링크분석에 의한 우리나라 근해대형트롤선의 선교 레이아웃 개선에 관한 기초연구 (The Basic Study on Improvement Bridge Layout by Link Analysis in Korean Coastal Large Trawler)

  • The purpose of this study is to obtain a basic data on layout of the trawlers' bridge equipment. The task activities of bridge workers involved in the navigation and fishing operation were analyzed by link analysis methods. The results are as follows. It was found that the movement pattern and frequency of bridge workers are different accordance with the bridge work (navigation, casting net, towing net and hauling net). The central workstation of movement of the bridge workers was a radar workstation, a steering workstation and a trawl winch workstation in the bridge work. But the radar did not show up as the center of movement during the hauling net. Workstations related deeply to the central workstations of the movement on the bridge were as below. Radar workstation was related to a GPS plotter, a microphone location for external communication with VHF and MF/HF equipment and a steering in the case of the navigation, the steering, the GPS plotter and the net monitor in the case of the fishing operation. Steering workstation was related deeply to the GPS plotter, the radar in the case of the navigation, a speed controller, the GPS plotter, a fish finder, the net monitor and the microphone location in the case of the fishing operation. Trawl winch workstation showed deep relation with the GPS plotter and the speed control during the fishing operation. Through this study, it was found that Workstations related deeply to the central workstation of the movement of the bridge workers in accordance with the bridge work. The results of this study might be utilized as the basic data on the bridge layout to minimize the fatigue degree due to a physical movement of the bridge workers.

  • According to industrial development, all fields using chemical instrument and material are generated an electrostatics. This paper is represented the electrostatics distribution analysis of industrial type Inkjet plotter. In order to such experiment, an electrostatics for each portions of plotter(OJ-62) are measured by electrostatic measurement. Based on these, the big large position of electrostatics was analyzed by finite element method(Maxwell-2D), Here it is showed an electrostatic inducement and electric charge theory required.

  • This paper presents an investigation into the operational comparison of SPOT triangulation to build GCP library by analytical plotter and DPW (digital photogrammetric workstation). GCP database derived from current SPOT images can be used to other image sensors of satellite, if any reasons, such as lack of topographic maps or GCPs. But, general formulation of a photogrammetric process for GCP measurement has to take care of the scene interpretation problem. There are two classical methods depending on whether an analytical plotter or DPW is being used. Regardless of the method used, the measurement of GCPs is the weakest point in the automation of photogrammetric orientation procedures. To make an operational comparison, five models of SPOT panchromatic images (level 1A) and negative films (level 1AP) were used. Ten images and film products were used for the five GRS areas. Photogrammetric measurements were carried out in a manual mode on P2 analytical plotter and LH Systems DPW770. We presented an approach for exterior orientation of SPOT images, which was based on the use of approximately eighty national geodetic control points as GCPs which located on the summit of the mountain. Using sixteen well-spaced geodetic control points per model, all segments consistently showed RMS error just below the pixel at the check points in analytical instrument. In the case of DPW, half of the ground controls could not found or distinguished exactly when we displayed the image on the computer monitor. Experiment results showed that the RMS errors with DPW test was fluctuated case by case. And the magnitudes of the errors were reached more than three pixels due to the lack of image interpretation capability. It showed that the geodetic control points is not suitable as the ground control points in DPW for modeling the SPOT image.

사진기준점측량을 이용한 저등급 기준점의 좌표결정 (Coordinates Determination of tow Level Control Point by Aerial Triangulation)

  • 오늘날 항공사진측량은 사용기재와 자료처리방법의 발달과 더불어 위치결정의 정확도가 날로 향상되고 있으며, 지상기준점측량을 하지 않고서 GPS를 이용한 사진기준점측량 방안이 모색되는 단계에 이르렀다. 해석도화기의 등장은 정확도와 효율성면에서 상당한 발전을 가능케 하였고 On-Line System의 구성을 통해서 사진 기준점측량의 작업환경을 크게 개선시켰다. 본 연구에서는 해석도화기를 이용한 사진기준점측량을 실시하여 저등급 측지기준점의 좌표결정에 있어서 정확도의 향상을 그 목표로 하고 있다. 연구결과 정확도 향상의 정도는 기존의 정밀도화기를 사용한 A.T.의 경우와 비교할 때에 평면에서 약 7%, 표고에서 약 40%의 정확도 향상을 가져왔다.

