This study intends to analyze T-shirt designs, particularly in connection with pop art. 444 pieces of T-shirts which conveyed the pop art spirits of well-known designers were selected for five years from 2001 to 2005, through fashion magazines(Collection: Dong-ah TV, Collezioni: Italy). The findings are as follows. As for formative characteristics of pop art in T-shirts, previous studies were analyzed to set classifications criteria such as popularization of images, eroticism, lettering and graffiti, assemblage. The design factor of the image popularization includes everyday images, cartoon, celebrities, and caricature. Everyday images ranked first followed by cartoon, caricature and celebrities. The design factor of eroticism ranges from the see-through look, partial exposure of human body, symbolization of underwear, and to printing of sexy images. The see-through look was ranked first, followed by partial exposure of human body, symbolization of underwear, and printing of sexy images. The design factor of lettering and graffiti encompasses letters, numbers, symbols and logos. Adoption of letters, numbers or symbols was ranked first, followed by brand logos and graffiti. The design factor of Assemblage is closely related to a three-dimensional effect. Varied expressions are possible: combination of two different textiles and fusion of textile and non-textile. Combination of two different textiles are higher than fusion of textile and non-textile.

As the Internet evolves, security becomes more important. Especially, e-mail has become one of the most important services that companies and ordinary users use on the Internet. However, security vulnerabilities such as sniffing attacks, IDs, and password spoofs are causing many problems. This paper introduces an example of implementation of encrypted mailing program with which the secured mail is encrypted by symmetric key methode and the encrypted message can not be read without proper decryption. In order to use the current mailing systems, we keep the rules related to SMTP and POP3, and only the encrypted message is stored in the mail server system and the message can be decrypted only at the terminals of the senders and the receivers with the key which is shared in advanced by independent route between them. This implementation scheme can provide an efficiency that it does not request any change of current mailing system, which can be an additional security protection.

Among various tools for pop music composition, what is most frequently used by K-Pop composers is the digital sequencer program, or DAW software (Digital Audio Workstation). When it comes to making commercial music such as K-Pop, the proportion of using these programs is extremely high. By using those software, composers come to undergo an entirely different art creation process. User interface (UI) of the DAW software has a profound effect on the process of making music, particularly vis-a-vis usability and visibility. This study is an attempt to analyze the Avid Pro Tool's UI with a focus on its inherent characteristics revealed in relation with the real effect throughout music composition. This study categorizes the UI elements in the Edit Window of the Pro Tools as Grid, Track, Slip, Clip, and Fade. Those categorized elements would be analyzed through Douglas Morgan's Creative-Process theory, thereby clarifying how visual interface of the DAW software functions in music composition practically.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the historical background and characteristics of pop art style and motif expressions in the works of artists by analyzing the theoretical study of pop art and analyze how the expression characteristics are applied to ceramic works. As a result of the analysis of the work, various images of everyday objects in popular culture are expressed in various ways such as bright and colorful colors, silk screen, lettering, photo montage, cartoon expression, object, collage, decoupage, It is believed that the art of ceramics will be created as a creative work that reinterprets the artistic value rather than reproducing the art based on the technique of pop art. I look forward to the development.

This study aims for investigating the consumers' reaction to the New Hanbok Style of K-pop idol groups. We collected YouTube videos and user comments that include 'Black Pink New Hanbok' as a keyword, applying social network analysis and sentiment analysis. First, the New Hanbok of Black Pink was designed as a mini-dress to make it easier to dance and turned out that it reinterpreted traditional elements modernly. Second, the issue about revealing costumes appeared as a keyword in domestic reactions, it did not appear in international reaction. Third, as a result of sentiment analysis, international audience viewed New Hanbok outfit more positively than domestic audience. This study is significant in that it suggests the direction to which New Hanbok should head to by investigating extensive consumers' reaction and finding out the positive and negative elements of New Hanbok.

This article focused on contemporary American animation since the 1990s and later detailed clues to the theory that contemporary pop art style influenced contemporary American animation art creation expression and contemporary American animation. Knowing why American animation swept the world summarizes the art creation characteristics of modern American animation. After a combination of theoretical and actual animation works, the main manifestations of the postmodern pop art style in contemporary American animation: exaggerated and superficial shapes highlight character characteristics; rebellious colors reconstruct emotional perception; creation impacts the mass media-dependence; bizarre collage and repetition, embodying the postmodern pop spirit of jokes and spoofs, Etc. Through this, it is expected that the current analysis of American animation will provide new innovative ideas for domestic animation design and increase the competitiveness of domestic animation in international video animation.

Although the Korean Wave originated in China, its presence in this country had been faltering for some time. Recently, however, Korean Wave star centered K-drama via online video websites, Korean Wave TV programs with high ratings, and idol group centered K-pop with glocalization strategies are all popular in China once again. The purpose of this paper is to explore Chinese teens and twenty year olds as the main consumers of Korean popular culture and the how preferred genres, motives, and behaviors of Korean pop culture use and Korean image affect one another. According to the study results, media use via online video service was most common, and among the preferred genres, K-drama has the highest usage rates. In addition, it was discovered that motives and behaviors associated with the use of Korean pop culture had a considerable influence on a positive Korean image.

Ionization of hydrogen occurs globally in our universe. The epoch of this cosmic reionization may be probed by various observations, among which the 21cm observation of neutral hydrogen at high redshift is the most promising candidate. In order to provide a mock data, we have performed the first, self-consistent simulation of cosmic reionization. We account for all possible UV-radiating sources which reside in halos ranging from minihalos to atomically-cooling halos. In order to simulate the contribution from Pop III objects, we also calculate the radiative transfer of Lyman-Werner radiation and apply a suppression criterion for Pop III objects. Our priliminary result indicates that Pop III objects ionize the universe at very high redshift and create rich, small-scale bubble structure, while sources in atomically-cooling halos ionize the universe at relatively low redshift and create large-scale bubble structure. We discuss how these two different scales and epoch may be probed by future 21cm observations.

In this paper, we propose an architecture of the DNC system for Shop Floor Control/Point of Production(SFC/POP). The DNC system to be presented this paper retrieves line-up sheets which include the drawing information, making a index database for line-up sheets, NC programs and tool adjustment data. And it is interface with a raw material, jig and tool information. Also, the DNC system transmits operation information to real workers rapidly, and supports realtime monitoring by collecting the state information of machines directly. In the analysis and design phases, this paper models realtime events using the state transition diagrams. In the implementation phase, we use the ORACLE DBMS(Database Management System) as the DBMS and Developer 2000 and Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 as the programming tools.

This study aims to identify the positive effects of psychological healing in Korean language learners through participating in K-POP club activities. As the reasons for learning Korean are becoming more diverse, the learner-centered education is gaining much attention. We conducted real-time classes and surveys to verify if participating in the K-POP club activities brings more positive impacts in learning Korean. The survey results indicated that not only the participants felt psychological stability through club activities, it also improved their peer relationships among the learners and it enhanced their Korean language skills. Additionally, the learners felt a strong desire to recommend the club activities to other learners. The study confirmed that club activities have a positive effect on Korean language learners.
