  • Wireless power transfer is a technique that supplies the necessary power to the various electronic devices over the air without wires. The technology is classified as near-field wireless power transfer technology using inductive coupling and far-field wireless power transfer technology using antenna. In this paper, RTLS tag for high-precision positioning and wireless power transfer module was designed in order to solve the power supply problem for facility management. was designed for high-precision positioning is possible RTLS tags and wireless charging. The wireless charging pad provides the capability to charge up to four devices using he magnetic resonance system.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국전력공사의 배전지리정보시스템를 보다 효과적으로 구축하기 위하여 배전설비 도면으로부터 설비정보를 자동취득하여 배전지리정보시스템의 데이타베이스에 입력하는 방법에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 방법은 충남지사와 인천지사 관내 배전설비도면 약 30매를 대상으로 실험하고 그 결과를 제시한다.

  • This paper proposes an advanced reclosing scheme to improve power quality in power distribution systems. When a fault occurs in distribution system, the proposed schema determines the number of reclosing shots and its intervals according to the magnitude of fault current. Thus, an advanced reclosing scheme takes account of the power quality problem in customer\`s and the damage in electric facilities. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, a numerical simulation that calculates various indices to consider the reliability and the other effects on electric facility, in carried out with actual field data.

  • RCM(Reliability-centered Maintenance)은 Maintenance라는 사전적인 정의(사용자가 요구하는 설비의 기능을 지속적으로 유지)를 만족시키기 위하여 나온 절차로써 유지 보수하고자 하는 기기에 대하여 시스템의 신뢰도와 안정성 및 경제적 측면을 고려하여 적용이 가능하고 효율적인 유지보수 방법을 논리적으로 선택하는 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 전력 설비의 효율적인 유지보수 및 수명 평가를 위해 RCM의 설비 보전 방식에 대한 이론적 고찰과 신뢰성 공학을 기반으로 개발된 설비관리 시스템에 대하여 기술한다.

  • This Paper presents circuit improvement of 345kV Bus bar protection panel by using VDD (Voltage disturbance detection) relay with distinctive ability between human error in the field test and real facility faults. Therefore, We expect that this improvement of circuit helps decrease of blackout coming from human error.   • This paper statistically analyzes the time required for each failure cause and describes a diagnostic method for 159 reports of failure analysis of MV cables that occurred in the distribution system of KEPCO over the past 18 years. In addition, the manufacturer's failure rate compared to 100C-km was calculated using 381 cases of MV cable deterioration failure between 2008 and 2020. It is hoped that this paper will help those in charge of maintaining underground facilities at the business office to use the failure rate to prioritize facility diagnosis.

  • In large system, design margin makes relatively price higher. So, optimal design through exact analysis of thermal behavior is needed. In this paper, we propose the equivalent load test facility using two inverter & converter system and inductors. Applying actual electrical profiles for motor drive, thermal characteristics of power converter fed AC motor drive are obtained, and the results are compared with simulation results.

  • 한국전력공사 전력연구원에서는 2018 년 고창 전력시험센터에서 최초 화재 발생 이후, ESS 시스템의 화재 발생 원인에 대한 분석 및 실증시험을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 현장에서 화재 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 다양한 설비개선안을 도출하였다. 도출된 설비개선안을 통하여 기술지원 요청 부서에서는 전국의 모든 현장 적용을 시행하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 한전이 보유한 모든 ESS 설비는 2021 년 내재 가동될 예정이다.
