몸 움직임이 공간구축에 미친 영향에 관한 연구 - 감성공간디자인(GSD)를 중심으로 - (Research for the influence of body movement on the space occupation - Focusing on the GSD -)

  • Recently, 'Emotion' has attracted public attention socially and continuously in the fields such as construction, environment, design and products. Also, phenomenological concept of space through the physique in the viewpoint of the human-oriented aspect, namely, body, has been managed as a planned measure suitable for a new era and space. In this study, the author examined and analyzed the verbs and emotional vocabulary about the human body's behavior. The phenomenological space conception through body, i.e, flesh in this human centered point of view is being treated as the suitable planning measure on the new era and space. Though the epochal issue for Emotion is being attempted in many ways in various field such as product and marketing, the approach through the relationship between human and space. Therefore, we would like to see how the Emotion related to the movement that occurs in the space by analyzing the human body movement which is the subject of experiencing the space experimentally and research the characteristic of Emotion and space movement. SPSS 12.0 was used for the analysis to perform the analysis of basic statistics and Factor Analysis, and then to analyze the characteristic and emotional attribute for the experimental analysis. Comparing the activity for the 2 groups' behavior through the analyzed result with the test, active behavior was found to be higher than inactive behavior in the emotional value, and their bodies' motion showed averagely positive value in the emotional aspect; their bodies' motion was presented differently according to the attributes and amount of the people who would experience a specific space. However, the author found that affirmative and active behavior showed emotional aspect more than inactive behavior.

Domination이론에서의 새로운 식과 이의 신뢰성계산에 대한 적용 (New formula in domination theory and it's application for reliability analysis)

  • A.Satyanarayana와 다른이들은 [1.2.5]에서 domination이론을 사용하여 네트워크의 정확한 신뢰도 계산을 위한 새로운 topologic formel을 발견하였다. 이들은 이식을 통하여 그래프 G로 표현되는 어떤 시스템이나 네트워크의 신뢰도 계산을 위하여 path 또는 k-tree를 사용한 Inclusion-Exclusion식에 나타나는 항들(=2$^{m}$ -1, m은 path나 k-tree의 수)중 서로 소거되지 않는 항들은 그래프 G의 acyclic k-부분그래프(subgraph)와 1대 1로 상응되며, cyclic-과 k-부분그래프들에 상응되는 항들은 소거되어지거나 Inclusion-Exclusion식에 나타나지 않는 -결국 신뢰도계산에 필요없는- 항들임을 밝혔다. 이들은 이성질을 이용하여 그래프 G의 정확한 신뢰도계산을 위한 빠른 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이 알고리즘은 결국 그래프 G의 path나 k-tree를 기초로 하는 Inclusion-Exclusion식에서 나타나는 항들중 소거되지 않는 항들에 1:1로 대응하는 acyclic k-subgraph만을 찾아 신뢰도계산을 할수있게 하여 준다. 이때 acyclic k-subgraph들은 각각의 domination을 갖으며, 이들은 Inclusion-Exclusion식에서 대응되는 항의 부호들의 합과 같다. 본 논문에서는 첫째로 신뢰도계산을 위하여 주어진 어떤 그래프 G에서 G를 구성하는 선(edge)을 기초로 하는 어떤 임의로 주어진 family M(G) (예: cutset이나 path, 또는 k-tree 등의 family)에 의한 (부분)그래프의 domination에 대한 성질을 관찰하고 몇가지 식을 유도한후, k-tree의 family K(G)를 기초로 한 어떤 그래프의 domination과 Inclusion-Exclusion식과의 관계를 고찰하고, 이식의 강력함과 응용의 가능성을 A. Satyanarayana의 topologic formel의 재증명을 통하여 보인다.

  • In this paper, conventional PI, fuzzy neural network(FNN) and adaptive teaming mechanism(ALM)-FNN for rotor field oriented controlled(RFOC) induction motor are studied comparatively. The widely used control theory based design of PI family controllers fails to perform satisfactorily under parameter variation nonlinear or load disturbance. In high performance applications, it is useful to automatically extract the complex relation that represent the drive behaviour. The use of learning through example algorithms can be a powerful tool for automatic modelling variable speed drives. They can automatically extract a functional relationship representative of the drive behavior. These methods present some advantages over the classical ones since they do not rely on the precise knowledge of mathematical models and parameters. Comparative study of PI, FNN and ALM-FNN are carried out from various aspects which is dynamic performance, steady-state accuracy, parameter robustness and complementation etc. To have a clear view of the three techniques, a RFOC system based on a three level neutral point clamped inverter-fed induction motor drive is established in this paper. Each of the three control technique: PI, FNN and ALM-FNN, are used in the outer loops for rotor speed. The merit and drawbacks of each method are summarized in the conclusion part, which may a guideline for industry application.

