With advancement in information technologies and a better mobile environment, the paradigm of service is shifting again from web portals to networked-applications based on individual application programs. Furthermore, as more investment is being made in R&D, the efforts to enhance R&D productivity are becoming important. In this paper, we designed a personalized service model for developing a tool to assist researchers in their R&D activities. To do this, we first compared services and tools in terms of information activities of researchers in R&D. In addition, we also analyzed changes of information environment such as open expansion of information and data, enhancement of personal information protection, popularization of social networking service, very big contents, advances in web platform technology in terms of personalization, and defined some directions of developing a personalized service. Subsequently we designed a personalized service model of research support tool in the views of functions, contents, operation, and defined personalized design goals and principles for implementing it as standard, participation, and open.

Spill of personal information using a stolen ID and password that recently occurred in large enterprises and portal web site such as Nate, Auction, National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, suggesting the importance of protecting personal information. By managing access to user accounts in real time, users will be able to block access before personal information is leaked. Therefore, In this paper, we propose a method to prevent spill of personal information that may occur when connected to others by using an authorized ID and password from portals. Specifically, we offer a mobile status control app that controls the logged status of user account in real time to view login status information to user by visualization and information about specific time and IP address. Also, we propose a method for detecting and blocking duplicated login that connect via IP address change.

Recently, there are many cases in the roadway design for successive tunnel with small distance between two tunnels. In this case, the degree of interference for successive tunnels is a significant consideration in the design of ventilation systems. Also, Re-inflows of contaminated air in successive tunnel make serious ventilation problems in case of fire accident in the tunnel. In this study, for successive tunnels in Donghae highway project, the concentration of contaminant such as CO, NOx and Smoke were calculated by numerical analysis using 1D and 3D-CFD analysis. And, the rate of re-inflow at the portals of successive tunnel according to the direction of wind were analysed.

Brodie abscess is a localized form of subacute or chronic osteomyelitis which is common in children but may also occur in adulthood. When Brodie abscess is located in the posterior metaphysis of the proximal tibia, open biopsy and curettage have a difficulty in approach to the lesion and can cause neurovascular injury or soft tissue contamination. We report a case wherein a novel surgical technique was used to treat a Brodie abscess in the posterior proximal tibial metaphysis in 48 year-old-male with endoscopic-assisted curettage by commercial anterior cruciate ligament targeting device(Rigid Fix; Mitek, Johnson & Johnson, Norwood, MA). Two portals were created toward the abscess site and, through each portal interchangeably, the granulation tissue and sclerotic bone could be excised. We believe that endoscopic-assisted curettage presents safe technique, decreased morbidity, accurate assessment of the extent of the abscess and possible improvement in long-term outcomes.

This study proposes an educational direction to be followed by the clothing departments of Korea's specialized high schools in order to help achieve high levels of job placements and to strengthen their students' competitiveness. A comparison was made of the curricula in Korea's specialized high schools and in several fashion schools in other countries including the United States, Italy, France, Taiwan, and Japan. To this end, publicly available educational records were retrieved from domestic school documentation, vocational high school portals, and domestic/overseas school web sites, and were then reviewed. The archival data extracted from these sources shows that the curricula of the three chosen domestic schools uniformly focus on foundational courses such as general computer skills, general design, accounting principles, design principles, and drawing, as well as practical courses such as the design of western clothing, fashion design, fashion CAD, management of clothing material, design of Korean clothing, and knitting. Unlike these standardized courses, it was found that overseas fashion schools provide a more technically-advanced and design-focused education based on the interests of the individual student. Moreover, their education system nurtures the students' creativity through adequate field experience and history/language education. The findings of this study suggest that Korean specialized high schools should find a way to accommodate their students' interests and to provide them with personalized fashion education by adopting a more flexible curriculum. An educational line that considers the individual student's aptitudes and career path will help foster creativity and novel ideas, which, in turn, will contribute to the development of the fashion industry.

