Purpose : This study aimed to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of forensic nursing competency. Method : Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze twenty nine articles on forensic nursing based on a systematic review of theology, medicine, psychology, and nursing literature. Results : Forensic nursing competency consists of the following seven attributes: awareness of the medico-legal problem, multidisciplinary integrated knowledge, education and training in forensic science, professional career development, evidence based practice in forensic nursing, collaborative forensic nursing with community partner, safety and security effective communication, and supportive relationships. Finally, we could explain the consequences of forensic nursing competency on knowledge construction in nursing, enhancing professional nursing, and establishing a human rights and social justice based approach. The antecedents of forensic nursing competency were forensic science interest, forensic science experience, and nurses' view of person in forensic-works. Conclusion : Based on these results, we recommend the development of a Korean version of a scale to assess forensic nursing competency.

This study is for analyzing the explosion accidents in the tunnels, roads, subways, streets and various kinds of building construction area with the use of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA). based on the police Department and Guns & Explosives Safety Technology Association's researching materials. the explosion accidents have been investigated and analyzed between 1988 and 1977. As the result, we can find out that the majority of the explosion accidents in Korea is the accidents by flown stones(45.7%), like in Japan. So we make the research chart which is needed for analyzing the explosion accident, and then analyze these accidents systematically. using the investigation codes of the industrial accidents. After that, the FTA was performed on the accidents by flown stones. They result fromm non-observance of the safety rules, and lees knowledge of the safety and so on. Moreover several causes are combined and then the accidents are apt to happen. So according to the results of this study, for the protection of the explosion accidents, the specialized safety education is badly needed and the enough investigation of the places before the work along with the management for safety in working must be planned.

Multicultural theories fully fledged around the 1980s and the early 1990s. Emerging in the 1960s thanks to the Civil Rights movement, multiculturalism has become the grand American national narratives, whose tenets recognize and respect people with diverse racial and cultural backgrounds. This period, however, witnessed the eruption of violent and destructive rebellions or uprisings involving racial minorities. Racial conflicts and tensions exploded at the moment when multiculturalism was widely practiced in areas including education and public policy revealing that complicated problems are embedded in the urban ghettos. American popular culture, specifically addresses antagonisms among different races or ethnicities in Bed-Stuy in New York. Although the film is mainly concerned with the collision among races, it lets ambivalent and cacophonous values and ideologies be present in the black community. On the other hand, Ice Cube's "Black Korea" empowers the black community when it deals with the turbulent relationship between black residents and Korean American merchants. Simultaneously, it denigrates Korean Americans as gasta raps often target the institution like government or police. In short, while attempts to search the ideas of coexistence and juxtaposition through polyphonic features embodied in the film "Black Korea" seems to depend on the dualistic system when it deals with the black-Korean conflicts and as a result it just reveals the chasm between two communities.

Push-ups are one of the body exercises that can be easily measured anytime, anywhere. As one of the most widely used techniques as a test tool for evaluating physical strength, they are broadly used in various fields, especially in fields that require physical ability to estimate, such as military, police, and firefighters. However, social distancing is currently being implemented, and the issue of fairness has been steadily raised due to subtle differences between measurement. Accordingly, in this paper, the correct posture for each individual was photographed and learned by a high-performance computer, and the result was derived by comparing it with the case of performing the incorrect posture of the individual. If method is introduced into the physical fitness evaluation through the proposed method, the individual takes the correct posture and learns the photographed photo, and measures the posture with several images taken during a given time. Through this, it is possible to measure more objectively because it measures with the merit that can be measured even in the present situation and with one's correct posture.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the level of disaster safety perception (disaster safety importance, accident possibility, personal safety, and regional safety) of local residents, and to analyze the impact of individual and accident cause characteristics. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis, and the main analysis results are as follows. First, disaster safety importance and accident possibility were higher as residents who had experience in safety education and were willing to visit the safety experience center in the province. Second, disaster safety importance was higher as the cause of the accident was the lack of response 119 and police. And accident possibility was higher as the cause of the accident was the lack of prior treatment by the state and local governments. Third, personal safety and regional safety were higher for men, and especially personal safety was lower as residents with children. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing regional customized disaster safety policies based on the perception of local residents, who are policy consumers.

Hate crimes should be viewed as a social problem, not a personal crime, and a preventive system should be established to have an acceptance system for people who can engage in antisocial behavior outside of the social integrated value norms. In particular, in order to reduce tragic hate crimes, society and the government should actively work to resolve polarization, and personality education linked to families, schools, and society should be provided, and policies to establish social safety network such as social security systems should be prepared. In addition, it is necessary to switch to a society in which principles are emphasized, and a society that cares for the weak rather than the strong, rather than the expedient policy of words.

