국내 모듈러주택의 설계표준화를 위한 구조대 모듈정합 설계기준 및 사례 (MC Design Standards and Practices for Design Standardization of Domestic Modular Housing)

  • At present, there are many companies that can produce modular housing. However, if the housing projects are conducted without design standards and principles, each company will supply housing according to its own design standards, resulting in a loss of opportunity to promote standardization at a national level. Korea's modular construction technology is still in its infancy, and there is a lack of MC design applications due to the limited construction market. In recent years, however, related R&D has been carried out by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in order to activate modular construction. As a result, test-beds for public rental housing are currently being built, and the public rental housing applied with the modular construction method is expected to spread in the near future. In this regard, this study seeks to promote more economical and efficient production and supply of modular housing. To this end, it investigates the current status of modular construction, analyzes the problems and proposes a serious of MC design standards as part of the design standardization and open system for modular housing industry to solve the problems.

도시철도 차량 실내의 이용자 시설 평가와 개선방향 - 체크리스트를 통하여 수도권 노선에 운행 중인 14개 철도 차량을 대상으로 - (An Evaluation of User's Facility and Suggestion for the Improvement on the Interior Design of Metropolitan Railroads Trains - Focus on the opening 14 metropolitan railroad lines in Seoul through checklist -)

  • User-oriented Design is necessary in planning the interior design of Metropolitan Railroads trains, since this is a typical means of transportation in this modem society and all ages people with different body scale use this facility. However, there are little studies about facility panning and zoning of Metropolitan Railroads train considering users. Therefore, in this study, after completing the checklist based on the current legal standards of facility installation of South Korea and Japan, we examined user's facility and suggest several improvement of the opening 14 metropolitan railroad lines in Seoul. Then, we evaluated this facilities according to 41 standards; general facility(24 standards), safety facility(4 standards), guide facility(11 standards), other facility(4 standards). The result of this study may be summarized as follows. 1) General facility has to be designed to obtain lots of room for storage and this facility should be fixed up tightly with secure system. 2) Safety facility should be designed to minimize a difference of floor-level between threshold of train and ground. Also, using various color and material could help passengers to distinguish different space and facility. 3) Guide facility should be designed to guide passengers to the accurate direction with proper sign design in the pathway of Metropolitan railroad train. Also, more various color, which based on the research about physiological and psychological effect, should be used to guide people. 4) Other facility should equip more visual system using common good and informative contents. Through this study, we try to understand the current interior physical condition of Metropolitan Railroads trains. However, for future studies, it is expected to supplement evaluation standards considering aesthetic design, environmental improvement of indoor air quality and the satisfaction and demand of Metropolitan Railroads trains.

층위기법 관점의 농촌경관계획에 관한 연구 -고창 안현마을, 태백 구와우마을, 남해 물건리를 사례로- (A Study on Planning Rural Landscape Based on the Layer Technique - Focusing on Anhyun Village in Gochang, Guwau Village in Taebaek and Mulgeon-ri in Namhae -)

  • The layer technique is to produce many memorable scenes by generating layers of new experiences on the existing ones as it is adding the cognitive layers on to the visually seen landscape. Its need is high for places whose landscape itself influences perception, value or expression and which determines the spatial and quality standards. The existing floor plan-based design methods have failed to be useful in generating complex visual experiences. In order to maximize the aesthetical landscape experiences in landscape planning, cognitive layers are needed which complement the input of adequate cognitive elements and the inter-element relationships. Here, layers are utilized to change the arrangement of the landscape elements and coordinate the cognitive flow so that the images could be connected and imagination could occur. A case in point is Anhyun Village in Gochang where physically distinctive layers are additionally set to make a visual experience enriching. The new landscape layers discover the fact that it provides diversity in experiencing the village landscape and forming the sense of beauty and that it is deeply immersed into the daily life of the village. Meanwhile, Guwau Village in Taebaek is an example showing the usefulness of various-layer setting in landscape planning in setting effective circulation planning. That is, the bottom line is the spacing-starting where and making it stay where for a few seconds, and the visual layers. It is also critical to encourage inducing circulation so that layers of the senses stimulating five senses could intervene. Lastly, Mulgeon-ri in Namhae is a case which directly made a parallel of the physical layers of the landscape composition and the cognitive layers of the landscape experience. Artificial landscape planning is mostly about manipulating of visual traits that people feel beautiful, but the layer technique is linked to how to make experiences enriching and renewed.

