초고층건축물의 유형화와 부지 내 배치계획요소 계획현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Typological Classification of Super-tall Building and Present State of Masterplan Planning Factor in the Site)

  • Recently, the construction and plan of super-tall building is attention link of new town development or urban core regeneration. Super-tall Buildings have many advantages and a lot of affects in urban contexts. Also, construction of super-tall building is will be able to social problem like urban core's decline, loss of openspace, incompatible urban scape, traffic congestion of urban core. But, compares to super-tall buildings affects in urban contexts, there was not extra ordinary study about super-tall building by the urban scale approaches. Therefore, need about study materplan planning of the site which is made to meet super-tall building and urban contexts. There are two main processes in this study. First, to analyze the factors affect to masterplan planning of the super-tall building's site. Through the analyzed factors, classify type of super-tall buildings and identify the type's state. Second, to classify and set the elements of masterplan planning factor in the site. Identify the masterplan planning factor's state by deployment materplan planning factor set the current applied to the constructed super-tall buildings. Through this process, identified the recent trend and providied the basic elements of materplan planning of super-tall building's site.

생태기반지표를 활용한 생태학교 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning for Ecological School with the Biotop-space Factor)

  • The purpose of this study is to create an approach to architectural planning centered on an Biotop-space Factor, with the purpose of applying environmentally friendly architecture to school buildings. For this, the notion of ecological schools is defined, and possible use of the planning standard is studied as a means by which ecological school planning can be carried out. As a result, ecological schools can be viewed as (1) the field of education, (2) the field of logical community and (3) a stronghold of the ecological environment. And The possible creation of a quantified goal and level at Ecological school planning is also reviewed with the Biotop-space Factor.

  • The awareness of ecological friendliness has been emerging in the recent years, and the application to housing is quite notable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning factor in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. For this purpose, this study has analyzed 5 multi-family housing in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. The findings of this study are as follows: The application of environment-friendly planning factor in interior space are limited. Most of plans are located in south. The variability of floor plan is not applied but the built-in storage is well-applied. Environment-friendly finishing material and the garden-style balconies was applied in a passive way. This analysis showed current status of planning factor of unit apartment in Environment-friendly Housing Certification and proved basic information for future direction.

도시첨단산업단지 입지선정을 위한 계획요소 도출: 노후산업단지 재생을 중심으로 (Development of Site Selection Planning Factors for Urban High-tech Industrial Complex: Focused on Old Industrial Complex Regeneration)

  • 이 연구는 노후산업단지를 도시첨단산업단지로 조성하기 위한 계획요소를 도출하기 위해 도시첨단산업단지 조성의 문제점과 혁신체계이론, 외부효과이론을 바탕으로 핵심 계획요인을 선정하고, 델파이 조사를 통하여 최종 입지선정 계획요소를 도출하였다. 연구결과 노후산업단지 재생의 장점을 최대한 활용하여 조성사업의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 효율성 관련 계획요소, 산업단지 분양률과 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 기업수요 요인 관련 계획요소, 입주기업의 인적자원을 유지하여 지식의 축적과 활용을 촉진하기 위한 근로자 관련 계획 요소, 인접지역과의 연계성 강화를 통한 협력적 관계형성을 위한 계획 요소 등 총 4개 영역에서 19개의 최종 요소가 도출 되었다. 이러한 계획요소들은 도시첨단산업단지 조성의 문제점으로 나타난 분양률 저조와 개발 불균형에 따른 지역 내 갈등 해결 및 지역 혁신체계 구축을 통한 지역 경제 활성화에 도움이 될 것이다.

  • For the recently constructing building, diverse forms of attempt are being applied with the environmental-friendly design and reflection of the design factor by environment simulation. Especially, in case of Multi-Purpose Hall, in view of its use-purpose and because of the characteristics that should be utilized as the multipurpose uses by well-mingled together with the lecture-wise factor and musical factor, now it could be said that the sufficient examination and planning with regard to the acoustic factor are essential. On such viewpoint, as the object of practically planning multipurpose auditorium, this Study has intended to design such auditorium equipped with the optimal architectural acoustic factor, for the acoustic condition using Acoustic Simulation Technique at the planning stage.

