Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the retention intention of clinical dental hygienists. Methods: A total of 190 clinical dental hygienists were recruited as participants. Data were collected from March to May, 2023 and then analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression through PASW Statistics 26.0. Results: Mean scores for job crafting, job satisfaction, positive psychological capital and retention intention were 3.22, 3.46, 3.57 and 3.46 respectively. Retention intention showed a significant relationship with positive psychological capital (r=0.299), job crafting (r=0.214), and job satisfaction (r=0.649). The results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that job satisfaction was the strongest predictor of retention intention, explaining 24.1% of the total variance (F=4.550, p<0.001). Conclusions: Variables that can affect the retention intention of clinical dental hygienists were identified, with job satisfaction emerging as a significant factor affect retention intention.

The negative pressure distribution curves of the exit of printing nip were obtained by the transducer type tackometer. As the results, found that the elasticity of rubber rollers and pastic viscosity affect to the maximum negative and positive pressure but, the gap of the printing nip didn`t affects to the tack values of ink and ink film thickness. Ink spritting is accured by negative pressure and inks viscoelasticity. And the tack value is affect by properties of the vehicle component in the inks.

본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 스포츠 참가 정도와 스포츠 유능감 및 사회적 지지가 어떠한 관계에 있는지 살펴보기 위하여 서울시 지역에 소재하고 있는 중학생 41명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가설 검증을 위한 통계분석 방법으로는 t-검정, 일원 변량분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 통계분석을 통하여 얻어진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남학생의 스포츠 참가정도가 여자 중학생보다 높게 나타났다. 그러나 여학생이 남학생보다 동료지지에 있어서는 더 높게 나타났다. 학년에 따른 스포츠 참가 정도에 있어서는 1학년이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 2학년의 경우 스포츠 유능감과 교사지지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성적이 높을수록 사회적 지지가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가계소득 정도가 높을수록 스포츠 참가 빈도, 그리고 스포츠 유능감, 동료지지가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 스포츠 참가 정도는 사회적 지지에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고, 스포츠 유능감을 매개로하여 간접적으로만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 청소년들의 사회적 지지를 높이는데 스포츠참가 유무보다는 스포츠 유능감 향상이 더 중요한 요인임이 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of a single-session, positive psychology-based, strength-enhancing workshop for psychiatrists. The program is composed of lecture about positive psychology and workshop activities for identifying and utilizing character strengths. Methods : A total of 42 psychiatrists participated in this study. The program consisted of a lecture about positive psychology and workshop activities for identifying and utilizing character strengths. Results of a positive resources test, given before and after the session, were used to assess changes in the personal positive resources of the participants as a result of the program. Results : We noted significant increases in participants' satisfaction with life, positive affect, gratitude, acceptance, positive and cognitive emotion regulation, orientation of life, growth, spirit, autonomy, social support, and care factors after completion of the program. On additional analysis, spirit and care scores of female participants's were significantly increased than male participants's. Conclusion : The findings are meaningful in verifying the efficacy of a short-term intervention to improve psychiatrists's positive resources.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship between transformational leadership by head nurses and positive psychological capital, psychological well-being, stress and somatization of staff nurses. Method: Participants in this study were 300 staff nurses in general hospitals located in G and B cities. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 program. Result: The major findings were as follows; 1) There were positive influences of transformational leadership on positive psychological capital, psychological well-being, and a negative effect on stress. 2) Positive psychological capital had a positive influence on psychological well-being, and negative effects on stress and somatization. 3) In the analysis of the mediating role of the positive psychological capital, transformational leadership was shown to indirectly affect psychological well-being and stress through positive psychological capital. Conclusions: These findings suggest that transformational leadership has important influences on employees' psychological well-being and stress via employees' positive psychological capital. To enhance psychological well-being and reduce stress for nurses, it is important to develop not only the leadership of head nurses but also the positive psychological capital of staff nurses.

Urease is an important microbial enzyme and its production is a marker to predict potential pathogenicity. An unusual halophilic bacterium producing urease was isolated from sea product and identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus KH410. Its biochemical properties were indole negative, gelatin positive, sodium citrate positive and Kanagawa positive whereas other characteristics were identical as the standard strain except it showed a positive reaction on Christensen's urea agar. V. parahaemolyticus urease production was directly related to urea concentration. The production of urease was noticeable by the addition of 0.2% urea, 0.5% glucose, 2% NaCl in LB broth, and the initial pH of 5.5. The maximum production reached after 6 hr of incubation at 37$^{\circ}C$. However, NiCl2, metal ions, phosphorus did not affect production of urease.

