Internet portal sites have served customers for more than a decade in Korea. There have been several such sites have survived, succeeded and led the internet industry. What is the source of their competitiveness? We assumed that the network effect, which can vary dynamically, is an important factor; so we tried to build and analyze a system dynamics model on portal sites that represent their advertising business model. This model includes not only the network effect, but also customer's' expectations of the quality of portal sites, which also varies dynamically. As a result of our research, we can state that the network effect is important to stabilize and increase portal sites' quality, market share, income and cash flow. And we know that investment at a level above that which is merely required is necessary to preserve and stabilize their business.

방사선 치료에 있어서 치료전 및 치료도중에 치료부위를 확인하기 위한 수단으로 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 포탈필름은 높은 에너지를 이용하여 촬영되는 것이므로 영상이 매우 흐리며 어둡다는 구조적인 문제점이 있다. 이러한 영상을 개선하기 위하여는 치료필드와 그 주변필드로 영상을 먼저 분할한 후, 각 필드 별로 영상처리를 해야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 소벨 탐지자, 레이블링 기법을 이용하여 최적의 문턱치를 찾아내어 포탈영상을 분할 한 후 형태학적 세선화기법들을 적용하여 포탈영상 분할하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이 알고리즘은 포탈영상에서 불필요한 에지들은 제거하고 치료필드 에지만을 탐지하며 촬영조건이 수시로 변하는 임상적 환경에서 얻어지는 포탈영상들에 적용하여도 균일한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

The trade portal site is one of the innovative skills which makes it possible for trade companies to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information technology. Especially, trade portal site can be considerable help to small and medium-sized enterprises which have much difficulties in finding overseas buyers due to the lack of international marketing capabilities. This study attempts to present a comprehensive model about the determinants of e-Trust in domestic trade portal site and to suggest practical strategies for e-Trade. Therefore, a theoretical framework was presented by the literature review, and a empirical study was carried out through a questionnaire survey to those who have had experiences of visiting trade portal site. The empirical analysis had the following results. First, it reveals that reputation, web-site quality, transaction efficiency of the trade portal site have influence upon e-Trust dimension. On the other hand, perceived risk did not have significant relationship with e-Trust. Second, e-Trust had significant impact on willingness to depend on the trade portal site. And also, e-Trust had positive influence on performance of using which is measured by sales increase, information sharing, and synergy effect.

조직의 생존 과정에서 지식관리의 기능은 지식의 흐름을 용이하게 할 수 있는 네트워크 구조의 구축을 강조하는 구조적 접근방법과 각각의 맥락에 맞는 새로운 지식을 창출 또는 재창출하기 위한 과정으로서 지식활동 주체들 간 사회적 네트워킹의 활성화를 강조하는 과정적 접근방법의 통합적 관점에서 논의될 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 혁신포탈은 혁신 지식 네트워크를 형성하여 기존 지식의 공유 및 새로운 지식의 창출 또는 재창출을 촉진시킴으로써, 각 주체의 혁신역량을 강화하고 혁신 효율성 및 성과를 제고하기 위한 목적으로 2005년에 구축 개통되었다. 구축 당시 참여정부의 혁신방향이 참여형 거버넌스의 강화에 있었음을 감안할 때, 혁신포탈은 정부혁신을 한 단계 성숙시키는 중요한 정책수단이 될 것으로 기대되었다. 그러나 혁신포탈은 이와 같은 기대를 충족시키지 못한 채, 2008년 이명박 정부의 출범과 함께 폐쇄되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정부기관의 웹사이트 간 하이퍼링크 네트워크 분석을 적용하여 당시 혁신포탈의 실효성을 통합적인 지식관리 관점에 초점을 맞추어 분석함으로써, 향후 정부포탈의 구축 및 운영에 관한 이론적 정책적 함의를 모색하였다.

본 연구는 향후 40세 이상의 예비노인 및 노인들이 주도적으로 활용할 수 있는 전문 인터넷 포탈사이트를 실버포탈(silver portal)로 정의하고, 이러한 포탈이 향후 제공할 수 있는 콘텐츠 유형에 대하여 잠재 실버포탈 이용자들이 어떠한 선호도를 나타내는가를 파악하고자하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는40세 이상의 예비노인의 개인의 특성(인구통계적 특성, 인터넷 이용 특성)에 따라 실버포탈이 제공할수 있는 콘텐츠 유형에 대한 선호도가 차이가 존재하는가를 탐색적 관점에서 파악함으로써, 향후 관련 실증연구들에서 적용하여 사용할수 있는 연구명제를 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서, 본 연구에서는 서울과 경기지역에 거주하는 40세 이상의 인터넷 이용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 의뢰하여 실증적 통계분석을 수행하였다. 결과적으로, 본 연구는 개인의 여러 가지 특성에 따라 실버포탈의 콘텐츠 유형에 대한 선호도가 달라지는가를 파악할 수 있었으며, 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 향후 관련 연구들에서 적용할 수 있는 연구명제들을 제시할 수 있었다.

