헬리콥터 무베어링 주로터의 동특성 시험 (Dynamic Characteristics of Helicopter Bearingless Main Rotor)

  • 이 논문에서는 무베어링 로터의 동특성을 비회전 강성 및 진동수 측정 시험과 회전 훨타워 시험을 통해 살펴보았다. 무베어링 로터의 주요 구성품인 블레이드, 유연보, 토크튜브에 대해 강성 및 고유진동수를 측정하여 해석을 위한 물성치를 확보하였고, 훨타워 시험 전에 댐퍼와 스너버를 장착한 무베어링 로터를 조립하여 지상에서 하중이 부가되는 조건하에 기능시험을 수행하여 로터 구성품간의 간섭 여부, 기구학적 거동 등을 확인하였다. 4개의 블레이드를 가지고 회전반경이 5.82m인 무베어링 로터의 회전 동특성시험을 회전면 높이가 9.65m인 훨타워에서 수행하였다. 정지비행성능을 확인하기 위해 추력과 사용동력을 측정하였으며, 회전시 블레이드의 고유진동수 및 감쇠를 측정하기 위해 유압 가진기를 통하여 사이클릭 가진을 하였다.

  • 가스터빈엔진의 고온 부품은 초내열 합금 재료를 이용하며, 냉각설계 적용으로 형상이 복잡하여 정밀 주조 과정을 거치게 된다. 터빈 부품에 주로 적용이 되는 일방향 응고 및 단결정 재료는 제조 과정에서 결정립 성장 방향이 설계와 다르게 섭동을 가지게 되며, 이는 각 방향에 대한 재료 상수의 섭동을 유발하여 응력 분포의 변화와 함께 피로 수명에 큰 산포를 야기하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 일방향 응고 재료 노즐에 대하여 결정립 성장 방향의 섭동에 대한 구조 건전성의 영향을 저주기 피로 수명을 통해 확인하여, 향후 제작 허용값에 대한 제안 및 좀 더 정교한 통계적 접근이 필요함을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 복합 열전달 해석을 통해 금속 온도 분포를 계산하고 이를 근거로 구조 해석 및 저주기 피로 수명을 계산하였다.

반조절성교합기와 Axiograph를 이용한 전방시상과로각 차이에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE DIFFERENCE OF THE SAGITTAL CONDYLAR GUIDANCE BY SEMI-ADJUSTABLE ARTICULATOR AND AXIOGRAPH)

  • Statement of problem: In the Protar articulator, the models are almost parallel with the Camper's plane. The ultrasonic-based ARCUSdigma system is basis for the determination of dynamic function parameters with so-called "articulator related registration". Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the sagittal condylar guidance angles found by use of the wax protrusive records in a semi-adjustable articulator(KaVo Protar 7) with those found by use of the Axiograph (ARCUSdigma). 83 volunteers with intact dentition participated in this study after obtainment of informed consent. Material and method: The sagittal condylar guidance angles were measured and estimated statistically by semi-articulator and Axiograph. All the readings were in degrees. No control was used in this project. To test whether there was a significant difference between the 2 independent samples, paired t-test and Kruskal-Wallis test were carried out(p=.05). Results: 1. The mean results for the wax protrusive records were as follow: right side (32.65 degrees, SD 16.48); left side (33.27 degrees, SD 17.49). 2. The mean results for the Axiograph were as follow: right side (32.26 degrees, SD 7.00); left side (33.07 degrees, SD 7.58). 3. There was no statistical difference on the wax protrusive records and Axiograph(p>0.05). Conclusion: Both methods of wax protrusive records and Axiograph are clinically acceptable for measuring the sagittal condylar guidance angles in semi-adjustable articulators.

The Electrical and Optical Properties of Al-Doped ZnO Films Sputtered in an Ar:H2 Gas Radio Frequency Magnetron Sputtering System

  • Al-doped ZnO (AZO) films were prepared by an Ar:$H_2$ gas radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering system with a AZO ($2\;wt{\cdot}%\;Al_2O_3$) ceramic target at the low temperature of $100^{\circ}C$ and annealed in hydrogen ambient at the temperature of $300^{\circ}C$. To investigate the influence of the $H_2$ flow ratio on the properties of the AZO films, the $H_2$ flow ratio was changed from 0.5% to 2%. As a result, the AZO films, deposited with a 1% $H_2$ addition, showed a resistivity of $11.7\;{\times}\;10^{-4}\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$. When the AZO films were annealed at $300^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour in a hydrogen atmosphere, the resistivity decreased from $11.7\;{\times}\;10^{-4}\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ to $5.63\;{\times}\;10^{-4}\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$. The lowest resistivity of $5.63\;{\times}\;10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ was obtained by adding 1% hydrogen gas to the deposition and annealing process. The X-ray diffraction patterns of all the films showed a preferable growth orientation in the (002) plane. The spectrophotometer measurements showed that the transmittance of 85% was obtained by the film deposited with the $H_2$ flow ratio of 1% at 940 nm for GaAs/GaAlAs LEDs.