Passive Design Elements in the Architectural Planning of the Public Libraries - Focusing on the Comparison between Site and Building in the G-SEED Pre-certified and Non-certified library -

  • Purpose: The definition and factors of passive design being the sustainable method of building plan through the preceding research is deducted and the effect of passive design within the public library by applying the deducted factors in the case of built public libraries and further the realization plan of green library aimed to be reviewed in this research. Method: This study is to induce common elements of architecture plan for public library and passive design, and assess application level of re-classified elements of sustainable public library in order to analyze present condition of passive design applied on facilities of public library. First, related laws and planning standards of public library will be reviewed, then the definition of passive design will be considered using advanced research. Through advanced research related to planing elements and passive design for library induced from various plans for library standards, a common ground of induced passive design element will be transformed into assessment items and practices to be analyzed. Result: Libraries which are and are not preliminarily certified by G-SEED will be compared with each other in order to analyze the effects of passive design on G-SEED. Even though various passive elements such as load reduction of air conditioning and energy efficiency exist, there are no assessment tool within G-SEED. The fact that there are only standards for temporary methods such as utilization of construction material and installation of equipment highlights the challenges in quantitative evaluation.

'공동주택단지 조성을 위한 지구단위계획 수립기준'에 대한 전문가집단 간 인식 차이 분석 (An Analysis of the Difference in Awareness on 'Divisional Planning Guidline of District Units Plans for Creation of Multi-Family Housing' among the Expert Groups)

  • This study aims to understand differences in what specialists groups think important to establish district units plans. The result of the study is as follows. There were differences in thinking by specialists on standards and procedure of establishment, characteristics of the plans. For the standards of establishment, there was a remarkable difference in thinking on the importance. In the search for the importance on the establishment procedure, the groups of architects, construction firms, researchers and professors & instructors thought listening to opinions of residents important and public officials considered review by the City Planning Council important. In the survey on characteristics of district units plans, the most respondents answered 'plans leaded by private sectors focusing on residents' and 'plans to practice for actualization of urban plans'. Public officials and researchers answered that district units plans should be practical plans for actualization of urban plans with strong characteristics of work. The groups of architects, construction firms and professors/instructors mostly thought that private sector leaded plans focusing on residents as characteristics of district units plans. It was understood that construction firms think that the parts related to conditions for construction across overall standards of establishment, procedure of establishment are important. The specialists who think that the plans should be private sector leaded plans focusing on residents on which the residents' opinions are reflected were the groups of architects and professors/instructors.

AHP기법을 이용한 수요자 중심의 농업가뭄 영향 평가 기준 도출 연구 (A Study on the Derivation of the User-Oriented Agricultural Drought Assessment Criteria Using the AHP technique)

  • Currently in the drought evaluation, which is a supplier-oriented standard that applies storage rates of reservoirs, evaluation for users that use agricultural water is not done. Therefore, this study established drought evaluation items for drought evaluation based on farmers' judgement, conducted a survey on farmers and experts, compared and analyzed weighted value between two groups, and then classified the evaluation standards per each evaluation item. The agricultural drought evaluation items are 5 major items of water supply lapse rate, agricultural weather, agricultural irrigation facility, crop and soil, and 12 subsections for regional characteristics and opinions of consumers that use water to be reflected. The result of analyzing weighted value of farmers and experts' major items shows that farmers is agricultural irrigation facility(0.219), water supply lapse rate(0.211), agricultural weather(0.204), crop(0.183) and soil(0.183). Experts is agricultural weather(0.297), agricultural irrigation facility(0.202), water supply lapse rate(0.189), crop(0.162) and soil(0.150), which displays difference between the two groups. The agricultural drought criteria standards are established based on precedent studies and cases, and grades of evaluation items are 1st grade(extreme stage), 2nd grade(warning stage), 3rd grade(alert stage) and 4th grade(attention stage). The above analysis per each consumer-oriented agricultural drought evaluation item and the analysis on the standards of evaluation grades are expected to be used as a basic resource for establishing agriculture drought policy and selecting drought area in the future.

장기 미집행 도시계획시설의 재검토를 위한 지능형 국토정보의 활용방안 연구 (Study on Application Plan of Intelligent National Geospatial Data for Review of Unexecuted Urban Planning Facilities Infrastructure in Long-term)

  • 2012년부터 시행되고 있는 장기미집행 도시계획시설의 지방의회 해제권고제도에 따라 지방자치단체는 장기미집행 도시 군계획시설에 대한 타당성 검증을 위한 노력을 하고 있지만 장기 미집행 도시계획시설의 해제기준, 정책적의지, 지역여건의 다양화, 인접시설과의 연계성, 민원발생 등과 같은 실질적인 문제에 부딪혀 해결책 제시가 어려운 실정이다. 더욱이 매년 장기미집행 시설이 추가로 발생되는 점을 고려한다면 매년 예산을 확보하여 타당성검증을 위한 용역을 시행하기에도 지방자치단체의 재원을 고려한다면 어려운 상황이다. 본 연구는 장기 미집행 도시계획시설의 체계적이고 효율적인 재검토 방안을 마련하기 위하여 장기 미집행 도시계획시설의 재검토 방법 및 기준을 분석하여 재검토 요소에 대한 유형을 분류하고, 재검토 유형에 따른 재검토 공정을 정립하였으며, 재검토 기준의 객관화 및 정량화를 수행하였다. 또한 수치지형도, LiDAR 데이터, 정사영상 등의 지능형 국토정보를 이용하여 재검토 유형에 적합한 공간분석 기법을 선정, 적용하여 장기 미집행 도시계획시설에 대한 타당성 분석을 수행하였다.