수치지형 해석에 의한 가시성 및 시인성의 경관정보화 연구 - CAD 기반의 분석 도구 개발을 중심으로 - (Development of a CAD Based Tool for the Analysis of Landscape Visibility and Sensitivity)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a CAD-based program for data analysis of digital elevation model(DEM) on the aspect of landscape assessment. When handling DEM data as a visual simulation of topographic landscape, it is basic interest to analyze visible area and visualize visual sensitivity distributions. In reference with landscape assessment, more intuitive and interactive visualizing tools are needed, specially in area of visual approach. For adaptability to landscape assessment, algorithmic approaches to visibility analysis and concepts for visual sensitivity calculation in this study were based on processing techniques of entity data control functions used in AutoCAD drawing database. Also, for the purpose of quantitative analysis, grid-type 3DFACE entities were adopted as mesh unit of DEM structure. Developed programs are composed of main part named VSI written in AutoLISP and two of interface modules written in dialog control language(DCL0 for user-oriented interactive usage. Definitions of camera points(view points) and target points(or observed area) are available alternatively in combined methods of representing scenic landscape, scenery, and sequential landscape. In the case of scene landscape(single camera to fixed target point), only visibility analysis in available. And total visibility, frequency of cumulative visibility, and visual sensitivity analysis are available in other cases. Visual sensitivity was thought as view angle(3 dimensional observed visual area) and the strengths were classified in user defined level referring to statistical characteristics of distribution. Visibility analysis routine of the VSI was proved to be more effective in the accuracy and time comparing with similar modules of existing AutoCAD third utility.

품질속성을 고려한 소프트웨어 아키텍처 패턴의 정의 (Definition of Architecture Patterns regarding Quality Attributes)

  • 본 논문은 소프트웨어의 아키텍처 설계에서 많이 활용될 수 있는 아키텍처 패턴들을 분류하고 명세화하는 방법을 주제로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 아키텍처 패턴의 활용과 관련한 개선된 아키텍처 개발방법론을 제시하고, 이러한 방법론을 지원하기 위한 패턴의 분류와 정의방법을 제안한다. 패턴은 추상화 레벨이나 응용 도메인에 따라 매우 다양하기 때문에, 여러 가지 각도에서의 분류체계를 제시하여 향후 분류 및 저장된 아키텍처 패턴을 쉽게 검색하고 활용할 수 있도록 고려하였다. 또한 패턴의 표현이 다양하여 패턴의 이해가 용이하지 못한 점을 고려하여 패턴의 추상화 개념을 도입하고, 패턴간의 관계를 정의하는 방법을 제시하여 패턴들의 핵심적인 구조와 역할에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다 아울러, 아키텍처 패턴을 선정할 때의 중요한 고려사항이 되는 품질속성도 기존의 범용적인 개념에서 아키텍처 지향적인 개념으로 확장이 가능하도록 하여 각각의 아키텍처 패턴을 정의할 때 보다 명확한 아키텍처의 품질에 대한 명세가 함께 설명되도록 하였다.

웹 기반 가상학습 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Development of a Web-based education system)

  • 가상학습을 지원하는 시스템은 경제적인 면과 운용의 편의성 및 효율성, 기능성을 고려하여 개발되어야한다. 또한 구성주의적 접근을 통한 시스템의 설계는 구성요소간 상호작용의 증대를 통해 사용자와 관리자의 편의성을 높일 수 있다. 가상학습 시스템 개발에서 편의성과 안정성, 경제성리 확보는 중요한 요소이며 이를 위해 가상학습의 각 구성요소의 관점을 고려한 체계적인 설계가 요구되며 다양한 설치 및 개발 환경에서 플랫폼에 독립적인 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 구성주의적 관점 중에서 상호작용에 중점을 둔 접근을 통해 플랫폼에 독립적인 가상학습 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 편의성 및 효율성을 분석하고 검증하였다. 개발한 시스템은 구성요소간의 상호작용과 객체를 기반으로 모듈로 설계하였고 APM을 기반으로 플랫폼 독립적인 개발을 통하여 이식성과 경제성을 향상시켜 가상학습 시스템의 개발 및 운영에 대한 비용과 노력의 절감을 가져올 수 있도록 하였다.

시공간 동기화 관리기를 이용한 멀티미디어 저작 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Multimedia Authoring System using Temporal/Spatial Synchronization Manager)

  • 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 타이틀 제작을 쉽고 효율적으로 할 수 있도록, 시공간 동기화 관리기를 이용한 멀티미디어 저작 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 타이틀 저작자의 설계 의도를 별도의 변화 과정을 거치지 않고 실제 타이틀 구성 로직으로 표현하는 흐름도 방식의 로직 생성기와 생성된 로직을 번역하여 실행하는 로직 인터프리터를 설계하였다. 아울러 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션에 필요한 미디어 데이타 간의 시${\cdot}$공간 동기화 정보를 관리하기 위한 동기화 관리기를 설계하였다. 특히 미디어 객체들 간의 시간적 관계를 동기화하기 위하여 시간 명세 모델과 그 모델의 형식 언어인 MRL를 설계하였다. MRL은 복잡한 시간 관계를 간결한 형태로 표현할 수 있는 좋은 표현력을 가지고 있으며 사용자의 의도에 따라 효과적으로 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션을 동기화시키는 것이 가능하다. 공간적 동기화를 위하여 표시 매체의 공간 상의 가시적인 크기와 접속점을 일치시키는 표시 화면 편집기를 구현하였다.

