수질오염총량관리제의 성과평가: 개발/삭감계획의 이행실적 및 단위유역의 수질 현황 (Performance Appraisal of Total Maximum Daily Loads: Performance on Development/Reduction Plan and Water Quality Status of Unit Watershed)

  • This study was conducted to performance appraisal of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), especially in terms of performance on development & reduction plan and water quality status of unit watershed. Because load allocations for pollution sources were predicted redundantly by uncertainty of prediction, TMDLs master plan has been frequently changed to acquire load allocation for local development. Therefore, It need to be developed more resonable prediction techniques of water pollution sources to preventing the frequent change. It is suggested that the reduction amount have to be distributed properly during the planning period. In other words, it has not to be concentrated on the specific year (especially final year of the planning period). The reason why, if the reduction amount concentrate on the final year of the planning period, allotment loading amount could not be achieved in some cases (e.g., insufficiency of budget, extension of construction duration). If the development plan was developed including uncertain developments, it is necessary to be developed reduction plan considered with them. However, some of the plans in the reduction plan could not be accomplished in some case. Because, it is not considered financial abilities of local governments. Consequently, development plan must be accomplished to avoid uncertain developments, and to consider financial assistance to support the implementation of effective plan. Water quality has been improved in many unit watersheds due to the TMDLs, especially in geum river and yeongsang/seomjin river.

Quantifications of Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy Plan Complexities in Magnetic Resonance Image Guided Radiotherapy Systems

  • Background: In this study, the complexities of step-and-shoot intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) plans in magnetic resonance-guided radiation therapy systems were evaluated. Materials and Methods: Overall, 194 verification plans from the abdomen, prostate, and breast sites were collected using a 60Co-based ViewRay radiotherapy system (ViewRay Inc., Cleveland, OH, USA). Various plan complexity metrics (PCMs) were calculated for each verification plan, including the modulation complexity score (MCS), plan-averaged beam area (PA), plan-averaged beam irregularity, plan-averaged edge (PE), plan-averaged beam modulation, number of segments, average area among all segments (AA/Seg), and total beam-on time (TBT). The plan deliverability was quantified in terms of gamma passing rates (GPRs) with a 1 mm/2% criterion, and the Pearson correlation coefficients between GPRs and various PCMs were analyzed. Results and Discussion: For the abdomen, prostate, and breast groups, the average GPRs with the 1 mm/2% criterion were 77.8 ± 6.0%, 79.8 ± 4.9%, and 84.7 ± 7.3%; PCMs were 0.263, 0.271, and 0.386; PAs were 15.001, 18.779, and 35.683; PEs were 1.575, 1.444, and 1.028; AA/Segs were 15.37, 19.89, and 36.64; and TBTs were 18.86, 19.33, and 5.91 minutes, respectively. The various PCMs, i.e., MCS, PA, PE, AA/Seg, and TBT, showed statistically significant Pearson correlation coefficients of 0.416, 0.627, -0.541, 0.635, and -0.397, respectively, with GPRs. Conclusion: The area-related metrics exhibited strong correlations with GPRs. Moreover, the AA/Seg metric can be used to estimate the IMRT plan accuracy without beam delivery in the 60Co-based ViewRay radiotherapy system.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 UTAUT2 모델의 독립변인(성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 쾌락동기, 가격가치, 습관)들이 넷플릭스와 웨이브 채택의도 및 요금제 패키지별 수용의도에 어떤 인과관계를 나타내는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 308명에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 통해 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 넷플릭스의 채택의도에는 성과기대, 노력기대, 쾌락동기, 가격가치, 습관이 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 웨이브의 채택의도에는 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 가격가치, 습관이 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 넷플릭스의 요금제별 수용의도에서 베이직 요금제 수용의도에는 가격가치와 습관, 프리미엄 요금제 수용의도에는 성과기대, 습관이 영향을 미쳤으며, 스탠다드 요금제에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 웨이브의 요금제별 수용의도에서 베이직 요금제 수용의도에는 가격가치가 부적 영향을, 습관이 정적 영향을 보였으며. 스탠다드 요금제 수용의도에 사회적 영향, 프리미엄 요금제 수용의도에 대하여 가격가치, 습관이 영향을 미쳤다.

