This research paper delved into the availability and utilization of library portal services for research in university libraries in Nigeria. Two research questions and two null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The study was carried out in Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and Felix Aghagbo Nwako Library, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Library (UNIZIK), Awka. A total of 70 professionals (librarians and system analysts) in these libraries supplied data for the study. Data collected was analyzed using mean and standard deviation. These were used to answer the research questions while the null hypotheses were tested using t-test statistic at 0.05 level of significance and 68 degree of freedom. Major findings showed that portal services available in the library showed that the areas of availability of library portal services in Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, U.N.N. includes Agriculture, Health Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Sciences and information about institution, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Natural Sciences. In Festus Aghagbo Nwako Library, Awka, the areas of Portal Library Services include Career Development, Federal Government Programs, Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Engineering, and Health Sciences. Findings on extent of utilization of portal services available in the libraries indicated that portal services are utilized to a low extent in the university libraries. Furthermore, librarians did not significantly differ in their opinions on the availability of library portal services and on the extent of utilization of library portal services in the libraries under study. It is therefore recommended that provisions should be made by the universities and library management to provide and update required portal services in addition to creating enabling environment for enhanced access and utilization of these services. The governments must make an effort to provide funds for policy implementation, necessary technology training for librarians and users, and develop general information infrastructure.

이 연구는 국내 및 해외의 스쿠버다이빙리조트 활성화 요인을 도출하고 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 국내와 해외 스쿠버다이빙리조트의 경영대표, 교육팀장 등 운영에 관련된 전문가 30명을 대상으로 3차례에 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 국내와 해외의 활성화 요인을 비교 분석한 결과 공공다이빙 장소의 편의시설 확충, 다이버들을 위한 안전시설 및 의료시설 설치, AED, 산소 등 응급처치 시스템 구축, 다이빙 보트 내 입·출수 리프트, 화장실 등 편의시설 필요, 다이빙 보트 스크루 안전망 설치, 지역 보트 운항 가이드 라인, 스쿠버다이빙 정규 코스 교육 프로그램, 전문 스쿠버다이빙 강사 및 가이드 고용, 다양한 SNS를 이용한 소통 및 홍보, 다이버의 입소문을 통한 홍보, 지역 다이빙 리조트 연합회 활동, 한인 다이빙 연합회 활동, 지역 어촌계와의 소통 및 상생 정책, 지역 관광산업과 연계정책이 공통적인 중요 활성화 요인으로 나타났다.

영화 시장에서 흥행을 기록하는데 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 관련 산업의 리스크를 줄이고 영화 산업을 발전시키는데 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 영화흥행에 영향이 있는 독립변수들의 상관의 정도를 찾아내기 위해서 먼저 AHP 기법을 이용한 영화전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 측정요인별 중요도를 평가하였다. 또한, 스마트폰 보급과 사용의 증가로 검색 포털 및 SNS 관련 빅데이터에서 도출된 요인이 영화흥행에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 그리고 앞에서 언급한 전문가 서베이 정보와 빅데이터를 모두 반영한 예측모형을 제안하였다. 제안한 모형의 예측의 정확도를 알아보기 위해 실 데이터를 가지고 검증한 결과 기존모형보다 향상됨(10.5%)을 확인하였다. 따라서 제안한 모형은 영화제작사 및 배급사들의 의사 결정에 도움이 될 것이라 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 공공데이터포털에서 제공하는 교육관련 데이터를 검색하고 토픽모델링 기법을 활용한 분류를 통해 어떠한 데이터의 종류가 구축되어 있으며 활용이 가능한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 공공데이터포털의 데이터에 대하여 분류체계를 기준으로 교육분야의 파일데이터는 3,072건이 수집되었으며, 검색어를 활용하여 '교육'을 검색하여 나타난 파일데이터 2,361건으로 나타났다. 각각의 데이터셋에 대하여 불용어처리를 실시하고 데이터 전처리를 수행하여 LDA기반 토픽모델링을 활용하여 텍스트마이닝 분석을 실시하였다. 사전에 교육으로 분류된 데이터셋에서는 현재 재학중인 학교급별 학생을 대상으로 지원하는 프로그램과 정보에 대한 내용이 제공되고 있었다. 한편, 교육으로 검색하여 수집된 데이터셋에서는 장애인, 학부모, 노인, 아동 등 평생교육의 관점으로 제공되는 교육 프로그램 및 지원현황이라는 특징이 나타났다. 데이터과학기반의 의사결정 및 문제해결력을 기르기 위해 공공데이터포털이 제공하는 데이터에서 교육과정 및 내용이 충분히 제공되는 것도 좋은 기회가 될 것이다.

Two-port laparoscopic ovariectomy (Lap-OVE) has been performed in small dogs, using 3-mm and 5-mm portal sites, and is associated with reduced surgical stress and postoperative pain. However, extension of the incision is often needed to extract the ovaries. In this study, we aimed to minimize invasiveness by using smaller-sized cannulas as well as a novel technique for ovary extraction. Lap-OVE was performed on six, healthy female dogs (range, 3 to 7.2 kg) using two 3-mm midline portals. The middle finger of a size M nitrile glove was cut at its base and sterilized preoperatively. The ovary was suspended at the body wall using a 1-0 blue nylon needle, and the ovarian pedicle and ligaments were transected using a 3-mm bipolar forceps. To facilitate the glove passing through the 3.9-mm port, it was turned inside out to expose the smooth inner surface, before being inserted into the abdominal cavity with an applicator. Both ovaries were placed inside, and the mouth of the glove was exteriorized through the port with a laparoscopic grasping forceps. The ovaries were morcellated inside the glove, using Adison-Brown tissue forceps and iris scissors, which enabled safe extraction without incision enlargement. Median incision lengths were 4.3 mm (3.5-mm cranial cannula) and 4.8 mm (3.9-mm caudal cannula). An advantage of this procedure was that there was no need for skin sutures. In conclusion, using our novel technique, sutureless Lap-OVE was possible in small dogs using two 3-mm portal sites without additional incision.

