플라스틱필름 하우스 수박 재배에서 육묘 포트 종류 및 정식 방법이 생육 및 과실 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Kind of Pot for Raising of Seedling and Planting Method on Growth and Fruit Characteristics in Cultivation of Watermelon under Plastic Film House)

  • 본 연구는 플라스틱하우스 수박 재배 시 육묘 포트종류와 그 정식 방법이 정식 후 생육 및 과실 특성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. 잎의 수, 면적 및 광합성률, 초장, 생체중량 모두 정식 후 시간이 경과하면서 관행포트 묘에 비해 이중플라스틱포트 묘에서 우수한 경향을 나타내었다. 수확과의 과고, 과폭 및 과중도 이중플라스틱포트 묘에서 다른 포트 묘에 비해 다소 큰 경향이었다. 과피두께는 사각형피트포트 묘에서 가장 얇았고 관행포트 묘에서 가장 두꺼웠으며, 배꼽 직경은 과피두께 결과와 반대의 경향을 나타내었다. 그리고 이중플라스틱포트 묘의 정식 깊이에 따른 초기 생육은 포트 높이의 2/3 정도에서 가장 우수하였다.

육묘포트 깊이가 담배의 뿌리발달 및 분포에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Pot Depth on Root Development and Distribution during Seedling Growing Period in Tobacco.)

  • The study was carried out to clarify reasonable production of healthy seedling, optimal Pot depth, and appropriate transplanting time, which can be deduced from understanding of seedling quality. Seedling quality results from growth of root and shoot, morphology and distribution of root system under influence of Pot depth during seedling growing period. Stem height, shoot dry weight, leaf area and leaf number were increased in proportion to depth of pots. Growth of shoot and root during seedling growing period showed the most dramatic development between 20th and 25th day after temporary planting. Root number increased as pot depth decrease and total root length and dry weight increased as pot depth increase. In 5cm pot, relative multiplication rate was higher and mean extension rate was lower than other depth of Pot. The limitation of pot volume in which rhizosphere was located enhance the development of roots of second and third order. At 20th days after temporary Planting root distribution was relatively uniform in length and development of adventitious root on stem base was poor as Pot depth decreased.

호남평야지 밀-벼 이모작에서 중만생종 벼 품종의 폿트묘 적정 재식밀도 구명 (Study on the Optimum Planting Density of Pot Seedling for Mid-Late Maturing Rice Variety in Wheat-Rice Double Cropping System in Honam Plain Area)

  • 본 시험은 호남평야지에서 밀-벼 이모작 재배시 벼 폿트묘에 알맞은 적정 재식밀도를 구명하기 위하여 수행하였다. 폿트묘 재식밀도가 낮을수록 줄기긱경이 굵어졌으며, 최고 분얼기의 단위면적당 분얼수는 재식밀도가 높을수록 많았다. 간장은 관행 산파묘보다 폿트묘가 더 컸고, 재식밀도가 낮을수록 간장이 더 크게 나타났으나, 이삭길이는 재식밀도별로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이삭수는 재식밀도가 높아질수록 단위면적당 이삭수가 많아지는 경향이었다. 등숙비율 및 천립중은 육묘방법 및 재식밀도 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 백미수량은 재식밀도별로 보면 폿트묘 18.9주가 $5.43\;t\;ha^{-1}$로 관행 $5.18\;t\;ha^{-1}$보다 5% 증수하였다. 완전미 비율은 폿트묘 25.3주 이앙구에서 다소 낮았고, 육묘 방법간에 차이는 없었으나 재식밀도 간에는 다소 차이가 있었던 반면, 아밀로스 함량은 재식밀도 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 밀-벼 이모작 재배시 보통기보다 늦게 폿트묘를 이앙하는 경우 적절한 재식밀도를 선택하는 것이 영농에 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

훼손지 비탈면 녹화용 식물소재로의 문수조릿대의 적용성 연구 (Use of Arundinaria munsuensis Y. Lee as Revegetation Plant Materials of Damaged Slopes)

