임부의 자아존중감, 신체상 및 태아애착행위에 미치는 영향요인 (Self-Esteem, Body Image and Factors Influencing on Maternal Fetal Attachment Behavior of Pregnant Women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임부의 자아존중감, 신체상 및 태아애착행위 정도를 측정하고 그 관계를 규명하며, 태아애착행위의 영향요인을 파악하여 산전교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구는 188명의 임부를 대상으로 하여, 자료분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise Regression Analysis를 이용하였다. 대상자의 자아존중감은 평균 $30.85{\pm}4.71$점으로, 종교 유무, 수입에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 신체상은 평균 $79.26{\pm}11.32$점으로, 계획된 임신 여부에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 태아애착행위는 평균 $74.09{\pm}11.62$점으로, 종교 유무, 계획된 임신 여부에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 태아애착행위는 자아존중감, 신체상과 유의한 수준의 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아존중감은 신체상과는 유의한 수준의 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 태아애착행위에 영향을 주는 요인은 신체상, 종교, 계획된 임신이었다. 독립변수들의 상대적인 영향력은 신체상, 종교, 계획된 임신 순이었다. 본 연구결과는 임부의 태아애착증진을 위한 산전교육에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 향후 임부의 태아애착행위증진을 위한 표준화된 간호중재프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

초임부의 교육 요구와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Educational Needs and Satisfaction of Primigravida during the Antepartal Period)

  • This study was carried out to identify the difference between educational needs and levels of satisfaction of primigravida during the antepartum period. The goal of the study was to obtain data needed to develope educational programs and to improve the nursing quality for antepartal clients. The subjects were 106 primigravida who attend antenatal clinic at 3 general hospitals in the Seoul area. The data was gathered using a questionnaire which, consist of 71 items, was developed by the researcher from May 4 to June 3, 1998. Results found are as follows : 1. The characteristics of subjects : The majority of subjects were aged 25-29 years(73.6%), college graduates(61.3%), jobless(68.9%), had no religion(38.7%), attended antenatal clinic regularly(91.5%), duration of pregnancy was 38-39 weeks(49.06%), pregnancy was planned(67%), and 42.5% have had some sort of prenatal education. 2. Over all level of educational needs was relatively high(Mn. 3.97) but the level of satisfaction was of average level(Mn. 3.01). Therefore, differences between the level of educational needs and satisfaction was significant(P=.0001). 3. The educational needs by category, the highest need was on birth preparation(Mn. 4.18), self care of the mother and infant care(Mn 4.10), health maintenance and promotion(Mn. 3.79), the lowest was care of discomfort(Mn 3.66). The level of satisfaction was higher on postpartum self care(Mn 3.15), but the lowest was infant care(Mn 2.84). Differences between educational needs and satisfaction by categories was significant(P=.0001). 4. Relationship between educational needs and levels of satisfaction among primigravida of different characteristics were as follows : 1) Educational needs of minor discomforts area were significantly high among age of 25-29(P=.0108), and over 35 years of age, was satisfied on preparation of labor & delivery, postpartum self care (P=.036, .02). 2) With regard to different level of education, middle school graduates had higher educational needs on discomfort care and postpartum self care(P=.0014, .014). College graduates have had higher educational needs on health maintenance(P=.008) and were more satisfied on preparation of birth(P=.0025) 3) With regard to whether pregnancy was planned or not, no difference was found on educational needs. But the levels of satisfaction was significantly higher in the group of planned pregnancy(discomfort care P=.0454, birth preparation P=.0256, postpartum self care P=.0092). 4) with regard to antenatal education, those who have had some sort of antenatal education, educational needs on birth preparation(P=.0345) was significantly high. And also the levels of satisfaction were significantly higher on every category(P=.0004-.0001). 5) No difference was found on educational needs or level of satisfaction by Job, religions, regularity of antenatal care and complication of pregnancy.

일본 소비자의 혁신성과 신제품 소스에 대한 소비 행동 분석 (Consumer Innovativeness and Consumption Behavior of New Sauce Products for the Japanese Consumer)

  • Objectives: This study analyzed Japanese consumers on their sauce consumption, and assessed the relationship between consumer innovativeness and consumption behavior for new sauce products. Methods: The survey was completed by local consumers visiting Korean restaurants in Osaka, Japan, in September 2018. The demographic characteristics, consumption of sauce, consumer innovativeness, and factors of theory of planned behavior were evaluated. Totally, 150 collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 Program (IBM SPSS INC, Armonk, NY, USA). Results: Results of the survey indicate that Japanese consumers purchase a sauce by considering the taste and food utilization. Sauce purchases were maximum at mega markets and supermarkets. The consumer innovativeness for Japanese consumers was based on 3 factors: 'Purchasing adventurous products (3.51 ± 0.96)', 'Active information seeking (4.36 ± 1.11)', and 'Interactive information seeking (4.33 ± 1.02)', where the tendency of 'Active information seeking' was the highest innovativeness factor. Furthermore, higher values of perceived behavior control (4.68 ± 1.21), attitude (4.66 ± 1.41) and subjective norm (4.39 ± 1.28) were revealed, when assessing for theory of planned behavior factors. Correlating the variables of consumer innovation and factors of planning behavior theory, 'Active information seeking' is a positive attribute for attitude (p<0.016), subjective norm (p<0.001), and perceived behavior control (p<0.002). These 3 factors also had significantly positive effects on purchase intention for new sauce product (p<0.000, p<0.000, and p<0.002, respectively). Attitude was determined to be another very influential variable for purchase intention of a new sauce product (B=0.484, t=6.881). Conclusions: The results of this study determine the consumption patterns of sauce for the Japanese consumer, and the relationship between consumer innovativeness and consumption behavior for Korean traditional sauces. We believe the data generated from this study will help determine a marketing strategy to enter the Japanese market.

