본 연구에서는 통합 빌링의 장점을 그대로 계승하고 커스터마이징을 최소화하는 다국어 버전 빌링 시스템에 대한 연구와 시제품을 개발하고자 한다. 해외 시장에서의 빌링 시스템 경쟁력 강화 및 성공적인 사업 지원 수행을 위해 영어, 일어, 한국어 등 데이터베이스 기반의 UI 메시지 데이터 추가만으로 다국어 버전이 지원되는 빌링 시스템, 그리고 다양한 통신 사업에 대한 통합 과금 정책을 지원하는 패키지화된 형태의 빌링 시스템을 목표로 한다.

데이타베이스 환경에서 보안을 성취한다는 것은 위협을 확인하고 이에 대응할 수 있는 정책 (policy : 해야할 일)과 메커니즘 (mechanism : 달성하는 방법)을 선택하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 데이타베이스 보안위협의 유형과 성격을 살펴보고 이같은 위협을 예방하고 차단할 수 있는 방안을 데이타베이스 보안 일반원칙으로서 제시한다. 또한, Oracle의 사례를 들어 보안성 구현방법을 제시하고 구현결과를 검증하므로서 데이타베이스 보안에 대한 일련의 절차와 프레임 워크를 구성해본다.

In recent years, developed and developing country such as U.S., Japan, and China push forward to enhance their manufacturing industry through national policies such as advanced manufacturing(U.S.), Industrie 4.0 (Germany), and Made in China 2025. Also, in Korea, Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy(MOTIE) claimed Manufacturing3.0 for encouraging domestic manufacturing industry. Manufacturing industry plays an important role in encouraging economy and employment. In this paper, we survey, analyze and summarize the current national policy for enhancing manufacturing industry.

현재, 동일한 네트워크를 다수의 사용자가 사용할 경우, 네트워크 부하가 급증하여 통신 서비스의 품질이 저하되며, 원활한 통신 서비스의 지원이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP 서비스 사용자가 원활하게 통신 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 보장하는 정책기반 VoIP 서비스 QoS 관리시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템을 사용하면 대용량의 네트워크 부하가 걸리는 상황에서도 사용자의 VoIP 서비스의 품질 보장이 가능하며, 정책기반 QoS 관리를 통해 전체 네트워크의 효율적인 운용이 가능하도록 하였다.

Industrialization and urbanization occurred-traffic delay, traffic accident and parking problem etc.-variety of transportation problems. Parking problem is one of the transportation problem then transportation engineers would get involved in trying to solve parking problem. A way to overcome a variety of parking problems needs preliminary data for conditions of parking but it lacks the preliminary data to do so. Thus this study analyzed a characteristic of a parking through a field survey for parking in Daegu Metropolitan City. This study analyzed parking characteristic of parking operation method. This study result reveals difference between a toll parking and a no charge parking characteristic. Thus a close examination for a toll parking characteristic and a no charge parking characteristic is a prerequisite for a rational parking policy.

This study analyzed parking turnover, parking use ratio and parking basic unit for characteristic of a parking of each use districts and each cities. This study result reveals difference between the use districts' parking characteristic and cities' parking characteristic. Thus a close examination for use districts' parking characteristic and cities' parking characteristic is a prerequisite for a rational parking policy.

보건의료기본법은 보건의료에 관한 국민의 권리 의무와 국가 및 지방자치단체의 책임을 정하고 보건의료의 수요와 공급에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함으로써 보건의료의 발전과 국민의 보건 및 복지의 증진에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 하는 법이다. 독거노인들을 위하여 생활 교육, 서비스 연계, 가사지원, 활동지원 등 노인돌봄서비스를 제공하도록 함으로써 노인의 복지증진에 기여할 필요가 있다.

엔드포인트 보안은 네트워크에 연결된 여러 개별 장치를 철저하게 보호함으로써 네트워크 보안을 보장하는 방법입니다. 본 연구에서는 엔드포인트 보안의 다양한 상용제품의 기능과 특 장점을 살펴본다. 그리고 클라우드, 모바일, 인공지능, 그리고 사물인터넷 기반의 초연결시대를 대비하여 날로 지능화되고 고도화되는 보안위협에 대응하기 위한 엔드포인트 보안의 중요성을 강조하고, 그 개선방안으로서 선제적인 보안 정책 구현, 실시간 탐지 및 필터링, 탐지 및 수정 등의 정보보안의 생명주기의 개선방안을 제시한다.

The primary objective of this study is to develop a determination system for an optimal combination of earthwork equipment that improves the traditional way in convenience, prediction accuracy, and productivity. For this, the following research works are conducted sequentially; 1)literature review, 2)technology development trend analysis, 3)develop a determination system for the optimal combination of earthwork equipment, 4)simulation of a developed system. As a result, core considerations are deducted for the development of a determination system. Furthermore, site simulation is performed using a developed system. Site simulation result, Cluster 1(R1200LC 7㎥, CAT 775G 65ton×2) was selected from 6 clusters because of its production cost (￦491/㎥). It is expected that the application range and impact on the construction industry will be enormous due to the availability of the developed system.

Recently, research and development to revitalize smart construction are being actively carried out. Accordingly, 3D mapping technology that digitizes construction site is drawing attention. To create a 3D digital map for construction site a point cloud generation method based on LiDAR(Light detection and ranging) using MMS(Mobile mapping system) is mainly used. The purpose of this study is to analyze the accuracy of MMS LiDAR-based point cloud data. As a result, accuracy of MMS point cloud data was analyzed as dx = 0.048m, dy = 0.018m, dz = 0.045m on average. In future studies, accuracy comparison of point cloud data produced via UAV(Unmanned aerial vegicle) photogrammetry and MMS LiDAR should be studied.
