CEM BIO Film 피복시설의 환경특성과 풋고추 생육 (Greenhouse Environment and Growth of Green Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) in Greenhouse Covered with CEM BIO Film)

  • CEM BIO P.E.필름으로 피복된 시설에서 300~1,100nm 사이의 분광투과율은 일반 P.E. 필름으로 피복된 시설보다 높았다. 전반적으로 시설내 광투과율은 이중피복, 골조, 기타시설물 때문에 노지에 비하여 절반 수준을 나타냈다. 순복사량은 CEM BIO P.E. 필름 피복시설이 5,424.5W.m$^{-2}$ 로서 일반 P.E.필름 피복시설보다 2.9% 낮았고, 광합성유효복사 투과율은 CEM BIO P.E.필름 피복시설이 3,861.2W.n$^{-2}$ 로서 일반 P.E. 필름 피복시설보다 3.8% 높았으며, 무가온기의 적산최저온도는 CEM BIO P.E. 필름 피복시설이 일반 P.E. 필름 피복시설보다 1일 평균 0.35$^{\circ}C$ 높았다. 정식후 30일의 풋고추 생육은 CEM BIO P.E. 필름 피복시설에서 초장, 경경, 엽면적, 생체중, 건물중 및 군락생산구조가 우수하였고, 과실은 과중이 11.28g으로 일반 P.E. 필름 피복시설 보다 1.25g 무거웠으며, 상품율은 2.7% 높았다. 1997년 11월 19일부터 1998년 3월 3일 사이의 수량은 CEM BIO P.E. 필름피복시설에서 7.4% 많았으나 전체적인 수량은 차이를 보이지 않았다.

비닐하우스내 토양 피복이 스타티스 절화품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Soil Mulching on the Cut Flower Quality of Statice Plants Grown in Plastic House)

  • 본 시험은 시설내에서 미스티블루 재배시 잡초의 발생을 억제하고 절화의 품질을 향상시키고자 피복재료(볏짚, 투명 polyethylene film 및 흑색 polyethylene film)를 공시하여 그 효과를 구명하고자 실시하였는데 지온의 변화를 4월부터 10월까지 조사한 결과 볏짚피복한 것과 흑색비닐 피복한 것은 온도 상승과 하강이 완만하였으나 투명비닐과 무피복구는 온도 변화가 심하였다. 고온기인 7월과 8월의 지온은 무피복구와 투명비닐피복구가 3$^{\circ}C$ 이상 높았다. 피복재료별 잡초발생량은 흑색비닐 피복구가 타피복구나 무피복구에 비해 현저히 적어 잡초발생억제 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 피복처리별 초기의 생육상황을 조사한 결과 흑색비닐피복구가 초장에서 약간 양호하였으나 엽장 등 생육은 큰 차이가 없었다. 화수폭, 화경경, 절화장 및 절화중 등은 흑색비닐피복구가 타처리구에 비해 양호하여 절화품질이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 피복재료별 1등급 절화비율과 상품화율도 흑색비닐피복구가 90.5%와 81.8%로서 타처리구에 비해 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

전분이 함유된 폴리에틸렌 필름의 곰팡이에 의한 생분해 특성 (Biodegradable Characteristics of Starch-filled Polyethylene Film by Fungi)

  • The biodegradable characteristics of starch-filled polyethylene film by fungi were investigated. Aspergillus niger showed the highest cell growth among five species of fungi used in the experiment. Higher starch content gave the higher growth rate of A. niger; however, the kind of film or cutting direction did not give any effects on the cell growth. The use of vinyl trimethoxysilane for the stronger binding of starch and polyethylene did not inhibit the cell growth. When the starch content was higher than 10%, the elongation of the film decreased significantly after the growth of microorganism in the case of transverse direction samples.

느타리버섯 멀칭재배 방법과 수확도구 (Mulching Cultivation Method and Harvesting Implement of Pleurotus ostreatus)

  • 본 연구에서 얻어진 느타리버섯 멀칭재배의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 상자재배 방법은 관행시 1695g/상자, 흑색비닐 멀칭시 24.2%가 증수된 2237g/상자, 백색비닐 멀칭시 16.4%가 증수된 2028g/상자이었다. 2) 균상재배 방법은 관행시 48.2kg/3.3m$^2$ 흑색비닐 멀칭시 57.5kg/3.3m$^2$, 백색비닐 멀칭시 52.1kg/3.3m$^2$로 각각 16.2%와 7.5%의 증수 효과가 있었다. 3) 자루재배시 느타리버섯의 발이구멍 직경은 5~30mm, 간격은 10cm일 경우 양호하였다. 4) 느타리 버섯 멀칭재배는 세균성갈변병, 푸른곰팡이, 버섯파리의 예방효과가 있었다. 5) 느타리버섯 흑색 비닐멀칭 자루재배는 균상, 상자, 봉지재배 보다 수량이 많고 품질이 좋았다. 6) 멀칭 수확도구는 45~120cm $\times$ 45~200cm 길이가 적당하였다.