Recently, child safety map making education has attracted attention as a way to reduce crimes against children. In Korea, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family organized a child safety map making education program in 2011. The program's manual was revised in 2013 and the Ministry implemented it as a project to promote the rights of women and children. Child safety map making education aims to raise a child's understanding of their neighborhood, to have voluntary control and normal consciousness as a local inhabitant, to be aware of wrong behavior and crime, and to be part of creating a safe urban environment. However, when compared to educational programs in other major developed countries, the child safety map making education program in Korea currently does not improve a child's awareness of their surroundings. In this workshop study, we proposed and ran a new program to improve children's awareness of their environment based on the active participation of children in the existing safety map educational program. The workshop was held for 4 weeks for 48 students from 5th and 6th grade at Osan Daeho Elementary School. We analyzed this new program's effects with the following results. First, an analysis of the effects of the program on children's recognition of safe and dangerous spaces revealed that their understanding of these spaces increased by 30.4% after the workshop. The safety-related factor in the mind map key concept increased from 0.94 to 4.94, indicating that the children's perception of neighborhood risk and safety factors improved. Second, the analysis of the effects of the program on the children's coping ability in dangerous situations showed that their understanding of how to deal with dangerous situations increased by 11.3%. The children's understanding of facilities they could ask for help, such as police boxes and child safety guard houses, improved by 17.9%. Third, analysis of the effects of child safety map making education on children's understanding of their neighborhood, their perception of responsibility in the neighborhood, and their neighborhood attachment showed that these levels of children's understanding of the neighborhood improved by 6.0% after the workshop.

In Korea, Private security companies has steadily grown and amounts to 2,051 places as of November 30, 2002. Private security in korea is carrying out firm name role assignment to have held the police and public peace environment change factors for a standard faithfully, and protects social a little property that is a basic purpose, and it is spare no efforts in loss prevention. In spite of numeral increase of private security companies, private security companies have many problem. Moreover, they mostly did not have any remarkable in-house expertises in their own business under tough conditions. Under the unfavorable circumstances including insufficient investment and education in private security guard, there have been actually little further studies on private security business in practices. So this study mainly focused on addressing the installation security business managed by authorized companies, which amount to 96%(1,963 companies) of total 2,051 domestic security companies. Furthermore, the study formulated and modeled a series of business procedures in private security companies. Lots of fishery stocks are overexploited and the overcapacity exists in Korean fishing fleets. One of the reasons is technological development, which increases the efficiency of the vessels continuously. The analysis was conducted to identify the change of fishing power index to develop the vessel and gear technology that may have improved the fishing efficiency of the offshore large powered purse seine fishery from 1960s to 2010s. Gross tonnage and horse power per fishing vessel was increased annually. Fishing gear material was changed to the knotless webbing to settle faster. Fishing equipments was modernized and supply rate was also increased. Therefore the relative fishing power index in the offshore large powered purse seine fishery increased from 0.4 in 1970 to 1.0 in 1980, to 1.5 in 2000 and to 1.6 in 2010, but the rate of increase slowed down gradually. The results are expected to contribute to reasonable fishery stock management.

Food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis (FDEIAn) is induced by different types and various intensities of physical activity, and is distinct from food allergies. It has been shown that consumption of allergenic food followed by exercise causes FDEIAn symptoms. Intake of allergenic food or medication before exercise is a major predisposing factor for FDEIAn. Urticaria and severe allergic reactions are general symptoms of FDEIAn. Dermatological tests and serum IgE assays are the typical prescreening methods, and have been used for several decades. However, these screening tests are not sufficient for detecting or preventing FDEIAn. It has been found that exercise may stimulate the release of mediators from IgE-dependent mast cells that can result in FDEIAn when a certain threshold level has been exceeded. Mast cell degradation might be a major factor to induce FDEIAn but this has not been determined. A number of foods have been reported to be involved in the onset of FDEIAn including wheat, eggs, chicken, shrimp, shellfish, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. It is also known that aspirin increases the occurrence of type I allergy symptoms when combined with specific foods. Moreover, high intensity and frequent exercise are more likely to provoke an attack than low intensity and less frequent exercise. In this paper, we present the current views of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying FDEIAn within the context of exercise immunology. We also present a detailed FDEIAn definition along with etiologic factors and medical treatment for cholinergic urticaria (UC) and exercise-induced anaphylaxis (EIA).
