will be explained, along with informative simulation results.

  • System modeling is applied in developing a probabilistic linear estimator for the load of an electric power system for the purpose of short term load forecasting. The model assumer that the load in given by the suns of a periodic discrete time serier with a period of 24 hour and a residual term such that the output of a discrete time dynamical linear system driven by a white random process and a deterministic input. And also we have established the main forecasting algorithms, which are essemtally the Kalman filter-predictor equations.

  • This paper describers the power demand and the voltage stability in power system. Especially the power demand on summer is more and more increase in korea. According to load quantity is increasing voltage is getting down. And power system becomes unstable. So this paper is prevent voltage down using to ULTC modeling which is a part in a transformer. Therefore our purpose is power system stability increasing as variable state like a load increasing or a fault. Then this paper is using IPLAN and PSS/E as analysis tool. PSS/E is very powerful engine on load flow analysis. And IPLAN is capable of using on variable program compiling with user.

  • Dispatcher's Training simulation function are network analysis, power system modeling, supervisory control, and system security assessment. This function provides hand-on training for power dispatchers for operation of the nation control center in the future, it needs interface between simulator and expert system.   • An increasing number of electric vehicles (EVs) in power system affects its reliability in various aspects. Especially under high EV penetration level, new generating units are required to satisfy system's adequacy criterion. Wind power generation is expected to take the major portion of the new units due to environmental and economic issues. In this paper, the system reliability is analyzed using Loss of Load Expectation (LOLE) and Expected Energy Not Served (EENS) under each and both cases of increasing wind power generation and EVs. A probabilistic multi-state modeling method of wind turbine generator under various power output for adequate reliability evaluation is presented as well. EVs are modeled as loads under charging algorithm with Time-Of-Use (TOU) rates in order to incorporate EVs into hour-to-hour yearly load curve. With the expected load curve, the impact of EVs on the system adequacy is analyzed. Simulations show the reliability evaluation of increasing wind power capacity and number of EVs. With this method, system operator becomes capable of measuring appropriate wind power capacity to meet system reliability standard.

  • This study proposes a DQ synchronous reference frame model of a series-parallel tuned inductive power transfer (SP-IPT) system. The wireless power transmission system experiences control difficulty because the transmitter-side controller cannot directly measure the receiver-side load voltages and currents. Therefore, a control-oriented circuit model that shows the dynamics of the IPT system is required to achieve a well-behaved controller. In this study, an equivalent circuit model of the SP-IPT system in a synchronously rotating reference frame is proposed using the single-phase DQ transformation technique. The proposed circuit model is helpful in modeling the dynamics of the voltages and currents of the transmitter- and receiver-side resonant tanks and loads. The proposed circuit model is evaluated using frequency- and time-domain simulation results.

  • 전기부하설비의 전압, 전류, 전력, 고조파 등의 분석을 위해서는 수학적 모델링 보다는 실제 계측을 통한 전력분석이 필요하고 이를 통해 전기설비의 효율적인 관리, 에너지 절약 및 사고 예방에 필요한 대책을 수립할 수 있다. 특히 비선형 부하에 의해 발생되는 고조파의 대책수립을 위해 계측을 통한 전력분석이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전기부하설비에 공급되는 전력을 측정하고 분석할 수 있는 저가형 데이터 획득 시스템을 DSP 기반으로 개발하였고 이를 실제 전력계통에 설치하여 전력 및 고조파의 측정과 분석을 수행함으로써 그 성능을 입증하였다.

  • Recently, as one of the policies for carbon free operation method of independent power system replacing diesel generator with renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic(PV) system has been presented. Therefore, this paper proposes an operation algorithm and modeling of independent power system by considering CVCF(constant voltage constant frequency) ESS(energy storage system) for constant frequency and voltage, LC(load control) ESS for demand and supply balancing and SVC(static var compensator) for reactive power compensation. From the simulation results based on the various operation scenario, it is confirmed that proposed operation algorithm and modeling may contribute stable operation and carbon free in independent power system.

분산전원이 도입된 배전계통의 전압해석 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Voltage Analysis Method of Distribution Systems with Distributed Generation)

  • This paper presents a voltage analysis method of distribution systems interconnected with DG(Distributed Generation). Nowadays, small scale DG becomes to be introduced into power distribution systems. But in that case, it is difficult to properly maintain the terminal voltage of low voltage customers by using only ULTC(Under Load Tap Changer). This paper presents a voltage analysis method of distribution systems with DC for proper voltage regulation of power distribution systems with ULTC. In order to develop the voltage analysis method, distribution system modeling method and advanced loadflow method are proposed. Proposed method has been applied to a 22.9 kV practical power distribution systems.

  • 본 논문에서는 정전류 부하모델 교류 전기철도 AT 급전시스템을 회로망 해석법(Loop Equation Method)을 이용하여 실제 급전시스템과 유사하게 제약조건을 두고 여러 경우를 가정하여 모델링 하였다. 이 방법을 통해 앞으로 건설될 고속 전기철도 급전시스템의 전력품질에 영향을 줄 수 있는 전압강하에 주안점을 두고 정상급전의 경우뿐만 아니라 연장급전의 경우를 새롭게 확대 해석하였으며 이 결과를 동적 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 PSCAD /EMTDC를 이용하여 그 정확성과 실용성을 검증하였다. 또한 사례연구를 통해 전압 보상기를 설치하지 않는 경우와 STATCOM을 설치한 경우의 전압강하 보상효과를 PSCAD/EMTDC로 시뮬레이션 하여 검증하였다.
