본 연구는, 저작권에 대한 윤리학적 근거를 분석하고 저작권이 지니는 한계를 고찰하여 최근 빈발하고 있는 소프트웨어 불법 복제 문제에 대한 실질적 대안을 모색하고자 한다. 그 주요 내용은 1) 소프트웨어저작권의 윤리학적 근거, 2) 불법 복제 방지에 있어서 저작권의 한계 고찰, 3) 불법 복제 방지를 위한 실질적 대안의 모색으로 이루어져 있다.

This paper presents the software system that protects illegal installation and use of the commercial software. The server computer in this system stores the compressed versions for all software, while client computers install all software by downloading them from the server. Also the client computers periodically report to the server whether they have illegally installed software. This system introduces authentication and encryption/decryption using the session key under Windows Operating System to prevent interception of the software package from outside world and malicious modification of the transfer message between the server and the client. The proposed system in this Paper has several advantages such as providing real-time control of license and easy maintenance of the software as well as protecting illegal use of the software.

Subi basin is located at the crestline of Taebaek mountains. This paper aims to elucidate the geomorphic development of Subi basin through the analysis of river terraces built in Wangpi-cheon and Banbyeon-cheon. Wangpi-cheon flows northeastward from Subi basin, and Banbyeon-cheon flows southward at the west of Subi basin. Absolute age of terrace is measured by means of OSL methodology, long profile of Wangpi-cheon is made up with 10m interval contour line, and the elevation above river bed of high terraces is measured at the end part of terrace. The results are as follow: Firstly, high river terraces of Subi basin, Wangpi-cheon and Banbyeon-cheon are formed about 40 kyr(MIS 3) being interstadial stage of last glacial period. Secondly, the elevation above river bed of high terraces of Wangpi-cheon and Banbyeon-cheon tends to increase toward upstream. It means that the uplift of Taebaek Mountains influences considerably the formation of their terraces. Thirdly, the elevation above river bed of high terraces at the reach from Seomchon to Suha-ri of Wangpi-cheon tends to decrease toward upstream. This section is captured from Banbyeon-cheon flowing in the opposite direction. River piracy has occurred from the time of formation of Suha-ri high terrace to the time of formation of Hantee wind gap. Finally, for fluvial system of Wangpi-cheon to establish dynamic equilibrium, topographic axis will move toward Banbyeon-cheon.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting piracy of online digital contents, focusing on relative awareness of illegal duplications, compared to legal duplication. To do this, the current study integrates factors proposed in existing literature and the previous studies based on the theory of planned behavior and accesses them from cost-benefit point of view. Main findings are summarized as followed;- First, with regard to relative benefits gained by illegal duplication, it is shown that monetary and psychological utility have positive effects on attitudes and behaviors of illegal duplication. Particularly, it is found that monetary incentive is the main cause of illegal duplication as monetary gains are major factors affecting illegal duplication behaviors. Second, it is suggested that ethical cost is a definitive factor that has negative effects on illegal duplication behaviors while technological cost has also significant effects on illegal duplication behaviors. Third, it is confirmed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and behaviors of illegal duplication. This result shows that an attitude to illegal duplication is antecedent of behaviors as the belief and the value regarding illegal duplication can lead actual behaviors.

The formative ages and processes of five natural abandoned channels in three types in Korea are studied. The former meandering channel in Seongsandong, Uljin-gun was abandoned due to the neck-cutoff of incised meander, Wangpi River in approximately 2.5~2.6ka and the abandoned channel in Bulyeong Temple, Uljin-gun was formed by the neck-cutoff of Wangpi River in approximately 90ka. Deduced from these results, it is judged to favorable for formation of abandoned channels by incised meander cutoff in interglacial or interstadial stages that had a better condition for meander cutoff because of active lateral erosion. Due to the corrosion of limestone joints in the underground of ridges between Hwangji River and Cheolam River, the channel in Gumumso, Taebaek-si was abandoned by the stream piracy connecting and combining the rivers into a limestone cave in approximately 40ka and higher lower reaches of Dong River than Banbyeon River in Seonbawi, Yeongyang-gun was turned to the abandoned channel throughout the stream piracy between the rivers in approximately 1.4ka. During Last Glacial Maximum in Jangcheon-ri, Chungju-si, Namhan River was divided into the eastern and western tributaries due to the alluvial island in approximately 10ka and then the western tributary was abandoned recently.

This study test a situational action theory for explaining online download and upload digital piracy and examines the moderating effect of self-control and punishment. Then it tests the moderating effect of self-control in high morality and low moral rule environments and tests the moderating effect of perceived punishment in low morality and high moral rule environments. Using data from 317 college students in Seoul, In case of download, results show that self-control does not control the effects of high morality and low moral rule on it. In addition, it is found that perceived punishment does not control the effects of low morality and high moral rule on it. In case of upload, results show that self-control does not control but increase the effects of high morality and low moral rule on it, while perceived punishment controls the effects of high morality and low moral rule on it.

국악 샘플링 신디사이저 VST 플러그인 프로그램 보호방법은 국내 최초로 한양대학교 뉴미디어 뮤직 전공에서 개발된 국악기 샘플링 신디사이저의 배포를 위하여 개발되었다. 소프트웨어가 설치된 컴퓨터의 고유인식 번호를 배포자의 서버로 전송, 암호화된 인증키를 최종 사용자에게 다시 부여하는 방식으로, 문화 컨텐츠 진흥원의 지정과제인 "국악연주 가상환경용 입체음향효과 및 국악기 음 합성기술개발"의 사업화에 큰 도움이 되기를 바란다.

Somalian pirates with the onset of civil war in the early 1990s have caused a threat to international transportation. Various international organizations including the International Maritime Organization and the World Food Program are concerned about this problem. The cost of shipping is increasing and food-aid shipment is hindered by these ships are needed military escort. Since 2008, international society has deployed multinational naval vessel in the nearby Somalian sea and strengthen multinational naval operations to minimize damages from piracy.

In order to protect copyrighted materials, codes may be embedded in the content -to trace the traitors. Traceability (TA) codes, as a kind of such codes, have been extensively studied in the intervening years for use as a piracy deterrent. In this correspondence, we proposed a method to construct a class of traceability codes and gave out some parameters results of such codes.
