오늘날 SNS를 포함하여 다양한 스마트미디어들의 급속한 보급으로 새로운 스마트융합시대가 도래하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 스마트융합사회가 아직 효율적이지는 못하다. 특히 장시간의 로딩시간, 비싼 단말기와 이용료, 개인정보의 유출, 스팸메일과 음란폭력물, 잦은 끊김, 접속 장애, 정보격차 등 무수한 이용의 어려움 들이 아직 해결되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 당연히 방송통신 정책의 과제가 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 보다 효율적인 스마트융합사회를 만들기 위하여 역동적인 삶의 질에 기초한 방송통신 정책들을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 정책들은 새로운 방송통신 콘텐츠의 개발과 생산 그리고 안정적인 서비스의 제공과 프라이버시의 보호 등 지금까지 제기되는 정책적 과제들을 해결하는데 크게 기여할 수 있는 내용들이다.

Analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product is a new and challenging research field. It is very difficult to find research dealing with this issue due to the inherent complexity and lack of data. In analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product, we should simultaneously take into account its relationship with related single-function products because of their similarities in terms of technology and functionality. In this study, we empirically analyze the diffusion of the convergence mobile phones in South Korea and find that the convergence products can affect the diffusion of MP3 players and digital cameras positively or negatively. This research may be significant for business strategies in technology management and product development.

This study aimed to examine the policy priorities to enhance the service quality of the agro-healing for mental health care using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The subjects were 67 people working in mental health institutions. The result of the IPA for the design of the agro-healing policy, in a total of 5 policy areas, the importance and performance were found to be 'above average', and it was confirmed that 'Keep up the Good Work' level. This is thought to have had a positive effect on raising the policy awareness of experts in mental health related institutions as the government's support for agro-healing and R & D increased according to the enactment of the act. Therefore, the results of this study provided basic information on the development and revitalization of agro-healing service quality for mental health care.

국내 문화와 예술 지원정책에서 융합이 중요한 안건으로 상정되고, 기술이 문화산업에 있어서 중요한 경쟁적 요소가 될 수 있다는 것에 주목한 것은 1990년대 중반 이후부터였다. 현 정부는 문화기술 정책을 문화정부의 핵심영역으로 설정하고 연계를 확장해 나갈 수 있는 지원 사업을 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 문화와 예술 분야의 융복합은 개념의 등장 이래 지속적으로 화제가 되었고 다양한 정책적 지원이 확장되었지만 여전히 산적한 문제와 해결해야 하는 논의들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 문화예술 융복합 지원정책의 현황을 정리하고, 경향 및 사례들을 살펴본 후 향후 정책 및 지원 사업의 개발을 위한 제언에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

The interest and importance of the convergence services for healthcare expand more and more as the average life expectancy increases. Convergence of ICT and healthcare technology unfold efficient and quick health services. Recently, healthcare services provide to clients with apps over web. On-demand wireless data broadcast supports any number of clients to access their desired data items dynamically by responding the needs for data items from the clients. In this paper, we propose an on-demand system to broadcast FHIR bundles for efficient healthcare services. We use time-parameterized replacing policy for renewing the bundle items on the wireless broadcast channel. The policy lets the on-demand broadcasting dynamic by controlling the time duration for the bundles to reside over the wireless channel. With simulation studies using an implemented testbed, we evaluate the performances of the proposed system in access time and tuning time. For evaluation, we compare the time-parameterized replacing policy of the proposed system with regular-number replacing policy. The proposed time-parameterized replacing policy shows shorter access time than the regular-number replacing policy because the policy responds more actively and dynamically to the change of the needs of the clients for FHIR bundles.

The digital economic environment of next generation, which digital high-technology industry appears to be the economic center of the high degree of industry structure, is expected to be developed as the existing traditional industry is merged with high tech digital one. The developing system of contents policy for digital industry means the policy and vision, and strategic structure which get the mechanism of contents industry structure to work. The promotion organization of digital contents policy is requested to secure the framework of digital contents industry based on cluster, the infra framework of digital infra culture, the infra framework of industry-academic cooperation, and the overall digital contents based on motive policy for the vitality of the youth. The application of digital contents policy may lead to establish the framework of the growth for the every unit of industry with the cluster oriented system.

뇌과학 기반 lT융합 산업은 뇌과학을 IT기술과 융합하여 국민의 건강을 획기적으로 개선시킬 것으로 기대되는 뇌과학 기반의 IT서비스를 발굴하고, 이러한 서비스를 토대로 새로운 시장을 형성할 산업으로서 우리나라의 신성장동력 산업으로 발전할 것이 기대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 뇌과학 기반의 IT융합 신산업 육성에 관한 정책을 탐색적으로 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 첫째, 뇌과학 기반 IT융합산업 생태계를 정의하고, 둘째, 뇌과학 기반 IT융합산업의 서비스 유형을 구분하며, 셋째, 본 산업의 활성화를 위한 정책 방향 및 추진 전략을 제안한다.

The Internet routing instability, or the rapid fluctuation of network reachability information, is an important problem currently facing the Internet engineering community. High levels of network instability can lead to packet loss, increased network latency, and delayed routing convergence. At the extreme, high levels of routing instability can lead to the loss of internal connectivity in wide-area networks. In this paper, we investigate the variation of domain degree and domain count of the inter-domain network over time by using linear regression model in order to analyze the topology variation of inter-domain network. We Also propose an efficient policy management model to reduce the instability in the inter-domain routing system. The proposed model can be used to identify whether a routing policy is adequate to reduce convergence time that is required to return to a normal state when BGP routing instability happens. Experimental analysis shows that the proposed model can be used to set up routing policy in domains for the purpose of minimizing the effects and the propagation of BGP routing instability.

본 논문에서는 지역특화산업을 고려하여 관련 융합산업의 유형을 분석하였고, 교육내용을 중심으로 각 대학의 융합교육 차별화 방향을 분석하였다. 또한 국내 융합산업정책을 중심으로, 각 융합영역에서 인력 수요 상태를 분석하였다. 덧붙여 융합분야에서 전공 교육과정을 조사하였다.

본 연구는 이러닝의 학습효과 및 만족도에 대한 한계가 대두되고, 이러닝 산업의 구조적 모순이 지속됨에 따라 이를 해결하기 위한 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이러닝의 한계의 극복과 이러닝 산업의 건전한 성장을 위한 수단으로서 이러닝에서의 빅데이터 적용 방안을 제시하고, 이에 대한 정책 실천과제를 제안하였다. 정책 실천과제로서 첫째, 기술개발 지원, 둘째, 전문인력 양성, 셋째, 중소기업 보급 지원, 넷째, 법/제도 개선을 꼽고 이에 대한 체계적 추진을 제언하였다.