가공조건이 alginate 필름의 물리적성질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of processing conditions on physical properties of alginate film)

  • 생분해성으로서 가식성인 alginate 필름을 가공하기 위한 기초자료로써 $3\%$ $Na_2CO_3$ 추출시간 5시간으로 추출한 alginate로 만든 alginate 필름의 수증기 투과율과 장력성에 영향을 미치는 alginate농도와 가소제의 종류별 첨가량에 관한 조건을 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. Alginate의 농도가 증가할수록 인장강도는 증가하였으나 수증기 투과율과 신장도는 감소하였다. 반면에 가소제의 첨가량이 증가할수록 수증기 투과율과 신장도는 증가하였으나 인장강도는 감소하였다. 가소제의 종류별에 따른 수증기 투과율은 glycerol, polyethylene glycol 및 sorbitol 첨가 필름 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 인장강도는 polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, glycerol 첨가 필름 순서이었으나 신장도는 그 반대되는 결과였다. 가소제의 종류와 필름의 색은 sorbitol 첨가 필름의 색이 가장 자았고, 황색도는 glycerol 첨가 필름이 가장 높았고, 적색도는 polyethylene glycol 첨가 필름이 가장 높았다. 그리고 전체적인 색의 차이에서는 polyethylene glycol 첨가 필름이 가장 높았다.

하이드록시프로필화 감자 전분을 함유한 Polyethylene 필름의 기계적 특성 (Mechanical Properties of Polyethylene Films Containing Hydroxypropylated Potato Starch)

  • Potato starches were hydroxypropylated with 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and 10.0% propylene oxide(PO) to improve mechanical properties of starch polyethylene film. Starch polyethylene cast films were prepared that contained 5% or 10% of the hydroxypropylated potato starch. Mechanical properties of these films were measured and compared to those of the films containing native potato starch. DS(degree of substitution) increased proportionally as propylene oxide concentration increased. Relative crystallinity in X ray diffraction patterns was decreased and starch granule observed by scanning electron micro scopy was destroyed by severe hydroxypropylation. In color properties of films, b value was not significantly different in the films but 5% starch polyethylene films with 2.5 PO starch showed the lowest L and a value. Tensile strength and strain energy of the films except the film containing 10.0 PO starch were higher than those of the containing native starch.

모래자갈과 누수성 토질을 기반으로하는 용수로의 누수방지에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Leakage Interception Work in the Irrigation Canal Founding on the Sandy Gravel or the Porous Soil)

  • The experiment was carried out in order to improve the leakage stopping work in the irrigation canal founding on the porous soil. But the experiment had many problems to be studied more owing to the insufficient time and facilities. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. Polyethylene film is estimated not to make strength decrease owing to buring in the subsoil, but to make owing to the sunlight. 2. Coated nylon shows the tendency to deteriorate strength when it is buried in the earth or exposed to the sun for long time, but leakage is all but impermeability generally. 3. Leakage loss rates for one hour show some differences in the canal to be full with water in accordance with operating methods, that is, the clay lining section is 12.6%, the coated nylon lining section is 1.7%, the polyethylene film lining section is 1.3%, respectively. 4. Leakage quantities per wetted perimeter unit area show $3.556cc/cm^2/hr$. in the clay lining section, $1.574cc/cm^2/hr$. in the coated nylon section, $0.695cc/cm^2/hr$. in the polyethylene film lining section, respectively. 5. When the construction fund make the clay lining section as a standard, the polyethylene film section is 92.1%, the coated nylon section is 174.2%, respectively. But, the unit cost of execution may be low when the polyethylene film and the coated nylon will enable to mass-produce for the purpose of execution.

주요 한약재인 목단피의 저장에 관한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on the Storage of Major Chinese Herbal Medicine Materials , Moutan Radicis Cortex)

  • This study was conducted to investigate desirable storage method to major chinese herbal medicine materials, Moutan Radicis Cortex in different packing materials and sealing degree. The loss in weight of Moutan Radicis Cortex as influenced by packing materials was the lowest at complete sealing treatment with transparent or black polyethylene film. The rot ratio of Moutan Radicis Cortex during the storage period was not difference between packing materials, transparent and black polyethylene film, but rot ratio of complete sealing condition was lower than punch ($\phi$J5mm) on polyethylene film.

Mulching Methods and Removing Dates of Mulch Affects Growth and Post Harvest Quality of Garlic (Allium sativum L.) cv. Uiseong

  • This experiment was conducted to elucidate the effects of mulching materials and removing time of the transparent polyethylene (PE) film on the growth of garlic at Uiseong experimental field, Korea. The experimental mulching materials comprised of transparent polyethylene film (0.025 mm) and net polyethylene (NPE). Plant height and leaf number of garlic were highest at PE treatment when the PE removing date was March 18 and this treatment also promoted the no. of cloves. Length of leaf sheath and bolting rate were highest and bulb weight loss rate was lowest at PE + NPE treatment when the PE removing date was March 18. But clove number was the lowest in this treatment compared to conventional PE film treatment. Conventional mulching method accelerated secondary growth rate but bulb weight loss was vice versa. There were statistically no differences in bulb diameter among treatments but conventional treatment positively focused on bulb diameter. Whenever PE film remove can suppress weeds compared to no mulching treatment but the dry weight of weeds were increasing trends as the removal dates of PE film were delayed. Transparent PE or PE + NPE treatments can be recommended to grow best quality garlic when PE film removing date is March 18.

Effect of Packing Condition of Polyethylene film on Storage of a Major Herbal Medicine Material, Anemarrhena Rhizome

  • To develop optimal storage method of root of Anemarrhena Rhizome, which has been grown as major cultural herbal medicine material, root of Anemarrhena Rhizome was stored for 10 months with different packing materials and sealing methods. The loss in dry weight as influenced by packing materials and sealing methods was the lowest at vacuum packing and followed by complete sealing methods with transparent polyethylene film. The rot ratio of root during the storage period was not significantly different among packing materials but was significantly different among sealing conditions. Conclusively vacuum packing and complete sealing with polyethylene film appears to be optimal for storage of Anemarrhena Rhizome.
