Recently, in the global financial transaction field, global transactions using computer systems and server hubs between foreign exchanges beyond the one-dimensional offline transactions and two-dimensional online transactions have been actively conducted. In the previous research by Lee Hyung-wook and Lee Min-jae (2018), as the globalization has accelerated following the development of digital technology and the expansion of ubiquitous communication network, the role of companies, the attribute of economic value creation and economic structure are being reorganized. It is said that O2O (Online to Offline) transactions are increasing due to the development. As a result, a new financial transaction paradigm is emerging that solves the inconveniences of existing financial services and enhances speed and convenience. Considering the global network trend and the rapidly developing and evolving digital bank environment, the necessity of utilizing the business platform model is emerging. However, despite this necessity, there are very limited cases in which such an attempt has been applied in practice. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the business platform of the new financial transaction system. Specifically, the case study systematically examines the actual implementation of a unique network connection model with Koscom's global investment bank, which is currently in charge of the domestic financial transaction system, and improves ICT innovation performance and process through this. I would like to suggest a solution. In particular, this study analyzed a variety of business model construction and use cases by pursuing a platform connection with digital banks, which has recently been increasingly in demand. Therefore, this study intends to pursue the original and long-term profitability of the company by utilizing ICT innovation and platform business model, and also analyzes the convenience and excellence of trading for institutional and individual investors using the platform of digital bank. The implications of this study are significant in that it explores and explores the actual cases of ICT innovation and additional digital bank platform-connected business models based on this, and suggests a unique and preemptive business strategy of the company in the future.

본 연구는 오픈소스SW의 기술적 접근이 아닌 개발자와 소비자들이 함께 참여하고 공유할 수 있는 소셜 플랫폼을 활용한 프로슈머(Prosumer)마케팅의 관점에서 OSS의 마케팅연구에 기여점을 제시하고자한다. 이를 위하여 OSS의 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 활성화가 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 활용한 OSS의 프로슈머 마케팅에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 최종적으로 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 사용자들의 OSS에 대한 충성도를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과로서 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티의 활성화 요인들 중 커뮤니티의 콘텐츠, 고객지원, UI, 그리고 커뮤니티 활동에 대한 유/무상의 보상이 OSS 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 활성화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 브랜드의 명성은 OSS 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 활성화에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, OSS 소셜 미디어 플랫폼의 활성화가 OSS의 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 급변하는 ICT 생태계에서 OSS 비즈니스의 새로운 해법으로서 소셜 플랫폼기반 프로슈머 마케팅이 중요한 전략이 될 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 결과라고 할 수 있다.

전통적인 경제 모델과 달리 공유 경제 모델에 있어 "공급"과 "소비"의 관계에서 가장 큰 변화는 공급자가 비표준화 된 개인 공급자가 되어 다양한 개인화 서비스를 실현할 수 있다는 것이다. 반면에 개인 서비스 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰 문제도 있을 수 있다. 본연구에서는 에어비앤비를 연구대상으로 공유 홈스테이 모델에 따른 개인화 서비스와 편의성이 소비자의 구매 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와, 플랫폼 신뢰를 형성하는 소비자의 혁신적 성향의 조절역할을 조사한다. 연구결과, 공급자의 개인화 서비스와 편의성은 공유 경제 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 신뢰와 지각된 가치에 대한 매개 효과를 통해 소비자의 최종 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 소비자의 혁신적 성향은 지각된 가치와 플랫폼 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 개인화 서비스과정에서 긍정적인 조절역할을 하였다.

Purpose This paper presents a new method of classifying online platforms. It also explains how to apply the framework using case studies and generate new insight about platform strategies and policy development. Design/methodology/approach This paper focuses on the relationship between platforms, especially the hierarchy and power relations, and broadly classifies platforms as follows: content/services, meta information, app stores, operating systems, and cloud. Both the content/service platform and the meta information platform have matching as their main function. However, most content/services tend to collect and access information through meta-information platforms, so meta-information platforms are closer to infrastructure than content/service platforms. App store, operating system, and cloud can be said to be platforms of platforms. A small number of companies in the US and China dominate platforms of platforms, and become the recent development and regulatory targets of their respective governments. Findings We should be wary of the attempts to regulate domestic platforms by importing foreign regulations that ignore the hierarchical structure that our framework highlights. We believe that Korea's strategy to become a true platform powerhouse is clear. As one of the few countries with significant companies in the area of meta information platforms, it will be necessary to fully utilize the position and advance into the strategically important area of platforms of platforms. Furthermore, it is necessary to encourage world-class companies to appear in Korea in the app store, operating system, and cloud. To do so, the government needs to introduce promotion policies to strategically nurture such platforms rather than to regulate them.

