  • 현재 가동 중인 원자적발전소 계측제어설비의 전원공급기를 살펴보면 인버터 또는 별도의 교류를 입력전원으로 사용한다. 직류 전원공급기들은 설비의 중요도예 따라 이중화로 구성된 설비도 있고 그렇지 않은 기기나 설비도 있다. 이중화로 구성된 전원공급기라 해도 교류 입력전원이 동일하다면 교류 입력이 상실될 때 이중화로 구성된 직류전원도 상실되어 관련계통의 가동이 정지된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 각기 다른 교류입력전원으로 동작되는 이중화전원공급기로 구성되는 것이 가장 바람직하다. 본 연구개발의 목적은 두 종의 설비에 소요되는 3종의 직류전원 공급기를 원자력 안정성등급으로 국산화하는 연구이다. 기존 제품들은 3종 모두 리니어 방식의 제품이지만, 방사선감시 계통 현장제어기의 5V로직 전원공급기와 공정제어계통 전원공급자는 전력변환효율이 높고 소형, 정량화가 가능한 SMPS(Switched Mode Power Supply) 방식으로 개발하였다. 방사선감시계통 현장제어기의 PCA(Printed Circuit Assembly) 저전압공급기는 다양한 종류의 출력전압과 저 전류형이므로 안정성 면에서 동일한 형식의 리니어 방식으로 개발하였으며 3종류 모두 출력용량을 20% 이상 향상시켰다. 또한, 논문을 통해 SMPS 방식의 전원공급기의 핵심 부품인 Control Module을 Hybrid IC형으로 자체 설계하여 성능이 우수한 제품을 지속적으로 생산할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하고자 한다.

  • This paper implements the standby power control system composed of a master device and slave devices. The standby power is managed by cutting power supply after controlling the relay of a slave device based on the authentication of master device's RFID card. RFID interface and wireless communication module are embedded in a master device, and one master device is linked with many slave devices in wireless. Each slave device executes the operation needed in power control independently. We implements the function of manual power on/off system in a slave device, and the function of user ID enrollment by switch manipulation in a master device. Also this system can communicate bidirectionally in wireless and runs on TinyOS. The result of experiment shows that the user authentication is executed in a master device and this authenticated information is transmitted to a slave device in wireless, and standby power is cutted by controlling the relay of a slave device. Installing this system in a building or an office, we can expect energy saving.

Electricity safety technology need rating for product and research about certification as product development that is done electric power u-IT cotton flannel mixed with development of u-IT, u-City base technology consists. Study on serve to develop electricity safety integration supervision system to apply product to u-City electric power appliance and cotton flannel mixed of u-IT appliance, Connection badness sensing instrument made device built-in electric power u-IT cotton flannel mixed in outlet that is used most in electric power appliance terminal. Using sensor on ZigBee, RFID performance estimation of communication module about function of product for remote safety check of electricity safety integration supervision system. A performance experiment and estimation in electric leakage, high voltage, Arc, fire detection diagnosis system and certification KS, electricity safety about product that get fitness finding.

  • The COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) EPS(Electrical Power Subsystem) is derived from an enhanced Eurostar 3000 version. Eurostar 3000 EpS is fully autonomous operation in nominal conditions or in the event of a failure and provides a high level of reconfigure capability. This paper introduces the COMS EPS preliminary design result. COMS EPS consists of a battery, a solar arrat wing, a PSR(Power Supply Regulator), a PRU(Pyrotechnic Unit), a SDAM(Solar Array Drive Mechanism) and relay and fuse brackets. COMS EPS can offer a bus power capability of 3 kW. The solar array is made of a deployable wing with two panels. One type fo solar cells is selected ad GaAs/Ge triple junction cells. Li-ion battery is base lined with ten series cell module of five cells in parallel. PSR associated to battery and solar array wing generates a power bus fully regulated at 50 V. Power bus os centralized protection and distribution by relay and fuse brackets. PRU provides power for firing actuarors devices. The solar array wing is rotated by the SADM under control of the attitude orbit control subsystem. The control and monitoring of the EPS, especially of the battery, is performed by the PSR in combination with the on-board software.

  • In this study, a smart switchboard for power supply of entertainment devices was developed for the following purposes. First, the heat generated when the high-temperature and humid air inside is cooled by the thermoelectric module is smoothly discharged to the outside of the switchboard, thereby maximizing the cooling effect. So, it is possible to prevent excessive temperature rise inside the switchboard. Various problems such as condensation inside the switchboard can be prevented by controlling the temperature of the switchboard in which a fire occurs due to excessive heat in summer, removing moisture due to the cooling effect, and generating heat instead of cooling in winter. Second, it is a smart switchboard control system that can reduce the salt that may permeate inside the switchboard. Third, the smart switchboard system is an IoT-controlled switchboard that collects environmental data using a variety of sensors and can remotely control devices through a smartphone, and can be easily used in various fields.

