Despite is product that ship, vehicles, development equipment and Metal Bearing for plant equipment that is mass-produced by present domestic companies Cast White Metal Lining Bearing that is Bimetal Bearing standing 2 generation is accomplishing master and servant and this is foreseen to be used widely on industry whole in hereafter but Cast White Metal Bearing need minuteness processing, while price competitive power is depending on income from superior another thing area than itself manufacture already in advanced nation to lowdown that the technique is generalized widely, when take into account technology change aspect of industrial technology developing country, Go added value creation by deepening of price competition is judged to be difficult hereafter. Because domestic production and supply are wholly lacking almost in Metal Bearing Cladding that take advantage of these technology, Data-base about connection technology is weak with technique and Know-How for product. This research unites Back Steel and Aluminium Alloy different kind metal and make the Clad river studying technology about union of Gogangseong Dacheung metal bearing hereupon.
In this paper, we consider a small open economy under the New Keynesian model with unemployment of Gal$\acute{i}$ (2011a, b) to discuss the design of the monetary policy. Our findings can be summarized in three parts. First, even with the existence of unemployment, the optimal policy is to minimize variance of domestic price inflation, wage inflation, and the output gap when both domestic price and wage are sticky. Second, stabilizing unemployment rate is important in reducing the welfare loss incurred by both technology and labor supply shocks. Therefore, introducing the unemployment rate as an another argument into the Taylor-rule type interest rate rule will be welfare-enhancing. Lastly, controlling CPI inflation is the best option when the policy is not allowed to respond to unemployment rate. Once the unemployment rate is controlled, however, stabilizing power of CPI inflation-based Taylor rule is diminished.
Although the electricity tariff for each customer class in Korea has an institutional basis which can be linked to cost fluctuations caused by the increase in fuel cost, there is a situation in which it cannot be raised in a timely manner, considering the national economic burden such as inflation. There can be some disagreements about unconditionally raising electricity rates when cost increases occur. It is, however, well known that Korean domestic electricity rates are very low around the world and are in an environment in which rates are not easily adjusted. Moreover, as Korean electricity rates cannot be easily raised due to various factors, domestic electricity rates for each customer class itself have not delivered a desirable price signal for power consumption. Based on historical data such as fuel costs and power production by power source from 2017 to 2020, this study estimated how much power consumption would change if electricity rates were adjusted in 2030 and price signal distortion was resolved. As a result of the estimation, power consumption will be reduced by 9,000 GWh if the current electricity bill is adjusted to a level which can be 100% recovered even with the supply cost alone. This led to a reduction of about 3.82 million CO2tons of greenhouse gas emissions in the Korean power sector.
By development of renewable energy and more efficient facilities in an increasingly deregulated electricity market, the operation cost of distributed generation (DG) is becoming more competitive. International environmental regulations of the leaking carbon become effective to reinforce global efforts for a low-carbon paradigm. Through increased DG, operators of DG are able to supply electric power to customers who are connected directly to DG as well as loads that are connected to entire network. In this situation, a community energy system (CES) with DGs is a new participant in the energy market. DG's purchase price from the market is different from the DG's sales price to the market due to transmission service charges and other costs. Therefore, CES who owns DGs has to control the produced electric power per hourly period in order to maximize profit. Considering the international environment regulations, CE will be an important element to decide the marginal cost of generators as well as the classified fuel unit cost and unit's efficiency. This paper introduces the optimal operation of CES's DG connected to the distribution network considering CE. The purpose of optimization is to maximize the profit of CES. A Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) will be used to solve this complicated problem. The optimal operation of DG represented in this paper would guide CES and system operators in determining the decision making criteria.
A system of model price data for the fuel cost estimation of the Go-ri plant is developed. With the application of MITCOST-II computer code the levelized unit fuel costs over the entire lifetime of the plant are evaluated. It is found that the overall levelized unit fuel cost is 7.332 mills/Kwhe and that the uranium ore and enrichment service represent more than 85% of the unit cost, assuming a simple once-through fuel cycle process with no reprocessing of the spent fuel. The effects of the cost fluctuations in these fuel cycle elements and the capacity factor changes are also evaluated. The results indicate that the fuel costs are most sensitive to the variation of uranium ore price. Efforts must, therefore, be employed for the arrangement of cheap and timely supply of uranium ore in order to achieve the economic generation of nuclear power.
Electric energy is too difficult to manage realtime for irregular change of load because of non-storage. In specially, operation of reserve is ancillary service to supply stably to defend large troubles in electric power system. But whole of electric power system brings to economical loss because of reserve operation. Therefore optimal reserve quantity and optimal reserve price are necessary in order to minimize loss. In this paper, we have presents optimal dispatch and reserve price consideration of opportunity cost.

There are several types of communication method which is used for the supply of electric power stably. But the communication methods used in KEPCO have weak points in the viewpoint of economy, technology and management. The Satellite communication systems have competitive rover in price and technology for national wide utility owing to its wide area coverage and stability. For better practical use of satellite communication in power industry, we developed the portable satellite communication terminal. This paper presents various functions and composition of the portable terminal for rower industry.

As competition is introduced in the electricity supply industry, congestion becomes a more important issue. Congestion in a transmission network occurs due to an operating condition that causes limit violations on the transmission capacities. Congestion leads to inefficient use of the system, or causes additional costs (Congestion cost). One way to reduce this inefficiency or congestion cost is to control the transmission flow through the installation of UPFC (Unified Power Flow Controller). This paper also deals with an optimal siting of the UPFC for reducing congestion cost by using shadow prices. A performance index for an optimal siting is defined as a combination of line flow sensitivities and shadow prices. The proposed algorithm is applied to the sample system with a condition, which is concerning the quadratic cost functions. Test results show that the siting of the UPFC is optimal to minimize the congestion cost by the proposed algorithm.

Synchronous generators and induction generators are mainly used in hydroelectric power generation. Synchronous generator is mainly applied to large hydroelectric plants but induction generator is applied to the small hydro power plants. Stability of induction generator is slightly less than the synchronous generator. However, induction generator has many advantages rather than a synchronous generator in terms of price and maintenance. So Induction generator is used primarily in small hydroelectric power station less than 1,000kW recently. Squirrel cage induction generator generates a high inrush current at the grid-connection. This high inrush current causes a voltage drop on the grid. In order to reduce the voltage drop and to analyze the power flow, the analysis for operating characteristics of the induction generator should be reviewed in advance. In this study, we analyzed the voltage drop and power flow analysis when a 1500kW induction generator is connected to the grid. The voltage drop is slightly higher than the acceptable range of distributed power supply voltage and the power flow of the generator is performed well.
Lately old LNG carriers increased and ship price is getting down. So Interest for reuse and modification of used LNG carriers is growing. Also the needs for replacement of old power plant is increasing. Additionally eco friendly fuel such as LNG become attractive. Consequently gas power plant is getting much more popular than before. So in this research planning, we consider the floating power plant by modifying LNG carriers. This plant has the various function including storage, power plant and bunkering fuction etc. Through this multifunctional plant, we are ready for the old power plant shutdown and energy crisis in the future when we can supply the urgent mobile floating power plant quickly in time.
