해상풍력단지 전력계통 연계를 위한 무효전력 최적 보상용량 계산에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Calculation of Optimal Compensation Capacity of Reactive Power for Grid Connection of Offshore Wind Farms)

  • 최근 해상풍력산업이 활성화되면서 기존 화력 발전소 규모의 400MW 급 발전단지들이 개발되고 있다. 재생에너지는 에너지원에 따라 간헐성이 큰 특성이 있고, 최신 재생에너지 발전설비들은 제어기능을 갖는 인버터 기술로 구성되는 특징이 있다. 이러한 재생에너지원의 계통연계 확대에 따라 전력계통 접속을 위한 그리드코드도 점점 구체화되고 있고, 이에 따라 관련 검토도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그리드 코드 준수를 위해 여러 해상풍력 발전단지들을 통합하여 공동접속설비로 접속하는 경우, 최적 무효전력 보상용량 선정 방법에 대해 제안한다. 그리드 코드의 요구조건을 기반으로, 전북 서남해 400MW 풍력발전단지의 무효전력 보상과 과도안정도를 분석한다. 이 분석은 PSS/E를 사용하여 각 터빈 배치안과 케이블 데이터로 발전단지 DB를 구축하고, 내·외부망 케이블의 충전전류에 의한 무효전력과 연계점에서 무효전력 보상용량을 산출한다. 또한 전력계통 DB에 연계해서 정적, 동적 안정도를 고찰한다.

  • 본 논문의 배경은 제주지역의 안정적 전력공급을 위하여 최적의 전력공급체계를 분석한 논문이다. 본 논문에서 검토한 내용은 제주도 전력공급 현황파악 및 문제점 분석, 전력계통 운영측면에서 최적의 전력설비건설 타당성 검토 그리고 경제성 및 신뢰도 검토이다. 결론적으로 2011년에 HVDC 연계 선을 제주에 건설하는 경우에 경제성 평가(30년간 2011년 현가합 비교)를 한 경우 HVDC 연계선 추가건설이 기력(중유)발전이나 LNG 발전 보다 경제적임을 보여주고 있다. 그리고 신뢰도 측면에서도 좋은 역할을 할 것으로 기대되어진다.

  • This paper reports a study on determination of the adequate location of 100 MVA STATCOM regarding the transfer capability enhancement on the metropolitan interface as well as the economy in system operation. The base case in the study was established considering a scenario of the energy support to North Korea from the KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) system through a HVDC interconnection. In the base case, the energy support was approximately modeled with a load of 1500 MW, and by the load addition, the system was weakened in terms of voltage stability and transfer capability. After a thorough investigation on the case, the location of the STATCOM was decided to compensate the reactive deficit of the modified system and to maximize the operational benefit which can be estimated by FV analysis.

  • The base station transceiver subsystem (BTS) of the CDMA Mobile System is interfaced to mobile stations over the air and to the wired network through a packet switched interconnection network. The potential benefits of CDMA technology are achieved when the transmitter and the receiver are properly designed and implemented. The physical layer of the interface at the base station is implemented with the CDMA ASICs and control circuits in channel card of the BTS. We present the design perspectives and structural illustration of the BTS. Base station modem ASICs and their control to implement the CDMA receiver, Baseband and RF signal processing blocks, and BTS controller are described. Elaborate power control is essential to ensure the high capacity which is one of advantages of the CDMA technology. The closed loop reverse link power control and the forward link power control operated in the BTS are described.

  • This paper describes performance analysis of ARCP Inverter, which can offer zero voltage switching at nominal voltage stress. The system consists of a voltage-source inverter with sort-switching module. Each main switch is connected in parallel with resonant capacitor and two auxiliary switches are placed in series with a resonant reactor for soft-switching capability. The described ARCP inverter could be effectively applied for active power filter reactive power compensator, and UPS.

  • Recently, a high speed rail consists of many train coaches and power cars. For keeping the reliable train communication system with train coaches and power cars, train uses the OSI model(Open Systems Interconnection Basic Reference Model) and KTX(Korea Train eXpress) only uses the Physical to Transport layer of OSI model. This paper describes the analysis of CLNP(Connectionless Network Protocol) and ES-IS(End System to Intermediate System) protocols used in KTX for the network layer. CLNP is used to send data to other system and ES-IS protocol is used to route and send information between end systems and intermediate systems. Also this paper presents the protocol parsing program and implementation of Network layer.
