Given the ongoing discussion regarding remote music therapy following the COVID-19 pandemic and the pivotal role of parental involvement in it, this study investigated parents' perceptions on their roles in a synchronous videoconferencing music therapy for their children with developmental disabilities. A total of 32 participants participated in an online survey comprising 68 questions. Descriptive statistics summarized the collected responses, and Pearson's correlation was conducted to examine the relationship between perceived parental roles, psychological burden, and willingness to participate in future remote music therapy. The findings showed that parents of children with developmental disabilities acknowledged the benefits of tele-music therapy and possessed substantial information about its implementation. Furthermore, they reported their roles of providing physical, participatory, and mediating support. As parents exhibited greater satisfaction with their role in supporting their children's participation or managing their off-task behaviors, they perceived reduced psychological burden. These findings hold significant implications for expansion of tele-music therapy strategies to address the unique needs of children with developmental disabilities and support their parents as immediate mediators for their children.

This study examines critical issues and topics related to services using YouTube videos and research publications. We analyzed 2,853 YouTube videos and 19,973 research papers related to services, released during the 2013-June, 2023 period, using text mining and network analysis. In addition, the collected data was divided into pre- and post-COVID-19 pandemic periods to explore how key issues and topics regarding services have changed. These papers were sequentially analyzed through text mining and network construction and procedures. The results indicate that the central themes of YouTube videos were IT, data, and solution, while academic research focused on service quality, quality, and customer satisfaction. Regarding ego network analysis, the key issues in YouTube video contents revolved primarily around words related to the service industry. Although it was found that they generally lacked specific industry fields, academic papers explored diverse issues in various service fields. The results of this study can be utilized to understand changes in customer concerns in the service industry from practical and academic perspectives.

Indoor air quality has become increasingly important with the increase in time spent in residential environments, impact of external fine dust, yellow dust, and the post-COVID 19 pandemic. Residential mechanical ventilation plays a key role in addressing indoor air quality. The legal standard for residential air changes per hour in Korea is 0.5 ACH. However, there are no standards for the location of supply and return vents. This study atempts to analyze the impact of ventilation performance based on the location of supply and return vents. An experiment was conducted using the CO₂ tracer gas concentration decay method in a mock-up house set inside a large chamber to minimize external influences. The experimental results indicated that the commonly used combination of 2 supply and 2 return vents in living room spaces had a lower mean age of air than the combination of 1 supply and 2 return vents. Using multiple supply and return vents had lower mean age of air than using just 1 supply and 1 return vent.

As the tourism industry recovers post the COVID-19 pandemic, an increasing number of tourists are utilizing various platforms to leave reviews. However, amidst the vast amount of data, finding useful information remains challenging, often leading to time and cost inefficiencies in selecting travel destinations. Despite ongoing research, there are limitations due to the absence of ratings or the presence of different rating formats across platforms. Moreover, inconsistencies between ratings and the content of reviews pose challenges in developing recommendation models. To address these issues, this study utilized 7,104 reviews of tourist spots in Jeju Island to develop a specialized satisfaction index for Jeju tourist attractions and employed this index to construct a 'Rating Prediction Model.' To validate the model's performance, we predicted the ratings of 700 experimental data points using both the developed model and an LSTM approach. The proposed model demonstrated superior performance with a weighted accuracy of 73.87%, which is approximately 4.67% higher than that of the LSTM. The results of this study are expected to resolve the discrepancies between ratings and review contents, standardize ratings in reviews without ratings or in various formats, and provide reliable rating indicators applicable across all areas of travel in different domains.
