Sea areas outside Mokpo-Gu are not routed to a fairway, and PTMS is not done there. And there are many dangerous elements because some fairways are crossed In this papar, we proposed a maritime traffic system which was designed with expert group's knowledge for sqfe navigation in the area and PIANC rule(1980).

이덕터는 구동부를 통해 공급되는 작동유체가 노즐을 통과하면서 고속으로 분출됨으로써 벤츄리 효과에 의해 노즐 출구 주위에 부압이 형성됨에 따라 흡입부를 통해 유체가 흡입된다. 이덕터의 주요 설계인자는 노즐의 직경과 스로트의 직경 및 직관부 길이 그리고 노즐과 직관부 시작점까지의 거리이다. 이 연구에서는 선박용 인라인 이덕터에 대한 기초연구로서 흡입 메카니즘을 체계적으로 해석할 목적으로 주요 설계인자를 이론적으로 고찰하고 설계인자의 변화에 따른 성능실험 가능하도록 이중원관의 형태로 모델링하였다.

Inland Container Depot is regarded as an important link in the multimodal transport, contributing to reduce transportation costs, reduce the time saved at the port, with the main function of clearing domestic goods, empty containers and refrigerated containers, super cargo. Inland Container Depot has just used in the South of Vietnam in recent years which are starting in the business. In this paper, i want to research on the potential of dry ports including the development and effective for economic of Vietnam.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the new strategies for West coast ports, especially Mokpo Port development. This paper also analyzes the recently evolving change of shipping environment such as upsizing of vessels, horizontal and vertical integration strategies in the liner shipping industries through the mergers and acquisitions or strategic alliances, establishment of dedicated terminal and surging bunker charge. With shipping environment is rapidly changing, we examine how to cope with the current situation and suggest the solutions how to tackle shippers' and shipping companies' request. As a result of an empirical study, we found out that Mokpo Port suffers from the shortage of container cargo, container imbalance, insufficient forwarders and inland trucking service providers and hinterland transportation network system. With these obstacles settled, the number of container cargo can be induced to Mokpo Port and the regular container services between Mokpo and Chinese ports and Japanese ports loops were found to be competitive.

Mongolia is an inland country contained between East and Central Asia. I t borders Russia to the north and China to the south, east and west. Mongolia uses as international port for transit Xindang/Qingdao by railway. For domestic transport, our options are varied, which include road, railway and air modes. In Korea there are Passenger ships on 106 routes running out of 10 port cities. These cities, such as Mokpo, Masan, Incheon, are the main transportation hubs the island residents today. But most passenger ship companies in Korea are limited in income and mostly small in size. These small companies have many challenges to overcome and are slow to improve services. Frequent service cancellations, aging sailors and a decline in service are contributing factors.

This study was conducted to propose an effective port operation method in terms of the design capacity of waiting anchorage by comparing the ratio and the number of waiting anchorage according to the port operation method of Busan New Port. For this, the Arena simulation program compared the rates of waiting vessels according to the application of the multi-user terminal, liner terminal and hybrid liner terminal operation methods. As a result, analysis suggested the necessary anchorage space can be reduced to about 18 % when using the multi-user terminal operation method and about 15.6 % when using the hybrid liner terminal operation method, as compared with the liner terminal operation method. Specifically, it was effective to apply the multi-user terminal operation method in terms of the anchorage capacity to be designated to Busan New Port. This study can apply to the designation of the new anchorage in the Busan New Port by reflecting the contents of the design of the anchorage in accordance with the port operation method.

As developing for dozens of years, East Asia has been a central area of world economic and trade growth. The containerization of East Asia also goes up rapidly. With the development of this area, countries all try hard to dispute the status of international shipping centre. The competitors of Shanghai Port are Busan Port, Kobe Port and GaoXiong Port. This thesis analyses these three Ports and Shanghai Port‘s information. The main point is Shanghai Port’s merits and faults, and also compares these four ports‘ competition of soft and hardware. At last, this thesis expatiates some concrete measures of Shanghai Port's constructing.

The development of the traffic system has brought relative reduction in aspect of the cost and time distance on the geographical space. SOC(social overhead capital), an express highway and railroad, has a great and absolute effect on the prosperity of community, As Mokpo is one of the community under the influence q West costal highway express and KTX(Korea Train Express), the number of the tourists visiting city of port like Mokpo has increasing gradually, especially at the high-demand season(in Summer). But the coastal passenger boot can't be capable of customers arriving at the port. As a result of this situation, the 'balking' occurs. No 'balking', means the jam of road. In this thesis, by understanding the concept and property of ARENA and simulating operation of coastal passenger boot at Mokpo port, intends to analyze the truth of 'balking' and finds an effective operation method of coastal passenger boot for the solution to the traffic jam. The solution to the jam in the vicinity of port of Mokpo, which try to develop tourism package commodity now, will present the effect of qualitative analysis in giving an opportunity of economic growth of the community, Mokpo.