Growth and characterization of molecular beam epitaxy grown GaN thin films using single source precursor with ammonia

  • Gallium Nitride(GaN) attracts great attention due to their wide band gap energy (3.4eV), high thermal stability to the solid state lighting devices like LED, Laser diode, UV photo detector, spintronic devices, solar cells, sensors etc. Recently, researchers are interested in synthesis of polycrystalline and amorphous GaN which has also attracted towards optoelectronic device applications significantly. One of the alternatives to deposit GaN at low temperature is to use Single Source Molecular Percursor (SSP) which provides preformed Ga-N bonding. Moreover, our group succeeds in hybridization of SSP synthesized GaN with Single wall carbon nanotube which could be applicable in field emitting devices, hybrid LEDs and sensors. In this work, the GaN thin films were deposited on c-axis oriented sapphire substrate by MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) using novel single source precursor of dimethyl gallium azido-tert-butylamine($Me_2Ga(N_3)NH_2C(CH_3)_3$) with additional source of ammonia. The surface morphology, structural and optical properties of GaN thin films were analyzed for the deposition in the temperature range of $600^{\circ}C$ to $750^{\circ}C$. Electrical properties of deposited thin films were carried out by four point probe technique and home made Hall effect measurement. The effect of ammonia on the crystallinity, microstructure and optical properties of as-deposited thin films are discussed briefly. The crystalline quality of GaN thin film was improved with substrate temperature as indicated by XRD rocking curve measurement. Photoluminescence measurement shows broad emission around 350nm-650nm which could be related to impurities or defects.

Power Enhancement of ZnO-Based Piezoelectric Nanogenerators Via Native Defects Control

  • Scavenging electricity from wasteful energy resources is currently an important issue and piezoelectric nanogenerators (NGs) based on zinc oxide (ZnO) are promising energy harvesters that can be adapted to various portable, wearable, self-powered electronic devices. Although ZnO has several advantages for NGs, the piezoelectric semiconductor material ZnO generate an intrinsic piezoelectric potential of a few volts as a result of its mechanical deformation. As grown, ZnO is usually n-type, a property that was historically ascribed to native defects. Oxygen vacancies (Vo) that work as donors exist in ZnO thin film and usually screen some parts of the piezoelectric potential. Consequently, the ZnO NGs' piezoelectric power cannot reach to its theoretical value, and thus decreasing the effect from Vo is essential. In the present study, c-axis oriented insulator-like sputtered ZnO thin films were grown in various temperatures to fabricate an optimized nanogenerator (NGs). The purity and crystalinity of ZnO were investigated with photoluminescence (PL). Moreover, by introducing a p-type polymer usually used in organic solar cell, it was discussed how piezoelectric passivation effect works in ZnO thin films having different types of defects. Prepared ZnO thin films have both Zn vacancies (accepter like) and oxygen vacancies (donor like). It generates output voltage 20 time lager than n-type dominant semiconducting ZnO thin film without p-type polymer conjugating. The enhancement is due to the internal accepter like point defects, zinc vacancies (VZn). When the more VZn concentration increases, the more chances to prevent piezoelectric potential screening effects are occurred, consequently, the output voltage is enhanced. Moreover, by passivating remained effective oxygen vacancies by p-type polymers, we demonstrated further power enhancement.

선택과목 '의료와 여성(Women in Medicine)'에 대한 학생반응 분석 (An analysis on the students' responses of the elective course, "Women in Medicine")

  • Even though 35% of Korean medical students are female, medical schools and hospitals maintain a strongly male-dominated culture which discourages female students from active career development. In 2006, Yonsei Medical school instigated an elective course entitled "Women in Medicine" to encourage and stimulate 51 female students who enrolled the course. Researchers conducted participant observations at all 6 lectures, as well as 2 surveys and 4 student fucus group discussions comprising a total of 18 students. The total satis faction r ate of the course was high at 4.6 points out of a 5-point score Nevertheless, the study results confirmed three conflict points between lectures and students. Firstly, the lecturers emphasized the excellence and carrier-goal oriented life style, whereas most students are more interested in an ordinary women doctor's life. Secondly, the lecturers emphasized the importance of husband and family's support for success in their career but most female students have little confidence in their ability to achieve a balance between work and family. Thirdly, the lecturers emphasized the women doctor who is able to lead a team effectively, but women students have few opportunities to play a leadership role in their school life. These study findings imply that there is a generation gap in the concept of "successful women doctor's life" between lecturers and students. and that interactive dialogue between lecturer and students is more important than lecture style presentations from extremely successful female doctors. In addition to such lectures, a leadership program based on active student participation should be developed.
