This paper presents development of a management system for the health and diseases of the elderly. This study aimed to the promotion of the u-healthcare industry and to the increase in its competitive power by developing and expanding a system for managing the health and diseases of the elderly, in cooperation with u-healthcare companies. The study is underway through the following four substudies. In the first substudy titled development of the bio-signal collection and analysis technology using smart media, a technology that supports the collection of bio-signals in the elderly using portable terminals. In the second substudy titled development of the patient-specific healthcare platform expansion and enhancement technology, a technology is being developed for making medical decisions and taking measures based on the results of the processing of the collected bio-signals. In the third substudy titled development of the N-screen based healthcare contents open service technology, a technology is being developed to provide information on health, diseases, and medicine to platforms. In the fourth substudy titled development of the oriental medicine diagnosis and analysis technology for senile diseases. This study is expected to help ensure an excellent workforce and new technologies in the healthcare sector using smart phones, and to help reduce medical expenses by improving the health of citizens.

With SDI service provided in libraries and information centers traditionally, this paper studies component technologies and structure of system platform in PIS(personalization information service based on the customized information service served currently in some institutions. The PIS system should provide relevant information as an output through the learning system analyzing user information searching behavior as an input value with personal profile information. To do it, this paper studies requirements and algorithms to develop PIS, and proposes learning system and recommendation system as core components in PIS.

According to the statistics of occupational accidents in 2009, the scaffolds and work platforms were main objects causing fall accidents in construction sites. But many workers install and use the work platforms on the mobile scaffolding without considering about safety standards. We had conducted a nationwide survey about how workers obey safety standards for the work platforms of the mobile scaffolding. As the result of a survey, no one follow a gap standard between materials of work platforms and installation of toe board. And it is a low proportion that comply with the install of safety guard rails and the use of stoppers. This is lack of consciousness for the safety certification and regulations. For safe use a mobile scaffolding, It is needed to educate a manager on the safety standards and to develop a product to install and dismantle easily.

Health technology assessment (HTA) is defined as multidisciplinary policy analysis to look into the medical, economic, social, and ethical implications of the development, distribution, and use of health technology. Following the recent changes in the social environment, there are increasing needs to improve Korea's healthcare environment by, inter alia, assessing health technologies in an organized, timely manner in accordance with the government's strategies to ensure that citizens' medical expenses are kept at a stable level. Dedicated to HTA and research, the National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency (NECA) analyzes and provides grounds on the clinical safety, efficacy, and economic feasibility of health technologies. HTA offers the most suitable grounds for decision making not only by healthcare professionals but also by policy makers and citizens as seen in a case in 2009 where research revealed that glucosamine lacked preventive and treatment effects for osteoarthritis and glucosamine was subsequently excluded from the National Health Insurance's benefit list to stop the insurance scheme from suffering financial losses and citizens from paying unnecessary medical expenses. For the development of HTA in Korea, the NECA will continue exerting itself to accomplish its mission of providing policy support by health technology reassessment, promoting the establishment and use of big data and HTA platforms for public interest, and developing a new value-based HTA system.

The agent system for managing various equipments constituting communication networks is usually started to be developed after completing real resources or can be developed using network management platform independent from real resources. In this paper, we design real resource simulator which can perform in advance the function of real resources without real resources. The real resource simulator performs the role of automatically generating specific attribute value and informing it according to the specified random function. Moreover, in this paper, we design E-GDMO grammar in which the grammar for simulation is added to the existing GDMO grammar and its E-GDMO compiler to perform real resource simulator.

This paper presents GDOCF(Government Document Enterprise Architecture Framework) based on the direction of EA(Enterprise Architecture) framework to build GDOCEA. The construction of EA for GDOC offered various types of information technology Platform which advanced the interoperability between Government Information Systems. In addition, it insured the interoperability between the e-Government Initiatives and helped a consistent management for information resource. As a result, MOGAHA could support a policy decision and capital investment plan for information. Also, all the information needed for the operation and management of GDOC has been being referenced, shared and utilized as EA repository. Eventually Pilot EA would be a corner stone to build EA master plan considering all the information systems in MOGAHA.

As Information communication technology develops, requirements for new educational media and new contents gets bigger and bigger. Especially PDA is required for educational media on m-learning environment. We design and implement intra-educational contents sequencing model and educational contents sequencing model between educational contents for PDA as educational supplementary media for m-learning environment, and LMS supporting PDA. And we balanced the work load of PDA and LMS and constructed practical service platform for using PDA as educational supplementary device.

국제적으로 지속적인 이슈가 되고 있는 에너지 절감에 대한 대책으로 다양한 에너지 절감 기술들이 연구 개발되고 있다. 특히 전체 에너지 사용량의 약 20%이상을 차지하는 건물(가정/상업/공공)부문에서는 에너지 진단 및 분석을 수행하기 위해 건물 에너지 관리 시스템(BEMS: Building Energy Management System)과 건물 자동화 시스템(BAS: Building Automation System) 그리고 다양한 환경정보들을 수집하여 활용한다. 하지만 기존 분석 방식은 결과의 신뢰성에 최소한의 영향을 주면서 데이터 관리 효율을 높이는 방법에 초점을 맞춰 연구가 진행되었으며, 이를 위해 기존에 수집된 데이터를 압축하거나 샘플링하는 사전 정제 과정을 거치게 되었다. 하지만 빅데이터 플랫폼을 활용하면 더 이상 신뢰성을 낮추면서까지 데이터를 정제할 필요가 없어지고, 수집되는 모든 데이터에 대한 다차원 분석을 빠르게 수행할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 하드웨어의 한계로 기존 건물에너지 진단 및 분석 시스템에서 제공하지 못했던 다양한 분석 및 진단 서비스들을 빠르고 정확하게 제공하도록 하는 빅데이터 플랫폼 기반 건물 에너지 통합 관리 시스템 설계에 대해 서술한다.

For a multiprocessor System-on-Chip (MPSoC) to achieve high performance via parallelism, we must consider how to partition a given application into different components and map the components onto multiple processors. In this paper, we propose a software pipeline-based partitioning method with cyclic dependent task management and communication optimization. During task partitioning, simultaneously considering computation load balance and communication optimization can cause interference, which leads to performance loss. To address this issue, we formulate their constraints and apply an integer linear programming approach to find an optimal partitioning result - one that requires a trade-off between these two factors. Experimental results on a reconfigurable MPSoC platform demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, with 20% to 40% performance improvements compared to a traditional software pipeline-based partitioning method.

This paper proposes an application which applied in managements of cosmetics and finds applications related with expiration date among applications. In this paper, the application is implemented to improve safety and stability of cosmetics based on android platform. In general, it is hard to use to have all knowledge in many types of cosmetics. Because of that each item have different date to buy and use, it is necessary to manage them efficiently. This paper is designed and implemented the application for management of expiration date to use cosmetics. It helps to use cosmetics safely and serve good information from cosmetics companies connected with this application.