과학기술 정책기조 변화 분석과 국가 연구개발 투자방향 연구 (The Analysis of S&T Policy Changes and Investment Direction of National R&D)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 과학기술정책 기조 변화에 관한 중장기적 비교 분석을 통해 정책기조의 변화를 파악하고 있다. 과학계량학(scientometrics)적 접근 방법을 이용하여 국가연구개발투자 효율성 관련 정책의 기조변화 및 이슈를 유형화하고, 시기별 과학기술투자 효율화 정책 기조의 방향을 분석한다. 정책기조의 변화 분석은 과학기술혁신5개년계획(1999-2002)부터 MB정부 과학기술기본계획(2008-현재)의 과학기술기본계획 문서를 이용하여, 과학기술투자 효율화 정책기조 변화에 관해서 공통단어분석을 수행하고 있다. 구체적으로 한 단락 안에 연구개발투자 효율성과 관련된 공통출현단어들을 추출하여 단어별로 빈도수, 상대빈도, 시기별 관련성 등을 분석한다. 연구개발투자 효율성과 공통으로 출현하는 공통출현단어의 순위유사성 분석과 중복률 분석을 종합하면, 연구개발투자 효율성 관련 정책기조의 변화는 Regime 1(과학기술혁신 5개년 계획과 참여정부 과학기술기본계획), Regime 2(과학기술기본계획과 참여정부 과학기술기본계획), Regime 3(MB 정부의 과학기술기본계획)로 구분할 수 있었다.

농촌마을종합개발 항목별 중요도 분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 인제군 용대권역을 중심으로 - (Rural Village Development Itemized Study on the Importance Analysis and Improvement)

  • In 1960's, Korea had concentrated on economic development, in the meantime the existing problem which is an avoiding rural settlement phenomenon such as a farming population decrease, an unstabel income, poor surroundings, etc. could intensify. And because of an exodus from agricultural area caused by industrialization and a fall of agricultural farm price as a result of domestic agricultural market opening in accordance with FTA, in 2004 Korean government excuted the integrated rural-village development plan as a measure to provide more support for agricultural villages. The integrated rural-village development plan means that inter-connected with villages which have potnetial and developed it as a unit of small-zone, also we can assume it a Down-up development type because residents participate and lead this plan directly. But, this plan made progress rapidly as a countmeasure of government so, it needs to evaluate for completed project area and make an improvement for a sustainable undertaking. Therefore, this study categorized project contents systematically into two parts of Hardware and Software, after that composed of 4 large-parts, 13 mid-parts and 43 small-parts from Inje-Yongdai zone which was designated for an integrated rural-village development plan in 2004. And a result of analysis for project contents priorities by hierarchy analysis method showed the Regional capability reinforcement is selected for the most important project content by 3 stakeholders who are specialists (514pts.), Korea Rural Community Corporation staffs (694pts.), local government officers (688pts.)

Self-control of high rise building L-shape in plan considering soil structure interaction

  • A new technique to mitigate irregular buildings with soil structure interaction (SSI) effect subjected to critical seismic waves is presented. The L-shape in plan irregular building for various reasons was selected, subjected to seismic a load which is a big problem for structural design especially without separation gap. The L-shape in plan building with different dimensions was chosen to study, with different rectangularity ratios and various soil kinds, to show the effect of the irregular building on the seismic response. A 3D building subjected to critical earthquake was analyzed by structural analysis program (SAP2000) fixed and with SSI (three types of soils were analyzed, soft, medium and hard soils) to find their effect on top displacement, base shear, and base torsion. The straining actions were appointed and the treatment of the effect of irregular shape under critical earthquake was made by using tuned mass damper (TMD) with different configurations with SSI and without. The study improve the success of using TMDs to mitigate the effect of critical earthquake on irregular building for both cases of study as fixed base and raft foundation (SSI) with different TMDs parameters and configurations. Torsion occurs when the L-shape in plan building subjected to earthquake which may be caused harmful damage. TMDs parameters which give the most effective efficiency in the earthquake duration must be defined, that will mitigate these effects. The parameters of TMDs were studied with structure for different rectangularity ratios and soil types, with different TMD configurations. Nonlinear time history analysis is carried out by SAP2000 with El Centro earthquake wave. The numerical results of the parametric study help in understanding the seismic behavior of L-shape in plan building with TMDs mitigation system.

치위생과정에 근거한 구강건강관리프로그램 대상자의 치위생계획의 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of the factors of dental hygiene plans influencing patients of the dental hygiene program based on dental hygiene process)

  • Objectives: This study aims to recognize the importance of dental hygiene process diagnosis of dental hygiene process which can comprehensively grasp the patient's problem and to use it as a basis for establishing the patient's preventive treatment plan. Methods: This study did survey to 443 patients who received treatment based on the oral health care program from a dental clinic in Busan from January 2015 to January 2017. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics (Version 21.0), and statistical significance level was set at ${\alpha}=0.05$. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed to the dental hygiene problems affecting the dental hygiene plan. Results: There were significant differences in dental hygiene problems between male and female respondents on various dental problems such as dental plaque deposition, attrition, stain, dental fear, possibility of jaw joint disorder, food pressing, possibility of malocclusion. There were also significant differences in dental hygiene plans between male and female respondents in air-Jet, non-smoking education, and sealant. The most common dental hygiene plan was scaling, The problem of stain showed that the scaling plan was 0.20 times less. The explanatory power of the model was 43.5%, and the Hosmer and Lemeshow tests were 0.345. Conclusions: Therefore, if we continue to study the factors affecting the dental hygiene problems and the plan, we can reduce the burden of the dental hygienists applying the dental hygiene process in the dental clinic. And, it is expected that the oral health care program using the dental hygiene process will spread to the dental clinic as an excellent oral preventive program.

