소가구 증가에 대응한 공동주택지 지구단위계획 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement of District Unit Plan in Apartment Housing with the Increase of 1~2 person Households)

  • 우리 사회의 인구성장이 둔화되고 가구형태도 1~2인의 소가구가 53.3%로 과반을 넘고 있어 향후 이를 주거단지에서 어떻게 계획으로 수용하여 적절한 주거공간을 만들어갈지가 중요해지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소가구화 증가 추이에 대해 기존의 지구단위계획이 적절히 대응하고 있는지를 고찰하고, 소가구화에 대응한 향후 지구단위계획의 요소별 개선방안과 적용성 제고방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 최근 6개 주거단지를 대상으로 소가구와 관련한 지구단위계획의 지침과 내용을 분석하고 문헌고찰 및 전문가 자문 등을 통해 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 1인 가구 증가에 대응하여 다양한 주거유형의 지구단위계획상 반영이 필요한 사항들을 제안하고, 소형공동주택, 쉐어하우스, 독신자전용주거 등 1인 가구 주택특성에 맞는 가구 획지, 건축물 배치, 건축물 형태 및 외관 등과 관련한 계획요소도 제시하였다. 또한 무인택배시설, 게스트하우스 등 부대복리시설의 도입, 유치원 등 수요가 낮은 부대복리시설의 재검토 등 1인 가구 거주특성을 고려해야 함을 제안하였다. 제안된 계획요소와 방안들은 향후 공동주택의 지구단위계획수립지침과 운영기준 등을 작성하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • After 1980's, the progress in quantities of apartments were made by the housing construction expediting policies. But, the qualities of apartments were neglected and the plan of apartments were uniformed by the economical aspects. Apartment unit plans were designed standardized by the reasons of economical efficiency, structural methods and sales. Therefore apartments could not deal effectively with increasing demands for qualities of the residents. Absence of aesthetical values and fixed unit plans on regardless of the residents family compositions and the size of the apartments were occurred. So the new types of the apartment plans are needed to suit the changes and diversities of living. The purpose of this study is to extract the design factors for future apartment by analyzing the unit plans of apartment housings today.

임업노동력 현황 및 양성방안 분석 (An Analysis of the Situation and Training Plan of Forestry Labor)

  • 본 연구는 임업노동력 현황과 양성방안을 분석하여 향후 임업노동력의 확보 및 임업기계화의 활성화 등을 위한 정책방안의 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 산림작업 종별 총 고용인원과 인건비는 매년 조금씩 증가하고 있는 추세이나 벌채 총 고용인력은 오히려 감소하고 있으며, 전문 기계화작업단 구성과 오퍼레이터의 양성이 필요하겠다. 현재 임업현장의 중심적인 활동을 펴고 있는 영림단의 수와 단원수가 해매다 늘어나고 있고 연간 작업일수와 소득도 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 기능인영림단의 월평균 작업일수가 15일로 연간 작업일수가 180일에 불과하였다. 우리나라의 연간 총 숲가꾸기 사업량을 중심으로 기능인영림단 및 단원수를 산출한 결과, 약 349개의 기능인영림단이 필요하고 이에 따른 기능인영림단 1개당 단원수를 12명으로 적용했을 경우, 전체 기능인영림단의 단원수는 약 4,185명이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 우리나라의 연간 목재 생산량을 중심으로 타워야더형 임목수확작업시스템을 적용하여 적정 기계화영림단 및 단원수를 산출한 결과, 250개의 기계화영림단이 필요하고 기계화영림단당 단원수를 5명으로 적용했을 경우, 전체 기계화영림단의 단원수는 1,250명이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • Making of agreement with participation subjects is important process laying stress on presentation and a reasonable design guide line to form space order grant and synthetic space in Housing Complex plan. This study analyzed residing application specific character of design guide line that is presented to architects in general planning laying stress on plan only of 'Bongmu-dong town house' and design agreement of by architectural result that appear analyze. Result that analyze is as following: 1) Confer in 18 plan contents and integrate design or was adjusted. Being main conduct and unit plan and residing only in plan many negotiations accomplish. Architect who confer most Designs of 5 architects is 'Jean Michel Wilmott' and 'Shigeru Ban' 2) contents that confer much in plan main conduct and unit generation were details plan. Contents that is conferred with many architects are about door/core/rooftop be and asked a question about proper size of entrance. Negotiation about size was expose to the tribe of knowledge about element that do furniture and detail of necessary each space in life style of our country. We must present furnitures or detail element that appear by emotion of our country and detailed item of furnitures' size etc.. in guide line. It is immediate that creation of guide that architects can approach easily for lacking abroad architects of interests by code difference in each country is pressing. 3) In residing plan 4 architects of 5 architects applied similarly guide line in design. Most architects look by active support that make synthetic housing complex. and this is construed that act positively to make by unified residing. That plan of woods or landscape architecture and security of green area space are thing to approach on 'Environment-friendly mode of life residing only' that is general planning subject of 'Bongmu-dong town house'. 4) common question items of architects guide line of though is refered definitely when make out effective interests plan. So that can overcome legislation difference, countermeasure to make understood construction code of our country is pressing

