The main objective of this study is to examine the mediating effect of 'e-trust' on the relationship between the antecedents related to e-marketplace and the intention of using e-marketplace. Data was collected from a survey of 169 exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea. The results of the study are as follows ; First, 'e-trust' is produced a mediating effect when technology and government factors affect the intention of using e-marketplace. However, "e-trust" does not play a mediating role in the relationship between company factor and the intention of using e-marketplace. Second, technology factor, government factor and company factor have a positive impacts on the intention of using e-marketplace. Accordingly, in order to enhance the intention of using e-marketplace, small & medium exporting firms in Korea should try more to prepare for factors related to technology and company. In addition to these, government should give full support to be prepared for regulations and systems related to e-marketplace. If e-trust were properly built, the enhancement of using e-marketplace would be taken place more smoothly. So most of exporting firms can participate in e-marketplace more actively.

'The Third space,' which is the concept that embraces sociological, spatial, and marketing concepts, refers to the place which is other than the home and the workplace and which is a comfortable frequented place where meditation, psychological relaxation, and social needs can be satisfied. 'The Third space' has the characteristics of comfort, openness, interactivity, playfulness, and diversity. In modern times, most of consumption spaces play the role of 'the Third space,' and the typical example is $Caf{\acute{e}}$. $Caf{\acute{e}}$ began from its origin with the characteristics of 'the Third space,' and recently it has become the complex cultural space of urban dwellers. $Caf{\acute{e}}$ as 'the Third space' has the characteristics of a healing space, communication space, personalized space, value-expressive space, culture and consumption space, nomad space. Such characteristics of $Caf{\acute{e}}$ are well represented in the cafes around the regions where 'street culture' has recently been formed. As examined through the examples, $Caf{\acute{e}}$ as 'the Third space' can be more strategically produced by establishing themes through storytelling, giving spatial identity through style creation, diversifying the sequence through complex space organization, and establishing interaction devices through experience elements.

Recognition and enforcement of the arbitral award play an important role in the settlement of the international commercial disputes. The New York Convention makes it a duty for the courts of signatories to recognize and enforce the foreign arbitral awards not taking the nationality of the party concerned into consideration. Recognition and enforcement of the arbitral award may be refused if the award has not yet become binding on the parties, or has been set aside or suspended by a competent authority of the country in which, or under the law of which, that award was made. The arbitral award has the same force as an irrevocable judgement including effect of excluding further litigation, its execution and formation. But the effect of set aside arbitral award made abroad in arbitral place was denied by France court for the interest of his people. There is no arbitral act but arbitral procedure is regulated by New Code of Civil Procedure in case of France. An appeal against the decision which grants recognition or enforcement is open if the recognition or execution is contrary to international pubic policy in virtue of Art. 1502. Arbitrator may consider compulsory provisions in arbitral place to assure to recognition and enforcement of the arbitral award.

This study aims to measure the impact of these two variables on consumers' 'click-through' rates (the number of users that click on the ad compared to the number of times the ad is delivered). The result is as follows. First, search ads play a critical role in drawing consumers to advertisers' websites. Once search ads are placed, the number of visitors increased tenfold. Secondly, when search ads are keyed to highly-involved words such as 'IDC', 'hosting' and 'co-location', click-through rates significantly fluctuate according to the type of advertising message. In this case, consumers respond much more positively to ads highlighting credibility and product quality than to ads with emphasis on sales and events. Thirdly, the placement of search ads also matters. The ad placed first in the search list overpowers ads in the third or fifth place in terms of click-through rates. However, there was no significant difference of click-through rates between ads in the third place and ads in fifth. Lastly, when estimating which variable plays the bigger role in bringing traffic to advertisers' websites, consumers are more receptive to the substance of the advertising message than to its placement, under the circumstances of high involvement.

Contemporary shops play an important role as a place to experience contemporary culture as well as sales and display techniques. This study is to suggest one of the prototypes of character streets consisting of characteristic shops through the analysis of the stores in the SoHo area in New York City. The study found that there are three kinds of characteristic shops preserving the cast-iron architectural environment in the SoHo area. In the first case, the interiors of the shops are partially renovated original lofts keeping decorative columns, white plaster walls and wooden floors. In the second case, the interiors are totally renovated leaving no old traces. This is achieved through wrapping columns and replacing old materials with new ones. In the third case, the interiors are renovated with the different approaches using mixed ideas and materials. The original columns exist but are transformed in this case. In the third case, shops tend to be extra large and complicated. The Prada shop in SoHo by Rem Koolaas is the best example of this case. This shop is the conceptual city, theater and avant-garde museum itself, that is, the place of experiencing contemporary culture.

