The purpose of this study was to present a new research method of stage costume by designing and making the stage costume of Yean-GaeSoMoon(淵蓋蘇文) in Peking Opera Du Mu Guan (Korean; Dog Mog Guan, 獨木關). The stage costume of Peking Opera was formed on the basis of the Chinese traditional stage costume in the Qing period, however the style of stage costume was beautified the costume of Ming period and here contained the factors of successive costumes. But the stage costume of Peking Opera didn't have the same rank system with real history costume and didn't have demarcation according to period and history. In the stage costume of Peking Opera, the color is cultural language that can inform spectators of sex, age, personality, position of characters. The pattern of decoration also symboled the personality and characteristic of the character. Yean-GaeSoMoon in the play wore green armour (Chinese; ru ying kao 綠硬靠), red pants (Chinese; hong ku 紅褲), red mustache (Chinese; hong ran kou 紅髥口), crown (Chinese; da e zi 大額子), shoes (Chinese; hou di xue 厚底靴) and Xue RenGui wore white armour (Chinese; baikao 白靠), red pants (Chinese; hong ku 紅褲), shoes (Chinese; hou di xue 厚底靴), hat (Chinese; za jin 扎巾). By historical materials, Yean-GaeSoMoon was a nationalist who uphold national sprit and the greatest hero of the age and a charismatic politician who combines literatural arts with military arts. Considering these reviews, defined the thema of his new costumes' image as "the flying bird which has three legs"(三足鳥), the bird which symbolized the sun and immortality in Koguryo fresco. On the basis of this image, presented three types of Yean-GaeSoMoon's stage costume. Yean-GaeSoMoon as the minister in the court wore black gown (Chinese; mang pao 蟒袍) of dargon pattern which symbolizes harisma who opening the heaven. He as the general who directs war wore red mantle (Chinese; dou peng 斗蓬) which symbolizes the blue dragon that soaring into the sky, as the officer who fights the enemy's general wore green armour (Chinese; gai liang jia 改良甲), red pants (Chinese; hong ku 紅褲) which symbolizes the flying Sward that blowing violently. By wearing these stage costumes, the image of Yean-GaeSoMoon could changed from the fierce general of minority race who likes to fight, to the Koguryo general who fights against enemy at the risk of his life for Koguryo's autonomy. Through this study once again we could realized that stage costume played very mportant part In outstnding the characteristic of actor in the Peking Opera.

본 연구는 대학교에서 수행하고 있는 많은 창업 지원들이 대학생들의 창업에 실제적으로 도움이 되는지를 파악해 보고 이를 토대로 전문대학이 학생 창업의 조력자로 어떤 역할을 수행해야 하는지 논의해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구 방법으로 Y전문대학에서 제공하고 있는 창업 교육 및 지원 프로그램을 활용하여 창업을 희망했던 패션산업과 학생 7인을 대상으로 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 연구 참가자들은 창업과 창업 프로그램을 병행하는 것과 행정적 비효율성을 언급하였다. 창업의 성공 요인으로는 수업시간부터 단계별로 아이디어를 구체화하고 대학에서 제공하는 각종 지원을 잘 이용했기 때문이라고 답했으며 창업 실패의 요인으로 창업 프로그램 지원동기부터 자금조달이나 지역적인 한계도 드러났다. 둘째, 대학생 창업콘텐츠 육성을 위해 전문대학교의 역할에 대한 함의점은 대학에서 운영하는 창업 프로그램에 대한 체계적인 계획과 안내, 간결한 행정적 절차, 다양한 창업 아이템에 맞는 멘토 구성, 테스트 마켓 확보, 창업을 준비하는 학생들이 함께 할 수 있는 '활동의 공유오피스' 같은 개념이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 전문대학 내 창업 교육 및 지원 전반을 경험한 학생들의 창업 준비 과정을 관찰함으로써 전반적인 지원 실태를 분석하고 창업과 관련해 전문대학이 어떤 역할을 해야 하는지 제시하여 이를 토대로 창업지원계획 수립에 도움이 될 수 있다는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있으나 특정 학과의 사례에 국한된 것이 그 한계이다.

