  • 우리나라에서 개발 중인 저궤도 위성은 아리랑 위성으로, 이제까지 꾸준한 성능향상이 있었다. 이때 탑재체의 성능향상에 따른 탑재체의 전력요구도는 늘어나게 되었고 이에 위성 내부 전력 공급장치의 설계 및 Solar Array의 구성 등 위성 설계가 달라진다. 이에 따라 위성에 전력을 공급하며 위성 통합시험을 진행하는 전력계 전기지상지원장비 설계 시 전력 증가에 따라 많은 고려사항이 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 탑재체에 따른 위성 전력요구도의 변화 및 전력요구도 증가에 따른 전력계 전기지상지원장비 설계 시 고려할 사항에 대해서 다룬다.

  • This paper presents the effects and the regional power distribution of an increase or a decrease of a power reserve by load flow calculations under seasonal load patterns of each country for the future power shortages faced by the metropolitan areas or by the southeastern area of the South Korea in North-East Asia. In these connections, the types of a power transmission for interconnection consist of the 765kV HVAC and the HVDC. In this paper, the various cases of the power system interconnections in Far-East Asia are presented, and the resulting interconnected power systems are simulated by means of a power flow analysis performed with the PSS/E 28 version tool. The power flow map is drawn from data simulated and the comparative study is done. In this future, a power flow analysis will be considered to reflect the effects of seasonal power exchanges And the plan of assumed scenarios will be considered with maximum or minimum power exchanges during summer or winter in North-East Asia countries.

  • Recently, according to a rapid increase of the power demand, the KEPCO's 154kV lines are continuously expanded and become to the more complex loop system. As a result of increase of the fault capacity and the unbalance of power load flow, the circuit breaker have been exceeding the capacity limit of those in the loop power system. To solve this problem, APRS application will be necessary more and more.

전기자동차 및 내연기관 자동차의 최대 주행 거리 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Maximum Driving Range of Electric Vehicle and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicle)

  • In this paper, EV (Electric Vehicle) and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicle simulators are developed to compare maximum driving range of EV and ICE vehicle according to different driving patterns. And, simulations are performed for fourteen constant velocity cases (20, 30, 40, ${\ldots}$, 150 km/h) and four different driving cycles. From the simulation results of constant velocity, it is found that the decreasing rate of maximum driving range for EV is larger than the one for ICE as both the vehicle velocity and the driving power increase. It is because the battery efficiency of EV decreases as both the velocity and the driving power increase, whereas the engine and transmission efficiencies of ICE vehicle increase. From the results of four driving cycle simulation, the maximum driving range of EV is shown to decrease by 50% if the average driving power of driving cycle increases from 10 to 20kW. It is because the battery efficiency decreases as the driving power increases. In contrast, the maximum driving range of ICE vehicle also increases as the average driving power of driving cycle increases. It is because the engine and transmission efficiencies also increase as the driving power increases.

  • Amorphous carbon (a-C) is an interesting materials and its characteristics can be varied by tuning it $sp^3$ fractions. The $sp^3$ fraction in a-C films depends on the kinetic energy of the deposited carbon ions. In this work, a-C films was synthesized on Si(100) and glass substrates at room temperature by closed-field unbalanced magnetron (CFUBM) sputtering with the increase of graphite target power density. The structural and physical properties of films were investigated by using Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS), nano- indentation, atomic force microscope (AFM) and contact-angle measurement. We obtained the good tribological properties, such as high hardness up to 26 GPa., friction coefficient lower than 0.1 and the smooth surface (rms roughness: 0.12 nm). The increase of the physical properties with the increase of target power density are related to the increase of nano-clusters in the carbon network. Also, these results might be due to the increase of the subplantation and resputtering by the increase of ions density in the plasma.

배전선로에 유도발전기 연결시 역률 변동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Variation of Power Factor by Connection of the Induction Generator to the Distribution Line)

  • Recently squirrel cage induction generator has been steadily applied to many small hydro power plants. Induction generator needs a reactive power for magnetization. The reactive power of induction generator is being supplied from the supply side mostly. The use of induction generators in the power distribution grid can affect the power factor. The power factor of induction generator is fixed already during production. The power factor in the distribution system is due to the increase or decrease of the load rather than due to the induction generator. In this study, we analyzed that how the increase or decrease of D/L load impacts at the change of power factor and power flow.

Sputter etching에 의한 PET직물의 심색성 향상 (Increase in Color Depth of Black Dyed PET Fabrics Treated by Sputter Etching)

  • The alkali treated and black dyed PET fabrics were sputter etched under Ar gas atmosphere. The color depth of PET fabrics were increased with sputter etching time only under some limits of discharge power. And above that limits of discharge power the color depth of PET fabrics was decreased by increasing discharge power and treatment time. Minute cracks were made by sputter etching in the whole surface of fabrics to the direction of perpendicular to the longitudinal side of yarns. The fineness and density of minute crack were increased with lowering discharge power. And the size of crack was far smaller than that of microcrater which was obtained by alkali treatment. It is considered that the increase of color depth is related to the minute crack. The water permeation time of sputter etched fabrics was increased with increasing discharge power and treating time. The increase of color depth attained by sputter etching was fully kept through repeated laundering.

중성선을 갖는 변압기형 초전도 한류기의 용량증대 개선 연구 (Analysis on the Improvement of Power Capacity Increase in the Transformer-Type SFCL with Neutral Lines)

  • The increase of power capacity in the superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is essential for application into the power grid. To achieve this, when superconducting units were connected in series and parallel, the unbalanced quenching characteristics between superconducting units generated by different critical current behavior should be improved. In the transformer-type SFCL, the superconducting units connected in series could be simultaneously quenched by the connection of neutral lines between secondary coils and superconducting units. From this the consumed power in superconducting units was equally distributed. In addition, the more the turn ratio of the transformer was reduced, the more consumed power in the superconducting units was reduced by the decrease of the induction voltage generated in the superconducting units. From those results, the transformer-type SFCL using neutral lines could increase the power capacity of the SFCL by the equal power division into the superconducting units.

발전용 천연가스 일일수요 예측 모형 연구-평일수요를 중심으로

  • Natural gas demand for power generation continued to increase until 2013 due to the expansion of large-scale LNG power plants after the black-out of 2011. However, natural gas demand for power generation has decreased sharply due to the increase of nuclear power and coal power generation. But demand for power generation has increased again as energy policies have changed, such as reducing nuclear power and coal power plants, and abnormal high temperatures and cold waves have occurred. If the gas pipeline pressure can be properly maintained by predicting these fluctuations, it can contribute to enhancement of operation efficiency by minimizing the operation time of facilities required for production and supply. In this study, we have developed a regression model with daily power demand and base power generation capacity as explanatory variables considering characteristics by day of week. The model was constructed using data from January 2013 to December 2016, and it was confirmed that the error rate was 4.12% and the error rate in the 90th percentile was below 8.85%.
