시소 시스템을 위한 RCGA 기반의 상태피드백 제어 (RCGA-Based State Feedback Control for Seesaw Systems)

  • 일반적으로 대부분의 실제 시스템은 복잡하고, 외란이나 불완전한 지식에 영향을 받으며, 비선형 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 시스템을 제어하기 위해 현대제어 이론에 기초한 제어기가 연구되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 제어이론과 제어기를 산업현장에 검증 없이 곧 바로 적용하면 시스템의 손상이 발생할 수 있으므로 모의실험을 통한 검증이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 산업현장의 불안정과 비선형성을 대표할 수 있는 시소시스템을 모형대상으로 설정하여 RCGA기반의 상태피드백 제어기와 상태관측기를 설계하여 이들을 결합한 제어시스템을 설계한다. 다양한 초기조건과 외란에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통해 제어시스템의 유효성을 확인한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 비 홀로노믹적인 구속조건을 갖는 수중 이동체의 위치 및 자세제어에 관한 제어기법에 대해서 논의한다. 비 홀로노믹 시스템은 적분 불가능한 구속조건으로부터 도출되어지는 시스템으로 연속시간영역의 피트백제어로는 평형점에서의 안정화제어가 불가능한 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 속도의 비 홀로노믹 구속조건을 가지는 수중 이동체에 대하여 체인트폼으로 변환하고 변환된 시스템에 대해 백스테핑 제어기법을 적용하여 자세제어를 행하고 수치시뮬레이션을 통하여 제어기법의 유용성을 평가하였다.

Design of an RCGA-based Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Controller for Ship Heading Control

  • A ship's automatic steering system is the basis for addressing control difficulties related to course-changing and course-keeping during navigation through heading angle control, and is a link in realizing unmanned and autonomous ships. This study proposes a robust RCGA-based linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) design method considering environmental disturbances, measurement noise, and model uncertainties in designing a ship heading controller for use when the ship is sailing. The LADRC consisted of a transient profile, a linear extended state observer, and a PD controller. The control gains in the LADRC with the linear extended state observer were adjusted by RCGAs to minimize the integral of the time-weighted absolute error (ITAE), which is an evaluation function of the control system. The proposed method was applied to ship heading control, and its effectiveness was validated by comparing the propulsive energy loss between the proposed method and a conventional linear PD controller. The simulation results showed that the proposed method had the advantages of lower propulsive energy loss, more robustness, and higher tracking precision than the conventional linear PD controller.

축소차수 관측기를 이용한 시소시스템의 Pl형 상태피드백 제어 (A PI-type State Feedback Control of Seesaw System Using Reduced-order Observer)

  • 본 논문에서는 시소 시스템에 Pl형의 상태 피드백 제어기와 축소차수 관측기를 결합한 제어시스템을 적용하여 시소 시스템의 안정화 문제를 다루었다. LQ 이론에 근간을 두는 Pl형의 상태 피드백 제어기는 계단상의 외란이나 잡음에 대해 양호한 성능을 가지도록 오차에 대한 새로운 상태변수를 고려한 제어기이다. 축소차수 관측기는 상태변수의 계측이 어려운 경우나 경제적인 이유로 센서의 부착이 어려운 경우에 종종 사용되는데 본 논문에서는 시소 시스템의 각도와 대차의 위치로부터 시소의 각속도와 대차의 속도를 추정하기 위해 사용된다. 여러 초기조건과 외란이 인가되는 환경 하에서 실시한 시뮬레이션을 통해 본 논문에서 목적으로 하는 시소 시스템의 안정화가 가능함을 보인다.

면역반응 알고리즘을 이용한 구조물의 진동제어 (A Vibration Control of the Strcture using Immune Response Algorithm)

  • In the biological immunity, the immune system of organisms regulates the antibody and T-cells to protect the attack from the foreign materials which are virus, germ cell, and other antigens, and supports their stable state. It has similar characteristics that has the adaptation and robustness to overcome disturbances and to control the plant of engineering application. In this paper, we build a model of the T-cell regulated immune response mechanism. We have also designed an immune response controller(IRC) focusing on the T-cell regulated immune response of the biological immune system that include both a help part to control the response and a suppress part to adjust system stabilization effect. We show some computer simulation to control the vibration of building structure system with strong wind forces excitation also demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed controller for applying a practical system even with existing nonlinear terms.

  • In this paper, a two ports machine(TPM) model for discrete event dynamic systems(DEDS) is proposed. The proposed model is a finite state machine which has two inputs and two outputs. Inputs and outputs have two components, events and informations. TPM is different from other state machine models, since TPM has symmetric input and output. This symmetry enables the block diagram representation of the DEDS with TPM blocks, summing points, multiplying points, branch points, and connections. The graphical representation of DEDS is analogous to that of control system theory. TPM has a matrix representation of its transition and information map. This matrix representation simplifies the analysis of the DEDS.