  • The study of Arundinaria munsuensis Y. Lee to this day was limited to the field of morphological species classification since its first discovery at Jiri mountain in the late 1990s. This native plants, one of Korean endemic species found in Jiri Mt. necessitates further studies about its use as revegetation plants or groundcover plants in urban areas. This study was launched from this need followed by summaries of results below related to its usage. This targeted species is a native Korean species which its natural distribution on the subalpine zone has merit for the wide range of climatic adaptation. Also, the coverage rate reached 78.3% in three years mostly by rhizome growth with an expectation of full coverage in four years providing less maintenance needs after planting. The net price for the construction of pot seedling methods of this plants is relatively economical than other normal revegetation construction methods. For these reasons, drilling for the plants on cut and fill soil slopes driven from pot seedling adapts Arundinaria munsuensis Y. Lee as efficient revegetation plant. Total construction cost for pot seedling work($30cm{\times}30cm$) of Arundinaria munsuensis was approximately 21,000won which is in reasonable price range when compared to other revegetation construction methods of disturbed slopes. As a native Korean plant, Arundinaria munsuensis has wide range of climatic adaptation with less maintenance requirement after planting. This study may suggest a strong possibility of Arundinaria munsuensis as a pot planting material in sloped area.

C-형강 매트 저면관수 시스템을 이용한 분화 국화 재배 시 정식시기와 Daminozide 처리에 따른 초장 조절 (Height Control of Pot Chrysanthemum according to Daminozide Applications at Different Planting Period in C-Channel mat Irrigation System)

  • 저면관수 방식인 C-형강 매트재배 시스템을 이용한 소형 분화 국화 재배 시 daminozide 농도에 따른 관주처리, 저면공급 및 정식시기에 따른 생장억제 효과의 지속력 및 저면공급의 처리효과를 구명하고자 본 실험을 수행하였다. 1차 정식처리구에서 $4,000mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 이상의 관주 처리구에서 초장신장 억제효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 2차 정식처리구의 경우 $5,000mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$에서 억제효과가 인정되었다. 분산분석 결과 정식시기도 초장 조절에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 양액과 저면 공급한 처리구에서 daminozide가 화뢰의 형성, 생체중 및 건물중에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 실험을 통하여 정식시기를 조절하여도 초장을 조절 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 따라서, 초장신장 억제를 위한 생장조절제 처리 시 정식시기와 공급방법의 다양화를 통해 분화 국화의 효율적인 초장 조절이 가능할 것이다.

식물공장용 포트묘 로봇 이식기 개발 (Development of a Robotic Transplanter for Pot-Seedlings of Plant Factory)

  • This study was conducted to develop m automatic pot-seedling transplanter for plant factory. The transplanter consists of a gripper, row-spacing control device, nursing tray transfer system, growing trough transfer system, and gripper moving device. The gripper picks up pot-seedling. The gripper moving device moves the gripper between nursing tray and growing-flat. Nursing trays are moved to workspace by the nursing tray transfer system. The growing trough transfer system was developed to move growing trough to workspace. The row-spacing control device was used to adjust the distance between adjacent plants traversely. The results of this study are as follows. The transplanting capacity of the developed transplanter was 7.1 seconds per cycle or 1.18 second per pot-seedling. Successful planting was 98.9% without seedlings and 95.8% with seedlings.

북한산림복구용 용기묘 식재기 개발 (Development of Pottery Planting Equipment for the Restoration of North Korean Forest)

  • In North Korea, the production of courage tombs continues, and it is known that the activity rate is higher than that of old tombs. However, pot seedling are planted using hoes and shovels used for planting old tombs with exposed roots and low activity rates. This is believed to result in excessive force when stepping on the container grave with a hoe in the planting process, resulting in the collapse of the container grave or the waste of labor due to the creation of unnecessary planting holes. Therefore, when planting courage graves at North Korean afforestation sites, it is necessary to improve the work of making planting holes using general hoes in a way that improves labor productivity in a more efficient manner. As part of inter-Korean technical cooperation to improve the North Korean afforestation method, this study was conducted with the aim of developing efficient container seedlings and using them for North Korean forest restoration projects. It is believed that developing planting equipment exclusively for container graves for forest restoration in North Korea in South Korea and providing equipment and production technology to North Korea can contribute to the development of forest restoration technology in North Korea. If the Yonggeomyo Development Planting Equipment is provided to North Korea, it will be a realistic inter-Korean forest cooperation project to avoid international sanctions by recognizing the excellence of the development products by directly using its own materials through technical cooperation.

