This study is on the architectural planning of the secondary school for the future. It focuses on principles and directions of the architectural planning. There are two motivations on the change of education paradigm. The one is that educational philosophy changes and the other is that the knowledge based society has come. Now these affection factors put the education paradigm to be changed. These educational paradigm need to be analyzed from constructivism and educational informationage. Lastly, architectural principles and directions were analogized from educational directions. Architectural principles(6 elements) and directions(15 elements) have been proposed in this study. The conclusion of this study, architectural planning of educational facilities must be with those criteria for more characteristic schools and organic schools.

In aspect of stable housing support policy for the rural returning voluntary which is increasing rapidly, it is necessary to plan the suitable rural house. Therefore this paper aims to propose the suitable rural housing type and the directions of rural house planning. The 4-typical life style is summarized through the 531 cases-life style investigation of existing rural resident and the rural returning voluntary in the whole rural area. Based on the typical life style analysis, the suitable rural housing type and planning directions are proposed. I hope this paper will be a useful guide to make the suitable rural house have planning for our generation.

도시의 물 순환 회복을 위해 국외 도시에서 적용되고 있는 저영향개발(Low Impact Development, LID)을 국내에 적용하기 위해 관련 법 제도의 개선 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 국내 LID의 효율적 적용을 위해 외국에서 운영하고 있는 공간 환경계획 관련 법 제도적 현황을 분석한 후 시사점을 정리하고, 이에 근거하여 LID를 지원하는 법 제도가 갖추어야할 요소들을 도출하고, 도출된 요소들을 기반으로 LID 적용을 위해 국내 공간 환경계획 관련 법 제도를 평가한 후 공간계획 관련 법 제도 개선방향을 제시하는 것이다. LID 적용을 위한 공간 환경계획 관련 법 제도 평가 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공간계획 관련 법 제도에서는 LID의 개념 및 기본원칙, LID 계획의 수립 및 연계 방법 등이 반영되지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제는 공간계획 전반에 걸쳐 LID를 비롯한 환경계획 내용을 반영하지 않는데 기인한다. 둘째, 환경계획 관련 법 제도에서는 법 제도의 시행 배경과 환경적 특성에 따라 LID의 개념 및 대상을 다르게 정의하였고, LID를 제고하기 위한 정책 대안들도 다르게 제시되고 있다. 위 평가결과에 기초한 관련 법 제도의 개선방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, LID의 확대 적용을 지원하는 법을 제정할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 공간계획 관련 법 제도는 제정되는 LID 법에 근거하여 그 법, 시행령, 지침 등에 LID 계획을 연계하여야 한다. 셋째, LID의 구조적 비구조적 기법이 제공하는 환경적 편익이 정량적으로 분석되어야 한다.

This study which aimed to propose development directions for the future housing through the social change tries to predict the change of the future. Establish directions for planning of concept-Sustainability. Human-friendliness. High Technology and, with reference to case study and literature judge feasibility of them. The major findings were as follows : 1. Development direction related to the future housing can be classified into 7 principle : energy-saving, resource-saving, natural adaptation, community, user participant, super high level, and home intelligent. 2. Planning factors of the future housing can be divided into several itemes.

The existing universities enlarged the scope, filled up the facilities. And many new universities are founded by increase of university students, the change of curriculum and extension of installations for new curriculum. However, the planning for university campus hinders desirable activities in campus and also the origin function of university, because of the problems caused by an application of a uniform planning standard that lacks in logical analysis and such a short step as the occasion demands for the growth and the change of the university campus changing more rapidly than any other field in society. This dissertation is for space program beginning from architectural explanation and basic planning concluding a general structure-planning for land utility, circulation planning, and building layout planning in order to find the practical solution for the applicable campus plan. The contents of this dissertation is summarized below. First, I studied the characteristics of the university, the structure of the university facilities and the expansion the development process of the campus. Second, through the case study of domestic campus planning, I analyzed the characteristics and the problems about space programming, facility layout planning, circulation planning and exterior space planning. Third, in the basis of the above analyses, I set up the directions of comprehensive campus master plan.

The directions and tasks of rural planning system can be accessed by the three view points of planning theory that are value formation, mean identification and effectuation. The concept of rural planning in Korea have been confronted with many problems and need to make new paradigm being able to develop depressed rural area. The highest valve in rural planning have been changed from economic development oriented to environmentally sound and sustainable development oriented. Also, the strategy of rural development have been changed rapidly. The growth pole theory and agricultural economic development strategy have been replaced by the urban-rural linkage theory and multi-sectoral development strategy including economic. social and spatial development. In recent, The implementation instruments for rural development focus on the participation of residence in rural area.

In this paper, an algorithm of computing interference-free tool approach directions(visibility cone) with consideration of tool volume at an arbitrary point of a sculptured surface is developed. The surface is first approximated into a polyhedron with smaller subpatches and the tool approach directions are evenly sampled so as to test accessibility. Then the visibility cone is computed by testing if each approach direction is interfered by other surface subpatches. The results are represented as the binary spherical map which transform geometric information on sphere into aogebraic one. The developed algorithm is implemented and tested by several sculptured surfaces, convincing it can be easily used as a tool for not only interference- free tool approach directions but also determining process planning of multi-axis NC machining of sculp- tured surfaces

As technologies' life-cycle shortens and their development directions are uncertain, firms' technology planning capability becomes increasingly important. Prior patent-based studies using technology growth curves identify developmental stages of technologies, thereby formulating technology development directions from an overall perspective. However, a technology generally consists of multiple sub-technologies and accordingly their development stages are likely various. In this regard, the prior studies failed to identify core sub-technologies and their specific development directions. Therefore, we suggest an approach consisting of 1) identifying core sub-technologies of a given technology using patent co-classifications and social network analysis, and 2) identifying each sub-technology's development stage and thereby determining its further development direction. We apply our approach to patents related to augmented reality to examine its applicability. It is expected that our approach will help identify evolving development stages for the core sub-technologies of a given technology, thereby effectively assisting technology experts in technology planning processes.

This study was accomplished to present a new paradigm of rural environmental planning for the purpose of changing a rural planner's acknowledgments. This study was composed of a follows, To search the structures and orders in rural environment on the point of four environmental contexts. First, environment contexts with spaces, society, and time. Second, environment contexts with spaces unit in human settlement. Third, environment contexts with correlation of physical environment, institutional environment, and social environment. Fourth, environment contexts with ecotope( physiotope + biotope) and landscape ecology. To analyze and criticize a present political situation of rural planning in Korea. To apply a paradigm of environmental planning for rural planning.
