Zn-Ti-Ni-O 반도성 세라믹스의 PTCR 현상 (The PTCR Effect of Semiconducting Zn-Ti-Ni-O Ceramics)

  • Semiconducting Zn-Ti-Ni-O and Zn-Ti-O system were investigated. The specimens sintered at the temperature between 125$0^{\circ}C$ and 145$0^{\circ}C$ exhibited PTCR effect between -5$0^{\circ}C$ and 35$0^{\circ}C$ with resistivity ration exceeding three decades. Semiconducting Zn-Ti-Ni-O is consisted of two phases, one is n-type ZnO and the other is p-type spinel structure. The mechanism of PTCR effect was explained in relation to the piezoelectric property of ZnO and the residual stress caused by thermal expansion difference between two phases during cooling process.

  • In this paper, ultrasonic nozzle and driving circuit were manufactured and their electrical properties were investigated. Uitrasonic nozzle was fabricated using PSN-PMN-PZT ceramics showing excellent piezoelectric characteristics. In order to drive ultrasonic nozzle, PWM controller(KA3525A) was used. With increasing input voltage of nozzle, particle diameters of diesel were increased up tot 16V and then decreased. At the input voltage of 12V, volume particle diameter showed the minimum value of $37.3{\mu}m$ and also at the input voltage of 18V, volume particle diameter showed the maximum value of $51.3{\mu}m$.

  • 압전 세라믹을 이용한 전형적인 Tonpilz형 수중 음향센서는 외부에서 들어오는 음향 신호를 이에 상응하는 전압으로 변환해 스칼라 양인 음압의 크기만 측정할 뿐 외부에서 들어오는 신호의 방향은 파악할 수 없는 한계가 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 Tonpilz형 트랜스듀서를 이용해 단일 센서만으로도 음압의 크기와 방위각 방향을 동시에 분석해 낼 수 있는 새로운 벡터 센서 구조를 제안하고, 제안된 구조의 타당성을 수식 및 유한요소해석을 통해 검증하였다.

  • 핫프레스법으로 제작된 0.05Pb(M $n_{1}$3/N $b_{2}$3/) $O_{3}$+ 0.95Pb(Z $r_{0.47}$ $Ti_{0.53}$) $O_{3}$ 세라믹스에 있어서 C $r_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 첨가량이 그 시편의 구조적특성, 유전특성, 압전특성, 온도안정성 및 포아손비에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다. C $r_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 첨가량의 범위가 0.3~0/75[wt%]인 시편만이 포아손비가 1/3이상으로 주파수저하형 에너지포획소자의 기판으로 사용될 수 있으며 이 중에서 C $r_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 첨가량이 0.5[wt%]인 시편이 보다 우수한 압전특성과 안정된 주파수 온도특성을 갖고 있다. 있다.

  • The ceramic filters were developed using technology similar to that of quartz crystal and electro- mechanical filter. However, the key to this development involved the theoretical analysis of vibration modes and material improvements of piezoelectric ceramics. The primary application of ceramic filters has been for consumer-market use. Accordingly, a major emphasis has involved mass production technology, leading to low-priced devices. A typical ceramic filter includes monolithic resonators and capacitors packaged in unique configurations. Nakazawa developed a double-mode resonator as two acoustically coupled single resonators. And he developed 10.7MHz crystal filters using multi-energy trapping mode of thickness shear vibration. He succeeded in realizing a two-pole band pass filter response without external inductance by splitting a dot electrode to creak coupled symmetric and anti- symmetric vibration modes. Accordingly, the simulation for ceramic (inter were important. So that, this paper were investigated the pass frequency of filter on the electrode length and thickness of ceramic.

  • 고출력 변환기재료로 이용하기 위하여 유전손실에 기인한 압전 특성의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 큐리점이 비교적 높은 Pb$_{2}$FeNbO$_{6}$의 제3성분을 PZT에 고용한 고용체에서 양호한 압전특성을 갖는 조성을 찾고, 기계적 품질계수를 개선하고자 Cr$_{2}$O$_{3}$를 첨가한 변성 3성분계에 대하여 조사하였다. 그 결과, 전기기계결합계수가 가장 큰 조성은 0.05Pb(FeNb)O$_{3}$-0.4275PbTiO$_{3}$-0.5225 PbZrO$_{3}$이었으며 이조성의 기계적 품질계수, 상전이점은 170, 399.deg.C이었으며 이조성에 0.1wt% Cr$_{2}$O$_{3}$첨가한 변성 3성분계의 기계적 품질계수는 320으로 개선되었다.

  • Ultrasonic Motors of Wind-Mill type(diameter in 11.35mm, thickness in 2.8mm, and 1.44g weight) using Piezoelectric Ceramics have been developed.   • Organic binders are usually pre-mixed with ceramic powders to enhance the formability during the shape forming process. These binders, however, must be eliminated before sintering in order to avoid pore formation and unusual grain growth during sintering. The present work was performed to investigate the effects of residual binder on grain growth behavior during sintering of $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbTiO_3$ piezoelectric ceramics. The microstructures of sintered samples were examined for various thermal processes and atmosphere at debinding. Addition of binder seems to promote abnormal grain growth especially in incompletely debinded regions and to make the grain shape change from corner-rounded to faceted.

  • In this paper, in order to spray diesel fuel, multilayer actuator structured-ultrasonic nozzle and resonant inverter were manufactured. Multilayer actuator structured-ultrasonic nozzle as fabricated using PMN-PNN-PZT ceramics showing excellent piezoelectric characteristics. Its electrical and temperature properties were measured for investigating he applicability of stable ultrasonic nozle for spraying diesel fuel.