본 연구는 소비자의 감성과 경험이 중요한 서비스 분야에서 생성형 인공지능을 활용하는 방법에 대한 조사를 목표로 활용시의 환각 현상을 최소화하고, 소비자의 감성 및 경험에 대한 전략적 서비스를 개발하는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이를 위해 기계적인 방식의 접근과 사용자가 프롬프트를 직접 생성하는 방식을 검토하였고, 사업아이템 정의 제공, 페르소나 특성 값 제공, 예시와 맥락형 동사명령, 출력 포멧과 톤 컨셉 지정 등의 프롬프트 생성 요인을 중심으로 실험적으로 적용하였다. 연구는 생성형 AI가 제공하는 맞춤형 콘텐츠의 정확성과 사용자 만족도를 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있는 방안을 탐색한다. 또한, 이러한 접근 방식은 생성형 인공지능을 실제 서비스에 적용 시 발생할 수 있는 환각 현상 중심의 문제들을 해결하는 데 중요한 역할을 하며, 생성형 인공지능을 통한 소비자 서비스 혁신에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. 연구 결과는 소비자의 감성과 경험을 풍부하게 해석하는데 생성형 인공지능이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 보여주며, 이는 다양한 산업 분야에서의 활용 가능성을 넓히고, 기술 발전을 넘어 소비자 감성 및 경험 전략의 새로운 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대한다. 하지만, 아직은 연구가 생소한 생성형 AI 기술 기반의 연구를 진행함으로써 미흡한 부분이 많다. 향후 연구에서는 더 다양한 산업 환경 적용으로 연구요인들의 범용성과 조건별 효과를 더 깊이 탐구할 필요가 있다. 또한, AI 기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 새로운 형태의 환각 증상과 이에 대응하는 새로운 전략 개발에 관한 연구가 지속해서 이루어져야 할 것이다.

To investigate the movement of sperm head and the role of sperm neck in forward sperm motility in the Korean striped field mouse, Apodemus agrarius coreae, the morphological characteristics of the cauda epididymal spermatozoa were examined by light microscopy and scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Spermatozoa of A. agrarius coreae were characterized by the conspicuous shape of the acrosome and the long tail compared with those of other rodents. Total length of the sperm was $133\mu{m}$. The sperm head had a curved falciform shape. The head was 8.0${\mu}$m in length, and about 4.0 ${\mu}$m in width. The shape of acrosome had an openerlike form. The sperm tail (125 ${\mu}$m) consisted of four major segments: neck (0.5 ${\mu}$m), middle piece (29.5 ${\mu}$m), and principal piece plus the end piece (95 ${\mu}$m). The outer dense fibers were arranged in a horseshoe fashion, and No. 1, 5, 6, and 9 of the outer dense fibers were larger than the others. The mitochondrial bundles of middle piece were composed of a pair of arms, which surrounded the axone of the middle piece by the 45 0 angled helical structure. The total number of mitochondrial gyres was 188. In particular, the microfilament structures existed in plasma membrane of the sperm, which was adjacent to the acrosomal region on the nuclear membrane. The segmented columns were surrounded by microfilament structures, and the microfilament bundles were adjacent to the outer membrane of the first mitochondria of middle piece. This study presents for the first time the existence of microfilament structures within the plasma membrane of sperm which is located from the adjacent acrosome region to the connecting piece in sperm neck of Korean striped field mouse, Apodemus agrarius coreae. The present result suggests that the constriction and extension of microfilament in sperm neck as well as the wave-movement of sperm tail may play a role in the movement of sperm head.

