고객가치가 관계품질 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 치과병·의원을 중심으로 (A Study of the Impact of Customer Value on Relationship Quality and Customer Loyalty)

  • Purpose - Recent rapid environmental changes in the hospital industry are accelerating the spread of customer satisfaction management. Customers' desires have become diversified and advanced; in the past, customers tended to preferred popularized and standardized care, whereas they now prefer individualized and differentiated care, based on an increase in income. Specifically, this study tries to analyze the mediating effects of factors that affect the configuration portion of customer value and relationship quality (customer trust and relationship commitment) by investigating the impacts and configuration factor of customer value on relationship quality and determining how these factors impact customer loyalty directly or indirectly. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to determine the customer value factors that impact the perceptions of dental hospital customers, how these factors impact relationship quality and customer loyalty, and the causal relationship of these factors, and to verify the research model based on previous research. To increase the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the authors of this study constructed basic questions using measurement tools already verified for reliability and validity in existing studies. In this study, customer value is defined as customers' recognizing value by exchanging goods or services and is measured using a five-point Likert scale using 19 questions about the 4-Ds, such as convenience value, quick service, response value, and trustworthiness. For each question, "very low" was set at 1 point and "very high" at 5 points. Customer trust, relationship commitment, and customer loyalty are also measured using a five-point Likert 5-point scale (1 = very low, 5 = very high) based on previous studies. Results - For customer value, trustworthiness and quick service are shown to have direct significant positive impacts on customer loyalty. For customer value and quality of the relationship (customer confidence and commitment), trustworthiness, response value, confidence value, and quick service are shown to have a significant positive impact on customer truth, in order of impact. For the relationship between customer value and commitment, quick service and response value are shown to have significant positive impact. Customer confidence has a very high positive influence on commitment. For the relationship between the quality of the relationship (customer confidence and commitment) and customer loyalty, customer confidence is shown to have more of an impact than commitment, in terms of a direct influence of customer loyalty. Commitment showed a positive impact on customer loyalty. For the relationship between customer confidence and customer loyalty, commitment showed a mediating effect. Conclusions - Many additional variables could apply; this study focused on customer value, quality of the relationship, and customer loyalty. In particular, there will be significant value in identifying the relationships among customer value, relationship quality, and customer loyalty by using impact factors for customer value; ensuring external validity by expanding denotation and applying the findings to other service industries; and undertaking continuous research. This study has limited generalization potential because the target for this survey was located only in the Seoul area.

  • 본 연구는 간호조직의 조직문화 유형에 따른 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본, 심리적 소진의 정도와 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 5월부터 2020년 6월까지 M시에 소재한 5개 중소병원 간호사 151명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 자기보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program을 이용하여 기술적 통계, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구결과 관계지향문화와 혁신지향문화 유형은 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본과 정적 상관관계가, 심리적 소진과는 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구는 관계지향문화와 혁신지향 문화유형이 간호사의 긍정심리에 정적 관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 그러므로 관계지향문화와 혁신지향문화를 활성화할 수 있는 간호조직 내 시스템 구축과 관련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

중국 에스테틱샵의 감성마케팅이 브랜드 인지도 및 관계지속성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Emotional Marketing on Brand Awareness and Relationship Continuity in Aesthetic Salons in China)

  • This study aimed to unveil the causality between the emotional marketing of aesthetic salons and brand awareness/relationship continuity in Chinese female consumers. For data collection, a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among adult women in their 20s or older in Liaoning Province, China, from February 2 to 18, 2023, using WeChat. From a total of 431distributed questionnaires, 393 copies were collected. Then, 369 copies, excluding 24 poorly answered ones, were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and the summary of the results of the study is as follows. First, in emotional marketing, sight, smell, hearing, and taste had a positive(+) influence on both cognitive and affective experiences. Second, in emotional marketing, sight, smell, and taste displayed a positive(+) effect on relationship continuity. Third, in brand awareness, both cognitive and affective experiences showed a positive(+) effect on relationship continuity. Collectively, this means that the higher the cognitive and emotional marketing of brand awareness, the higher the relationship continuity persistence. This study confirmed the causality among the emotional marketing of aesthetic salons, brand awareness, and relationship continuity; sight and taste were key factors that influenced brand awareness and relationship continuity. In addition, hearing and smell were important, influencing the relationships among variables.