The informationization policies undertaken in concentration only on the national economic growth invited the unbalance between technology and social culture, displayed the serious reverse function phenomena, and these problems threatened the personal identity of individual in the cyber space. In this study, we developed an index model on the information and communication ethics where the national level of information and communication ethics can be examined. For this purpose, based on diverse previous research data, the areas of the ethical indicators in information and communication has been developed through the brain storming of the research staff. Through the consultation with experts, the feasibility and representation as index was heightened, and the weighted values to the each index was provided by the AHP method. The outcome of questionnaires from the information users and information providers (great portals) was also reflected in simple average method into the calculation of the weighted value to the each index element.

This study focuses on analyzing a subset of consumer activities (especially social medium) in their wedding preparation. The focus of this study is on wedding online communities and understanding the impact of communities on selective behavior for information-acceptance. Data was compiled based on female consumers in their 20s and 30s who actively participate in online community forums. It included female consumers preparing for their weddings and individuals interested in weddings. A total of 211 questionnaires were collected from January $10^{th}$ to $23^{rd}$ in 2012. The online communities were identified from Naver, Yahoo, and online search portals; subsequently, they were rank-sorted based on number of members, visitors, and forum posts. We identified four different characteristic based on the findings from the analysis of on-line wedding communities. The characteristic of these communities were divided into sharing experience, functionality of the webpage, informativeness, and interactivity; consequently, use of these online communities is based on trust and significant personal relationships between the members online. Out of the four different community characteristics, sharing experience was found to have a greater impact for the selective behavior of wedding dresses and information- acceptance than the functionality of the webpage, interactivity, and informativeness. We conclude that trust in information provided by members with marriage process experience is the foremost important factor in the behavior of individual consumers wit iexplore.exe -extoff hout marriage process experience. Therefore, the impact of these online communities catering to would-be brides is based on the trust of posters and how well it is articulated.

With the development of cloud computing, internet technology and Internet of Things(IoT), most of applications are being smarter and changing from native application to SaaS (Software as a Service) application. New versatile SaaS applications are being released through various app portals (e.g. appstore, googleplay, T-Store, and so on). However, a user has a difficulty in searching, choosing an suitable application to him. It is also hard for him to know what functions of each SaaS application are useful. He wants to be recommended something inter-operated SaaS service according to his personality and his situation. Therefore, this paper presents a way of making mash-up of SaaS applications in order to provide the most convenient inter-operated SaaS service to user. This paper also presents SaaS Application Mash-up Framework (SAMF), complex context and rule matrix. The proposed SAMF is a main system that totally manage SaaS application mash-up service. Complex context and rule matrix are key components in order to recommend what SaaS applications are needed and how those SaaS applications are inter-operated. The SAMF collects complex contexts (User Description, Status Description, SaaS Service Description) in order to choose which SaaS applications are useful, analyze what functions to use, how to mash-up.

In order to improve organizational performance, organizations should make a knowledge management system to share, distribute, and create related knowledge effectively in the operational process. It is not too much to say that organizational performance depends on the level of network and networking for the use of knowledge among the agents. Theoretically, a web portal is known as a useful instrument not only to link among the actors who have a specific interest and purpose but also to promote social networking which creates new knowledge relevant to user's environment. In the context, this article explored policy implications of building and operating government portals by analysing the efficacy of the "Innovative Portal", which the Korean government had opened to diffuse its innovation activities and to improve organizational innovation capacities in 2005, in innovation process from the knowledge management perspective. In particular, this study tried to identify how did the "Innovation Portal"influence network and networking of innovation knowledge using hyperlink network analysis method.

This paper has analyzed how the format of the text page and the contents of space surrounding the text in the news stories of the portal sites are made-up. The result of analysis showed that the formats of the text page in Naver news story were more intricate than those of Daum, Nate and Yahoo. Also, Naver was higher in the number of advertising, the type of advertising, the entertainment contents, and various types of contents than other three portals. Especially, the percentage of new story related to entertainers was the highest. It was the portal site Daum that advertised the news story most of all in its text page. In contrast, it was portal site Yahoo that inserted the advertisements least of all. But from the whole sides, it was found that the formats and contents of the text page of the news story in these three portal sites have similarly been made-up. Consequently speaking, for the serviceability of use in news story, it can be evaluated that the news service method in portal sites is higher than that in press dot coms.
