전파무향실용 페라이트 전파흡수체의 설계 (A Design of Ferrite Electromagnetic Wave Absorber for Anechoic Chamber)

  • Electromagnetic wave absorbers for anechoic chamber are needed to broaden the useful frequency bandwidth, reduce the thickness, and decrease the weight. There are various absorbers proposed for the above conditions, but they could not decisively solve it the alone requirements. The Electromagnetic wave absorber made by a conventional ferrite tile has, for example, broadened the useful frequency bandwidth by the way of forming air layer(practically use urethane foam, etc.) on the ferrite tile. Therefore, an air layer is formed between a reflection plate and a sintered Ni-Zn ferrite tile of 7 mm in thickness, which has reflectivity less than -20 dB from 30 MHz to 600 MHz in bandwidth. Accordingly, in this paper, a broadened electromagnetic wave absorber will be designed, which has the reflection characteristics less than -20 dB from 30 MHz to 6000 MHz in the bandwidth. Then we will design a super broadband electromagnetic wave absorber by inserting square Ferrite Cylinders Type with the thickness less than 11 m and with the frequency band from 30 MHz to 6000 MHz under the above tolerance limits. The purpose of this research is on the development of a universal anechoic chamber for measuring radiated electromagnetic wave or immunity of electronic equipments, GTEM-cell, wall material for prevention TV ghost, etc.

Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Characteristics of Y-type Barium Ferrite Prepared by the Glass-ceramic Method

  • Y-type barium ferrite ($Ba_2Me_2Fe_{12}O_{22};$ Me=Zn, Co, Cu) expected as an electromagnetic wave absorber were prepared by the glass-ceramic method. The glasses with composition of $0.1ZnO{\cdot}0.9(xB_2O_3{\cdot}yBaO{\cdot}(1-x-y)Fe_2O_3)$ were prepared. Single-phase powders of Y type barium ferrite were obtained with the composition $0.1ZnO{\cdot}0.9(0.2B_2O_3{\cdot}0.5BaO{\cdot}0.3Fe_2O_3)$. The shape of Y-type crystals depended strongly on the heating temperature and changed from a plate-like hexagon to a complex polyhedron with increasing heating temperature. Correlation was recognized between saturation magnetization and crystal shape. Electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics was affected by the saturation magnetization and crystal shape.

  • A Photovoltaic/Thermal(PVT) solar system consists of PV module and thermal absorber plate which convert the absorbed solar radiation into electricity and heat. Meaningful researches and development (R&D) on the PVT technologies have been performed since the 1970s. This paper presents a review of the previous works covering the various types of PVT and their performance analysis in terms of electrical and thermal efficiency. This review compares electrical and thermal efficiency of the different types of PVT collectors and analyzes the parameters affecting PVT performance. Based on the literature review, box channel type PVT with unglazed, or flat plate PVT with glazed have the highest efficiency among them. From the literature review, R&D should be carried out aiming at improving their overall electrical and thermal efficiency, cutting down the cost, and making them more competitive in the energy consumption market.

간이(簡易) 태양열(太陽熱) 집열기(集熱器)의 유형별(類型別) 분석(分析) 및 고추건조(乾燥)에의 이용(利用) (Application Performances of the Simplified Solar Collectors and for the Drying of Red Pepper)

  • 농가(農家) 규모에서 활용(活用)이 가능한 경제적(經濟的)이며 제작(製作)이 간편한 태양열(太陽熱) 건조장치(乾燥裝置)로 평판식(平板式)과 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)를 설계 제작하고 이들의 열이용(熱利用) 효율(效率)을 비교 분석(分析)하였는데, 집열판(集熱板)으로 흑색(黑色) 도색 함석판과 흑색(黑色) 비닐 필름을 사용하였을때 이들의 열이용(熱利用)의 효율(效率)은 평판식(平板式)에서 최대 48.2%, 평균 42.8%였고, 튜브식(式)에서 최대 25.4%, 평균 22.9%였다. 평판식(平板式)과 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)에서 일사량(日射量), 방향계수, 공기의 풍량(風量)을 측정(測定)하여 공기의 온도상승도(溫度上昇度)를 예측(豫測)할 수 있는 실험식(實驗式)을 구하여, 필요한 건조(乾燥) 조건에 따라 집열면적(集熱面積)및 풍량(風量)을 결정할 수 있었다. 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)를 사용해 고추를 건조(乾燥)한 결과(結果) 건조조작(乾燥操作)을 수행할 수 있었으며 건조속도(乾燥速度)는 노천건조(露天乾燥)에 比(비)헤 2배에 달하였다. 따라서 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)를 농가(農家) 규모에서도 태양열(太陽熱) 이용(利用) 건조(乾燥)시설로 활용할 수 있었다.