공동주택단지 거주자의 환경친화 계획요소 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning Factor Evaluation of Environmental Friendiness by Apartment Residents)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the main planning factors of environment friendly apartment complex through the residents' evaluations on importance levels of the planning factors. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) Understanding on the environment friendly apartment complex is lacking, and the satisfaction level on the living space as the environment friendly apartment is very low. 2) The residents in the low-storied apartments want the introduction of facilities for energy saving, and those in the high-storied apartments demand to develop to green area. 3) In evaluating the importance of the environment friendly planning factors and the image of the apartment complex, the guarantee of green area and the development of water friendly space are closely related with the image of the apartment complex. So, they are the planning factors that should be handled importantly.

CIT를 이용한 농촌관광의 만족.불만족 요인에 관한 연구 -부래미 마을 방문객을 중심으로- (Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction Factors on Rural Tourism, Focused on rural tourists visiting Buraemi community)

  • Drawing on Herzberg's two-factor theory, this article suggests that visitors to rural tourism base their overall evaluation with an experience on their consideration of two types of aspects referred to as either 'motivators' and 'hygienes' by using the critical incident technique. 233 critical incidents described by 121 participants are categorized into three exclusive factors which are named as experiential factor, cognitive factor, and affective factor. The application of Herzberg's two-factor theory to rural tourism suggests 'satisfiers' to come from the experience-activity itself, experiential factor. While more peripheral elements constitute 'dissatisfiers', cognitive factor. The paper provides the advancement and broad application of Herzberg's theory to further understand rural tourists satisfaction.

서울시 지하철 역세권의 TOD 계획요소별 공간적 특성 분류 (A Study on the Classification of the Spatial Characteristics by TOD Planning Elements of Subway Station Areas in Seoul)

  • 최근 대중교통지향형개발(TOD)이 활발해지며, 역세권에 관한 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 역세권은 전통적인 대중교통 중심지 역할을 수행할 수 있다는 점에서 매력적이다. 그러나 역세권은 다양한 유형이 존재하고 있으나, 그러한 실증연구 분석은 다소 미진한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 대중교통체계가 잘 갖추어져 있는 고밀도의 서울시를 대상으로 역세권의 다양한 유형을 파악하기 위하여 철도역으로 부터의 거리별로 TOD계획요소(밀도, 다양성, 접근성 등)를 중심으로 지표를 추출하여 요인분석과 GIS 공간분석을 시도하였으며, 유형화된 역세권의 특성 요인을 활용하여 국내 실증분석에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 역세권의 TOD 통합 계획요소에 대한 요인분석에서 도출된 흥미로운 결과는 첫째, 토지이용과 대중교통, 연계교통수단의 특성이 별개로 유형화되며, 둘째, 역세권의 유형에 대한 유형을 명명하면, 고밀-상업, 업무형(Factor1), 소규모 획지형(Factor2), 주거밀집형(Factor3), 복합개발형(Factor4), 연계수단형(Factor5), 타역인접형(Factor6), BRT혼합형(Factor7)으로 총 7개 유형에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 역세권의 영향요인 및 유형별로 공간분포 특성을 살펴보면, BRT혼합형(Factor7)의 경우는 서울의 중심부에서 외곽으로 분포하는 도로 부분을 중심으로 발달해 있으며, 상대적으로 취약한 역세권도 확인 가능하였다. 본 연구는 각 역세권 공간적 특성 및 영향요인을 확인가능하고, GIS와 연동 가능하므로 도시 및 교통관련 정책입안자들에게 역세권의 개발 계획 수립시 기초자료로 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the principle of rural village planning process based on rural resources, differently space planning process(regional planning, village planning, urban planning etc). The importance of this planning process is resources planning, facility planning, program planning. So we planed rural villages - two rural traditional theme villages. The major findings of this planning were as follows; First, we have to consider economic value of rural resources. Second, resources were used differently, according to village conditions, though same it. It is important to apply value-added it. Third, in future we have to additional studies; environment planning factor, community participation, resources evaluation in this planning.

지속가능성 확보를 위한 생태마을 계획요소 개발 (The Development of Eco-village Planning Indicators for Sustainability)

  • Eco-village has been regarded as an alternative to accomplish sustainable development for rural village. This study has intended to develop comprehensive planning indicators to establish an eco-village based on such aspects of sustainable development as economy, environment, and society. To reach this objective, this study has set up six goals as follows: 1) ecological production activities for agriculture, 2) resource circulation and energy independence in the economic domain; 3) building cultural and historical succession and community activation, and 4) living together with surrounding regions in social domain; and 5) maintaining environmental habitat, and 6) restoring natural ecosystem in environmental domain. Based on these goals, this study has developed the planning indicators to build an eco-village through case study, literature review, survey for suitability, and factor analysis. This study has found 17 strategies and 47 planning indicators in accordance with the six goals.