유한요소분석법과 반응표면분석법을 이용한 장조림 식품의 가열온도 예측 (Prediction of Heating Temperature of Jangjorim Food by Using Finite Element Method and Response Surface Methodology)

  • 간장으로 채워진 실린더 형태의 장조림 제품의 가열살균 시 온도변화를 유한요소분석법(finite element method)을 이용하여 예측하기 위하여 상업적 NISA (Numerical Integrated Elements for System Analysis, EMRC, USA)프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였다. 장조림 식품에서의 열전달은 냉점이 기하학적 중심에 위치하지 않고 y축으로 26.9 mm 뒤쪽에 위치하였다. 이는 간장소스의 비열이 장조림보다 20% 이상 큰 값이기 때문으로, 사용된 재료의 열전달계수에 의해서 냉점의 위치가 다르게 나타났다. 장조림 식품의 가열살균 시 열전달계수의 영향을 검토하기 위하여 온도와 치사율 오차를 종속변수로 하여 간장소스의 열전도계수, 장조림의 열전도계수, 열전달계수를 독립변수로 한 반응표면분석법을 행한 결과 장조림의 열전도계수가 p<0.01로 매우 높은 상관관계를 보이며, 치사율 오차를 최소로 하는 최적화값을 얻을 수 있었다.

A comparative study for beams on elastic foundation models to analysis of mode-I delamination in DCB specimens

  • The aim of this research is a comprehensive review and evaluation of beam theories resting on elastic foundations that used to model mode-I delamination in multidirectional laminated composite by DCB specimen. A compliance based approach is used to calculate critical strain energy release rate (SERR). Two well-known beam theories, i.e. Euler-Bernoulli (EB) and Timoshenko beams (TB), on Winkler and Pasternak elastic foundations (WEF and PEF) are considered. In each case, a closed-form solution is presented for compliance versus crack length, effective material properties and geometrical dimensions. Effective flexural modulus ($E_{fx}$) and out-of-plane extensional stiffness ($E_z$) are used in all models instead of transversely isotropic assumption in composite laminates. Eventually, the analytical solutions are compared with experimental results available in the literature for unidirectional ($[0^{\circ}]_6$) and antisymmetric angle-ply ($[{\pm}30^{\circ}]_5$, and $[{\pm}45^{\circ}]_5$) lay-ups. TB on WEF is a simple model that predicts more accurate results for compliance and SERR in unidirectional laminates in comparison to other models. TB on PEF, in accordance with Williams (1989) assumptions, is too stiff for unidirectional DCB specimens, whereas in angle-ply DCB specimens it gives more reliable results. That it shows the effects of transverse shear deformation and root rotation on SERR value in composite DCB specimens.

제트 환기 시스템 도입에 의한 플랜트 기자재 용접장의 환경 개선 효과 분석 (Environmental Improvement in a Welding Factory by the Jet Ventilation System)

  • In this inquiry, I would suggest jet ventilation system for effective elimination of welding flaw at machinery material welding shop on plant and evaluate the airstream on inner space and property of welding flaw's density through the examination. We can know outer atmosphere inflows at the speed of about 0.05m/s from western entrance in case of stopping the jet ventilation system, but airstream is accumulated on entire space. At height of worker's breathing surface(Ground Level = 1.5 m, below of GL) and welding work center, density of welding flaw on upper part(GL = 12m) is appeared 4 times higher than outer atmosphere at surplus range besides nearby of western entrance. At operation of jet ventilation system, since the smooth air current transfer at inner space and exhaust effect the wind speed is maintained at 0.932 m/s at the point of height of worker's breathing surface on inner space and it's concluded about the working conditions have been better than before operation of jet ventilation system because of that results show that inner space density of welding flaw at height of worker's breathing surface is 40.5%, and in the work shop, it is 20.3% at upper part.