서비스 산업의 종업원 커뮤니케이션이 소비자의 긍정적 감정과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Relationships among Employees' Communication, Customers' Positive Emotions and Quality of Life in Service Industry)

  • Purpose - There are many antecedences and consequences of the positive emotions of customers. The purpose of this research is to examine how Chinese service companies improve not only the positive emotions of customers but also the quality of life through effective verbal and nonverbal communication. Furthermore, we tried to analyze the moderating role of negative expectancy disconfirmation perceived by customers in those causal relationships among the variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The eight hypotheses were proposed and we tested them empirically in this research. Four hypotheses were about the relationship among communication, positive emotion, trust and quality of life. The other four hypotheses were about the moderating effect of negative expectancy disconfirmation in the causal relationships among four variables such as communication, positive emotion, trust and quality of life. A total of 356 samples who had visited the service companies in China were surveyed and 8 hypotheses were tested by empirical analysis using SPSS and AMOS. Results - The results of this research are as follows. First, positive verbal communication and nonverbal communication of employees in the service company have a positive effects on the positive emotions of customers. Second, positive emotion has a positive effect on the overall quality of life on the customer side as well as the trust on the corporate side. Third, negative expectancy disconfirmation perceived by customers has negative moderating effect in the causal relationship between employees' positive verbal communication and customers' positive emotion, and it also has a negative moderating role in the causal relationship between customers' positive emotion and overall quality of life. Conclusions - Based on these results, there can be such implications as follows. First, managers and employees of service companies can induce positive emotion of customers through effective communication. Second, service companies should try to improve not only the corporate-side performance like trust but also the customer-side performance like quality of life. Third, it will be significant for them to lower the level of negative expectancy disconfirmation for the purpose of improving not only the positive emotions of customers but also the quality of customers' life.

Effects of Elderly's Anger Management on Interpersonal Relationships-Mediating Effects of Generativity

  • Purpose: This study examined how interpersonal relationship abilities in the elderly affected anger control abilities, as well as the mediating effects of generativity in the relationships between interpersonal relationships, anger control abilities, and self-integration. Research design, data and methodology: The study consisted of randomly selected 300 elderly people currently residing in welfare centers for the elderly, senior citizens colleges, social welfare facilities and other centers in the Seoul or Gyeonggi area. SPSS 23.0 was utilized for this study. Results: Through this research, the effect of interpersonal relationships on anger control ability and self-integration was observed. Not only that, the effects of interpersonal relationship abilities on anger control and self-integration and the mediating role of generativity, was also closely examined. Conclusion: Anger control ability was found to have a direct positive effect on interpersonal relationship abilities. Anger control ability had a direct and positively correlated effect on self-integration. Additionally, ability to control anger was found to have a positive effect on generativity, and generativity was found to have a positive effect on interpersonal relationship ability, but it was not statistically significant. Anger control ability had a positive effect on generativity, and generativity had a positive effect on self-integration.

패션제품의 e-CRM에 관한 연구(1보) -신뢰와 관계몰입을 중심으로- (A Study on e-CRM in Fashion Internet Shopping Mall -Focusing on trust and commitment-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify dynamic relationship structure in fashion Internet shopping mall and to present marketers to perform marketing strategy in e-CRM, focusing on trust and commitment. 473 customers who had purchased fashion products in fashion internet shopping mall had participated in the survey. Finally, 470 were used into data analysis. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS program. As the results, 'economic benefits' and 'service' variables had the positive effects on 'trust'. Especially, 'service' had the major effect on 'trust'. 'Trust' and 'product information quality' had the positive effects on 'emotional commitment'. 'Trust', 'economic benefits' and 'reputation' had the positive effects on calculus commitment, while contents had the negative effect. Also, 'emotional' and 'calculus' commitment had positive effects on 'relationship maintenance intention'. 'Emotional commitment' had higher effect on 'relationship maintenance intention' than 'calculus commitment'. 'Calculus commitment' had the positive effect on discontinue relationship intention when shopping mall made mistakes. The results of this study provide e-CRM marketing strategy for marketers of fashion internet shopping mall.