  • 현재 주차장 내 주차단위구획과 차로너비 규정의 경우 주차장법 시행규칙의 '주차장 구조 및 설치기준'에 의거하여 계획설치되고 있다. 그러나 최근 RV차량 및 대형승용차가 급속히 증가하는 추세에서, 기존의 주차단위구획의 설치기준으로는 주차시 발생하는 차량훼손 민원, 주차장 이용자의 통행불편, 주차장 유지 관리 등의 문제를 해소하기 힘든 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 현실에 적합한 주차단위구획과 차로너비 규정의 재정비가 필요하다는 판단 하에, 최근 증가하는 국내 외 RV차량 및 대형승용차의 차량제원, 최소 회전반경, 주차시 운전자 주행행태 등을 고려하여 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 산정하였다. 산정된 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 국외 사례와 비교 분석한 후, 기존보다 확대된 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 이용하여 주차시 운전자의 편의성 및 비용적 측면을 고려한 최적의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 교통안전을 고려한 주차단위구획과 차로너비의 개선방안, 그리고 차종별 주차계획 방법을 제시하였다. 주차장 내 원활한 차량소통과 안전을 도모한 주차계획단위 산정 및 주차계획 방법을 제시함으로써, 향후 주차장의 구조, 설치기준의 정립과 주차장 교통안전 개선에 이바지할 것으로 판단된다.

김현옥 서울시장(1966~1970년)의 공원녹지 정책 경로에서 나타난 하이 모더니즘 특성 (Characteristics of High Modernism in the Path of Policy for Urban Parks and Greenbelts under the Kim Hyeon-Ok's Mayoralty (1966-1970), Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울 근대화의 주역인 김현옥 서울시장이 추진한 공원녹지 정책의 경로를 추적하고 그 특성을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 그의 공원녹지 정책 논의를 발전시키기 위해 하이 모더니즘의 관점을 투영하였다. 하이 모더니즘은 전후 도시재건사업에서 나타나는 불가피한 현상으로 국가 엘리트들에 의한 이상적 사회질서와 합리적 계획에 대한 신념의 형태로 출현하였다. 이것의 특징은 가독성 구축, 권력에 의한 신속성과 편의성, 민간 참여와 이익 창출, 그리고 건설되는 도시의 스펙타클을 실현하는 것이었다. 하이 모더니스트로서 김현옥 서울시장의 도시계획은 폭증하는 인구와 서울 영토의 확장에서 비롯되었다. 그리고 그의 공원녹지 정책은 서울 외곽으로 공원을 확장시켰고, 도심에 위치한 공원을 전용하는 이원적 태도를 보였다. 한편 공원조성을 위해 민간의 참여를 유도하였지만 장소성을 소거하고, 관련 제도를 배제하는 근대화의 이면을 보여 주었다. 김현옥 시장의 공원녹지 정책의 경로는 인구증가에 대응하고 공원의 잠식을 해소하는 것에서 출발하였다. 그리고 정책의 궁극적 목표는 도시계획 현실화를 수용하고 비재정방식 실험하는 것이었다. 하이 모더니즘을 반영한 그의 공원녹지 정책의 특성은 첫째, 국토계획학회, HURPI 그리고 장문기로 대표하는 엘리트들이 참여하였고, 둘째, 사방위의 축, 표고 기준 그리고 인구 예측을 반영한 합리적 계획에 의한 공원녹지의 가독성을 구축하였다. 셋째, 급격한 도시변화에 대응하기 위해 신속하게 공원을 해제하였고 넷째, 민간자본을 유치하기 위한 이벤트와 스펙타클을 과시하였다.

Green BIM기반 초기설계 단계에서 타입별 아트리움의 규모산정에 관한 연구 (Analysis on Green BIM based Atrium Sizes in the Early Design Stage)

  • This study for establishing specific standards of atrium design aims to discuss design of atrium to consider energy performance atrium in office buildings. In order to evaluate a type and a scale of atrium at the early design stage, modeling details of mass design were set as standards of conceptual design. In the experiment, Project Vasari was used to analyze modeling and energy consumption, based on the LOD 100-step suggested by AIA, because there is no guideline to specify a level of modeling details at each design process. From this analysis, the correlation among a simple-typed atrium and scale and energy load was considered. The result of this research is as follows: First, the single-sided atrium reduced energy the most, and it was followed by three-sided, two-sided, four-sided and continuous-typed ones. On the whole, they could decrease energy by up to about 15%. Also, the atrium with a wide facade facing in the south was more favorable to reduce energy. Second, planning the atrium within 10~30% of the whole building area was more energy efficient. Third, rather than the depth, adjusting the length in designing an atrium could reduce cooling and heating loads by 1.5% per 1m. As explained above, energy performance evaluation considering types and planning elements of atrium helps to assess alternatives in a reasonable way. In particular, considering the use of building needs to be preceded to select a type of atrium, although it is also important to consider its planning elements.
