Empirical Study of Chinese Consumers Perception-Attitude-Behavior in Clothes Rental Platform

  • This paper aims to stretch the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach by investigating a clothes rental network. One of the understudied geographies of the world economy is the large-scale international trade in clothes, which are consumed by Chinese consumers. An online (www.sojump.com) survey was conducted by including 303 Chinese respondents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results indicated that external influence has a significant impact on the perceived ease of rental. Furthermore, consumers' perceived ease of rental influences the attitude towards renting, and perceived ease of rental plays a complete mediating role between them. However, external influence has no significant impact on perceived usefulness, and consumers' perceived usefulness has no impact on rental intention. In addition, attitude towards renting works as an indispensable mediation between perception and behavior. This study highlights the role of perception, attitude, behavior on clothes rental, and provides guidance and suggestions for clothes rental platform.

Business Blogging e-Hub:An Innovative Approach to e-Business

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, e-business has been entering a new phase. However, there're still some problems to be settled and needs for breakthrough. The paper proposes an innovative approach to e-business models with the aim to resolve the problems. The paper reviews the exiting e-commerce models and points out some of the common weaknesses of the models, and presents the "Business Blogging e-Hub"model for e-business. With the characteristics of all-sided information, multi-dimensional interactivity and trans-model e-commerce platform, the proposed model is created and derived from the integration of the "classical"e-commerce models as B2B, B2C and C2C with the technology and essence of blogging, and is thus sure to meet rapidly changing business needs.

  • 코로나19 팬데믹으로 촉발된 메타버스 시장은 현재 가파른 성장세를 보여주고 있다. 메타버스 플랫폼은 컨텐츠를 생산, 소비하는 크리에이터와 사용자 그리고 플랫폼에 조성된 청중을 광고 대상으로 하는 광고주를 연결시키고 있다. 이들 플랫폼 참여자간의 상호작용은 새로운 형태의 경제인 크리에이터 경제의 부상을 가져왔다. 본 논문은 크리에이터와 메타버스 플랫폼의 다양한 수익원 중 광고 수익을 중심으로 플랫폼의 특성이 플랫폼과 크리에이터 간의 수익률 배분에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 게임 이론 기반 분석 모델을 통해 본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼이 광고 회피를 감소시킬수록, 광고의 효과성을 높일수록, 그리고 효과적인 컨텐츠 제작 툴을 제공할수록 크리에이터의 수익 배분율을 낮출 수 있음을 보여주었다.

Causal Relationship between e-Service Quality, Online Trust and Purchase Intentions on Lazada Group, An Asia's Leading E-commerce Platform

  • Purpose: The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated and triggered changes in online shopping especially in an emerging market. This paper develops a modification of SERVQUAL model to examine the relationship between individual dimensions of e-service quality, online trust and purchase intentions in singular online shopping platform. Research design, data and methodology: Data from an online survey of 385 Lazada's shoppers were used to test the research model. The structural equation modeling technique was performed to test the research model. Results: The analytical results revealed that five dimensions of e-service quality were positively correlated with one another whereas some dimensions were negatively correlated with purchase intentions. The results of this study provide new insight into the literature as well as practical implications for marketers especially in Thai online market. Conclusion: This study develops the instrument dimensions of e-service quality through modifying the SERVQUAL model to examine the e-commerce context and to testify how these individual dimensions are interlinked with one another. It also suggests that responsiveness has two-sided affects that in responses which are too prompt and insistent could make the customer feel uncomfortable and perhaps ending up with no interaction and transaction.

UGC플랫폼 사용자의 경험가치, 사회적자본, 문화적자본이 고객참여와 관계몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기표현욕구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of UGC Platform Users' Experience Value, Social Capital, and Cultural Capital on Customer Participation and Relationship Commitment: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of the Need for Self-Expression)

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate the factors (experience value, social capital, cultural capital) affecting users' engagement in UGC platform, and to examine their effect on relationship commitment. The study further attempted to confirm the moderating effect of the need for self-expression. Design/methodology/approach - Data was collected from 230 UGC users through a survey, and the study performed a structural equation model analysis to validate the conceptual model which contains five research hypotheses. Findings - The study found that only service value, one of experiential values, has a significant positive (+) effect on customer engagement and that social capital and cultural capital also have a significant positive (+) effect on customer engagement In addition, customer engagement in the UGC platform was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the relationship commitment. However, the need for self-expression did not moderate the relationship between customer engagement and relationship commitment. Research implications or Originality - Marketing strategies that can strengthen UGC users' engagement factors can lead up to follow-up research, which finds ways to improve not only users' engagement but also sustained relationship with the UGC platforms.

