The Relationships Among the Department Store's Marketing Mix, Experience Factors and Store Attitude (백화점의 마케팅믹스요인, 체험요인 및 점포태도의 관계)

  • In this research, the object is to analysis the impact of the four dimensions of Marketing Mix, product, price, place and promotion on store attitude. At the same time as mediating factors of relationship between Marketing Mix and customer attitude, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience are also analyzed. The results show that the promotion has a significant effect on sense experience, and place also has a significant effect on sense experience, feel experience and think experience. Another important result is, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience have significant effect on store attitude.

A Study on Marketing Factors Influencing on the CRM Performance in Korean Clothes (우리옷 CRM의 성과에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek for a plan of marketing strategy in the businesses of Korean clothes, by examining the causality among marketing factors, which have influenced CRM(Customer Relationship Management) performance in Korean clothes. As for the research method, a research model was designed to include routes form 4P's(products, price, promotion, place) through endogenous variables to performance variables, and a questionnaire was developed on the basis of theoretical background. The research participants were male and female adults at their age from 20 to 60. The survey was conducted in March of 2003, and 672 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. In terms of data analysis, we carried out reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling by using SPSSWIN 10.0 and AMOS 4.0. As a result 4P's were indicated to have influence upon confidence, satisfaction and commitment of customers. Especially, sales promotion factor was found to have the biggest impact on them. also, the quality of relationship affected CRM performance. as sales promotion factor was identified as one of the integral elements of marketing strategies, a strategy that utilizes a role of salespeople and enhances the quality of service is needed.

  • Recently there has been many researches of performing arts, the concepts of performance products or mechanism have been gradually established. However, compared to the research of public performance itself, the research of its consumer still stays on the basic stage and it is difficult to apply to the business. Therefore the needs of the related research has continued being insisted among the staffs. This study raises points that the recent performance business still focuses on providers. Moreover it notices the urgent needs of the consumer orientation strategies and the changes of marketing in the performance business. Therefore it needs to understand the performance consumers and to research how they can be satisfied with the performance according to their types. This dissertation, thus, is to find out the evaluation method of theatre service qualities and the relations between the theatre service qualities by size and customer satisfactions to suit for the customer oriented marketing paradigm, and to present a suggestion that requires for establishment of service marketing strategies for theatre, the place for performing arts.

  • All cities have constructed city branding strategically to intensify their competitiveness in global arena. Seoul Metropolitan has launched city brand in policy-level since 2003 and they have struggled to utilize city branding until now. This study explores the changes in Seoul's city brand in order to suggest a future direction for such efforts. The research is grounded in various domestic and foreign theories and case studies are considered from previous studies related to the place marketing, city marketing, and city branding. Relevant data were collected and analyzed, indicating that an unsure city brand requires strategic governance among stakeholders and civic consensus.

  • This paper aims to examine the ways in which the Singaporean government has promoted the "global city" imaging strategy as a means for marketing Singapore. Since the 1990s, Singapore has pursued a place-marketing strategy that aims at imaging itself as a "creative", "culturally vibrant" and "cosmopolitan" global city by utilizing various cultural, tourist and spatial policy measures. It argues that the Singaporean government has promoted this particular imaging strategy under a broader economic resoucturing program, aiming at transforming the Singapore's economy into a "knowledge-driven" one, under which the attraction of international knowledge workers is seen as crucial for the competitiveness and innovation. This paper also discusses the limitations of this strategy, focusing on growing tensions between the global and the local in the Singaporean society and the ways in which the authoritarian and top-down nature of governance have restricted the genuine development of the "culturally vibrant" environment in Singapore.

The Study of Educational Program Development for Self-Marketing based on Job Analysis

  • Given the ability and skills required by modern people, marketing can be divided into knowledge-related skill such as marketing plans, market segmentation, and marketing mix management and supportive skill such as communication, inter-organizational management, creativity, and decision making. Knowledge related skills can be nurtured in existing marketing classes, but it is recognized that special educational programs such as self marketing are needed to develop and train supportive skills regardless of education levels or major education. This paper is aimed to design for marketing educational program for the self marketing. In this study, a DACUM method job analysis to extract contents by specialists such as model setting of task and job, job statement, job analysis, education course development, and so on. In the first place, this report presents job analysis model by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of the self marketing qualification. The first step is preparation for job analysis, the second step: the establishment of job models, the third step : the job specification and task analysis, the fourth step: the review of job model, the fifth step: the establishment of subjects for examination matrix table for making questions.
