Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate key factors that affect customer dissatisfaction on public transportation system by highlighting the necessity of citizen participation and improved management of advanced technology for sustainability. Research questions applied in this study include following; i) how are factors on dissatisfaction related to types of transportation modes; ii) how do perceived proposed factors affect citizen dissatisfaction; iii) how do the improvement of public transportation service affect the level of expected satisfaction; and iv) how do expected satisfaction affect policy agreement and government trust. Research design, data and methodology: For qualitative research, civil opinions were collected and chi-square analysis was applied using keywords. For quantitative research, online survey was collected and factor and multiple regression analyses were applied. 3) Results: This study found that efficiency of operation system and safety on dissatisfaction showed significant in all three public transportation modes. This study found that perception of government policy and trust on government will increase as expected satisfaction increases. Conclusions: This study provides managerial and policy implications on society and policy makers by addressing necessity of improving strategies for public transportation system with the consideration of citizen relationship management and sustainable development.

This paper introduces Policy Management Tool which was implemented based on Policy Information Model in network suity system. Network security system consists of policy terror managing and sending policies to keep a specific domain from attackers and policy clients detecting and responding intrusion by using policies that policy server sends. Policies exchanged between policy server and policy client are saved in database in the form of directory through LDAP by using Policy Management Tool based on network security policy information model. NSPIM is an extended policy information model of IETF's PCIM and PCIMe, which enables network administrator to describe network security policies. Policy Management Tool based on NSPIM provides not only policy management function but also editing function using reusable object, automatic generation function of object name and blocking policy, and other convenient functions to user.

The 2022 Presidential election is approaching. Because health policies are intimately connected to other policies and involve multiple stakeholders, it is difficult to promote policy changes. Hence, the presidential election, during which policymakers are replaced, is a great timing for making policy improvements. Several important policies have been introduced and promoted throughout the presidential election process. However, these policies have been implemented without going through sufficient discussion among the experts but rather through the voices of minority groups with stronger political will. This eventually posed an obstacle to the balanced development of the entire health care system. The current medical system faces challenges that need to be addressed in the medium and long term. In particular, we should be wary of the populistic approach. We look forward to seeing more policy commitments, proposed through the evidence-based policy process and sufficient amount of discussion among the experts.

New ways of work-shift and learning programs, which were based on the concept of 'performance improvement through people', have been introduced to healthcare organizations. I analyzed the performance of the changes and the performance differences. Data were collected through interview and survey. I discussed that modification of management practices which were developed in manufacturing organizations is important for successful implementation in healthcare organizations.

The Yoon Suk Yeol administration is promoting the "Global Leap of the Biohealth Industry" as one of its 120 key national policies. Recently, the administration has been showing its commitment by establishing various strategies and presenting blueprints for policy implementation. However, the results felt on the ground are still not sufficient. The biohealth industry is a difficult field to generate policy effects because the related regulations are intricately intertwined and the diverse administrative tasks are scattered in various government departments, where inter-departmental interests differ. To solve this problem, an innovative governance system should be established. In order for the government's recent approach to establish a government-wide control tower to be effective, it should demonstrate a proactive policy commitment and be given practical power to coordinate the interests between departments.

In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, required functions in the PBNM Scheme for multiple domains as cyber physical system that utilizes data science and AI is examined.

The objectives of this study are (i) to review current situations and problems of the occupational health care system with emphasis on reforming the organizations and services, (ii) to find out a disirable occupational health system model based on integration of the occupational health system and the general health system, and finally, (iii) to suggest policy implications in occupational health services in the light of objectives of the newly emerging national health insurance reform in Korea. The major policy implications of this study are as follows: 1. In the long-run, within the occupational health system, preventive occupational health services such as employees' physical check-up, working environment examination, etc should financially be integrated with industrial accident compensation insurance. Currently separately paying expenses for each different category of services by the owner of an enterprise should be disbursed once through the payment of contributions of industrial accident compensation insurance. And then, it is necessary to strengthen and expand the role and function of industrial accident compensation insurance to cover preventive occupational health services. 2. The occupational health system should be integrated with general health system for its effective management. For the short-term policy, it is necessary to eliminate fiscal and access barrier between industrial accident compensation insurance and national health insurance by means of ex post facto settlement of accounts. The duplication of employees' physical check- ups between under the health insurance program and under the industrial health services must be coordinated in a manner either through mutual authorization by the two parties concerned or through merge into the health insurance. 3. The intent of current employees' physical check-up system focused on detection of occupational diseases, should be converted to an idea of medical surveillance system or biological moritoring system. The introduction of medical surveillance or biological monitoring system is a necessary condition to build a positive, effective and inexpensive occupational health care system.

In this paper we will concentrate on the Quality Control Policy which should be enforced as a part of the Total Quality Control considers the global concepts, the establishment Procedures, and the evolution and operation of Quality control policy to achieve effectively it. For enforcement of the Qualify control policy shall be focused for considerations : (1) suggestion of the optimum control policy (2) suggestion of a comprehensive plan and promoting method quality control (3) suggestion of matters that need special consideration at the time of decision of a comprehensive management of control policy thereof. (4) A comprehensive Proposal (5) suggestion of a plan for progress of the Quality control system and the supplementary plan In the future, accordingly, establishment d its own policy control level is desirably more reasonable, and the Total Quality Control System that employes the control efficiency of periodical and systematic and rationalization and radical reform of the enterprise management problem as the restrictive conditions must be applied for quality control system.

However, there are no researches for total solution for both application and security policy. Thereby, the purpose of this research is to propose a remote integrated management system based on linux. The system could efficiently manage data update for application and policy update for a server supporting the distinct configuration of each server. By using the remote integrated management system, system manager with poor secure knowledge also could easily manage their system securely.