구독형 음원 스트리밍 플랫폼 고객의 구독의도 및 고객만족에 대한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Customer Subscription Intention and Satisfaction on Subscription-based Music Streaming Platform)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore and examine the factors influencing customer satisfaction and subscription intention in order to propose useful implication regarding subscription economy model. Methods: This study adopts the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model (UTAUT2) as the theoretical framework. On the basis of literature review, this study suggested 9 related hypothesis. To examine the hypothesis proposed, the study designed surveys with 32 questions and 456 answers were collected for the analysis. The study adopted a structural equation model and path analysis, using AMOS and SPSS programs. Results: The results of this study are as follow: All hypothesis except performance expectancy and effort expectancy have significant influence on customer satisfaction. Performance expectancy and effort expectancy have no significant influence on customer satisfaction and facilitate condition is significant but negatively associated with customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Result of this study is expected to suggest data regarding subscription economy and customer satisfaction for business with subscription model. In detail the result implies that highly sophisticated curation system would create more customer satisfaction and subscription intention rather than how a subscription-based platform is easily used. Moreover, curation system of subsription-based music platform should function with high accuracy on recommendation in a creative visual form in order to gain comparative advantage while most platforms have built own curation service.

한국형 동반성장 모델구축에 관한 실증 연구: 포스코와 투자관련 중소기업과의 구축 사례를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Establishment of a Korean Co-Prosperity Model)

  • Purpose - There is a dominant opinion that medium and small enterprises in the Korean economy have not developed qualitatively but only towards quantitative growth and, therefore, the unbalanced structure between large enterprises and those that are medium and small has worsened. In particular, this rapid industrialization causes after-effects such as polarization as well as anti-business sentiment, the collapse of the middle class, and hostility against the establishment. The consensus contends that it is difficult for Korea to be an advanced nation without resolving these problems. This paper attempts to suggest a co-prosperity model by limiting the focus to business relations with medium and small manufacturers (with regard to investment among the various co-prosperity institutions of POSCO). These co-prosperity institutions have been established in POSCO; however, it is thought that the development of a co-prosperity model regarding investment in medium and small manufacturers will help many needy investment manufacturers. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzes research on the co-prosperity model, using it to examine Korean cases and foreign cases. The co-prosperity model has been continuously extended but is determined to be seriously insufficient. The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean co-prosperity model by reinterpreting it in various aspects. In order to develop the Korean co-prosperity model, this study suggests the case of the establishment of the co-prosperity model by POSCO with medium and small manufacturers with regard to investment. This model is expected to be presented to many enterprises as the future co-prosperity model. Results - To date, analysis of the co-prosperity model itself and the co-prosperity model through the case of POSCO have been suggested. As empirical studies on co-prosperity in Korea are not sufficient, successful models of co-prosperity should be developed in various aspects in future. It is expected that through this study, medium and small manufacturers would have an opportunity to find various growth engines by actively using the cooperation platform and establishing optimized competitiveness of steel material through a steel business model. The ecosystem of enterprises may evolve and be healthier by making more joint products through productive business relationships between large enterprises and those that are medium and small. From the enterprises' ecosystem viewpoint, cooperation between such businesses rather than one-way support is identified as an essential element for the security of inter-competitiveness. Conclusions - Infrastructure should be established to form a dynamic industry ecosystem not by transient efforts in co-prosperity, but by an entire culture of co-prosperity across industries. In this respect, the leading role of public institutions needs to be intensified initially. In addition, the effects of co-prosperity should be extended to blind spots of policies such as third party companies and regions. A precise co-prosperity monitoring system should be established to continuously conduct and extend these efforts.

4차 산업혁명시대의 비즈니스 모델 유형 (Types of business model in the 4th industrial revolution)