우리나라 근해 대형트롤 어선의 선교업무 특성 (Characteristics of bridge task in Korean coastal large trawler)

  • To suggest a standard concerning with the arrangement of bridge equipment, the authors conducted the video observations with 3CCD (charge coupled device) cameras installed on the ceil of the bridge for monitoring the working activities of two bridge teams (the skipper/mate1 and the skipper/mate2) in a Korean coastal large trawler(gross tonnage: 139) for five days from July 30th. 2010 and analyzed of the data. Work elements coded by the work activities were input on the sheet of work analysis by the time unit of 1 sec according to the time occurred. A single work element among the work activities for every 5 minutes was denoted as the number of occurrence. The frequency of equipment usage was limited only in the usage of the equipment. In the case of the navigation and the towing net two ranks were integrated and analyzed. On the other hand, in the case of the casting net and the hauling net, two processes were integrated to as one and then analyzed separately as two ranks. As the results, 15 elements of work was carried out between two bridge teams for the observation; lookout, radar, GPS plotter, fish finder, net monitor, fishing deck, RPM indicator, rudder angle indicator, compass card, for maneuver; steering, ship speed control, trawl winch operation and external communications, paper works and others. It was found that the work load of the skipper per 5 minutes accordance with the navigation, the casting net, the towing net and the hauling net are 20.5 times, 11.9 times, 38.0 times and 9.5 times respectively, the mates are 65.2 times, 66.5 times, 85.7 times and 59.1 times respectively. The radar was shown the highest frequency of the equipment usage and the next was the fish finder, the GPS plotter and the external communications in the case of the navigation. In the case of the towing net the frequency of usage was high the ranking as the radar, the net monitor, the fish finder, the GPS plotter, the steering system and the external communications. In the case of the integrated process both of the casting and hauling net the trawl winch was shown the highest frequency to the skipper and the next was the GPS plotter and the radar, and the steering system was shown the highest frequency to the mate and the next was the radar, the ship speed control system, the GPS plotter, the net monitor and the fish finder.

  • 우리나라 연안에서 육지와 섬 사이를 연결하는 해상교량은 계속해서 건설하고 있는 추세이며 해상교량이 선박의 안전한 운항에 새로운 위험요소로 대두되고 있다. 반면에 내항여객선 선장 및 항해사는 무중 레이더만 믿고 항해하여야 하나, 레이더가 해상교량의 주경간 항로와 해상교량 건너편 상황을 탐지하기 어렵다는 레이더의 한계를 인식하지 못하고, 경험과 관행에 의해 무리하게 선박을 운항하고 있다고 판단된다. 이 글은 목포지방해양안전심판원의 관할해역에서 발생한 여객선 비금농협카페리호가 신안1교의 교각과 접촉한 사건의 개요와 원인을 살펴보고, 레이더에 의해 해상교량의 주경간 항로를 식별할 수 있는 대책마련의 필요성, 선박의 해상교량 통항을 위한 최소 가시거리 인식 필요성, 해상교량 주변에 피항지 지정 및 관리, 내항여객선의 VHF청취능력 개선, VTS센터와 한국해운조합 운항관리실의 업무협력 강화, 연안 여객선의 안전문화 정착 필요성, GPS Plotter 과신 주의 등의 교훈 및 개선사항을 제시하고 있다.

  • AIS는 지금까지 레이더가 가졌던 선박 항행정보의 공백을 메울 수 있어 내항여객선의 안전에 매우 유익할 것으로 판단된다. AIS 플로터를 설치하여 사용하고 있는 112명의 내항여객선 선장을 대상으로 활용도를 조사한 결과, 대부분의 선박에서 AIS가 선박의 안전에 매우 도움을 주는 것으로 평가하고 있고, 승무원 수, 선박의 속력 및 항해시간의 장단에 관계없이 모두 AIS의 활용도가 높게 나타났다. 그러나 AIS가 연안항로의 안전운항에 기여하기 위해서는 연안항로에 취항하는 모든 선박들이 AIS를 탑재할 필요가 있다.

  • 현재, 항공기 소음 문제는 이에 대한 일반대중의 인식이 점차 높아져 가고 있는 상황이다. 여기서는, 기존의 김포 및 제주 국제 공항의 항공소음 실태를 간략하게 살펴보고 이들 공항의 예를 참고하여 향후 추진될 신공항 건설에 따른 소음피해의 범위를 예측하였다. 항공기소음의 예측방법은 FAA규정 중의 기초소음 Data를 참고하여 작성된 Program을 이용하여 WECPNL 값을 산출해 낸 후, Computer 에 연결된 Plotter를 이용하여 소음 Contour를 작성하였다. 또한, 선진 각국의 항공소음평가단위를 대략 살펴 봄으로 해서, 본 연구에서 채택한 WECPNL의 타당성을 검토해 보았다.