Caryl Churchill achieved spacial politics to resist dominant ideology in Cloud Nine. It is suggested that heterotopia is a counter-site to the places which are controlled by colonialism and sexuality. Churchill juxtaposes African colony of Victorian period in the first act and modern London in the second act. It implies that individuals are similarly oppressed by dominant ideology until now though several conditions for individuals are drastically improved. White heterosexual men in the play try to build their utopia to keep their privileges. If they find anything abnormal to their standard, they systematically classify people and organize them into the different ranks and levels to seclude them from their utopia. Actually, the ideal people in the ideal place are oppressed by patriarchal ideology, compulsory heterosexuality, and colonialism which are covertly associated with gender. Therefore, Churchill uses the cross-casting to challenge the artificiality of gender, sexuality, generation and race in the play. People realize that they need to find their own desires free from gender, compulsory heterosexuality, ethnic, and race and their subjectivity flowing in and out of space. It is the site that all the binary oppositions are deconstructed and creates new multiple nodes to expand the boundary of their communities to heterotopia in real places.

The purpose of this study was to understand children's negative attitudes exhibited towards peers with special needs in an inclusive kindergarten, utilizing ethnographic research methodology. The subjects consisted of 54 children undergoing typical development and three children with special needs in a public kindergarten in Busan metropolitan city. Data collection was conducted by means of participant observations and interviews took place from April until November, 2009. Our results revealed that the responses of 'not acknowledging presence', 'differentiating', 'adapting them to us', 'excluding at play' were major themes in children's negative attitudes exhibited towards peers with disabilities in an otherwise ostensibly inclusive kindergarten. The response of 'not acknowledging presence' was categorized as a way of ignoring their existence, whereas 'differentiating' was categorized as stressing difference, and assuring difference. There were two characteristics related to 'adapting them to us' : adapting them to our ways, adapting them to our knowledge. Concerning 'excluding from play', four characteristics were found : excluding indirectly, excluding directly, excluding illogically, and excluding by seeking majority accord. The implications of the findings for inclusive early childhood education were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to capture and explain the roles that signs and attention play in the fraction learning process, through a previous study that employs Deleuze's perspective on sign and the role of attention. From this case study of elementary school students, we found that signs are a prerequisite for learning and that learning takes place as different forms of attention shifts. The various types of semiotic resources used by teachers and students have been found to play an important role in coordinating collective attention between teachers and students.

Rolls-Royce is a global company producing advanced power systems for use on land, at sea and in the air. In order to develop competitive products and services, Rolls-Royce invests in technology, infrastructure and capability with much of the research carried out in a global network of University Technology Centres, such as the UTC in Thermal management at Pusan National University. Heat exchangers and thermal management play a critical role in today's gas turbine engines, maintaining the fuel and oil temperatures within the correct operational range. Future products are likely to place an increased duty on the thermal management system and thus require advances in heat exchanger design, installation and manufacturing. Heat exchangers further have the potential to play a vital role in Advanced Cycle Gas Turbine products. The Intercooled and recuperated WR21 marine gas turbine engine recently entered service with the Royal Navy and is delivering very attractive fuel burn in service. The development of an advanced cycle aero-engine is a significantly greater challenge, requiring better understanding of compact and light weight heat exchanger surfaces, novel installations and ducting systems and may required novel manufacturing techniques to achieve the volume, weight and cost necessary to realise a viable advanced cycle gas turbine aero-engine.

In his 1993 stage play, Arcadia, Tom Stoppard appropriates scientific theories to dramatize the difficulty in predicting the future and in describing the past. Arcadia tracks the archaeological efforts of two present-day literary critics, Hannah Jarvis and Bernard Nightingale, as they attempt to piece together the events that occurred at a large country house called Sidley Park, from 1809 to 1812. While employing a variety of historical and cultural references to the changes taking place in British landscape gardening around the early nineteenth century, the play also turns around the intuitive-romantic versus rational-classical dichotomy represented by Hannah, and present in its discussion of science and the recoverable/irrecoverable past. Stoppard's use of chaos theory as a metaphor for the difficulties faced by those involved in biographical/bibliographical literary research suggests that unsubstantiated assumption can result in the construction of its subject, rather than in its recovery. This paper explores the way in which Stoppard uses scientific concepts, particularly the chaos theory, as a metaphor for human life and behaviour, and how he successfully describes the dilemmas and contradictions of life in so doing. Influences from his famous British predecessors, George Bernard Shaw and Oscar Wilde, are evident, but Stoppard transcends both playwrights and crafts a dramatic style distinctively his own. The combination of wit, comedy, intellectual depth, intriguing ideas, literary allusions, scientific concepts, metaphors, and cultural references, all combine to make Arcadia a dramatic edifice that will stand the test of time.