녹비식물 혼합재배에 휴믹물질 투입이 정화처리토양의 생물학적 토양 건강성 지표에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Mixed Planting of Green Manure Crops Supplemented with Humic Substance on the Biological Soil Health Indicators of Reclaimed Soils)

  • The effects of green manure crops, hairy vetch and sesban, supplemented with HS (humic substance) on biological soil health indicators was studied in a pot containing two kinds of reclaimed soil previously contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons; a soil remediated by land-farming (DDC) and another soil by low-temperature thermal desorption (YJ). Treatments include no plant (C), plants only (H), and plants+2% HS (PH), which were evaluated in a pot containing respective soil. Biological indicators include microbial community analysis as well as soil enzyme activities of dehydrogenase, 𝛽-glucosidase, N-acetyl-𝛽-D-glucosaminidase (NAG), acid/alkaline phosphatase, arylsulfatase, and urease. Results showed an increase of enzyme activities in pot soils with plants and even greater in soils with plants+HS. The enzyme activities of DDC soil with plants (DDC_P) and with plants+HS (DDC_PH) increased 1.6 and 3.9 times on average, respectively than those in the control. The enzyme activities YJ soil with plants (YJ_P) and with plant+HS (YJ_PH) increased 1.8 and 3.8 times on average, respectively than those in the control. According to microbial community analysis, the relative abundance of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in DDC and YJ soil was increased from 1.5% to 7% and from 0 to 5%, respectively, after planting hairy vetch and sesban. This study showed that mixed planting of green manure crops with a supplement of humic substance is highly effective for the restoration of biological health indicators of reclaimed soils.

살균제 hexaconazole 토양잔류물의 벼 재배 microecosystem(pot)중 행적 (Behavior of the soil residues of the fungicide hexaconazole in a rice plants-grown microecosystem (pot))

  • 살균제 hexaconazole의 벼 및 토양 중 행적을 구명하기 위하여 $[^{14}C]$hexaconazole의 신생 및 숙성 토양 잔류물을 함유한 microecosystem(pot)에서 42일간 벼를 재배하였다. 28일간의 숙성기간중 방출된 $^{14}CO_2$의 양은 총처리방사능의 0.11%이고 주당 평균분해율은 0.03%이었다. 42일간의 벼 재배기간중 방출된 $^{14}CO_2$의 양은 숙성토양에 벼를 재배하지 않은 처리구와 벼를 재배한 처리구에서 각각 총처리방사능의 0.67%와 1.17%인 반면 숙성하지 않은 신생토양의 경우는 각각 1.25%와 1.72%로서 숙성토양보다는 신생토양에서, 벼를 재배하지 않은 경우보다는 재배한 경우에 무기화율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며. 휘발율은 미미하였다. 벼 재배 후 방사능은 주로 토양에 분포하였으며, 벼에 흡수된 방사능은 벼 지상부의 선단으로 집적되었다. 토양중 추출불가 결합잔류물의 양은 벼를 재배할 경우 증가하였으며, 그 분포양은 humin>fulvic acid>humic acid순이었다. 후작물인 배추에 흡수이행된 $^{14}C$는 hexaconazole의 신생 및 숙성잔류물을 함유한 벼 재배토양에서 각각 총처리 방사능의 2.36%와 3.69%로써 소량이 흡수이행되었으며, 신생잔류물보다 숙성잔류물의 이용률이 더 높았다.

화분크기 및 관수간격이 도깨비고비의 생육에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Pot Size and Bottom Irrigation Interval on the Growth of Cyrtomium falcatum in Greenhouse Cultivation)

  • 도깨비고비 분화생산시에는 화분이 클수록 초장이 크고 엽수도 많았으며 엽장과 엽폭도 크게 나타났다. 도깨비고비는 화분크기 및 저면 관수 주기 모두 통계적 유의성이 인정되어 직경 $7{\sim}10cm$크기의 화분은 5일에 한번씩 저면 관수하는 것이 좋은 것으로 나타났다.
