Auto-industry is very difficult to standardize item code generation rule, because it has more than 20,000 parts in this industry. As finished good companies have already used the ERP system such as SAP, they have a good Master Data Management(MDM) system. However, since many supplier companies have poor MDM system, they have a lot of barriers on system implementation like ERP, MES. PDM systems. This study surveys various benchmarking sites and investigates the standardization of item code of the auto-parts manufacturing companies. Finally, this study proposes the implementation guide (IMG) of auto-industry MDM standardization.

In the information age, it is common to use the computer for company's business. Even though there are lots of investment to prevent the abuse of computer, the frequency and amount is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is how individuals misusing computers in the company, and identifying factors of it separated by group and personal characteristics. Code of ethics and discipline has a significant impact on attitude and intention from the view of organizational characteristics. This proofs that code of ethics is clearly codified and reflect the management policy. So, it imprints employee's commitment to protect themselves, and this could be conjunction with the company's policy. Moreover, reflecting on performance assesment and discipline also has a effect. Organizational loyalty appeared significantly in attitude, but was not important in intentions. This means that the intensity of organizational loyalty is not always connected to the abuse of computer. It can be depending on individual's tendency, psychological state and organization mood. The action for misusing the computer has a significant impact on attitude and intention. Those people might have a strong tendency to judge that it is totally fine to use the company's computer as long as it does not harm others and using during non-business hours, instead of thinking that it is inappropriate to use the company's computer not for business intention.

As the Reublic of Korea revised the Commercial Code including 40 articles of air transport enacted newly on May 23, 2011, so Korea became first legislative examples in the Commercial Code of the developed and developing countries. I would like to explain briefly the main contents of my paper such as (1) history of enacting newly Part VI (air transport) in the Korea's revised commercial law, (2) legal background enacting newly Part VI (air transport) in the Korea's revised commercial law and the problems on the conditions of air transport, (3) every countries' legislative examples on the civil liability of aircraft's operator, (4) unlawful Interference Convention and general risk convention of 2009, (5) main contents and prospects of the revised Commercial Code for the liability of aircraft's operator etc as the followings. Meanwhile as the Aviation Act, Commercial Code and Civil Code in Korea and Japan did not regulated at all the legal basis of solution on the disputes between victims and offender for the amount of compensation for damage due to personal or property damage caused by aircraft accidents in Korea and Japan, so it has been raised many legal problems such as protection of victims, standard of decision in trial in the event of aircraft accident's lawsuit case. But the Korean Revised Commercial Code including Part VI, air transport regulations was passed by the majority resolution of the Korean National Assembly on April 29, 2011 and then the South Korean government proclaimed it on May 23 same year. The Revised Commercial Code enforced into tothe territory of the South Korea from November 24, 2011 after six month of the proclaimed date by the Korean Government. Thus, though Korean Commercial Code regulated concretely and respectively the legal relations on the liability of compensation for damage in the contract of transport by land in it's Part II (commercial activities) and in the contract of transport by sea in its Part V (marine commerce), but the Amended Commercial Act regulated newly 40 articles in it's Part VI (air transport) relating to the air carrier's contract liability on the compensation for damage caused by aircraft accidents in the air passengers and goods transport and aircraft operator's tort liability on compensation for damage caused by the sudden falling or collision of aircraft to third parties on the surface and so it was equipped with reasonable and unified system among the transport by land, marine and air. The ICAO adopted two new air law conventions setting out international compensation and liability rules for damage caused by aircraft to third parties at a diplomatic conference hosted by it from April 20 to May 2, 2009. The fight against the effects of terrorism and the improvement of the status of victims in the event of damage to third parties that may result either from acts of unlawful interference involving aircraft or caused by ordinary operation of aircraft, forms the cornerstone of the two conventions. One legal instrument adopted by the Conference is "the Convention on Compensation for Damage to Third Parties, Resulting from Acts of Unlawful Interference Involving Aircraft" (Unlawful Interference Convention). The other instrument, "the Convention on Compensation for Damage Caused by Aircraft to Third Parties" (General Risk Convention), modernizes the current legal framework provided for under the 1952 Rome Convention and related Protocol of 1978. It is desirable for us to ratify quickly the abovementioned two conventions such as Unlawful Interference Convention and General Risk Convention in order to settle reasonably and justly as well as the protection of the South Korean peoples.