본 연구는 기업환경이 디지털화 되어가는 상황에서 영업사원의 노트북 사용이 서비스공정성과 고객만족을 매개변수로 하여 영업사원평가에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영업사원의 노트북사용은 서비스공정성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스공정성 중에서 절차공정성과 상호작용공정성은 고객만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었고 분배공정성은 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 고객만족은 영업사원 평가에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 넷째, 영업사원의 노트북 사용은 영업사원평가에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 그러나 결과에서 보듯이, 영업사원의 노트북 사용은 서비스공정성과 고객만족을 통해 영업사원평가에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 아동간호학 실습 전 정서상태를 확인하여 아동간호학 실습 교육 중재프로그램의 기초자료를 얻기 위해 PANAS를 이용하여 간호학과 3학년 학생 143명을 대상으로 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 19.0으로 분석한 결과, 정적정서는 남학생이, 부적정서는 여학생 유의하게 높았으며, 정적 부적정서 미치는 영향요인 규명을 위한 다중회귀분석에서 전공만족도, 성격유형, 간호학 선택동기 및 실습예정 병원유형이 정적정서에의 영향요인이었던 반면 성별이 부적정서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이들 변수들의 정적, 부적정서에의 설명력은 각각 22.8%, 7.8%이었다. 간호대학생의 아동간호학 실습 전 느끼는 부적정서의 원인을 규명하는 질적연구를 통해 아동간호학 실습 전 정서중재 프로그램의 시행이 필요하다. 또한 실습 전후의 정서상태를 비교하는 실험연구 및 기타 간호학 학과목 실습과 관련된 간호대학생의 정서상태의 비교 연구 시행을 제언한다.

소비자들의 정서는 다방면의 소비자 행동에 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 여가 및 관광 활동과 같이 소비자들의 정서적 반응이 활성화되는 상황에서는 정서의 영향력은 매우 높으리라 예상되어지며, 여행사 서비스품질과 정서의 관련성, 정서에 따른 태도형성과 재구매의도의 관련성은 반드시 살펴볼 가치가 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 여행사 서비스품질에 의해 형성된 PAD 차원의 정서가 여행사에 대한 태도 및 재구매의도 등에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 여행사 서비스품질은 정서에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 한편 정서가 관광 태도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였는데, 이에 대한 분석결과는 모든 차원의 정서는 태도 및 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 기본으로 하여 시사점과 연구의 한계를 기술하였다.

목 적 : 본 연구의 목적은 한국인에게 적합한 사회적 정서를 유발하는 자극(한국형 사회적 정서 유발 시각 자극, Korean Social Affective Visual Stimuli, K-SAVS)을 개발하는 것이다. 방 법 : K-SAVS는 극동 아시아인이 등장하는 사회적 상황의 사진들로 구성되었다. 각 사진은 부정적 정서 자극, 긍정적 정서 자극, 혹은 중립 자극으로 구성하였다. 24명의 피험자에게 긍정적 자극과 부정적 자극을 보여주고 정서가 및 각성수준에 대한 자가 평가 마네킹 척도를 작성하게 한 후, 다른 24명의 피험자들에게 부정적 자극과 중립 자극을 보여주고 같은 척도를 작성하게 하였다. 결 과 : 1차 실험에서 95개의 자극 사진 중 긍정적 정서자극 사진 1개 세트, 부정적 정서 자극 사진 2개 세트를 선정하였다. 각 세트는 18개의 사진으로 이루어졌다. 긍정적 정서 자극은 부정적 정사 자극 사진에 비해 호감도는 높았으며 (p < 0.001) 흥분도는 낮았다(p < 0.001). 2차 실험에서는 1차 선정된 사진들과 중립 자극 사진을 포함하여 79개의 사진 중 중립 자극 사진 1개 세트를 선정하였다. 중립 자극은 호감도는 높았으며(p < 0.001) 흥분도는 낮았다(p < 0.001). 결 론 : K-SAVS는 한국인에게 특정한 사회적 정서를 유발하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 시각 자극이라 할 수 있다.