목구조물 기둥-보 접합물로는 슬릿 가공된 부재에 강판을 삽입한 형상이 통용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 접합부가 접착된 강절형 문형라멘프레임 및 강판 대용인 목질접합물을 제작하여 절반은 기둥부재에 일체화하고 나머지 절반은 보부재와 핀으로 접합한 반강절형 문형라멘프레임을 제작하였다. 목질 문형라멘프레임들은 강판삽입형 접합부 문형라멘프레임과 수평내력성능을 비교 분석하였다. 수평내력성능은 완전탄소성모델 분석과 구간별 강성변화율 및 단기허용전단내력으로 평가하였다. 실험결과, 강절형 문형라멘프레임의 최대내력이 강판삽입형 접합부 문형라멘프레임 보다 낮게 측정되어 항복 내력은 0.58, 종국내력은 0.48로 산출되었으나, 초기강성과 소성률은 각각 1.35, 1.1 향상된 값이 측정되었다. 반강절형 문형라멘프레임의 완전탄소성모델 분석 결과 최대내력은 강절형 문형라멘프레임보다 낮았으나 파괴 후 인성이 우수하여 종국내력은 1.05~1.07 높은 값이 산출되었다. 강판삽입형 문형라멘프레임은 반복 시험이 진행됨에 따라 강성이 급격히 감소한 반면 접합부가 목질로된 문형라멘프레임들의 강성은 서서히 감소되었다.

In digital marketing, means of public relations and marketing of enterprises are changing into marketing techniques of predictive analytics. A significant study can be carried out by an analysis of 'the patterns of customers' uses' using big data on major portal sites and SNSs and their correlation with related keywords. This study analyzes the origins of mythological characters in major brands such as Nike, Hermes, Versace, Canon and Starbucks. Also, it extracts related keywords and relevance using big data on portal sites and SNS and their correlation. Nike marketing that reminds people of 'the goddess of victory, Nike' formed a good combination of the brand with relevance. Most of them are based on Greek mythology and have rich materials for storytelling and artistic values in common. Hopefully, this case analysis of foreign brands would become a starting point of discovering the materials of the domestic mythological characters.

More complex radiotherapy techniques using multi leaf collimation(MLC) such as intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) has been increasing the significance of verification of leaf position and motion. Due to the reliability and robustness, quality assurance(QA) of MLC is usually performed with portal films. However, the advantage of ease of use and capability of providing digital data of electronic portal imaging devices(EPIDs) have attracted many attentions as alternatives of films for routine quality assurance in spite of the concerns about their clinical feasibility, efficacy, and the cost to benefit ratio. In our work, the method of routine QA of MLC using electronic portal imaging(EPI) was developed. The verification of availability of EPI images for routine QA was performed by comparison with those of the portal films which were simultaneously obtained when radiation was delivered and known prescription input to MLC controller. Specially designed test patterns of dynamic MLC were applied to image acquisition. Quantitative off-line analysis using edge detection algorithm enhanced the verification procedure in addition to on-line qualitative visual assessment. In conclusion, the EPI is available enough for routine QA with the accuracy of portal films.

스포츠선수들에 대한 섹슈얼리티는 '유니폼 관련 섹슈얼리티', '선수의 신체적 특징 관련 섹슈얼리티', '외모관련 섹슈얼리티' 요인으로 구성되었다. 포털사이트의 스포츠 영상에 묘사된 섹슈얼리티가 포털미디어 스포츠 소비자들에게 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에서는 남자 실험집단에서만 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 남자집단의 피실험집단과 남녀경기 처치집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 포털미디어의 스포츠 영상에 묘사된 섹슈얼리티에 대한 인지도는 남자집단의 피실험집단에 비해 남녀경기 처치집단이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 포털미디어의 스포츠 영상에 묘사된 섹슈얼리티는 남성스포츠 소비자들에게 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

공공데이터 포털(data.go.kr)은 우리나라 공공데이터 검색과 활용을 위한 통합창구이다. 2021년 행정안전부는 개별 포털 정비방안을 수립한 바 있다. 개별 포털은 공공데이터 외 국내 공공기관들이 구축한 포털을 통칭하는 표현이다. 정비방안에 따라 공공데이터 포털 운영 주체인 한국지능정보사회진흥원은 공공데이터 포털과 개별 포털을 연계하기 위한 운영 및 데이터 연계방안 수립이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 공공데이터 포털, 미국, 영국, 프랑스 데이터 포털 운영현황과 데이터 연계방식을 조사하여 데이터 연계 시 상향식 방법 채택이 효율적임을 제안하였다. 또한, 연계 시 추진해야 하는 구체적인 절차를 데이터 연동 표준방식 결정, 메타데이터 현황분석, 운영 인프라 확충, 데이터 반입 확인, 서비스 개시 5단계로 나누어 제시하였다.