The purpose of this study is to review the historical development of British Museum Library and its cataloging rules which really marked the beginning of the modern era of cataloguing. The results of the study can be summarized as follows (1) Sir Anthony Panizzi was the most creative force in the history of the British Museum Library. He devoted himself to the formation of the British Museum Library cataloging policy and the compilation of printed catalogues. Moreover, he laid down the sound acquisitions policy and the vigorous a n.0, pplication of the copyright deposit privilege. He designed a great circular reading room and raised standards of library service and administration. (2) British Museum Library Cataloging Rules : 1. are notable for their pioneering efforts-this was the first major catalogue code-and for their influence on all subsequent codes. 2. introduced the concept of corporate authorship but has never dealt with problem very satisfactory. 3. went to great lengths to avoid title entry. 4. used a number of form heading, example for, ACADEMIES, PERIODICAL PUBLICATION, EPHEMERIDES, CATALOGUES etc.

This paper presents a new method of parity storing for ECC(error correcting code) in SSD (solid-state drive) and suitable structure of the controller. In general usage of NAND flash memory, we partition a page into data and spare area. ECC parity is stored in the spare area. The method has overhead on area and timing due to access of the page memory discontinuously. This paper proposes a new parity policy storing method that reduces overhead and R(read)/W(write) timing by using whole page area continuously without partitioning. We analyzed overhead and R/W timing. As a result, the proposed parity storing has 13.6% less read access time than the conventional parity policy with 16KB page size. For 4GB video file transfer, it has about a minute less than the conventional parity policy. It will enhance the system performance because the read operation is key function in SSD.

A library privacy policy describes the library's willingness to protect the library users' personal information, and also serves as a code of conduct for library staff. In recent years, cases of privacy invasion have been growing exponentially in society as a whole, including at the library, and therefore the establishment and application of a privacy policy is becoming more important. In this study, we try to develop and propose the optimal library privacy policy. For this purpose, we derived implications by analyzing the domestic and international privacy laws and guidelines, investigating invasion of privacy cases at home and abroad, and studying different library privacy policies from libraries around the world. The library privacy policy that we propose in this study was created to be a guideline for librarians when dealing with privacy issues and is library specific, diverging in many ways from privacy guidelines used in other fields.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.

The development of information & telecommunication technology and internet-based electronic commerce helps to create a new economic environment. Such an economic environment requires the companies to change themselves, while providing unlimited potential and opportunities to them. Thus, in order to help the companies engaged in a fair and free competition in the electronic market, a fair competition policy needs to be designed and operated. The electronic commerce has not only promote the competition but also impede it. The electronic commerces tend to violate the fair trade than the conventional commerces in terms of differentiation, monopoly, conference, limited competition and intellectual property rights, schumpeterian competition, Alliance competition. With such basic concepts in mind, this study was aimed at reviewing the economic effects of the electronic commerce in the market and addressing the problems involving the application of the fair trade code to the electronic commerce, and thereby, suggesting the insights into our fair competition policy and reform measures.

The Malicious code that targets Android is growing dramatically as the number of Android users are increasing. Most of the malicious code have an intention of leaking personal information. Recently in Korea, a malicious code 'chest' has appeared and generated monetary damages by using malicious code to leak personal information and try to make small purchases. A variety of techniques to detect personal information leaks have been proposed on Android platform. However, the existing techniques are hard to apply to the user's smart-phone due to the characteristics of Android security model. This paper proposed a technique that detects and blocks file approaches and internet connections that are not allowed access to personal information by using the system call hooking in the kernel and white-list based approach policy. In addition, this paper proved the possibility of a real application on smart-phone through the implementation.