진공복사관식 집열기의 성능실측 및 최적화 연구 (Study on the Optical Performance of Evacuated Solar Collectors)

  • This work has been carried out to find the ideal operating conditions for solar vacuum tube collectors which are widely used at present. Various types of solar collectors including a flat plate one were experimentally tested and examined to determine their thermal efficiencies and operating characteristics. Generally, solar vacuum tubes can be classified into two groups according to their design features. Of these, one is characterized by the insertion of a metallic device(such as a finned heat pipe) in an evacuated glass tube for the collection and transportation of solar energy. The other utilizes double glass tubes where the smaller one is contained inside the bigger one and soldered to each other after the small gap between them is evacuated. Both of these solar collectors are designed to minimize convection heat losses by removing the air which is in direct contact with the absorber surface. The performance of the former type can be readily analyzed by applying the relevant correlations developed for flat plate solar collectors. This has been demonstrated in the present study for the case of a solar collector where a heat pipe is inserted in an evacuated tube.

  • The subject of this thesis is the vibration response of framed structure for buildings of "damed beam" type. In steel rigid frame with damped beams, web plate in mid span of beams is perforated to form a rectangular opening, only upper and lower flanges being remained. When the frame is subjected to horizontal seismic forces, dominant shearing deformation takes place in the opening part of the beams. Energy absorber in stalled in the opening is driven by relative displacement caused by the shearing deformation and provide the frame with damping force. First, static deformation of portal frames having a beam with the web opening is discussed and formulas of elastic deformation is derived.s derived.

무균포장밥의 저장중 품질 변화에 관한 연구 (Quality Changes of Aseptic Packaged Cooked Rice during Storage)

  • 무균포장밥 제조시 탈산소제와 EVOH필름을 사용하지 않은 처리구는 무균포장밥에는 적합하지 않은 것으로 판명되었으며, 무균포장밥을 OPP/EVOH/EPL(P-1), PET/EVOH/EPL(P-2) 및 OPP/EVOH/LLDPE(P-3)의 포장재질과 FX 및 TSQ의 탈산소제를 이용하여 제조한 후 저장 온도 $20^{\circ}C,\;30^{\circ}C,\;40^{\circ}C$에서 저장 중 품질 변화를 조사하였다. 무균포장밥의 품질을 평가하기 위하여 수분, 색도, pH, 산도 경도 및 총균수를 기간별로 측정하였다. 수분은 저장기간이 증가함에 따라 서서히 감소하는 경향이었으나 저장 온도에 따라 큰 차이를 보이지 않았고, 리드 포장재로 P-2와 FX type 탈산소제를 사용한 처리구의 수분 증발이 가장 낮았다. 저장중 색도의 변화는 모든 처리구에서 L 값은 서서히 감소하는 경향이었으나 a 값은 서서히 증가하였다. 리드 포장재로 P-2와 탈산소제는 FX type을 사용한 처리구의 색도 변화가 적어 품질이 가장 양호하였다. 저장중 pH와 산도의 변화는 P-3 포장재에서 pH는 저장 60일 후 5.5 이하까지, 산도는 20 이상으로 증가하였으나 나머지 처리구는 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 무균포장밥의 경도 변화는 저장온도가 증가할수록 낮은 경향을 나타내었으며 포장재 및 탈산소제의 종류에 따른 경도의 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 한편 60일 저장 후 총균수의 변화를 조사한 결과 $20^{\circ}C$$30^{\circ}C$ 저장 온도에서는 저장 기간에 따라 리드 포장재나 탈산소제의 종류에 관계없이 전 처리구에 걸쳐 미생물이 검출되지 않았으나 $40^{\circ}C$ 저장구에서는 저장 60일 후에는 $10^6\;CFU/g$ 이상을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보면 무균포장밥의 상온 유통은 6개월까지 가능하였으며 탈산소제의 종류보다는 리드포장재의 재질이 무균포장밥의 품질에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

관절형 4족 보행로봇용 발의 설계 및 성능시험 (Design and performance test of a foot for a jointed leg type quadrupedal walking robot)

  • This paper reports on the development of a new foot for a quadrupedal jointed-leg type walking robot. The foot has 2 toes, one at the front and the other at the rear side, for stable landing on uneven ground by point contact. The toes can move up and down independantly, guided by double-wishbone shaped parallel links which enable the lower leg to rotate with respect to a remote center on the ground surface. The motion of each toe is damped by a hydropneumatic shock absorber integrated in the foot in order to absorb the dynamic landing shock. Furthermore, the new foot can reduce the maximum hip joint drive torque by shortening the moment arm length between the hip joint and the landing force vector on the ground. Intensive experiments were carried out in this study by using a one-leg walking model to investigate the soft landing performance of the foot which could be hardly offered by conventional robot feet such as a flat plate with a gimbal type ankle joint. And it was confirmed that the hip joint torque of the leg walking on the flat surface could be reduced remarkably by using the new foot.