전주시 아파트 주거의 평면적 특성 분석 - 21-35평형을 중심으로 변화 추이 - (Characteristics Analysis on the Unit Plans of Apartment Houses in Jeon-ju City - Spacial tendency was focused on the unit size of $69.42-115.70m^2$ -)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the spacial characteristics from the $69.42-11.70m^2$ unit plans of the apartment houses in Jeon-ju city, and to check up on the general spacial principles of Korean apartment unit plans. The content analysis method and the survey method were used for this study. The data of apartment unit plans and the questionnaires were collected from apartment offices or real estate agency offices. The data of 157 unit plans and 190 questionnaires were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows; 1) The general spacial principles of Korean apartment unit plans, the tendency of front 3-bay unit plan, the openness of living room, the Anbang with a bathroom and a dressroom, the utility room as a kitchen support space, and the addition of balconies, were showed in those of Jeon-ju city. 2) There was a new tendency, the front room arrangement of Anbang-living room-bedroom was changed into Anbang-living room-bathroom or kitchen, in them. 3) The characteristics of L-DK floor plans that the closeness of DK from exterior space and the interior openness and exterior privacy of L were showed in them. 4) The entrance was needed a intermediate space as a balcony or a former space, in them. These tendencies on unit plans of the apartment houses in Jeon-ju city were followed the general spacial principles of Korean apartment unit plans.

의사결정나무분석을 적용한 비취업모와 취업모의 후속출산계획 예측요인 탐색 (Exploring predictors of subsequent childbirth plan for non-employed and employed mothers : The application of decision tree analysis)

  • 본 연구는 어머니의 개인적 관계적 속성과 현 자녀속성이 후속출산계획에 미치는 영향과 어머니의 취업여부에 따라 후속출산계획을 예측하는 요인을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구대상은 한국아동패널조사에 참여한 어머니 1,635명이었으며, 조사도구는 어머니의 월평균 가구소득, 양육스트레스, 자녀가치, 결혼만족도, 사회적 지원, 기존 자녀의 출생순위와 성별을 측정하기 위한 자기기입식 설문지이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계와 t 검증 및 ${\chi}^2$ 검증, 의사결정나무분석을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 양육스트레스, 자녀가치, 결혼만족도, 사회적 지원, 자녀의 출생순위와 성별은 후속 출산계획에 영향을 미친 반면 월평균 가구소득은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비취업모의 경우 자녀의 출생순위와 성별, 자녀가치가 후속출산계획을 예측하는 주요인으로 제시되었는데, 현 자녀가 첫째이면서 여아일 경우 후속출산계획을 수립할 가능성이 가장 높았으며, 자녀가 첫째이면서 남아일 경우 자녀에 가치를 부여하는 정도가 높을수록 후속출산계획을 수립하는 것으로 나타났다. 취업모의 경우 자녀의 출생순위와 결혼만족도가 후속출산계획을 가장 잘 예측하는 요인으로 나타났으며, 현 자녀가 첫째이면서 결혼만족도가 높을 경우 후속출산계획을 수립할 가능성이 높았다. 마지막으로, 후속출산율 제고방안으로, 인구교육의 필요성과 가정교과의 역할을 제안하였다.

불암산도시자연공원의 환경생태 현황 조사.분석을 통한 생태적 측면에서의 공원관리계획 수립 (Foundation of Park Management Plan to Consider Ecological Aspects Based on Environment.Ecology Research and Analysis in Bulamsan Urban Nature Park)

  • 본 연구는 불암산도시자연공원의 친자연적인 공원관리계획 수립을 위한 연구로 자연생태계 현황, 과도한 이용과 공원시설물 조성에 따른 훼손 및 주변생태계의 영향 등 환경생태 현황을 정밀하게 조사분석하여 친자연적인 공원조성 및 관리방안을 제안하고 공원조성 기본계획 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구는 현황 조사, 분석, 생태적 평가, 공원관리계획 수립 단계로 진행하였으며, 조사분석 단계에서는 일반적 개황, 자연환경, 자연생태 등 현황을 파악하였으며, 생태적 평가에서는 조사분석 자료를 바탕으로 생태계의 기반이 되는식물생태계를 유형화한 비오톱유형, 야생동물 서식처, 자연경관 평가를 실시하였다. 관리계획 수립에서는 친자연적인 공원관리를 제안하고자 평가자료를 활용하여 양호한 생태계 및자연경관 보존지역으로 구분하였다. 생태계 및 자연경관 보존계획에서는 생태계 및 자연경관보존지역, 생태계 보호지역, 생태계 복원지역(이용가능)을 지정하였고, 훼손지 복원 및 복구계획에서는 훼손된 숲생태계 유형에 따라 식생복원 목표로 제안하였다.