본 연구는 대통령 지식 인프라를 연계하고 통합하여 관련 정보와 데이터를 적극적으로 공유 및 개방하는 '대통령디지털아카이브 플랫폼' 구축의 필요성을 제기한다. 대통령디지털아카이브 플랫폼은 대통령기록을 매개로 '대통령기록관', '대통령 관련 기록 소장기관' 그리고 '이용자'가 상호작용할 수 있는 '거버넌스 플랫폼'으로 대통령기록의 특성과 가치를 널리 알리고, 새로운 패러다임을 창출할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 '대통령기록포털 분석'과 '대통령 관련 기록 소장기관 분석'을 진행하여 대통령디지털아카이브 플랫폼 구축 시 개선점과 요구사항을 파악하고, 국내외 '디지털아카이브 플랫폼 사례분석'을 통해 시사점을 도출하여 대통령기록서비스 강화를 위한 방안을 논하였다. 마지막으로 그 결과를 바탕으로 플랫폼 구축을 위한 단계별 실행전략을 제시하였다.

IT platform migration to open systems (IPMO) bears a great deal of risk over all the associated processes, in terms of a major IT investment. Hence it requires empirical data and references for decision making. Although there have been a number of published papers encouraging or discouraging IPMO, the studies that deliver useful empirical evidence for IPMO decisions are rare. The obvious first step to resolve this problem would be to gain lessons from the organizations who experienced IPMO. Based on the Delphi study, we examine both the pre and post evaluations on IPMO benefits and risks and analyze the underlying reasons of different evaluations from different stages. Our results identify the most important factor the organizations should seriously consider, and which factor is easy to neglect at the ex-ante appraisal stage.

In this paper, we propose a machine learning-based method for supporting resource management of IoT software platforms in a multi-modal sensing scenario. We assume that an IoT device installed with a oneM2M-compatible software platform is connected with various sensors such as PIR, sound, dust, ambient light, ultrasonic, accelerometer, through different embedded system interfaces such as general purpose input output (GPIO), I2C, SPI, USB. Based on a collected dataset including CPU usage and user-defined priority, a machine learning model is trained to estimate the level of nice value required to adjust according to the resource usage patterns. The proposed method is validated by comparing with a rule-based control strategy, showing its practical capability in a multi-modal sensing scenario of IoT devices.

Today distant oceans around the world are regarded as a major 'global commons' for international trade and transportation. Korea is not an exception, because Korea hugely depends on sea lines of communication (SLOC) for supplying vital commodities such as food and energy resource. As a result, assuring a free and safe use of distant ocean beyond territory is also an important agenda for Korea's maritime security. However there are a number of challenges for Korea to enjoy a free and safe use of distant ocean; dangers of regional maritime conflict in East Asia, naval arms race of China and Japan, and concerns on possible decline of U.S naval presence and power projection capabilities. These factors provide a reasonable basis for Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) to pursue capabilities for major naval operations at distant ocean in a long-term perspective toward the year 2030. The introduction of aircraft carrier and nuclear-powered submarine is a key requirement for achieving this goal. ROKN needs to acquire a 'multi-role strategic landing platform' type of light aircraft carrier, which takes a role to escort naval task force by providing air superiority at distant ocean. Additionally nuclear-powered submarine will offer ROKN a formidable power to carry out offensive missions effectively at distant ocean.

This paper proposes a double line voltage synthesis (DLVS) strategy for three-to-five phase direct matrix converters. In the proposed strategy, the input and expected output voltages are divided into 6 segments and 10 segments, respectively. In addition, in order to obtain the maximum voltage transfer ratio (VTR), the input line voltages and "source key" should be selected reasonably according to different combinations of input and output segments. Then, the corresponding duty ratios are calculated to determine the switch sequences in different segment combinations. The output voltages and currents are still sinusoidal and symmetrical with little lower order harmonics under unbalanced or distorted input voltages by using this strategy. In addition, the common mode voltage (CMV) can be suppressed by rearranging some of the switching states. This strategy is analyzed and studied by a simulation model established in MATLAB/Simulink and an experimental platform, which is controlled by a DSP and FPGA. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed DLVS strategy.

2020년 상반기에 코로나 바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 확산 여파로 전 세계적으로 바이러스의 확산을 예방하는 차원에서 학교에서는 비대면 으로 온라인 실시간 수업이 시작하였다. 대부분의 기업 및 학교에서는 온라인 화상 회의 플랫폼을 이용하여 주도적인 회의를 진행하였고, 학교에서도 온라인 수업이 진행되었다. 본 논문 연구는 화상회의에 대한 플랫폼 수요는 높아졌지만 온라인 화상 회의/수업 환경에서 다양하고 유용한 화상회의 프로그램을 이용할 때 제3자의 개입으로 개인정보 유출, 회의 자료 유출, 자료 공유에 대한 문제점을 검토하여 개선하고자 한다. 이 논문에서는 우리는 화상회의 보안 이슈에 대한 안전한 4가지 방법을 제안한다. 1장은 연구의 배경과 목적, 2장에서는 관련 연구로 기존의 온라인 회의 프로그램의 특징에 대해서 살펴보고 3장에서는 온라인 회의 프로그램이 안고 있는 장. 단점을 비교하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 특히, 온라인 화상회의에 대한 다양한 플랫폼 이용 시 관리적인 측면과 보안적인 측면에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 이슈에 대한 문제점을 살펴보고 안전한 대응방안을 제시하였고 4장에서 결론으로 마무리하였다.