4차 산업혁명의 중요한 요소인 빅데이터는 공공기관과 지자체에서 공공데이터를 적극 개방하고 있다. 공공데이터 포털에서 모두가 편리하게 데이터를 검색하고 연관 데이터를 확인 할 수 있지만, ICT관련 분야에 있는 사람들만 공공데이터를 활용하고 있는 실정이다. 공공기관이 보유하고 있는 데이터를 시민에게 개방은 하고 있지만, 누구나 쉽게 공공데이터를 활용하여 응용 프로그램을 개발하기에는 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문은 공공데이터 포털에서 오픈API 형식으로 제공되는 데이터가 XML과 JSON 형식이다. 우리는 본 연구에서 XML형식의 공공데이터를 GUI 인터페이스에 연동하여 손쉽게 프로그램 개발이 가능한 부분으로 모듈화 하는 방법이다. 필요한 공공데이터를 기반으로 모바일 프로그램을 쉽게 개발하는 방안을 제시하여, 공공데이터 활용을 활성화 하는 방안을 제안한다.

This systematic review aimed to analyze the clinicopathological profile and relevant prognostic factors of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma in pediatric patients. The search was carried out in the electronic search portals PubMed, Lilacs, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science. The search yielded studies that were then analyzed regarding study topic, data extraction, and risk of bias using the STROBE (Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies) guidelines. Finally, three studies were included for qualitative analysis. Most of the cases involved embryonic and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Expression of MYOD1 was highly correlated with diagnosis of spindle cell/sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma, which appears to have a poor prognosis in children. Furthermore, tumor size <5 cm and absence of metastasis accompanied by complete resection and administration of adjuvant therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy favored a better prognosis.

그리드 서비스는 X.509 대칭키 기반의 GSI(Grid Security Infrastructure) 환경으로 통합 인증 하는 반면에 웹 환경에서는 계정 이름과 비밀번호를 사용한 인증 방식으로 통합 인증을 한다. 그리드 포털은 그리드 서비스를 포틀릿 콘텐츠로 통합하여, 웹 환경에서 그리드 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 말하는 데, GAMA, PURSE와 같은 기존의 연구를보면 전면에서는 계정 이름과 비밀번호를 사용해서 인증하고, 후면에서는 GSI 기반으로 그리드 서비스를 호출하는 방식으로 통합 인증을 해결하였다. 기존의 연구에서는 포틀릿 프레임워크 안에서의 통합 인증만 다루고 있으므로 포틀릿 프레임워크를 벗어난 다른 형태의 어플리케이션으로는 그리드 서비스에 통합 인증으로 접근할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 계정 이름과 비밀번호의 사용을 기본으로 하되, 인증된 정보와 그리드로 접근할 때 사용할 GSI 토큰을 포틀릿과 다른 웹 어플리케이션들 사이에 전달하는 방식의 통합 인증을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방안을 포틀릿 뿐만아니라 자바 웹 스타트, 애플릿 및 서블릿 등으로 구성된 MGrid에 통합 인증을 위하여 적용하였다.

2020년 「공공기록물에 관한 법률 시행령」 개정에 따라 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 방안이 법제화되며, 국가기록원은 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 업무를 지원하기 위해 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템을 구축할 계획을 밝혔다. 하지만 데이터세트와 관리 기준표의 특성을 고려한 구체적인 서비스 방안은 부재한 작금이다. 이에 본 논문은 국내·외 공공데이터 포털 및 기록관 웹사이트 14곳을 대상으로 데이터세트 서비스 현황을 비교 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템에 적용 가능한 서비스 방안 6가지를 제안했다. 본 연구의 결과가 행정정보 데이터세트 활용 및 서비스 활성화로 이어지기를 기대한다.

최근에는 문화유산의 보존 및 전승을 위해 4차 산업혁명시대의 핵심 기술인 가상현실, 증강현실 및 확장 현실 등의 기술을 기반으로 한 다양한 연구와 콘텐츠 개발 등이 이루어지고 있다. 무형문화유산은 형태가 보이는 유형문화유산과 달리 가변적이므로 시간과 공간에 따라 변화가 크며, 이에 따라 전승자의 고령화와 죽음으로 인한 전승 단절 위기에 처해 있다. 본 연구에서는 통계자료, 검색포털을 통한 무형문화재 전수 교육관 및 플랫폼 사례를 중심으로 관련 실감 콘텐츠 제작 현황 및 사례를 수집하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과 전반적으로 무형문화유산 활용 콘텐츠 및 전수교육에서의 활용 사례가 매우 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 전승 단절 위기에 있는 무형문화유산의 효과적 전수 교육을 위한 활성화 방안에 대해 고찰해보도록 한다.