  • 본 논문은 PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition)의 마그네트론 스퍼터(Magnetron sputter) 박막코팅(Thin film coating) 공정에서 플라즈마(Plasma)를 발생시키고 제어하는 DC 전원공급 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 논문에서는 임피던스의 변화가 심하고 아크(Arc)가 빈번히 발생하는 플라즈마 부하의 특성에 대해, 과도상태(Transient state)의 출력제어 성능을 향상시키고 아크 발생 시 부하로 전가되는 아크에너지를 저감시키기 위한 직류 전원 공급 장치에 대해 소개한다. 전원장치는 수하특성을 가지며 플라즈마 부하에 적합한 출력 제어성을 확보하고 아크 에너지를 최소화하기 위해 고주파 L-C 직렬공진회로 기법을 적용한다. 개발된 DC 20kW급 전원 장치는 인버터와 고주파 절연변압기, 정류기로 구성된다. 인버터는 $100{\sim}200kHz$의 제어주파수로 PFM 및 PWM 제어를 하며, 단위용량 5kW급 컨버터 4개를 직, 병렬 연결하여 출력리플을 최소화 하였다. 개발된 장치의 우수한 제어성능은 실제 플라즈마 공정에서 시험 평가한 결과를 통해 검증할 수 있었다.

  • A prototype semiconductor switch for the command resonant charging system has been developed for a line type modulator, which charges parallel pulse forming network(PFN) up to voltage of 5 kV at repetition rates of 60 Hz. A phase controlled power supply provides charging of the 4.7 ${\mu}s$ filter capacitor bank to voltage up to 5 kV. A solid state module of series stack array of sixe matched SCRs(1.6 kV, 50 A) is used as a command charging switch to initiate the resonant charging cycle. Both resistive and RC snubber network are used across each stage of the switch assembly in order to ensure proper voltage division during both steady state and transient condition. A master trigger signal is generated to trigger circuits which are transmitted through pulse transformer to each of the 6 series switch stages. A pulse transformer is required for high voltage trigger or power isolation. This paper will discuss trigger method, protection scheme, circuit simulation, and test result.

  • By the skyscraper building, increase of skin area and expansion of curtain wall system will be the important factors of acceleration in extending supply of BIPV system. In the future interior environmental evaluation is not a necessary to the residents but an essential term which will bring enormous influence. In the interior environmental evaluation, natural light will let the residents with direct contact with outside circumstances and make them feel opened. also only the daylight has radiant energy and color rendering that will have a great influence to residents' mental, operation efficiency and advancing productivity. This research compares and analyzes BIPC system in office spaces with two general sunlight's module. In addition to natural light's efficiency for BIPC system's comfort and confirmed economical efficiency will be applied to basic research data. Hence forth, ensuring indoor intensity of illumination and controlling light system to reducing energy research data will be demanded to increase the amount of supplying BIPC system. Also continuance research in the possibility of applying BIPC system in various buildings, room temperature affected by location of windows and its condensation, and economical evaluation will be required.

Control of Input Series Output Parallel Connected DC-DC Converters

  • Equal rating DC-DC converter modules can be connected in series at the input for circuits requiring higher input voltages and in parallel at the output for circuits requiring higher output currents. Since the converter modules may not be practically identical, closed loop control has to ensure that each module equally shares the total input voltage and the load current. A control scheme consisting of a common output voltage loop, individual inner current loops and individual input voltage loops have been designed in this work to achieve input voltage and load current sharing as well as load voltage regulation under supply and load disturbances. The output voltage loop provides the basic reference for the inner current loops, which are also modified by the respective input voltage loops. The average of the converter input voltages, which is dynamically varying, is chosen as the reference for input voltage loops. This choice of reference eliminates interaction among different control loops. Type II compensators and Fuzzy Logic Controllers (FLCs) are designed and compared through MATLAB based simulation and FLC is found to be satisfactory. Hence TMS320F2407A DSP based FLC is implemented and the results are presented which prove the superiority of the FLC developed for this research.

  • Smart card system is being used in many countries to improve access to their transportation systems. Especially for subway system that typically see high volumes of passengers at specific times of the days, it's critical to find a ray to collect fares without unnecessarily delaying passengers. The card consists of antenna, modulation and demodulation block, power supply module and memory. The antenna receives the power and data signal from reader. The FRAM is used as the inner memory. And it is a non-volatile memory and complements the problems, that is high consumption and low data processing speed, of using conventional EEPROM in the passive smart cart. In this paper, we analyze and design the RF passive smart card to apply to the fare collection for the subway gate system.