As movies and dramas which show traditional clothes and fusion clothes are getting popular these days, lot of people are paying attention to these dress and ornaments. And as for the domestic collections which seem to reflect this trend, various fusion style clothes are getting widely adopted by people. Therefore, this study analyzed and considered the clothes designs when the country started to open itself to other countries, by selecting a movie titled "YMCA baseball team", a movie to ascertain vigorous historical verification, and by conducting the prior study and using the DVD capture program. This study is meaningful in that based on the comparison study on the costumes, it clarifies the degree of costumes(clothes) acceptance at the point of nation's opening to other countries, which is the source of fusion style, and further shed light on the role that the movie costumes will play. From this study, we can get the following conclusions. First, through the theoretical background it can be known that when the country opened itself to outside world the dress and ornaments of the time was adopted in a top-down way, namely, first adopted by the royal family and the upper class, which could have easy access to the western civilization and institutions, and then the low class later. Second, in the movie titled 'YMCA baseball team' the costumes were designed through the strict and thorough historic verification, and it can be confirmed that various dress and ornaments adopted at the time of nation's opening to the outside world centered around the clothes design for new women. Third, 'YMCA baseball team is evaluated as a movie that reproduces that time well and as a media that provides an effective clue to the dress and ornaments adopted by the public when the country opened itself to the outside world.

This study was performed to investigate the anxiolytic-like effects Panax ginseng in mice using the elevated plus-maze model. Furthermore, the anxiolytic-like effects of Panax ginseng were compared to a known active anxiolytic drug, diazepam. Ginseng total saponin (GTS, 100 mg/kg) from red ginseng (RG), sun ginseng (SG) total extract (50 mg/kg), butanol fraction of SG(25 and 50 mg/kg) and ginsenosides ($Rb_1,\;Rg_1,\;and\;Rg_5$ and Rk mixture) significantly increased the number of open arm entries and the time spent on the open arm, compared with that of control. However, Red ginseng (RG) total extract (l00 mg/kg), GTS (25, 50 mg/kg), SG total extract (25 mg/kg) and ginsenosides ($Rg_{3}-R\;and\;Rg_{3}-S$) did not increase the number of open arm entries and the time spent on the open arm. On the other hand, butanol fraction of RG (l00 mg/kg), total extract of SG (50 mg/kg), butanol fraction of SG (50 mg/kg), ginsenosides ($Rb_{1},\;and\;Rg_{5}$ and Rk mixture) decreased the locomotor activity, in a similar fashion to diazepam. These data support that ginseng has the anxiolytic-like effects and the anxiolytic potential of SG was stronger than that of RG. Ginsenosides $Rb_{1},\;Rg_{1},\;and\;Rg_{5}$ and Rk mixture play important role on the anxiolytic-like effects of Panax ginseng. We provide evidence that ginseng and some ginsenosides may be useful for the treatment of anxiety.

The C-terminus ends of the second putative transmembrane domains of both m1 and m2 muscarinic receptors contain a triplet of amino acid residues consisting of leucine (L), tyrosine (Y) and threonine (T), This triplet is repeated as LYT-LYT in m2 receptors at the interface between the second transmembrane domain and the first extracellular loop. Interestingly, however, it is repeated in a transposed fashion (LYT-TYL) in the sequence of m1 receptors. In this work we employed site-directed mutagenesis to investigate the possible significance of this unique sequence diversity for determining the distinct differential drug-receptor interaction and cellular function at m1 muscarinic receptor. Mutation of the LYTTYL sequence of m1 receptors to the corresponding m2 receptor LYTLYT sequence, however, did not result in a significant change in the binding affinity of the agonist carbachol or in the affinity of the majority of a series of receptor antagonists which are able to discriminate between wild-type m1 and m2 receptors. Surprisingly, the LYTLYT ml receptor mutant demonstrated markedly enhanced coupling to activation of phospholipase C without a change in its coupling to increased cyclic AMP formation. There was also an enhanced receptor sensitivity in transducing elevation of intracellular Ca$\^$2+/. These changes were not due to alterations in the rate of receptor. desensitization or sequestration, On the other hand, the reverse LYTLYT-LYTTYL mutation in the m2 receptor did not alter its coupling to inhibition of adenylate cyclase, but slightly enhanced its coupling to stimulation of PI hydrolysis, Our data suggest that the LYTTYL/LYTLYT sequence difference between ml and n12 muscarinic receptors is not involved in determining receptor pharmacology. On the other hand, while these differences might play a role in the modulation of muscarinic receptor coupling to PI hydrolysis, they are not important for specifying coupling of various subtypes of muscarinic receptors to different cellular signaling pathways.