한국선급 입급선 항만국통제의 출항정지 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ships of KRS Registered the analyses of Detentions for Port State Control)

  • This study analyzes inspection results of ships by Port State Control. Particularly, this research focuses on a detention trend of vessels that registered to Korean Register of Shipping. In order to conduct this research, we have searched 170 ships that got a detention with a Code-30 within recent 46 months period. The deficiencies of the detentions are inspected by ship types, ship years, flags, ports inspected, and criteria. Moreover, we categorized the deficiencies for the detentions into 17 types for internal and external inspections. As the results of the comparison study, bulk and general cargo carriers dominate the portion of detentions by almost 66 percent. Self-induced detention due to a lack of preparation by crews and company support are the main reasons of repeated detentions from the same type ships. Ships between six and ten years old show the lowest detention rate by 4 percent whereas ships less than five years old generate the highest detention rate by 22 percent. The main categories of the detentions from ships less than 5 years old are a lack of documentation and certification, and the clues support our opinion that owners and crews may neglect to prepare the inspections because their strong confidence for the ship condition due to young ship age. As a result of a great effort of Korean government and shipping companies to reduce a detention rate, the detention rate has been recently reduced to 0.3 percent. The results also require companies with the flag of convenience ships to spend more effort to reduce the detention rate, too. We expect that using social networking service by Korea Register will lower the detention rate by sharing relevant information real-time to ships and owners.

인천항 VTS의 효율적인 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Operation of VTS in Inchon)

  • Many Countries have made efforts to assist ships navigate accurately , safely and expeditiously for the safety control against increasing marine traffic , in their coastal waters. However, they are exposed in spite of these efforts,to risks of casulaties and marine polluation caused by traffic congestion when ships are navigating through waterways approaches to ports or harbors and in narrow fairways. Therefore, efficient control of VTS in Port is necessary nowadays to provide ships with necessary service , which interacts with shipping and organize the flow of traffic so as to maximize the efficiency of the port or harbor while minimizing the risk of accident and environmental pollution. Even though the navigation condition of ships is very inferior compared to other ports in Korea, such as the big difference between the ebb and flood tide, the frequent fog, the narrow fairway , the density of navigation traffic in Inchon Port is high and transportation quantity of dangerous cargoe increases gradually. In cosideration of the characteristics of natural circumstance and traffic circumstance the VTS established newly in Inchon port have to operate efficiently. The purpose of this study is to help efficient operation of VTS in Inchon port by accomplishing both the literature research and questionnaire survey. Questionnaire survey was read to the VTS personnel in Inchon Port and customer familiar to Inchon Port such as ship navigators, pilots, shipping companies and so on. Most of ship navigators who occupy half of the respondents are Korean Officer who had responded while they were calling at Inchon port. The conclusions and recommendations includes ; First, the service area should be extended over Designated area to provide the vessel with navigational assistance service regarding the information of traffic congestion area, fishing boat and small ship's activities. Second, the types of information service to be offered are ship's movement and weather condition inthe vicinity of the port and state of fairway in the approaching channel to thte fairway. Third, VTS personnel should be upgraded by the on-the-job training and continuous simulation training as well as supplement of the qualified personnel for VTS operation. Fourth , the Harbor Master System to be introduced for safe navigation and efficient port operation.

국내 기항 외국적 외항선 항만국통제 현황 및 개선방안 (Current Status and Improvement Measures for the Port State Control of Foreign Vessels in Domestic Port Calls)

  • 글로벌 해운산업이 활성화됨에 따라 특정 국가들의 해양 영도를 경유하는 외국적 외항선의 규모가 급격하게 증가하였다. 하지만 선박의 컨디션 관리, 안전 운항을 위한 체계 수립이 미흡으로 선박 운항에 기인한 대형 해양사고가 발생하여 인명 피해와 심각한 해양환경오염을 유발하고 있다. 따라서 IMO는 해양 영토의 관할권을 갖는 국가들에게 항만국통제를 수행할 수 있는 권한을 부여하고 특히 외국적 선박에 대한 규정과 지침을 강화하였다. 특히 우리나라는 TOKYO MOU 회원국으로 항만국통제를 수행하고 있지만 2020년을 기준으로 국내를 기항한 국적선 대비 외국적선의 비중이 3배 높음에도 불구하고 9% 수준의 저조한 점검률로 TOKYO MOU에서 권고하고 있는 점검률 수준을 하회하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 항만국통제에 대한 효율성과 효과성을 개선하기 위한 목적으로 객관형 설문문항과 서면 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 항만국통제관들의 실무적 의견을 수렴하여 IPA분석과 컨텐츠분석을 수행하였다. 결과적으로 PSC점검의 질적 향상을 위해 수행 시 인적 요소와 관련된 선내 생활, 근무 환경, 안전사고 대응에 대한 중요성과 성과가 개선되어야 함이 도출되었다. 또한 PSC 점검성과 개선을 위해 유관 업무의 행정 일원화, 항만국통제관 인력 충원, 선박결함 신고제도 활성화, PSC 수행 그룹 재편성 등을 위한 다방면적 지원 기반이 마련된다면 우리나라 항만국통제에 대한 업무 환경과 성과가 개선될 것으로 판단된다.

광 네트워크 스위치 응용을 위한 RSFQ Switch의 회로 설계 및 시뮬레이션 (Circuit Design and Simulation Study of an RSFQ Switch Element for Optical Network Switch Applications)

  • In this work, we have studied about an RSFQ (Rapid Single Flux Quantum) switch element. The circuit was designed, simulated, and laid out for mask fabrication. The switch cell was composed of a D flip-flop, a splitter, a confluence buffer, and a switch core. The switch core determined if the input data could pass to the output. “On” and o“off” controls in the switch core could be possible by utilizing an RS flip-flop. When a control pulse was input to the “on” port, the RS flip-flop was in the set state and passed the input pulses to the output port. When a pulse was input to the “off” port, the RS flip-flop was in the reset state and prevented the input pulses from transferring to the output port. We simulated and optimized the switch element circuit by using Xic, WRspice, and Julia. The minimum circuit margins in simulations were more than $\pm$20%. We also performed the mask layout of the circuit by using Xic and Lmeter.