여성 공간을 중심으로 본 수도권 아파트의 공간구조 변화 (An analysis of Change on the Apartment Unit Plans Based on the Interior Spaces for Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the changes on the metropolitan apartment unit plans based on the interior spaces for women such as master bedroom, bathroom and attached spaces to the master bedroom, living room, diningroom, kitchen, utility room, and balcony. This study used the content analysis method, space syntax. Contents were the floor plans with 3 rooms type and limited to about $105m^2$ among drawings of an apartment encyclopedia. Above all, 174 unit plans were analyzed until now. Specifically, using $S^3$-Convex program, the integration and control value periodically of the interior spaces for women(master bedroom, bathroom and attached spaces to the master bedroom, living room, diningroom, kitchen, utility room) is understood. Second, using SPSS package 16.0, relative size of the interior spaces for women on the unit floor plan is understood periodically. Finally, the changes on the apartment unit plans based on a woman' aspect after 1980's is reanalyzed.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest the Support and Infill system for 126.6m$^2$-sized housing unit which meets residents' variety. The subjects were 100 housewives who lived in 126.6m$^2$-sized housing unit in the apartment complex, Busan. The data was collected by using model and questionnaire. The model was made to be same as the current 126.6m$^2$-sized floor plan. The residents preferred the flexible housing unit apartment complex. Also, the residents' needs for floor plan of housing unit were various. Therefore, the development of flexible housing unit is needed. On the basis of these findings, the support and infill system for 126.6m$^2$-sized housing unit was suggested.

흡연자와 비흡연자의 권리보호를 위한 공동주택 내의 흡연 공간 계획에 관한 연구 - 동 평면의 샤프트 공간을 활용하여 - (A Study on the Planning of Smoking Space in Apartment for the Rights of Smokers and Nonsmokers - Using the shaft space of the unit plan -)

  • Through various media, damage of both smoking and second-hand smoking has been recognized, and brought global scale of interest in antismoking. In Korea, government has tightened regulations of smoking in non-smoking zone since December, 1980, and after National Health Promotion Act in 1995, non-smoking zone has been gradually expanded. On the other hand, there were law suits to find those regulation towards smokers are either unconstitutional or not for 4 times. In this current state, people need smoking area to prevent second-hand smoking and to consider smokers in multi-unit dwelling. Main purpose of this research is to plan smoking spaces based on various typology of multi-dwelling plan for protection of both smokers and non-smokers' right. The research group collected and analyzed the smoking behaviors in various multi-unit dwelling types such as flat type, tower type, hybrid type and others. Based on those data, the group found three phenomena. First, there are internal regulations in multi-unit dwelling to make non-smoking zone based on National Health Promotion Act and resident representative meeting decision. Second, main smoking activities are occurring at major traffic line and entrances. Third, smoking inside of multi-unit dwelling complex causes second-hand smoking to residents live in $1^{st}$ floor and when they enter. Therefore, one can achieve both smokers' and non-smokers' protection of right by creating a designated smoking space near main entrances of multi-unit dwelling complex to consider smokers' and prevents second-hand smoking by using shaft space, which is in core space, to ventilate tobacco smoke through roof.

농촌마을종합개발사업의 기본계획 사업비 특성분석 (Characteristics Analysis on Budget Distribution of Master Plan for Comprehensive Development Projects of Rural Villages)

  • This study analyzed the budget investment plans for the unit-project items(UPI) of 176 project districts for the rural village comprehensive development projects (RVCDP). This study classified the master plan reports of 176 project districts into 88 unit project items in aspect of project management, in order to analyze characteristics of distribution of budget in each project item. Most of all unit project items have similar types of uniform distribution with plus skewness in frequency pattern analysis except the total budget of the project district. This study analyzed the characteristics of budget distribution per province, year, and geographical types of region. Furthermore this paper also analyzed ratio of budget in unit project items to find out distribution pattern of each budget between project items over time. The hierarchical system for UPI of RVCDP consisted of three steps, which are 4 items of the first step on Strength of Rural-urban Exchange & Regional Capability (RURC), Green-income Infrastructure & Facility (GIF), Culture- health-welfare Facility, and Eco-environment & Landscape facility (ELF), 13 items for the second one, and 52 items for the third project items. From the results of the budget investment analysis for 5 years from 2004 to 2008, the budget investment ratios of RURC and ELF have steady state for every year, while GIF in decreasing and ELF in increasing over time. The ratios of UPI on infrastructure were decreased, whereas those on culture, health, and welfare were increased. Portion of tow project items among 52 items, which are community centers for village residents and rural experimental study facility, has 30% of total budget investment. Futhermore, the budget ratios of seven project items showed 50% of total budget. Average value of project budgets for five years was optimized as a type of exponential function in the case of decent array for ranking order.

공동주택의 개성화.차별화를 위한 여유실 확보 계획 기법 (Unit Planning Methods of Apartment with Extra Rooms for enhancing Characteristics and Individualities)

  • 현대인의 다양한 삶, 다원화된 욕구, 개성적인 삶의 추구 등은 주택수요의 다원화로 나타나고 주택 수요자의 소득 및 생활수준의 향상, 소비 행태의 고급화와 새로운 주거공간에의 요구 등은 과거와 같은 표준적인 평면형으로부터 보다 개성적이고 다양한 주거공간에 대한 창출을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 다원화 개성화된 주택 수요자층에 대한 인식을 배경으로 여유있는 생활을 위하여 부가된 여분의 공간임과 동시에 다른 집과 차별화되고 자신만의 개성 창출이 가능한 공간으로서 수요자의 개별적 요구에 대응할 수 있는 여유실(여유공간)을 확보할 수 있는 계획 기법을 다양한 사례 조사를 통해 분석 정리하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 결과 여유실 확보 계획 기법으로는 1)거실-침실 부분 평면선택의 활용, 2)부부 전용공간 평면선택형의 활용, 3)전이공간의 삽입과 여분 공간의 활용, 4)주방과 인접한 주부 전용공간의 삽입, 5)발코니 공간의 적극적 활용 등으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 계획 기법을 다양한 사례를 통해 제시해 주는 것에도 주력하고자 하였다.