본 논문에서는 전 세계 스마트폰 기기 시장을 양분하고 있는 안드로이드 스마트폰을 이용하여 원격지에 있는 영상을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 제안하였다. 이 무선 영상 전송 시스템은 개인이 실시간 현지 상황을 서버에 접속한 단말들에 전달하거나 이동 가능한 드론, 로봇 차량 등의 장치에 설치하여 현장 확인, 영상을 통한 보안 감시로 이용할 수 있을 것이다. 보안 감시 및 재난안전 예방을 위해 데이터를 긴급히 보내야하는 경우도 있다. 이러한 이용 분야들에 적용하면 응급상태나 재난예방, 보안감시에 있어 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 효율적인 실시간 스트리밍 전송을 위해서 본 논문에서는 병렬 TCP 통신 (parallel stream)을 이용하여 구현하였다. 결론적으로, 병렬 TCP 통신을 이용한 시스템의 효과를 다양한 환경에서 평가하고 성능 분석도 하였다.

This research examines the interrelation of clothes, colors and sentiments based on clothes and colors that stimulate sentiment. This study provides data that is useful to color therapy by means of clothes as medium. The survey for this study targeted 200 Pusan National University students who analyzed the colors of association and clothes colors for nine positive vocabularies (passion, love, warmth, happiness, interest, softness, comfortable, freshness, and coolness) and six negative vocabularies (anger, fear, despair, nervous, gloomy, and loneliness). The data collection process used 120 standard colors as represented by Munsell's basic 10 colors (R, YR, Y, GY, G, BG, B, PB, P, RP) as chromatic colors classified into eleven tones of colors (V, S, B, P, VP, LGR, GR, L, DL, DP, DK) and achromatic colors divided into ten steps of brightness N1-N10. The results of the research are as follows. First, the warm class of colors were significant in the colors of association with positive sentiment and the cold class of colors were significant in the sentiment of refreshment and coolness. In addition, bright and clear colors (like V, S, VP, P) were associated with color tones. Second, the low bright achromatic colors were generally high for the colors of association with negative sentiment; in addition, the color of R, PB, P (as achromatic colors) were also significant. In addition, sober and dark tones (like GR, DL, DK, DP) were significant in color tones. Third, the interrelation between positive sentiment and clothes colors shows that colors of association were mainly used for upper garment colors. Similar colors against upper garments were used together for bottom garment achromatic colors and complementary colors; therefore, bottom garments play a subsidiary role in the concept of coordination with upper garments.

Inflammatory processes of vascular endothelial cells play a key role in the development ofatherosclerosis. We determined the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) on LPS-treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) to evaluate their cardioproteerive potential. Cells were pretreated with DHA, EPA, or troglitazone prior to activation with LPS. Expression of COX-2, prostaglandin $E_2$ ($PGE_2$) and IL-6 production, and $NF-{\kappa}B$ activity were measured by Western blot, ELISA, and luciferase activity, respectively. Results showed that EPA, DHA, or troglitazone significantly reduced COX-2 expression, $NF-{\kappa}B$ luciferase activity, and $PGE_2$ and IL-6 production in a dose-dependent fashion. Interestingly, low doses (10 ${\mu}$M) of DHA and EPA, but not troglitozone, significantly increased the activity of $NF-{\kappa}B$ in resting HUVECs. Our study suggests that while DHA, EPA, and troglitazone may be protective on HUVECs under inflammatory conditions in a dose-dependent manner. However there may be some negative effects when the concentrations are abnormally low, even in normal endothelium.