  • Even though the existing train route controlling method, using track circuits, ensures the sufficient number of operation, it still has problems such as discordance between train numbers which was planned for operating and train numbers being operated on the track, and allowing only one train entering for one route. To solve those problems, we study and develop the Smart train route controlling system which uses the real-time informations of train positions. This system enables improve the coefficient of utilization in a certain train route controlling section, and the safety level of train route controlling, but we should ensure satisfying reliability of data about tracks operated by trains. In addition, there is a need to protect accidents caused by erroneous information of train position, by reflecting changes of tracks, for example maintenance, improvement, expansion of tracks. In this paper, we describes data structure of a developed program which required to change CAD files to wiring diagrams and to generate them to data of tracks. And we show the result that the simulator, using the data structure, controls speed and route of trains without problems.

Development of Processing System of the Direct-broadcast Data from the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) on Aqua Satellite

  • We present a processing system for the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) sounding suite onboard Aqua satellite. With its unprecedented 2378 channels in IR bands, AIRS aims at achieving the sounding accuracy of radiosonde (1 K in 1-km layer for temperature and $10\%$ in 2-km layer for humidity). The core of the processor is the International MODIS/AIRS Processing Package (IMAPP) that performs the geometric and radiometric correction for generation of Level 1 brightness temperature and Level 2 geophysical parameters retrieval. The processor can produce automatically from received raw data to Level 2 geophysical parameters. As we process the direct-broadcast data almost for the first time among the AIRS direct-broadcast community, a special attention is paid to understand and verify the Level 2 products. This processor includes sub-systems, that is, the near real time validation system which made the comparison results with in-situ measurement data, and standard digital information system which carry out the data format conversion into GRIdded Binary II (GRIB II) standard format to promote active data communication between meteorological societies. This processing system is planned to encourage the application of geophysical parameters observed by AIRS to research the aqua cycle in the Korean peninsula.

  • In this paper, we developed the online Monitoring & Diagnostic(MD) system of distribution transformers. It consists of the Data Acquisition(DA) module and the DataBase(DB) module. The acquired data from the distribution transformers is stored to the DB in an on-line. The DB is planned and made to the RDBMS (Relative DataBase Management System) to manage the data efficiently. The developed MD system estimates the loss of life from the DB. Thus, it could be managed the career and the functional lifetime of the transformer more efficiently than existing systems. In the case study, the oil temperature rising experiment is performed by using the back loading method in the laboratory level. From the results, the proposed MB system can be a practical applications for the distribution transformers.

  • Several environmental problems have occurred and extremely affected throughout the East Asia region. Satellite imageries and spatial information have been used in the applications of environmental and natural hazard management for years. Sharing these data and resources in the community is considered as one of the optimal solution. It would consequently bring cost saving to all participated countries and eventually be beneficial to mankind as a whole. Encouraged by these factors, ASEAN+3 Satellite Image Archive for Environmental Study project was submitted by Thailand in the 3rd Senior Official Meeting between ASEAN, China, Japan and Korea (SEOM+3 Meeting) and approved by the SEOM+3. The main objectives of this project are to share satellite images, information related to natural resources and environmental issues, and to provide data information services to all ASEAN+3 countries. The proposed system is basically embedded by distributed system. The network of data users, data providers, and the center will be established using the Internet. User can access, navigate, display, and even download some archived contents. Its service site can be generally categorized into two parts, which are environmental related data archive and the Integrated satellite image catalogue. The extension of web based GIS is also planned for future development so that GIS users can conduct some preliminary analysis directly on line. This presentation will indicate scope of work, system, working scenario, and work plan of the project.

It is selected a survey method of quantitative methodology and a depth interview of qualitative methodology, Second the data are collected through the questionnaire and the depth interview with three couples,. Third to compare a quantitative methodology and a qualitative methodology it is looked about problems in the concept the grouping the collection of data and the interpretation of household work.

선박 유지보수를 위한 선체 두께 관리 시스템 개발 (Development of Hull Thickness Management System for Ship Management System)

  • The specific goal of the SMS (Ship Management System) is to increate ship safety and decrease maintenance fee. Equipment of ship is managed by PMS (Planned Management System), subsystem of SMS. But hull has not managed by ship manager. So, the Classes have developed the system for hull maintenance. Recently, the ship maintenance system has been developed for satisfying operator's requirements such as managing maintenance data as integrated platform, intuitive manipulation and design for ease of use. To reflect such requirement, 3D Model based maintenance system was introduced for ship in operation stage. Hull items that have to be inspected, repaired, replaced, are stored in integrated data platform with drawing, reports, and etc. and completely linked to 3D product Model. This system is specially developed for measurement and maintenance of hull thickness.
