This study suggests a set of Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) of Causality Mechanism which integrates the matter of characteristics of emerging market and its expansion strategies. In order to make CLD more objective, all causalities are articulated from recent 55 studies (2000~2012) of SSCI Top Journals. This approach is valuable in that it is a first try to draw all the causalities from rigorous literature review regarding emerging market strategy. The 5 CLDs will show and clarify the strategies of how to expand into emerging market for MNCs. In sum, political activity and institutional void is a critical factor related to characteristics of emerging market, and CSV and cultural distance should be considered as a leverage point. For all this study's contribution to clarify the causality of emerging market strategies with abundant literature review, the study has its limits in integrating and testing CLD.

This study has purpose on revealing with corroborative evidence how police manager's leadership type effects on working attitude of policeman. This study is composed of the introduction in the first chapter, theological consideration of leadership and working attitude in the second chapter, research plan and analysis in the third chapter and finally the conclusion in the fourth chapter. For the political suggestion, the program's operated by police organization can be altered its efficiency by organizing groups applying what kind of leadership to how it wed. Considering to its characteristic of police organization, the leadership is not only important factor effecting on outcome of organization but also core activity achieving the goal of organization to police manager.

Social media holds the potential to facilitate vertical political communication by giving citizens the opportunity to interact directly with their representatives. However, skeptics claim that even when politicians use "interactive media," they avoid direct engagement with constituents, using technology to present a façade of interactivity instead of a genuine dialogue. This study explores how elected officials in three regions of the world are using Twitter to interact with the public. Using the Twitter activity of 15 officials over a period of six months, we show that in addition to the structural features of Twitter that are designed to promote interaction, officials rely on language to foster or to avoid engagement. We also provide evidence that the existence of interactive features does not guarantee interactivity.

The imputation of monetary value of women's contribution to the informal economy for inclusion in satellite accounts to the formal System of National Accounts has been attempted along many methods. This is bases on official laborforce statistics and time-use survey. In this statistical system, household work is not an economic activity(or productive labor). Also, the clssification of activities involved in household work is different from that of sampling survey relating evaluation. The measurement of women's unpaid work is one of the important tasks for the improvement of women's status and the establishment of a development policy. To measure unpaid work in the economic terms, we should take following measures; 1) develop satellite or other official accouts to measure unpaid work outside national accounts. 2) conduct a nation-wide time-use survey to measure the unpaid work. 3) develp a proper classificaition of activities for time-use statistics. 4) reexamine the minimum time criterion. 5) determine a proper method of valuing along the law system.

The purpose of this study is to examine closely the flow process of science education phenomena for the political direction and improvement of science education. Therefore the science education system is analyzed in a view of the legislative system. The results are as follows: 1. The science education system is divided into the plan system, do system and see system by the criteria of plan do see that is the general process of human activity and the area is established as the field of science education administration, school science education, and science education evaluation. 2. The system model that the system characteristics and interrelationship between the systems are conceivable is suggested as the conceptions of boundary, components, variables, parameters, linkage and mishap, gatekeeper etc.

During the last decade the world had experienced oil crisis twice: the first one was the fourfold jump in oil prices in 1973 and 1974, the second one came in 1979 with 2.6 times price hike. The current crude oil prices stand around the level of $30 a barrel. The first reaction came quick, with reduced oil consumption and a general decline in economic activity. Furthermore, the second oil crisis has brought about tremendous and varied impacts upon the shipping industry, which is now undergoing an adaptation process to the changing environments. This article is divided into five chapters: chapter I is the introduction on the subject under examination; chapter II is devoted to the trends of the seaborne trade cargoes after the oil crisis; chapter III reveals the impact of the oil price hike on ships and their desion; chapter IV deals with the challenges shipping enterprises face in terms fo economic modus operandi and new international political environments; chapter V sets forth conclusion.

