Since technological innovation is such an important factor that it can determine a company's economic growth and competitive enhancement, all the companies make lots of investments and efforts for technological innovation. As outcomes of technological innovation, there are patents, trademark and copyrights, etc. and they are mostly approved as a legal right called 'Intellectual Property Right'. To activate such an intellectual property right, financing techniques are needed for enterprises to raise funds through collaterals, such as technological and intellectual patents. In reality, however, any IP-related financial system is not really activated due to the lack of surety-related regulations in Korea. Thus, on the premise that it is important to carry out an objective and reliable valuation on IP as a collateral for the activation of IP finance, this study intends to investigate various different methods of patent valuation needed for IP finance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the study related to volleyball class in elementary school in Korea and to present the plan to grasp the reality and to activate the volleyball class. To this end, 31 domestic presentations related to elementary school volleyball lessons were selected to confirm the reality, and based on this, the methods for activating volleyball classes were as follows. Firstly, as a practical problem of volleyball lessons in elementary school, first, volleyball lessons avoided in the field; It was considered a problem. An activation plan for such a problem is proposed as follows. First, reform the curriculum and extend the period, second, conduct realistic teacher education, and third, explore ways to recognize teachers' volleyball's value and improve their expertise. Fourth, support volleyball experts using various human resources. It is the dissemination of volleyball-type classes.

Localization is one of the typical phenomena of this age in Korea. Localization of Port is on the beginning in this Country as the introduction of Port Authority in the Port of Busan and Incheon. As the condition of world trade has been changed, the level of Competition among Ports is severer than before, especially in the East Asia Area. Since many experts of Port say that centralized control system of Port has many Problems, some other Port Control system has been studied and suggested for long time. One of the Countermeasures of these Port Problems is Port Authority System which aims the balance of central and local development. Port Authority System does not want to achieve only Public Duty or Utility but also Commerciality which is fundamentally very important for the survival of Port. In this Paper, the necessities of Port Authority Introduction in Korea was explained. And Port Authority System will be introduced 2004 year in Busan Port firstly and Incheon Port, secondly. The Main Contents of Port Authority System was suggested , in this Paper and some Problems which shall be considered for better operation of Port Authority System was investigated. I suggested some countermeasures, endeavoring the competitive advantage of Port and higher Port Performance, in terms of 3 Dimensions. One is in the side of basic Policy Directions, the other is the activation schemes of functional department which composed of many activities of Port Authority System and the third is in the side of operation body. As this paper, however, has some limitations and Port Authority System is just beginning stage, future research shall be continued in real and concrete level.

To accomplish these purposes, First, this research divided hallmark of the environment friendly agricultural products into organic products and pesticide-free products and participants are classified as having promotion or prevention regulatory focus. In addition, consumer value type is categorized into value of social psychology and functional value. Second, construal level divided into high and low on the relationships between the consumer value and purchase intention. The main factors of the consumer value such as value of social psychology and functional value were found from the previous studies. This study is meaningful that the fit of regulatory focus between hallmark of organic products and pesticide-free products in environment friendly agricultural products. The regulatory relevance could moderate the level of persuasion knowledge activation. Also, This research is meaningful that the fit of construal level theory between Consumer value and purchase intention by person's psychological personality. The construal level relevance could moderate the level of marketing activation.

The purpose of this study is to activate Korea's coastal passenger shipping by improvement of the deterrent factors on the basis of field data collected in order to help stimulate it and enhance its competitiveness. As the representative model of this study, the "P" car-ferry liner was chosen, whereby various deterrent factors were observed in the course of the SWOT analysis and through the questionnaires. The major deterrent factors in summary were inflexible government regulations for additional ship operation, disadvantages of taxes policy, port facility shortages, non-allowing of ship's night operation, complicated and inflexible ship's operation controls by the concerned authorities, unreasonable divisions of steaming areas, and existences of obstacles on the ship's running routes, etc. which considered all are important to activate the liners.

Libraries are recently emerging as the core institutions designed to resolve the information equality that is forecasted to further deepen with the arrival of the fourth industry revolution era. This study thus analyzed the trends of studies on the library services offered to people suffering information inequality in Korea, and proposed measures for the activation of the research and future studies so as to strengthen the domestic library services targeting the people suffering information equality and to promote the research. As a result, proposed as measures for the activation of research were (1) Policy support and project expansion at the national level, (2) Various approaches and research environment creation at the academic level, (3) Strengthening of services for the various levels of people suffering information inequality and deployment of professional librarians at the level of libraries, and (4) Encouraging librarians to enroll with graduate schools and to conduct research. Further, proposed were the future studies that can be approached according to the various levels of people suffering information inequality, such as disabled people, multicultural family members, elderly people, children, youth, agricultural and fishing areas, low-income people, and refugees(North Korea defectors).

According to the results of the analysis, the first it will be enforced administrative supporting & policies aids on Maeul Community Media. The construction of a "cold-chain cluster," which is a complex of cold-storage warehouses is emerging as an issue in the logistics industry. The Incheon Port Authority, in partnership with Korea Gas Corporation, is carrying out a project to build a cold-storage cluster using cold energy generated in the Songdo LNG receiving terminal. This study proposes a method of activating the cold-storage cluster using the CFPR methodology. An analysis of major factors showed that the most important factor was stability and profitability, which scored 0.281. For sub-factors, sustainable trade volume was the highest in importance, followed by rent level, the sustainability of LNG cold energy utilization technology, competition with general cold-storage warehouses, and exclusion of duplicate investments in facilities. For the future study, the evaluation of complex of cold-storage warehouses using major factors drawn out from this study is needed.

The purpose of this study was to explore ways to revitalize the community-based child care community by identifying the factors that are hindering and activating the operation and use of this community by elementary school students. To this end, an in-depth interview survey was conducted of operators of child care communities in Jeollabuk-do and users of caring communities. Detailed themes, sub-ranges and upper ranges were determined through a qualitative research method. As a result of the study, it was determined that the basic environmental weakness of the caring community and its lack of power are the things hindering the operation and use of rhe communities the most. On the other hand, the main activation factors for community-based child care community activities were the stabilization of the environment and the strengthening of the internal capacity of the care community. This study is meaningful as basic data for the safe establishment and activation of a community-based child care community, which is emerging as an alternative to the child care gap due to the prolonged effects of COVID-19.