경주 황성동 목곽묘에서 출토된 단조 철부의 금속학적 특성 분석 (Metallurgical Analysis of Forged Iron Axe Excavated from the Wood-framed Tomb at the Hwangseongdong, Gyeongju, Korea)

  • The forged iron axe found in the No. 2 wood-framed tomb (the middle 3rd century) of Hwangseongdong, Gyeongju is rectangular on the plane level. It shows an obtuse angle in the edge part, while the joint part has the both sides folded up and shows the traces of wood. Under the reflected light, the Iron axe shines in metal luster, which is bright light gray or light creamy colors. The result of x-ray diffraction analysis shows that the axe consists of magnetite and geothite, which can explain why the composition and structure of the original ore has been kept intact. The microtexture of the axe has the irregular network of ferrite and pearlite, and tile cementite of tiny amount in the ferrite background. The overall treatment of the texture seems to be thermal with a high ratio of carbon. There are fine-grained magnetite, wolframite, quartz, calcite, mica, hornblende and pyroxene inside the axe. Those must be the impurities that they failed to remove in the refining process. The normal ferrite is composed of pure iron whose $Fe_2O_3$ proportion is from 99.16 to $99.84\;wt.\%$. Other than them, the ferrite parts usually contain $Al_2O_3\;and\;SiO_2$. The irregular network of pearlite also contains Impurities including $Al_2O_3\;and\;SiO_2$ and shows highly diverse patterns of carbon content. It's because the axe was carburized after the material was made to resemble pure iron. The decarbonization work didn't go well along the process marks. It's estimated that the original ore was bloom produced in low-temperature reduction and formed around in $727^{\circ}C$, which is eutetic temperature.

  • In all inelastic deformations time rate effects are always present to some degree. Whether or not their exclusion has a significant influence on the prediction of the material behaviour depends upon several factors. In the study of structural components under static loading conditions at normal temperature it is accepted that time rate effects are generally not important. However metals, especially under high temperatures, exhibit simultaneously the phenomena of creep and viscoplasticity. In this study, elastoplastic and elasto-viscoplastic models include nonlinear geometrical effects were developed and several numerical examples are also included to verify the computer programming work developed here in this work. Comparisons of the calculated results, for the elasto-viscoplastic analysis of an internally pressurised thick cylinder under plane strain condition, have shown that the model yields excellent results. The results obtained from the numerical examples for an elasto-viscoplastic analysis of the Nuclear Reinforced Concrete Containment Structure(NRCCS) subjected to an incrementally applied internal pressure were summarized as follows : 1. The steady state hoop stress distribution along the shell layer of dome and dome wall junction part of NRCCS were linearly behave and the stress in interior surfaces was larger than that in exterior. 2.However in the upper part of the wall of NRCCS the steady state hoop stress in creased linearly from its inner to outer surfaces, being the exact reverse to the previous case of dome/dome-wall junction part. 3.At the lower part of wall of NRCCS, the linear change of steady state hoop stress along its wall layer began to disturb above a certain level of load increase.

부분 등분포 하중을 받는 원형아치 리브의 면내 좌굴 거동특성 (Characteristic Behavior of In-plane Buckling of Circular Arch Ribs Subjected to Partial Distributed Loading)

  • 아치 리브가 비대칭 하중을 받는 경우 아치 리브의 면내 좌굴 강도는 대칭 하중이 작용하는 경우 보다 저하된다. 하지만 비대칭 하중을 받는 아치 리브에 관한 연구는 대칭 하중이 작용하는 아치 리브에 관한 연구에 비하여 적은 실정이다. 비대칭 하중을 받는 아치 리브에 관한 연구는 Deutch(1940), Chang(1973)과 Harrison(1982)에 의하여 수행되었으며, 비대칭 하중이 대칭하중보다 좌굴하중을 감소시킨다는 것을 밝혔다. 그러나 이러한 연구는 포물선아치에 국한되었다. 본 논문은 원형아치 리브에 비대칭하중이 작용하는 경우 아치 리브의 면내 거동을 연구하였다. 본 연구에 의하면 기하비선형이 고려된 임계좌굴하중은 활하중과 고정하중의 길이의 비가 $0.6{\sim}0.7$일 때 가장 작고, 기하 재료비선형이 고려된 경우에는 $0.5{\sim}0.6$에서 가장 작은 결과를 보인다.