  • 4차 산업혁명이 쓰나미와 같이 우리 기업에 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 디지털시대로 대변되는 CPS시스템은 물리적인 영역에서 축적된 데이터를 기반으로 디지털 기술을 통해 과거에 상상하지 못했던 비즈니스를 현실로 만들어 내고 있다. 이로 인해 4차 산업혁명시대의 비즈니스 모델은 이전과는 다른 양상을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비즈니스혁신 이론 연구의 흐름을 시대별 흐름과 쟁점을 분석하였다. 이후 디지털시대의 비즈니스 혁신 모델을 이전 시대와 비교 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 비즈니스 모델을 탐색하였으며, 기존 비즈니스 모델들로는 디지털 시대의 모형을 설명하기에는 많은 어려움이 있었고, 보다 많은 실증적인 연구가 뒷받침 되어야하겠지만 마이클 포터의 다이아몬드 모델이 가장적합함을 확인하였고, 이를 응용하여 4가지 유형의 비즈니스 모델을 도출하여 해당 사례를 살펴보았다. Type A : sharing outcome with customer로 고객 성과 창출 기반에 따라 차등적으로 비용을 지불하는 모델이며, Type B : Value Chain Digitalization로 제품, 서비스 및 SCM 디지털화로 보다 빠르고 저렴한 비용으로 제품, 서비스를 고객에 제공함으로 경쟁우위를 가지는 모델이며, Type C : Digital Platform는 가장 큰 파급효과를 가져다 주는 모델로 디지털 플랫폼 기반의 공유 경제 창출로 새로운 시장을 창출하여 더 확실한 수익성 확보가 가능한 모델이다. 마지막으로 Type D : Sharing Resources는 관련 산업 내 파트너와 협업으로 경쟁 우위 모델 구축하는 모델로 다른 파트너의 핵심 역량과 자신의 핵심 역량을 서로 보완하는 가장 효과적인 성공 방법이라 할 수 있겠다. 4차 산업혁명시대에 다수의 요소 기술과 수많은 유니콘, 데카콘 기업들이 자신들이 속해 있는 산업별 차별적 디지털 경쟁우위를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 특정 대표기업의 디지털 비즈니스 모델을 상세 분석하여 학문적이고 실무적인 시사점을 도출하는 것 보다는 단편적으로 나열함에 한계가 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 더욱더 구체적인 실증적인 분석을 통해 디지털시대의 비즈니스모델을 더욱더 상세하게 규명할 필요가 있다. 아울러 산업별로 디지털 비즈니스 모델이 상이할 수 있으므로 산업간 비교분석을 해볼 필요 역시 있다.

Plan for Construction and Utilization of Knowledge-Service Platform for Supporting Biomimicry Technology Development

  • In order to support biomimicry technology development, it is necessary to develop an omnidirectional service platform which can recommend principles of biomimicry and business ideas, providing experts' networks and carrying out their relevant education and promotion on the ground of baseline data and application research materials related to biomimicry. This study was conducted to establish any probable plans for construction and utilization of the future open-platform which will collect and serve the technology of biomimicry. Accordingly, biological and ecological information databases were examined along with the appreciation of construction and management of major biomimicry DB, and, based on the materials from the interview of related experts, a customer journey map was schematized. Lastly, in order to suggest a mid-to-long-term target-model, the roles of a future biomimicry knowledge service-platform were determined along with the potential plans for its construction and management based on case analysis and customers' needs.

MDA를 적용한 웹서비스 개발 프로세스 (A Web Service Development Process with MDA Applied)

  • 최근 XML표준기술을 활용한 웹서비스는 기업내 및 기업간의 정보시스템을 통합하는데 발생되는 문제점을 해결해 주는 차세대 e-비즈니스의 기반으로 급부상하고 있다. 정보기술이 지속적으로 변화하기 때문에 특정 기술에 기반한 시스템을 정보 기술 변화에 맞게 통합, 변화, 유지하는 것은 지속적인 문제로 고려되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 OMG는 MDA(Model Driven Architecture)라는 새로운 소프트웨어 아키텍처를 제시하였다. MDA는 기존의 개발 절차에서 분석모델인 플랫폼 독립적인 모델(PIM, Platform Independent Model)을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 설계모델인 플랫폼 종속적인 모델(PSM, Platform Specific Model)로 자동 변환하는 프로세스를 가진다. 이러한 자동 변환을 통해 여러 플랫폼을 쉽게 지원하고 개발자의 입장에서는 코드 작성에 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있으며 개발 프로세스의 측면에서도 품질관리를 수월하게 할 수 있다. 이 MDA의 개발 프로세스를 웹서비스개발 프로세스에 적용하면 MDA의 PIM에서 목표플랫폼으로 웹서비스를 선택하고 웹서비스 모델인 WSDL로 PSM을 표현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 공급자와 요청자가 웹서비스를 개발하거나 통합할때의 절차를 분류하여 웹서비스 개발 프로세스유형을 만들고 웹서비스 개발시 MDA개발 프로세스를 적용하여 웹서비스공급자와 요청자가 참조가능한 새로운 웹서비스 개발 프로세스를 제안한다.