STS는 황우석 사건의 이해에서 어떤 기여를 할 수 있을까? STS의 분석도구를 이용하면 황우석 사건을 다룬 전통적 사회과학에 입각한 분석들이 드러내지 못한 새로운 함의를 도출할 수 있을까? 이 글은 이런 문제의식에 기초하여 STS의 대표적 분석도구라 할 수 있는 행위자연결망이론의 일부 관점과 개념을 이용하여 황우석 사건을 분석하고 있다. 황우석 사건이 정상적 과학 활동과 거리가 먼 일탈적 현상이 아니라는 점을 성공한 대표적 과학자인 파스퇴르와의 유사성을 통해 말하고자 했고, 파스퇴르의 성공의 길과 황우석의 실패의 길을 비교분석하는 개념으로 이동, 번역, 치환을 동원했으며, 그 둘의 갈림길에는 "실험실 정치력"의 차이가 놓여 있음을 밝혔다. 파스퇴르는 실험실을 지렛대로 삼아 "이중적 이동"에 성공함으로써 자신의 세계를 구축할 수 있었던 반면, 황우석은 실험실을 상징적 존재로만 활용했을 뿐 "진정한" 정치력의 원천으로 만들지 못함으로써 이동의 원동력을 상실하고 "과학 정치꾼"으로 전락하고 말았던 것이다.

한민족으로서 남북한이 통일을 해야 한다는 당위성에도 불구하고 남북한은 지구상에서 가장 갈등이 심하고 군사적 충돌의 위험이 높은 관계로 남아 있다. 물론 그동안 우리정부는 이러한 갈등과 긴장관계를 해소하기 위해 다양한 방면에서 북한과의 교류를 추진해 왔지만, 최근 남북관계가 다시 경색국면에 들어서면서 이러한 노력들은 그 의미가 퇴색해 가고 있다. 이는 정치관계의 일시적 회복이 제도 개선과 경제협력으로 나아가지 못한데 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 남북한 유통·물류 교류협력에 관한 본 연구는 남북통일을 위한 교류협력에서의 "막힘없는 유통·물류"를 실현하여 유통·물류교류협력을 통한 하나의 경제권을 형성해가는 기초가 될 것이라는 기대에 의한 것이다. 다시 말해서 남북한의 경제교류와 협력이 확대되기 위해서는 경제활동의 핏줄에 해당하는 유통·물류분야의 발전이 있어야 가능하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 정치적 선언에 의해 조성된 협력관계와 화해분위기를 국민적 합의 속에 제도화하고, 정치분야외 특히 경제 분야에서 교류를 확대해야 한다고 본다.

국회의원의 활동은 조직적 활동인 동시에 개인적 활동의 측면을 갖는다. 국회의원과 그들을 보좌하는 직원들이 수행하는 활동은 대한민국 입법부의 주요 업무 수행의 근원이자 당대의 정치사와 정당사, 의원의 출신 지역사 등에 영향을 미치는 중요한 공적 업무가 되는 한편, 4년의 임기 종료 후 재선출되기 위해 임기 중의 업적을 유권자들에게 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 사적 이해에 따른 업무 수행이 병행되는 특징이 있다. 국회의원 조직은 이와 같은 업무 수행과정에서 다양한 유형의 기록을 생산하게 되는데, 국회의원으로서의 공적업무 수행결과물인 공공기록의 관점에서 뿐만 아니라 개인의 입장에서도 자신의 정치철학과 정책방향, 그리고 임기 중의 업적, 인간적 면모 등을 입증할 수 있는 개인기록의 정리를 통하여 자신의 정체성을 만들어갈 수 있으며, 이를 유권자들에게 제공함으로써 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 이미지 부각이 가능할 수 있다는 점에서 한층 더 중요한 가치와 의미가 확보될 수 있다. 본 연구는 국회의원과 보좌직원들이 기록관리를 잘하는 것이 내부 업무 효율화에 도움이 되며, 국회의원 자신의 개인적인 이익에 도움이 될 수 있다는 점을 강조함과 동시에 내부 효율화의 관점과 개인기록 관리의 필요성에 맞춰 생산 기록목록의 도출과 선별에 이르는 절차와 방법을 제시함으로써 실무적 도움을 주는데 목적을 두었다.

기본적으로 교육과정은 무엇을 어떻게 가르칠 것인지에 관한 일종의 합리적 의사결정의 산물이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 영재 교육 프로그램 개발을 둘러싼 다섯 가지 관점들을 비교·논의하였고, 지금까지의 교육과정 개발에서 목격되고 있는 현실적 문제점들을 다섯 가지의 측면에서 비판하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 영재성 신장에 적합한 교육 프로그램 개발을 위해 필연적으로 고민해야 할 교육과정 쟁점들을 일곱 가지로 분석 ·논의하여 향후 교육과정개발의 기본 원리와 방향을 제시하고 있다.