가족구조, 부모와의 의사소통, 학업문제와 친구관계가 청소년 비행에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family Structure, Parental Communication, Academic Problems, and Peer Relationship on Juvenile Delinquency)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of family structure(parentral marital status and socioeconomic status), parental communication, academic problems, and peer relationship on juvenile delinquency. The participants were 1009 middle school and high school students in Seoul city and Gyeonggi Province. The major results were as follows: 1) Parental marital status(divorced/seperated) had both direct and indirect positive effects and lower class in socioeconomic status had an indirect positive effect on academic problems and peer relationship on juvenile delinquency rates. 2) Open maternal communication had a direct negative effect on juvenile delinquency rates. However, open paternal communication had both direct and indirect negative effects. 3) Academic problems had both direct and indirect positive effects on juvenile delinquency rates. 4) Peer relationship had a direct positive effect on juvenile delinquency rates. 5) The level of effects that each variable had differed by delinquency types. Based on these results, implications for preventing juvenile delinquency were discussed.

성인남자의 자아개념과 의복행위와의 상관연구 -의복만족도, 과시성 유행을 중심으로- (A Study of the Relationship between Self-Concept and Clothing Behavior of Adult Males)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-concept and clothing behavior of adult males. Measures selected for this study consisted of the clothing satisfaction, clothing exhibitionism and fashionability scale developed by author and Chung self-concept scales. The questionnaires were distributed to the three groups of adult males in Seoul. Data from 532 respondents, (171 bankers, 181 businessmen and, 180 teachers) were analyzed by correlations and F-tetss. The results were: 1) A significant positive relationship was found between total positive self and the satisfaction of clothing. 2) A significant positive relationship was found between self-criticism and the exhibitionism of clothing. 3) A significant positive relationship was found between physical self and the exhibitionism of clothing. 4) Significant difference was found on an aspect of clothing behavior among the occupational groups: the bankers and businessmen were more interested in fashion than the teachers. 5) As for the criterion used on the purchase of clothing for five occasions, comfort was most important factor for the clothing selection.

Anomalies of the Healthcare Sector Using Workplace Safety and Job Satisfaction: A Case Study of Pakistan

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of workplace safety on doctors' retention and turnover intention along with job satisfaction as the mediator. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted with 394 medical doctors working in thirty-five hospitals in Pakistan using a structural equation modeling. Results of the study showed that: 1) workplace safety has a significant positive relationship with employee retention; 2) workplace safety has a significant negative relationship with turnover intention; 3) workplace safety has a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction; 4) job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with employee retention; 5) job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with turnover intentions; 6) job satisfaction mediates between workplace safety and employee retention; while 7) job satisfaction failed to mediate between workplace safety and turnover intentions. The findings of the study suggest that in a fear-free and safe environment, employees' chance to stay will increases. The study also suggests that dissatisfied employees do not need to leave the organization. There can be other factors that can be explored in future studies. This study also provides a practical implication for the doctors' low retention and high turnover, specifically in the healthcare sector of Pakistan by providing guidelines to the human resource executives to focus on the strategic implementation of workplace safety.

영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육지식, 양육스트레스, 양육행동간의 종단적 관계 (The Longitudinal Relationship between Parenting Knowledge, Parenting Stress, and Parenting Behavior of Mothers with Infants)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship between parenting knowledge, parenting stress, and parenting behavior of mothers with infants and to confirm the longitudinal mediating effect of parenting stress in the relationship between parenting knowledge and parenting behavior. Methods: This study used data collected through the Panel Study on Korean Children from 2008 to 2010 and the participants were 1,444 mothers with infants. The data were analyzed through technical statistics, correlations and multivariate potential growth models using SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 26.0. Results: Parenting knowledge and parenting stress of mothers gradually increased, and positive parenting behavior gradually decreased. Having a lot of parenting knowledge reduced mother's parenting stress. Mother's parenting stress reduced positive parenting behavior, and as parenting stress increased, positive parenting behavior decreased significantly. However, the relationship between parenting knowledge and parenting behavior was not significant. In addition, the mediating effect of parenting stress was confirmed in the relationship between parenting knowledge and parenting behavior of mothers. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study suggest the need to reduce parenting stress and promote positive parenting behavior along with the systematization of parent education programs in order for mothers with infants to acquire parenting knowledge.
