유압 액추에이터를 고려한 능동 현가장치용 비례압력제어밸브의 해석과 개발 (A Study on the Analysis and Development of Proportional Pressure Control Valve for Vehicle Active Suspension System via Hydraulics Actuator)

  • Generally, the hydraulic pressures are used for transmitting the force. Therefore, a highly reliable and inexpensive control system has been required for a passenger car. The control-ability of active suspension system is strongly affected by the performance of pressure control valve in the view of dynamic response and energy consumption. In this study, we suggested main design parameters for the optimum design of proportional pressure control valve. The mathematical simulation model was derived from the quarter type model which consisted a valve and hydraulic damper for the purpose of analyzing the valve characteristics. Experiments were performed to confirm the performance of the valve and computations were carried out to ascertain the usefulness of the developed program. The results from computations fairly coincide with those from experiments. This has been achieved by developing the servomechanism valve which comprises the simple combination of a solenoid, a spool valve and a poppet valve. The results from experiments and computations show the development process of optimum proportional pressure control valve in the hydraulics system.

기관 배기계 모의실험장치를 이용한 밸브를 통과하는 유동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Flow through a Valve using Exhaust System Engine Simulator)

  • Flow characteristics of a compressible gas flow through a rotating disc-type rotary valve are investigated experimentally under various conditions. It is known that the mass flow rate through poppet valves of 4-stroke cycle engines and through piston valves of 2-stoke cycle engines decrease with increase in engine speed. Rotary valve is one means by which air may be made to flow inter-mittently through a pipe. In this paper an exhaust system simulator of engine was used to experi-mentally analyze the decrease in flow rate at high rotation speeds and to determine what variables other than rotational speed give rise to the observed behaviour. These variables have been included in an empirical equation which is representative of the measured flow characteristics.

  • 액체로켓엔진용 연소기 산화제 개폐밸브는 단순 온 오프 개폐작동을 통해 연소기로의 산화제 공급 유무만을 제어하기 때문에, 산화제 공급 유량 조절을 통한 엔진 점화 시동 특성제어 및 최적화에 한계가 있는 반면에 2단계 개방 연소기 산화제 개폐밸브는 밸브의 부분 개방에 의해 산화제 공급 유량을 조절함으로써 엔진 점화 시동 특성을 제어할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 액체로켓엔진용 2단계 개방 연소기 산화제 개폐밸브 개발을 위한 기본 설계 내용과 함께 밸브 작동성에 관한 검증시험 결과를 소개하기로 한다.

  • 연소기용 연료개폐밸브는 파일롯 공압으로 포핏을 열고 스프링 힘에 의해 닫음으로써 로켓엔진의 연료 유량을 제어한다. 현재 개발 중인 연소기 연료개폐밸브는 액추에이터에서 압력이 제거되더라도 유로부에 해당 압력이 존재한다면 스스로 열림을 유지하는 방식으로 설계되어 있다. 밸브의 성능을 평가하기 위해 밸브가 열리고 닫히는 특성에 따라 힘 평형 상태를 분석할 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 밸브의 포핏이 열리기 위한 파일롯 압력과 닫히기 위한 유로부 압력을 힘 평형에 의해 조절되도록 설계하였다. 또한, 상용 소프트웨어인 Fluent CFD 해석을 통해 밸브의 고유유량계수를 구해보았다. 예측과 해석을 통해 획득된 결과들은 실험 결과와 비교하였다.

  • In this study, A special quality analysis and experiment for low power consumption type pneumatic on-off micro valve was performed. And flow characteristics of the micro valve by stroke change was numerically investigated. As a result, it is shown that magnetic force(2.4N) is exerted enough to move poppet with 0.3mm stroke with 0.01 seconds of response time, and that there is no magnetic force emitted by yoke.

  • 액체로켓엔진용 연소기 산화제 개폐밸브로 사용되는 밸브 개방 자체유지가능형 포핏밸브의 밸브 개방 특성을 파악하기 위해 밸브 개방 과정에서의 과도 응답 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 수치해석을 위해 구동가스 공급시스템을 하나의 오리피스로 모델링하고 밸브 행정 위치 및 구동압력 조건에 따라 밸브 무빙파트의 운동방정식을 유도하였다. 상온 및 연소시험에서의 밸브 작동 시험결과와 계산 결과의 비교를 통해 계산 결과의 신뢰성을 검증하였으며, 본 연구의 실제적인 적용 예로써 높은 구동압력에서의 밸브 개방 속도 조절을 위한 오리피스 적용 사례를 소개하였다.

MCV용 IMV개발을 위한 기초설계 (Basic Design for Development of IMV for MCV)

  • Construction machinery is used to improve productivity in civil engineering work and construction work, and it is a lengthy operation, and consumes considerable fuel to cope with large loads. As a result, productivity and fuel consumption of the construction machine become the main deciding factors. In the hydraulic system of the excavator, the main control valve is the most critical position for control. The flow distribution for control performance is achieved by the metering orifice, that causes critical energy loss. To improve this, we propose a combination of a three port proportional pressure reducing valve and a poppet type flow control valve as an IMV to replace the existing spool type MCV. To validate the proposal, we analyze static characteristics by modeling mathematically, and analyze dynamic characteristics. Simulation using the AMESim software on the regeneration circuit of the boom cylinder up-down operation, verifies the energy-saving effect compared to the existing MCV when IMV is used.

메인 컨트롤밸브의 해석모델 개발 및 검증 (Development and Verification of Analytical Model of a Main Control Valve)

  • In order to control the actuators of hydraulic machinery such as excavators, various control valves are typically assembled in a single block. Such a control block is called a main control valve(MCV). In this paper, we analyzed the working principle and the particular purpose of the design of all valves included in the MCV system. To Examine the reliability of the analysis model, the pressure drop of the MCV at each port was measured. The authors developed an analytical model of the control valve(main spool, load poppet, pressure relief, make up, and regeneration). The authors considered the notch shape of the spool while developing the analytical models of the main spool valve. Most importantly, at the stage before the analysis model was applied in the design tuning, the reliability was ensured by comparing the analysis results with the test results. This paper showed a process of developing an analysis model that can be utilized in the design and tuning stages.
